Did Terror-Promoting CAIR Shut Down Pro-Constitution Event?

A Michigan police department has made it clear that freedom of speech and the Constitutional right to peaceably assemble may only be enjoyed upon approval by the terror-promoting, Islamic group CAIR.

On January 26th, Michigan State Representative David Agema and others hosted an event entitled “Constituting Michigan—Founding Principles Act” in the Allegan High School auditorium. The purpose of the event was “…to inform the public about the importance of honoring the United States Constitution, to recognize the internal threat to America posed by radical Muslims and the dangers to our free society caused by the imposition of Sharia law.”

As the Michigan House sponsor of HB 4769, “The Restriction of Application of Foreign Laws Act,” it is Representative Agema’s goal to ban the use of foreign or Sharia law by Michigan courts “…when those laws conflict with fundamental rights protected by the Constitution of the United States and the State of Michigan.”

But Michigan executive director of the Council on Islamic-American Relations (CAIR) Dawud Walid strongly opposes Agema’s House bill and, upon being advised of the planned program at the high school, wrote a letter to school officials complaining about the event.

It is important to note that CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case, the largest terror-funding proceeding in US legal history. An organization with proven ties to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood that regularly uses its limitless financial resources to intimidate and silence critics with frivolous court actions, CAIR is managed nationally by radical Islamic convert Ibrahim Hooper.

It is time to put CAIR in the dumpster where it belongs!
This nation operates under the CONSTITUTION, not sharia law, and the so-called “group” must understand we Americans are sick and tired of all the ragheads trying to tell us what to do!
They can go back to the failed little countries they came from so we can cleanse our nation of their stench!

Why would “cair ” do that , ? They have been espousing the compatibility of shariah and our constitution for ten years now . Lying B–T–DS

I was born and raised in Michigan. The state has been under Democratic control for many many years (Mitt Romney’s dad was governor once, but he was just like a Democrat) and is on life support. The state should be sold to any bidder within the sovereign boundaries of USA

I am so sick of all this “politically correct” crap I could puke. It appears if you are a minority you can do and say whatever you want. If you are Caucasian, you must watch every word you say! Here is what I say; until such a time that the US Muslim population speaks out, promotes and publicly stand with the free American people and our Constitution, and, stand up against radical Muslim, I will consider ALL of them as a threat to me and our nation. Am I profiling or a bigot, you may ask? Damn right and proud of it! Let’s see… about 99.999% of terrorist attacks were done by radical Muslims. If it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck… you know the rest. If you don’t like my opinion, bite me because I am sick of this crap and I want my country back!

People need to wake up and realize that CAIR has infiltrated our government from the president (who is a socialist/communist) and the people who surround him. They have also infiltrated both houses of Congress. We are in the fight of our lives and that makes November 6 the most important date in our country. If we reach that date and are able to vote, we will take our country back. I however have great doubts if we will have an election this year. All the signs I’m seeing are telling me that president zero will declare marshall law and cancel the elections because he feels it would be to dangerous. I have never felt this way before and hold great fear for our country’s survival. God Help Us All and I hope I’m wrong.
