Where Did Syria’s Chemical Weapons Come From?

syria_WMDAs the news stories mount regarding Syrian President Bashar al Assad’s decision to move his chemical weapons stockpile from storage to areas closer to rebel locations, there is one thing the mainstream media is not commenting on: How Syria acquired what is reported to be one of the world’s largest arsenals of bio-chemical WMD? More to the point, what they are not reporting is this: From where did the Assad regime acquire their bio-chemical WMD?

In 2006, former Iraqi general, Georges Sada, who served under Saddam Hussein before he defected, wrote a comprehensive book detailing how the Iraqi Revolutionary Guard moved weapons of mass destruction into Syria, before the US-led action to eliminate Saddam Hussein’s WMD threat, by loading the weapons into civilian aircraft in which the passenger seats were removed.

As reported in the New York Sun on January 26, 2006:

“‘There are weapons of mass destruction gone out from Iraq to Syria, and they must be found and returned to safe hands,’ Mr. Sada said. ‘I am confident they were taken over.’”

“Mr. Sada’s comments come just more than a month after Israel’s top general during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Moshe Yaalon, told the Sun that Saddam ‘transferred the chemical agents from Iraq to Syria.’

Of course they are the WMD’s that we suspected but could not find in Iraq.

Yep, the Camel Express has been shifting them around, from country to country over the yrs.

For gosh sakes, do you not remember Gen Clayton Powell on TV
showing you satellite photographs of trucks removing these WMD from a bunker in Iraq? I said then that they were going to Syria: however the democrats had to deny they existed so they could blame George Bush for sending in our troops. Well dumb democrats the blood of all those killed by these weapons are on your hands. If you had not been such a holes and done your job Iraq would not have had enough time to move these WMD’s. Are you now willing to man up and say Bush was right and we were wrong? I doubt it, you will do as you usually do lie, twist words, cry, create another scandal and try to blame Bush for it.

Though not all of the WMD’s were remove prior to the Iraqi war. During the invasion of Iraq the Iraqi Army mixed in with fleeing Iraqi civilians going to Syria taking their WMD’s with them. This stopped the the U.S. from using air power from taking out the flee Iraqi Army. This was expected to happen though which is why the U.S. 4th infantry was sitting on the boarder of Turkey and Iraq ready to intercept the fleeing Iraqi Army. But just prior to the 4th infantry entering Iraq from Turkey the Turkey government refused to allow the 4th infantry to cross their boarders which allowed the Iraqi military to escape with their WMD’s and now Syria has plenty of WMD’s to use as they see fit and why there were no WMD’s found in Iraq.

None of this is new news it just hasn’t been reported in the American Press who instead has decided to say that President Bush lied about the reasons for going to war in Iraq.

Well duh! That’s something I’ve always wondered about the morons who say there were no WMD in Iraq: What did they think happened to them then? Because we know for certain (UN report) that they did have them. The only explanation other than them being transferred to Syria (Saddam’s only ally in the region) would be that the Iraqis destroyed them, presumably out of the goodness of their hearts. Uh-huh! And I’ve got a couple of really nice bridges to sell you, too.

And where did Iraq get them? From USA?? Remember that Hussein was an American ally for a while and received ???? from our government. Peace,
