No. 1: The march got its start in 1973 with a seemingly insignificant protest in response to the landmark Supreme Court decisions of Roe v Wade and Doe v Bolton. . .

No. 2: The rally kicked off at 1 p.m. local time at the National Mall and featured various pro-life speakers. Speakers included The Daily Wire editor-in-chief Ben Shapiro, Dr. Alveda King, Knights of Columbus Supreme Knight Carl Anderson, Archbishop Joseph Naumann, and more, in addition to President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. . .

No. 3: Trump addressed the March for Life participants in a pre-recorded address. In his remarks, the president promised to continue protecting America’s unborn children even though Democrats took a majority in the House of Representatives as a result of the 2016 midterm elections.

No. 4: Vice President Pence and his wife Karen made a surprise, in-person appearance at the march. . .
