Breitbart Texas exclusively obtained leaked information on the Iraqi man who was apprehended while illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border into Texas on February 12, 2015. The Border Patrol agent responsible for interviewing the subject initially expressed concerns that the Iraqi was sent by Russia, largely due to the Iraqi man’s history as a military trainer, his speaking several languages, including Russian, and his having lived in Crimea, according to one of the leaked documents. Breitbart Texas was provided with two documents by a federal agent who works under the umbrella of Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The agent insisted on remaining anonymous.

The Iraqi man is named Ahmed Adnan Taha, Al Khafaji. His date of birth is 6-25-84. He has one sister in the U.S., one in Turkey, three brothers in Turkey, one in Ukraine, one in New York State, and three brothers in Iraq, according to the leaked documents.

The Iraqi told U.S. authorities that he spoke fluent Russian and lived in Crimea prior to the Russian invasion. He further stated that a Ukrainian paid $4,000 for him to get to the U.S., however, the Iraqi refused to identify the Ukrainian to U.S. authorities.

The public statement given by Border Patrol at the time of the Iraqi’s apprehension stated, “On Thursday, February 12, 2015, RGV Border Patrol Agents encountered an adult Middle Eastern male south of Pharr, Texas. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Border Patrol station for further processing. The subject was setup for Expedited Removal back to his country of origin and transferred to the custody of ICE/ERO.” (Read more from “Iraqi Caught Crossing US-Mexico Border Was Military Trainer and Spoke Fluent Russian” HERE)

Northcom: China’s Three Missile Submarines a ‘Concern’

US Libya MilitaryThe Chinese Navy has deployed three ballistic missile submarines at sea capable of striking the United States with nuclear missiles, the commander of the U.S. Northern Command said Tuesday.

Adm. William Gortney, the commander, said the submarines are a “concern” and will be able to strike the United States when fully deployed with missiles and warheads.

The missile submarines are deployed in the South China Sea at a base on Hainan Island, according to a defense official.

“They’ve not loaded their missiles or begun strategic patrols,” the official said. “But we believe they are likely to begin this year.”

Gortney also stated explicitly that U.S. intelligence agencies have concluded that North Korea is capable of mounting a small nuclear warhead on its new road-mobile KN-08 intercontinental missiles. (Read more from “Northcom: China’s Three Missile Submarines a ‘Concern’” HERE)

Gay Orgies and ‘Murder’ Scandals Engulf Vatican

VaticanThe Vatican has been embroiled in two separate, highly embarrassing, scandals.

In one, a north Italian priest has been removed from office after allegations emerged that he had been surfing the internet to find gay lovers and had been involved in gay orgies.

The other, which has generated – if possible – even more lurid press coverage in Italy, alleges a priest in the south of the country is under investigation on suspicion of murdering one of his parishioners.

Father Gratien Alabi, from the Democratic Republic of Congo, is under investigation for murder following the discovery of female bones under the flagstones of an ancient mountain chapel . . .

The case has generated intense media interest, with some papers claiming that Father Alabi had engaged in an affair with the woman, a parishioner of his and another priest’s church, and fathered a child with her. (Read more from “Gay Orgies and ‘Murder’ Scandals Engulf Vatican” HERE)

North Korea Warns Will Act to Get Back Ship Held by Mexico

North Korea accused Mexico on Wednesday of illegally detaining one of its ships with some 50 crew and warned it would take “necessary measures” to release the vessel, which United Nations sanctions monitors say belongs to a blacklisted shipping firm.

The 6,700-tonne freighter Mu Du Bong, which had come from Cuba, ran aground in July on a reef 8 miles (13 km) northeast of Tuxpan in Mexico’s Veracruz state. Mexico said the ship remains in the port of Tuxpan.

North Korea’s Deputy UN Ambassador An Myong Hun told a small news conference on Wednesday that the Mu Du Bong was not linked to the blacklisted firm, Ocean Maritime Management Company, and therefore not subject to U.N. sanctions.

He said North Korea, officially known as the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), had paid an undisclosed sum to Mexico for damages to the reef where the ship had run aground and now the ship and its crew should be released.

“This ship is totally a peaceful and legitimate commercial ship which sails under the direction of the Ministry of Land and Sea Transportation,” An said. “The detention of Mu Du Bong is a rampant violation of the dignified sovereignty of the DPRK.” (Read more from “North Korea Warns Will Act to Get Back Ship Held by Mexico” HERE)

Arab, Muslim Delegates to Arrive in Jerusalem for United Nations’ Nuke Conference

000_Nic6403188-e1421243020714-635x357Delegates from Arab and Muslim states, some without formal ties with Israel, were expected in Jerusalem next week for a conference on nuclear testing sponsored by the United Nations.

Some 100 delegates, including from Egypt and Jordan, were set to arrive for a conference organized by the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), an international organization set up to outlaw nuclear weapons headed by Dr. Lassina Zerbo. Israel is a member of the treaty but has yet to ratify it.

To ensure the arrival of those invitees from states with no diplomatic relations with Israel, the Foreign Ministry had to issue travel and safety assurances, the Israeli daily Maariv reported Tuesday.

The purpose of the conference, as reported by Maariv was to discuss the results from a recent experiment in Jordan in November 2014. The experiment tested CTBTO inspectors’s abilities to monitor, identify and neutralize nuclear testing, according to the report.

Zerbo was set to meet with Intelligence Minister Dr. Yuval Steinitz, heads of the Israel Atomic Energy Commission and other Israel officials to try to persuade an Israeli ratification of the treaty, according to Maariv. Obama Insists Nuclear Agreement with Iran Is a Good Deal, as White House Admits That Tehran Never Agreed to Phased Sanctions

presBy Francesca Chambers. As President Barack Obama was selling the nuclear agreement with Iran as a net plus for United States and its allies, the White House today admitted that Tehran never agreed to phased sanctions relief as part of a political understanding it came to with the international community.

The timing of sanctions relief was last week called into question after an Iranian official suggested his country expected the immediate termination of nuclear-related restrictions, not the gradual lifting of sanctions that the Obama administration said would accompany a formal agreement.

Asked on Friday about Iran’s apparent misgivings, a State Department spokesperson scoffed at the he said, she said, and claimed she was ‘not really concerned’ about the language the country was using to convince its citizens to support the framework agreement.

The White House characterized the disagreement as a difference of opinion on how quickly sanctions would be removed on Monday while acknowledging that ‘there still continue to be some important sticking points’ that need to be worked out before a final deal can be signed and sealed.

The building’s chief spokesman, Josh Earnest, refused to attribute a probability to a formal deal ever being reached, in light of the revelation, but said he was ‘feeling more optimistic’ than before. Obama Admits: Deal Will Give Iran ‘near Zero’ Breakout Time in 13 Years

By Josh Lederman. Defending an emerging nuclear deal, President Barack Obama said Iran would be kept a year away from obtaining a nuclear weapon for more than a decade, but conceded Tuesday that the buffer period could shrink to almost nothing after 13 or more years.

Obama, whose top priority at the moment is to sell the framework deal to critics, was pushing back on the charge that the deal fails to eliminate the risk because it allows Iran to keep enriching uranium. He told NPR News that Iran will be capped for a decade at 300 kilograms — not enough to convert to a stockpile of weapons-grade material.

“What is a more relevant fear would be that in Year 13, 14, 15, they have advanced centrifuges that enrich uranium fairly rapidly, and at that point, the breakout times would have shrunk almost down to zero,” Obama said.

Breakout time refers to how long it would take to build a bomb if Iran decided to pursue one full-bore — in other words, how long the rest of the world would have to stop it. The framework deal, if honored, expands Iran’s breakout time — currently two to three months — to at least a year. But that constraint would stay in place only for 10 years, at which point some restrictions would start phasing out. (Read more from this story HERE)

Fukushima Radiation Has Officially Reached North American Shores

RadiationSeaborne radiation from Japan’s Fukushima nuclear disaster has reached North America.

Scientists at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution detected small amounts of cesium-134 and cesium-137 in a sample of seawater taken in February from a dock on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

It’s the first time radioactivity from the March 2011 triple meltdown has been identified on West Coast shores.

Woods Hole chemical oceanographer Ken Buesseler emphasized that the radiation is at very low levels that aren’t expected to harm human health or the environment.

“Even if the levels were twice as high, you could still swim in the ocean for six hours every day for a year and receive a dose more than a thousand times less than a single dental X-ray,” Buesseler said. “While that’s not zero, that’s a very low risk.” (Read more from “Fukushima Radiation Has Reached North American Shores” HERE)

URGENT: Here’s What Iran Was Secretly Doing During Obama’s Negotiations

mr obamaWhile President Obama and other world leaders were negotiating the framework for a nuclear deal with Iran, Iranian government forces were conducting secretive operations that prove, once again, their intentions are far from good.

Iranian officials were allegedly funneling tens of millions of dollars to the Palestinian-backed Hamas terrorist group in an effort to rebuild tunnels between Gaza and Israel, as well as bolster Hamas’ dwindled missile supply after they launched thousands of them against Jewish communities last summer.

During the summer war, Israeli forces destroyed multiple tunnels that acted as an underground Hamas weapon smuggling operation to transport thousands of projectiles that would eventually be used on targets throughout Israel, according to Britain’s Telegraph newspaper.

Israeli media outlets have recently reported that Hamas is focusing on rebuilding their military capability, which suggests they may be gearing up for a near-future conflict.

Just last month, the Times of Israel reported that Israeli military leaders believe that fresh tunnels have been excavated, further cementing the idea that another deadly conflict could be right around the corner. ‘You’re Kidding?’ Obama’s Statement on Kenya Killings Omitted One Crucial Fact [+video]

obamawhitehouse-ap_4By Michael Dorstewitzs. Somalian al-Shabaab militants chose Holy Week to cross the border into Kenya to wage a brutal attack specifically targeting Christians — but you would never know that from the American president . . .

On the day of the massacre, the White House issued a statement condemning the militants but neglected to indicate the reason al-Shabaab raided the university — to kill Christians.

[Listen to Walid Shoebat explain how Obama’s catastrophic policies regarding Islam and the Middle East are driving us toward apocalypse]

It’s as though President Obama believes that when Islamic terrorists attack Christians or Jews, religion is never a factor. The statement read:

Michelle and I join the American people in expressing our horror and sadness at the reports coming out of Garissa, Kenya. Words cannot adequately condemn the terrorist atrocities that took place at Garissa University College, where innocent men and women were brazenly and brutally massacred. We join the world in mourning them, many of whom were students pursuing an education in the pursuit of a better life for themselves and their loved ones. They represented a brighter future for a region that has seen too much violence for far too long. We also commend the heroism of the responders who lost their lives in the selfless protection of the students and faculty.

I know firsthand the extraordinary resilience and fundamental decency of the people of Kenya. So I know that the people of Garissa and all of Kenya will grieve, but their determination to achieve a better and more secure future will not be deterred. And neither will the resolve of the United States. We will stand hand-in-hand with the Kenyan Government and people against the scourge of terrorism and in their efforts to bring communities together. This much is clear: the future of Kenya will not be defined by violence and terror; it will be shaped by young people like those at Garissa University College – by their talents, their hopes, and their achievements. This is a message I will relay to the Kenyan people when I visit Kenya in July. Even at this difficult hour, the Kenyan people should know they have an unwavering friend and ally in the United States of America.

Nearly 150 Dead in Al-Shabaab School Attack, Kenyan Officials Say

By Fox News. A security operation is over and 147 people have been killed in an attack Thursday by Al Qaeda-linked terror group Al-Shabaab on a Kenyan college, officials said.

The officials said four attackers were killed during the operation.

The siege on Garissa University also left dozens more injured and hundreds of students unaccounted for.

Hours after the assault began, Kenyan security forces cornered the gunmen in a dormitory at the school, and President Uhuru Kenyatta said in a speech to the nation that the attackers were holding hostages.

“There are many dead bodies of Christians inside the building,” Al-Shabaab spokesman Sheikh Abdiasis Abu Musab told Sky News. “We are also holding many Christians alive. Fighting still goes on inside the college.” (Read more from this story HERE)

Libya Rejects U.S.-Led Offensive Against Islamic State, But Wants American Dollars

Libya_c0-90-3400-2071_s561x327Libya’s top diplomat in Washington wants aggressive U.S. support in containing the Islamic State’s rise in her nation but strongly rejects the idea of an American-led bombing or ground offensive, saying it would just make things worse.

In an acknowledgment of how poorly some in the region see the U.S.-led campaign against the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq, the charge d’affairs of the Libyan Embassy in Washington said replicating that strategy in Libya would likely draw more foreign fighters into the nation.

“We don’t want Libya to become a land for the jihadists from all over,” said Wafa Bugaighis, who told reporters during a roundtable discussion that there are already more than 5,000 fighters on Libyan soil aligned with the Islamic State, also known as ISIS and ISIL.

At the same time, Mrs. Bugaighis lamented Washington’s ambivalence toward backing what she described as the only “legitimate and democratically elected” government in Libya as it attempts to contain the Islamic State.

The government, which has operated out of the northeastern Libyan city of Tobruk since an Islamist parliament took over Tripoli last year, is in dire need of military training and hardware, as well as counterterrorism intelligence sharing from the West, she said.
