WATCH: Biden Breaks Serious Promise He Made at the First Debate With Trump

Joe Biden is moving ahead as the media-declared president-elect, but during the first presidential debate with President Trump, he affirmed he would “not declare victory until the election is independently certified.”

Moderator Chris Wallace posed the question to the former vice president during the Sept. 28 debate in Cleveland. . .

But amid lawsuits and investigations presenting evidence of serious vote fraud in the battleground states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Nevada, Biden delivered a victory speech Saturday declaring “the election is over.”

While major media outlets have called the race for Biden, none of the states have certified their votes, and the process won’t be finalized until January.

After local election officials verify their counts, the governor or another state official certifies the statewide results. The governor then certifies the slate of electors for the Electoral College.

Andrew Cuomo Wants To ‘Deck’ President Trump (VIDEO)

. . .Of course there’s weightlifting CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, who in 2019 threatened to throw a guy down a flight of stairs for calling him “Fredo” — a reference to the weak brother in “The Godfather.”

. . .Naturally, folks far and wide piled on since then and repeated the “Fredo” slight — including President Donald Trump earlier this year:

. . .Well, that apparently didn’t sit well with Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who told radio host Howard Stern on Monday he wanted to punch Trump’s lights out over his “Fredo” dig directed toward his younger brother.

“If I wasn’t governor of New York, I would have decked him. Period,” the elder Cuomo told Stern, according to USA Today. “I mean he was attacking me, he was attacking my family, he was anti-Italian. Every nasty thing.”

Tucker Carlson Gives Numerous Examples of Fraud, Proclaims Dictatorships Tell People To Accept Election Outcome (VIDEO)

Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Monday night called for allegations of vote fraud in the 2020 presidential election to be fully investigated before a winner is declared.

“You can’t simply tell people to accept an outcome, because force doesn’t work in a democracy,” he said on “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

“That’s a dictatorship.”

He noted that in the key battleground states of Pennsylvania, Nevada and Michigan, the Trump campaign has now collected signed affidavits attesting to criminal activity during the voting process. In Detroit, for example, witnesses have alleged under oath that ballots were improperly backdated and counted without matching signatures.

“There’s only one way to lower the national temperature and unite the country. We need to find out exactly what happened in this election. There are questions. Trump Campaign to the Media: Here’s Actual Proof of Voter Fraud, Just as You Asked (VIDEO)

While the mainstream media was doing a victory lap for former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), the Trump campaign held a press conference about voter fraud in Pennsylvania.

“Let me just give you one concrete example, not anecdotal, but concrete example of what we believe to be valid voted fraud in the State of Pennsylvania,” Trump campaign senior adviser Corey Lewandowski said during Saturday’s press conference. “I draw you to the attention of an obituary listed for Denise [inaudible] of Allegheny County. Born 9/10/1946, deceased 10/22/2020. Her application to vote was received on 10/23, the day after she died. It was then mailed by the county back to her on 10/24/2022, two days after she had legally passed away and then the ballot was received back at the county office on November 2nd, 2020 and when you go to the Secretary of State’s website today, it says that she voted in this election, effective November 2nd 2020, a full nine days after … passed away.”

Mexican President: Media Censoring Trump (VIDEO)

Mexico’s president expressed surprise at how U.S. media are working to “censor” President Donald Trump amid contested election results.

During his daily news conference, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) doubled down on his recent decision to hold off on congratulating any candidate until all legal issues were resolved. AMLO said Trump was being silenced by media when he has tried to call out irregularities.

“In the country of freedoms, of the free press, all of a sudden they censor the president,” Lopez Obrador said. “It is not anything–this had not been seen before. The media censors. WATCH: Harris Talks to Biden Like a Child Over Being Declared President-Elect

Sen. Kamala Harris posted a video of a phone call she made to Joe Biden on Saturday to congratulate him after he was declared the 46th president by a number of media outlets.

“We did it, we did it, Joe!” Biden’s running mate said, beaming. “You’re gonna be the next president of the United States.”

Biden hasn’t been officially coronated as the president-elect, however, because there are still states that are counting ballots.

WATCH: BLM and Anarchist Groups Call to ‘Burn It Down,’ Berate Biden Supporters: ‘You Are a Bunch of Fools!’

While there were massive celebrations across the country after several news outlets declared Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential election, there were also groups marching against President Donald Trump and in opposition to the reported president-elect.

There were large crowds of Biden supporters partying at the Black Lives Matter Plaza in Washington, D.C., on Saturday. There were also other groups who were not in as much of a festive mood.

There was a crew of black-clad demonstrators, many holding umbrellas, marching towards Black Lives Matter Plaza. They held a large sign that read: “FREE THE PEOPLE, FIGHT THE POWER, F*** THE POLICE – DEFUND, DISARM, DISBAND.” Another sign said: “BURN DOWN THE AMERICAN PLANTATION.”

The group chanted: “What do we want? Justice When do we want it? Now! If we don’t get it — Burn it down! BURN. IT. DOWN!”

The mob chanted: “F*** Trump! F*** Biden! No more presidents!”

Schumer: If Democrats Win the Senate Through Georgia Races, We Will ‘Change America’ (VIDEO)

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer waited only a few hours after several media outlets declared Joe Biden the winner of the presidential race before he declared the Democratic Party’s true intentions for the country should they reclaim the Senate. The control of the upper chamber of Congress will likely come down to two Georgia runoff races in January, since none of the candidates in either contest reached the 50 percent threshold to win.

“Now we take Georgia, then we change the world,” Schumer said, holding a black 2020 flag with a “no” symbol over a 45, denoting Donald Trump, the 45th president, and the words “Reclaiming my country.”

“Now we take Georgia, then we change America,” the New York Democrat said at what appeared to be a mass celebration in New York City.

WATCH: Dems Distance Themselves From ‘Defund the Police’ Movement, Socialism

After unexpected and significant losses on Election Day, House Democrats on Sunday distanced themselves from the “defund the police” movement and the label of “socialism,” claiming that they were merely slogans or Republican smears.

“Not a single member of Congress that I’m aware of campaigned on socialism or defunding the police in this general election,” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) said on CNN’s State of the Union. “These were largely slogans or they were demands from activist groups.” The congresswoman, who is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America, added that “Republicans levied very effective rhetorical attacks against our party” by linking Democrats to the movements.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.), who called to “completely dismantle” her city’s police department this year, went further and said it was a Republican “narrative” that radical movements doomed Democrats in swing districts.

“All of those members who are part of the progressive caucus who are also in those swing districts won their races or are on track to win their races,” Omar told CNN. “This myth that the Republicans are using to develop a narrative to start to create a wedge between Democrats is really something we can’t allow to stick and that narrative to get hold.”

U.S. Postal Service Whistleblower Reveals Identity (VIDEO)

James O’Keefe of Project Veritas has released an update on a USPS worker who is a whistleblower to alleged voter fraud in mail-in-ballots. This whistleblower previously wished to remain anonymous but now is willing to not only go public, but testify under oath.

“He is going to testify about the backdating of ballots in Erie, Pennsylvania, in a battleground state,” said James O’Keefe. . .

Richard Hopkins is the whistleblower and postal worker who is now willing to go public, although still hesitant in relation to the consequences of him doing so. Hopkins said, “I’m nervous.
