Patriot’s Coach Wears “Don’t Tread on Me” Shirt into Super Bowl; Supporters Called Racist

Photo Credit: Boston HeraldIn images that have gone viral on Twitter, New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick is shown wearing a red t-shirt emblazoned with the words, “Don’t Tread on Me” into the Super Bowl today. His shirt included an image from the famed Revolutionary War Gadsden flag, a mainstay of the modern Tea Party movement.

According to Wikipedia, “The Gadsden flag is a historical American flag with a yellow field depicting a rattlesnake coiled and ready to strike. Positioned below the rattlesnake are the words “Dont tread on me”. The flag is named after American general and statesman Christopher Gadsden (1724–1805), who designed it in 1775 during the American Revolution.”

Liberal Magazine: If You Rooted for the Patriots You’re Racist

By Christian Datoc. [T]he liberal media refuses to quit its slanderous campaign against the 2015 AFC Champion New England Patriots.

For starters, the article’s main argument is basically as follows: “The NFL is part of a changing, more socially-conscious America, and if you aren’t pulling for the Seahawks, it’s probably because you’re a racist.”

Seriously. It’s all in there. (Read more from this story HERE)

The leak claimed that in reality, the balls were found to be between 1-2 pounds below the league limit for PSI. (Read more from this story HERE)
