Here Is the Repulsive Thing Rosie O’Donnell Says She Wants to Do to People Who Are Pro-Life

rosieodonnell2Today, comedian Rosie O’Donnell said “women’s rights“ are under attack in America and that politicians are undoing all the advances abortion activists have made. The Hill reports that O’Donnell told Jenny Hutt on SiriusXM’s radio program that she believes there is a war on women. She said, “Bigger than any specific people, there is a war on women that is happening in this country. Women fought for equality in this country, and right now, politically, it’s being taken away from us.”

Then, unbelievably, O’Donnell said she would like to do this to pro-lifers: “I’d like to take my period blood I no longer have and write, ‘you’re all assh—s.’ I’d like to smear it all over some people’s faces.”

Additionally, during the interview with Hutt, she said that London Marathoner Kiran Ganhi’s decision to run without a tampon while menstruating is a critical demonstration for women’s rights.

Although O’Donnell didn’t mention the Planned Parenthood scandal specifically, it is likely she is referring to pro-life Senate Republicans who tried to defund the abortion company in light of videos showing their top executives haggling over the price of aborted babies’ body parts. Unfortunately, Senate Democrats defeated the legislation even though the videos expose Planned Parenthood’s complete disregard for human life and countless potential violations of federal law.

As LifeNews previously reported, O’Donnell recently canceled her plans to adopt another child after finding out that he faced health problems. Earlier this year, O’Donnell separated from her wife, Michelle Rounds, and news reports reveal that the pair plans to divorce. In fact, right now they are in the middle of an ugly custody battle for their daughter, Dakota, who was born in 2013. Rand Paul Leaves the Campaign Trail for Surgeries in Haiti

rand-paul-cpac.si_This weekend, while the political world descends on Iowa’s state fairgrounds, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) will be fixing cataracts 2000 miles away. As he’s done every summer recess since joining the Senate, Paul’s performing pro bono eye surgery. This year’s mission, run and sponsored by the Moran Eye Center from the University of Utah, will take Paul to Haiti, the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere.

“We kind of suggested it,” said Paul in an interview. “There was talk about Haiti being in great need, and it’s fairly close to the United States. Haiti, unfortunately, is famous for a long history of problems” . . .

“You want to go where the need is greatest,” Paul said. “In our country, when you have cataracts, they’re relatively easy to fix. The people we will treat in Haiti — many of them will be completely blind. There’s less medical access there. It’s closer to the equator. There’s more sun, people are outside more, fewer people even have sunglasses. So there’s a lot you can do.”

Paul’s 2014 trip was balanced against a small media frenzy. Multiple media outlets traveled with him, filming his journey and surgeries for profiles of a likely presidential contender. David Bossie of the conservative Citizens United even brought a film crew — complete with aerial drone — to capture the scene. Obama Administration Threatens Alabama and Louisiana After They De-Fund Planned Parenthood

barackobama8The Obama administration is threatening two states after they made the decision to cut funding to the Planned Parenthood abortion business in the wake of a series of videos exposing how Planned Parenthood sells aborted babies and their body parts.

Alabama became the third state to de-fund the Planned Parenthood abortion business in the wake of five videos exposing how the abortion giant sells the body parts of aborted babies for research. The state followed Louisiana, which is revoking a contract with Planned Parenthood using state Medicaid dollars, and New Hampshire, which zapped $650,000 in state taxpayer funding.

In Alabama, Governor Robert Bentley sent a letter to the head of the Planned Parenthood abortion business in Alabama notifying it of his decision. In Louisiana, the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals informed Planned Parenthood it is exercising its right to terminate Planned Parenthood’s Medicaid provider agreement.

According to the Medicaid provider contract between DHH and Planned Parenthood, along with relevant Louisiana law, either party can choose to cancel the contract at will after providing written notice.

But the Obama administration wrote threatening letters to each state claiming their move to de-fund Planned Parenthood violates federal law. (Read more from “Obama Administration Threatens Alabama and Louisiana After They De-Fund Planned Parenthood” HERE)

Miscarried at 22 Weeks, Identical Twins Are Sharing the Truth About Abortion

11855742_10153565631108824_4295946816712200473_n-672x372Heather Ellis and her husband, Josh, have always wished for children, but after their first son, Cason, was born, they struggled to get pregnant. Fertility drugs helped, and they were thrilled to discover they were expecting identical twin boys. However, at 18 weeks, Ellis began experiencing some pressure and had a feeling something was wrong.

Doctors performed an ultrasound and told Ellis that everything was fine, but she couldn’t shake the nagging feeling that something was not right. She followed her instincts and switched doctors, looking for a second and third opinion . . .

“When I first went in,” Ellis said, “and they noticed that it wasn’t looking good, they offered me abortion and I just couldn’t do that” . . .

On August 6, 2015, Ellis decided to share their photograph with the world through Facebook. Underneath the photo she wrote:

With all this talk of abortion right now, I want people to know that this is what a 22 week old child looks like. This was just minutes after my twins passed away after living and breathing for about 30 minutes last November (Chase, the one on the right, looks different because he was in the sac without amniotic fluid for a couple days). It is legal to abort children at this age in way too many places. While I was holding my babies, wishing they would survive, babies at the same gestation that could have survived are being torn apart and discarded. It makes my heart sad. There are so many better options (adoption being my personal favorite). These are precious children of God. I love you Chase and Cooper, and I hope someone will see this and reconsider their choice.

Planned Parenthood Founder on Abortion: ‘No Matter How Early…It Was Taking Life’

Nancy Pelosi - passportMargaret Sanger, a founder of Planned Parenthood, wrote in her autobiography that an abortion at any stage is the taking of a human life.

“To each group we explained simply what contraception was; that abortion was the wrong way—no matter how early it was performed it was taking life,” wrote Sanger.

Planned Parenthood, which is now the leading abortion provider in America, will this week give House Minority Nancy Pelosi, its Margaret Sanger Award. Planned Parenthood says Pelosi has earned the honor through her “leadership, excellence, and outstanding contributions to the reproductive health and rights movement over the course of her career.”

According to its website, Planned Parenthood traces its origins to 1916 when Sanger opened a birth control office in Brooklyn, N.Y. In 1922, she incorporated the American Birth Control League to address issues such as “world population growth, disarmament, and world famine,” and in 1923, Sanger opened the Birth Control Clinical Research Bureau in Manhattan to provide contraceptives to women . . .

Margaret Sanger (1879-1966), in an essay written in 1931, sought to distinguish between contraceptive measures that prevent a sperm from fertilizing a woman’s egg and post-conception measures that would destroy a fertilized egg, an embryo. She wrote the article in response to then-Pope Pius XI’s encyclical letter Casti Connubii, or Chaste Wedlock, issued on Dec. 31, 1930. US Government Warns States Against Defunding Planned Parenthood

A Planned Parenthood clinic is seen in Vista, CaliforniaThe U.S. government has warned states moving to defund women’s health group Planned Parenthood that they may be in conflict with federal law, officials said on Wednesday.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, a federal agency, was in contact with officials in Louisiana and Alabama this month, said a spokesperson for the agency’s parent, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The agency warned those two states that their plans to terminate Medicaid provider agreements with Planned Parenthood may illegally restrict beneficiary access to services, the spokesperson said in a statement.

Planned Parenthood has been at the center of a national debate since the anti-abortion group Center for Medical Progress last month began releasing undercover videos showing doctors discussing the sale of fetal body parts.

Federal law requires state Medicaid programs to cover family-planning services and supplies for anyone of child-bearing age. Ending the agreements with Planned Parenthood would limit beneficiaries’ access to care and services from qualified providers of their choice, according to HHS. This State Just Signed a Bill Saying Aborted Babies May Be Buried or Cremated

mikepence3After national controversy surrounding the Planned Parenthood abortion businesses’ sale of aborted babies and aborted baby body parts, Indiana Governor Mike Pence signed into law a new measure providing that aborted babies may be buried or cremated.

The new law would help stop the kind of sale of aborted babies and their body parts that Planned Parenthood facilities in other states have been caught arranging. Although Roe v. Wade prohibits states from banning abortions, pro-life advocates in Indiana believe the aborted baby ought to at least be treated respectfully even if the abortion clinic treated the baby with disrespect before the abortion.

The aborted fetal remains bill (SEA 329), establishes rules as to how abortion facilities must dispose of aborted babies and allows the pregnant woman to choose a different method at her own expense (i.e. burial). As testimony revealed, the Indianapolis Planned Parenthood facility was disposing aborted babies down a drain into the sewer system, the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) implemented emergency disposal rules on July 1.

Pence today ceremonially signed a measure authored by State Sen. Liz Brown (R-Fort Wayne) ensuring all health-care facilities, including abortion clinics, appropriately dispose of the bodies of babies killed in abortions.

The law also provides women who have an abortion the same option as those who have a miscarriage when deciding to either bury or cremate their baby. (Read more from “This State Just Signed a Bill Saying Aborted Babies May Be Buried or Cremated” HERE)

Ben Carson Shares Dramatic Conversion Story, Reveals Why America Needs ‘God’s Healing Hands’ More Than Ever

Dr. Ben Carson Speaks At Launch Of New Media Online Network In Scottsdale, ArizonaRepublican presidential hopeful Ben Carson recently shared his dramatic story of conversion and revealed why he believes America is in need of “God’s healing hands” more than ever before.

Speaking at LifePoint Assembly of God in Osceola, Iowa, on Sunday, Dr. Carson told the congregation that he grew extreme poverty in Detroit, Michigan, and was filled with anger and resentment, believing he would die at a young age. However, his life was completely changed after spending three hours locked in a bathroom one day, reading the book of Proverbs.

“When I came out, my temper was gone and I’ve never had a problem since,” The Des Moines Register quoted the retired neurosurgeon as saying.

In addition to Proverbs, Dr. Carson revealed that two other important books deeply influenced his life: Up from Slavery, an autobiography of Booker T. Washington, and the account of Joseph’s life in the Old Testament in the Bible.

Inspired by Oscar Schindler, Jewish Businessman Leads Effort to Rescue Christian, Yazidi Girls From ISIS

children-300x200A Jewish businessman is leading an effort to rescue Christian and Yazidi girls kidnapped by ISIS militants and sold as sex slaves in northern Iraq, U.K. based Catholic magazine The Tablet reported on Friday.

Steve Maman, 42, founded the Liberation of Christian and Yazidi Children of Iraq (CYCI) a year ago after ISIS jihadists took over the Iraqi cities of Mosul and Sinjar, forcing more than 100,000 civilians to flee. The Canada-based charity works closely with a team of negotiators, based inside ISIS-occupied areas, to reunite the kidnapped girls with their families. The group claims to have rescued more than 120 women so far . . .

“We liberate children from their captors through the use of on-the-ground brokers,” said Maman. His organization’s website says, “The price of a child’s life to remove them from the hands of ISIS is between $1000-$3000” . . .

CYCI also collaborates with Anglican Canon Andrew White’s Foundation for Relief and Reconciliation in the Middle East, which provides shelter to those who have fled ISIS.

ISIS kidnapped 7,000 Yazidi women and girls into slavery last August, according to Tablet. An unknown number of Christian women and girls were also captured, and CYCI estimates that around 2,700 are still being held by the terror group. According to the charity’s website, the women and children, some as young as 8 years old, are held in horrible conditions and are often forced to sleep in cages. They are then “sold like cattle in markets” as sex slaves to ISIS fighters and militants. Hillary Tanking With the Group That Was Supposed to Save Her: Women Voters

voter080415Hillary Clinton’s presidential polling numbers have taken a dramatic hit with the very demographic that was expected to lift her to the Democratic nomination and onward to the White House: white women.

A new Wall Street Journal/NBC poll reveals that Clinton’s approval among white women has dropped precipitously in a very short time, tanking by double-digit percentage points in a single month.

“In June, 44% of white women had a favorable view of Mrs. Clinton, compared to 43% who didn’t,” WSJ reports. “In July, those numbers moved in the wrong direction for Mrs. Clinton: Only 34% of white women saw her in a positive light, compared to 53% who had a negative impression of her, the poll found.”

The report describes the poll numbers as “a worrisome development” that puts Clinton at a profound disadvantage: having to play catch-up with a segment of the voter base that was supposed to be an assured win.
