After Obama Speaks in Canada, Chant Erupts That Many Will Find Chilling

Wrapping up his final months in office, President Obama made a trip to Canada’s Parliament Wednesday where he delivered a warm speech and praised the close relations between the U.S. and Canada.

The president also had kind words for Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, saying his fellow liberal has brought “new energy and hope” to relationships between the two nations.

“My time in office may be nearing an end, but I know that Canada and the world will benefit from your leadership in the years to come,” he said of Trudeau.

Trudeau had earlier introduced Obama by claiming the two had an ongoing “bromance,” remarking, “This House gets to see a bromance up close.”

Obama touched on some more serious matters as well, calling on Canada to carry its own weight internationally and especially in regards to NATO.

“As your NATO ally and your friend, let me say, we’ll be more secure when every NATO member, including Canada, contributes its full share to our common security,” Obama told Parliament. “Because the Canadian Armed Forces are really good. And if I can borrow a phrase, the world needs more Canada. NATO needs more Canada. We need you.”

According to Obama, the world order has become “increasingly strained” due to instability and inequality. He said he expects that “people will push back out of anger; out of fear,” but Obama expressed optimism for the future of market-based liberal economies.

At the conclusion of his speech, Obama was met with thunderous applause and chants of “four more years.”

His visit to Canada marks the first time since 1995 a sitting U.S. leader has visited the government body. Liberal and Conservative lawmakers returned from their summer break to witness Obama’s speech. OH, MY: MSNBC Rips Apart Hillary Clinton’s Response to the Benghazi Terror Attacks

On MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski, and Jon Meacham all expressed their outrage over Hillary Clinton’s handling of the Benghazi terrorist attacks. This discussion came on the heels of the House GOP releasing its report on Benghazi, which was praised by the panel as “fair-minded” and “independent.”

Brzezinski said of Clinton’s handling of the terrorist attacks, “I feel like we lost an ambassador, we lost precious lives. Maybe that should have been the first thing that she said. “

Scarborough was Clinton’s toughest critic saying:

SCARBOROUGH: I think — I’m sure she wishes she could take that back. I think the bigger problem is that for Hillary Clinton is that Trey Gowdy actually did what people said Trey Gowdy would do. After fits and starts and after stupid fundraising letter from Republicans, and stupid press conferences from Republicans, and after stupid political overreaches from Republicans. Trey Gowdy actually delivered a congressional report that has fair-minded, independent Americans stopping and going, wait a second, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, and our foreign policy apparatus responded that way while American’s lives were on the line, while a U.S. Ambassador’s life was on the line? I actually think that it’s time to move on actually doesn’t work now. If it had been another hatchet job, another witch hunt Jon Meacham , then I would be the first to say, come on, enough is enough. I’m tired of hearing about Benghazi. But when I hear what I heard from this, a lot of us are going, wait, what happened? How did this happen? How do we stop this from ever happening again?

Meacham added that it is “impossible for her [Clinton] to say the word Benghazi.” (For more from the author of “OH, MY: MSNBC Rips Apart Hillary Clinton’s Response to the Benghazi Terror Attacks” please click HERE)

School Calls Gun-Wielding Cops on Third Grader for Talking About… Brownies

An end-of-the-year party for third graders at William P. Tatem Elementary School in Collingswood, New Jersey was busted by police officers after a 9-year-old boy started talking about brownies being served to the class.

After another student called the comment “racist,” the school FREAKED OUT and called the local authorities.

According to philly.com:

The police officer spoke to the student, who is 9, said the boy’s mother, Stacy dos Santos.

Dos Santos said that the school overreacted and that her son made a comment about snacks, not skin color. “He said they were talking about brownies … Who exactly did he offend?” dos Santos said.

The boy’s father was contacted by Collingswood police later in the day. Police said the incident had been referred to the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency. The student stayed home for his last day of third grade.

Dos Santos said that her son was “traumatized,” and that she hopes to send him to a different Collingswood public school in the fall.

Dos Santos is also asking for an apology from the school, and she deserves one. “I’m not comfortable with the administration,” she said. “He was intimidated, obviously. There was a police officer with a gun in the holster talking to my son, saying, ‘Tell me what you said.’ He didn’t have anybody on his side.”

Shockingly, incidents such as this one have been more regular in Collingswood lately. Following a May 25th meeting, school administrators and police were told by the local prosecutor’s office to report any incidents to the police ranging from simple name-calling to real criminal activity – even at elementary schools.

General Assembly of Presbyterian Church (USA) Opens With Prayers to Allah

“Allah bless us and bless our families and bless our Lord. Lead us on the straight path – the path of all the prophets: Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad,” and so went the prayer offered up by Wajidi Said, from the Portland Muslim Community, as part of the “first order of business” during the opening plenary session of the 222nd General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA). . .

“In the days leading up to this assembly we all know that our nation’s peace has once again been ripped apart by an act of mass violence,” said Heath Rada, moderator of the 221st General Assembly, when introducing [Muslim Wajidi Said].

Beginning [his prayer] in Arabic, Said then switched to English and prayed:

“. . .In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the merciful, let us praise the Lord. The creator of the universe, the most merciful, the most compassionate and the Lord of the universe who has created us and made us into nations and tribes, from male and females that we may know each other, not that we might despise each other, or may despise each other. Incline towards peace and justice and trust in God, for the Lord is one that hears and knows everything and the servants of God, the most compassionate, the most merciful, gracious are those who walk in the earth in humility and when bigots and hateful and Islamaphobes address them, they say peace. Peace be upon them and peace be upon Allah.” (For more from the author of “General Assembly of Presbyterian Church (USA) Opens With Prayers to Allah” please click HERE)

The GOP Screws It Up Again: Makes Big Omission From Benghazi Report

In the 800 or so pages of the draft House Select Committee on Benghazi report, there is no mention of the reasons for the attack, save a critique of falsely blaming it on a video. Chairman Trey Gowdy, R-SC, (B,87%) responded to a question about whether or not the Benghazi compound was being used for covert weapon sales by stating he asked the president but had not gotten an answer as of yet.

We asked questions about covert weapons operations. We made some progress. The lawyers intervened when we were beginning to make a lot of progress. And among the questions I asked the president included that one specifically. I have not heard back from him yet. I have heard from his lawyer and am not holding my breath that I’m going to get an answer to that.

Gowdy continued:

I think it was important because the House asked us to examine policies that lead to the attack. But that is not the focus of our committee.

Gowdy should be given credit for asking the president the question, but he contradicts himself in the reasoning for not digging further. Gowdy said the committee was charged with examining “policies that lead to the attack.” In the next breath he said it was “not the focus of our committee.” In light of the Obama administration blaming the attack on a video, the American people deserve to know the real reason for the attack. The report does not delve into this, only the aftermath.

Back in 2013, Jim Gehraty, writing at National Review, went through what Reuters reported about Benghazi and weapons being supplied to possible jihadists.

Remember my story about the smuggling of shoulder-mounted anti-aircraft missiles in and out of Libya during that country’s civil war? Public reports indicate U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens was working on tracking those missiles when he was attacked and murdered in Benghazi. While the most lurid allegations of U.S. arms smuggling to Libya are not yet proven, the Obama administration did give its blessing to Qatar’s smuggling of arms to the Libyan rebels in 2011 — and later realized that the weapons were ending up in the hands of Islamist militants. The quiet approval of the arms smuggling violated a United Nations arms embargo — and probably ended up exacerbating a problem that would eventually require Stevens to be in that city at that time — when the danger was so considerable.

Andrew McCarthy, also writing at National Review, connected the dots later in August of 2015.

As Obama next called for the ouster of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad and reports surfaced of covert American support for the Syrian “rebels,” arms used by jihadists in Libya were shipped to jihadists in Syria by way of Turkey. Was that why we needed a “diplomatic facility” with a CIA annex in Benghazi, which was a transit point for some of these weapons? Was that why Ambassador Stevens was in Benghazi meeting with Turkey’s ambassador on September 11 despite the obvious peril? The Obama administration refuses to say.

Chairman Gowdy tried to get answers and was stonewalled by the president himself. Americans deserve to know why “4 brave Americans”—as Gowdy called them—died. We now know it wasn’t over a video. Why is the Obama administration not revealing the why, even as they obfuscate the how? (For more from the author of “The One Big Thing Missing From the Benghazi Report” please click HERE)

Horrendous SCOTUS Ruling Deprives Average Citizens of Gun Rights for Minor Offenses

The Supreme Court has just issued what could become a landmark ruling against gun rights advocates.

The case, Stephen Voisine vs. The United States, “involves two plaintiffs who were convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence crimes and were subsequently denied their rights to own a firearm, although no one was seriously injured during the commission of the crimes. The case seeks to answer the question, what kind of domestic abuse does one have to be convicted of in order to have constitutionally protected gun rights taken away?” wrote Western Journalism in February.

According to the SCOTUS ruling, even texting while driving can fall under the crimes resulting in a person’s forfeiture of their rights to own a firearm.

The SCOTUS concluded individuals convicted of “reckless domestic assault,” a misdemeanor, can now have their gun rights revoked and receive a lifetime ban on ownership of firearms.

States like Connecticut have already passed laws banning individuals from gun ownership who have been convicted of one crime of domestic assault.

The ruling passed with a 6-2 vote, with Justice Elena Kagan writing the opinion of the court. “In sum, Congress’s definition of a ‘misdemeanor crime of violence’ contains no exclusion for convictions based on reckless behavior. A person who assaults another recklessly ‘use[s]’ force, no less than one who carries out that same action knowingly or intentionally.”

Justice Thomas offered the dissenting opinion. He argued that a person who texts while driving could “lose his right to bear arms forever if his wife or child suffers the slightest injury from the crash.”

Thomas wrote, “And while it may be true that such incidents are rarely prosecuted, this decision leaves the right to keep and bear arms up to the discretion of federal, state and local prosecutors.”

Those who may have recently been convicted of the crime, or received a conviction years, or even decades ago, may now be in jeopardy of losing their right to own a weapon, and conceivably, having their weapons confiscated. 2016 Presidential Candidate Found Dead at Cleveland Motel

A “fearless advocate for liberty” who sought the Libertarian Party’s nomination for president has been found dead.

Dr. Marc A. Feldman, 56, of Cleveland, was found dead Wednesday at the Americas Best Value Inn near the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. No official cause of death has been released.

Feldman lost the Libertarian nomination in May to former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson.

“How do you make a miracle happen?” he said once. “Start by asking for what you want, and see what you get. Sometimes you’re not given what you ask for, you’re given what you need.” He called himself the “No fear” candidate.

At the Libertarian convention, he rapped his concluding statement.

“I’m that be what you want to be Libertarian,” he began. “That Muslim Libertarian, that Jew Libertarian, the Christian, Atheist, Hin-DU Libertarian.”

“We will miss his dedication as a member of the national committee and candidate for public office, but most of all, I will miss a good friend. He was a delightful, spirited, and dedicated Libertarian who inspired and won the hearts of many. Our deepest condolences to his family on their loss,” said Nicholas Sarwark, chairman of the party’s national committee.

“Dr. Feldman was truly a beacon of unity and empowerment within the party. His campaign website was www.votesnotforsale.com – during his campaign he refused to accept supporting donations higher than $5. His campaign slogan was ‘Empower Yourself,’ and focused on encouraging individuals to achieve greater power and control over their own lives,” Avens O’Brien wrote on The Libertarian Republic. Where the Hell Is the Orlando Jihadist’s Missing Wife?

Am I the only one bothered by the fact that the Orlando jihadist’s wife is a missing, AWOL, gone girl?

Where the hell is Noor Salman? Can we hold a sit-in at the FBI until someone finds her?

The keystone cops in Washington admit they lost track of her last week. So what are they doing to hunt her down? Playing Marco Polo in the pool with their eyes closed?

How crazy is this? In America in 2016 you can real-time track your dog, your kid, your iPhone, your luggage, and your Uber driver around the corner.

But the people in charge of homeland security are losing a dangerous game of Ji-hide-y and Seek with the devout Muslim Palestinian woman who chauffeured her radicalized Orlando jihadist husband around as he scoped out massacre locations and shopped for weapons.

Does FBI stand for fumbling, bumbling idiots? Get your shizzle together, please! (For more from the author of “Where the Hell Is the Orlando Jihadist’s Missing Wife?” please click HERE)

Trump Makes Promise to the British After They ‘Declared Their Independence’

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Friday applauded Britain’s vote to leave the European Union and vowed to work closely with the United Kingdom in the future.

“The people of the United Kingdom have exercised the sacred right of all free peoples,” Trump said in a statement posted on Facebook. “They have declared their independence from the European Union and have voted to reassert control over their own politics, borders and economy.”

“A Trump Administration pledges to strengthen our ties with a free and independent Britain, deepening our bonds in commerce, culture and mutual defense. The whole world is more peaceful and stable when our two countries – and our two peoples – are united together, as they will be under a Trump Administration,” Trump’s statement said.

“Come November, the American people will have the chance to re-declare their independence. Americans will have a chance to vote for trade, immigration and foreign policies that put our citizens first. They will have the chance to reject today’s rule by the global elite, and to embrace real change that delivers a government of, by and for the people. I hope America is watching, it will soon be time to believe in America again,” Trump’s statement said.

On Twitter, Trump issued three tweets about the vote.

Trump, who was in Scotland Friday for the reopening of his Turnberry golf resort, called Britain’s vote to leave the European Union “a great thing.” He added, “People are angry, all over the world, they’re angry. They’re angry over borders, they’re angry over people coming into the country and taking over. Nobody even knows who they are. They’re angry about many, many things.”

Dr. James Dobson: Donald Trump Has Accepted Christ

Donald Trump, according to a new report, has accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

No, you didn’t accidentally click on The Onion. That’s a factual statement, according to a well-respected evangelical faith leader.

Dr. James Dobson, who was among the more than 900 evangelical faith leaders who met with the Republican presidential nominee-in-waiting in New York City, says it happened fairly recently. He also said he knew who led the businessman to Christ.

“I don’t know when it was, but it has not been long,” Dobson told Godfactor’s Michael Anthony in an exclusive interview. “I believe he really made a commitment, but he’s a baby Christian. We all need to be praying for him, especially if there’s a possibility of him being our next chief executive officer.”

“I think that he’s open,” he added. “He doesn’t know our language, he really doesn’t, and he refers a lot to religion and not much to faith and belief.” (Read more from “Dr. James Dobson: Donald Trump Has Accepted Christ” HERE)
