Illegal Alien Murdered Woman, Attacked Two Other With a Baseball Bat on Biden’s Watch

President Joe Biden’s border crisis is still wreaking havoc on the United States despite claiming to the American people that the border is “secure.”

As millions of illegal immigrants pour into the country, innocent lives have been put at risk— with many ending up dead.

An illegal alien was charged this week after allegedly murdering a 33-year-old woman and physically assaulting two homeless people in West Virginia.

46-year-old David Antonio Caldero is an illegal alien from El Salvador who had attempted to seek asylum in Canada through the U.S. northern border. However, he was denied. He was then taken into custody by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and later released with a Notice to Appear (NTA) before a federal immigration judge.

Earlier this month, firefighters discovered a woman’s body while extinguishing a couch that caught on fire near a Martinsburg golf course. Authorities said that the woman had been missing from Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office’s home confinement program. ‘Just Asking for Trouble’: Republicans Sound Alarm on RNC Security, Secret Service Turns Deaf Ear

Republican lawmakers have approached the U.S. Secret Service with concerns about security issues at July’s Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but Secret Service has so far been unwilling to compromise, sources told the Daily Caller.

“We have identified a critical flaw with the Security Perimeter that creates an elevated and untenable safety risk to the attending public,” counsel to the Republican National Committee Todd R. Steggerda wrote to Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle in April.

The current Secret Service plan designates Père Marquette Park as the protected First Amendment zone for demonstrations, but Republicans say that’s far too close to the convention spaces, which include Fiserv Forum (where the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks play) and UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

“The City’s current plan would pack demonstrators into a one-block park — a park bordered by the two streets that thousands of peaceful attendees will be using to access the Convention site, as set out in the Secret Service proposal. This will force thousands of peaceful attendees and demonstrators, who may otherwise choose to avoid or limit direct, proximate engagement with one another, to be in extremely close, consistent, and unavoidable proximity,” Steggerda wrote in the letter obtained by the Daily Caller. White House Can’t Explain Why Egypt Is Blocking Aid to Gaza

The White House has criticized Israel in the past for the slow pace of humanitarian aid delivery, as well as for recent attacks by right-wing activists on aid trucks, but struggled Wednesday to criticize Egypt for blocking aid to Gaza.

Egypt has been blocking the passage of aid trucks into Gaza ever since Israel seized control of the Rafah Crossing, on the Egyptian-Gaza border, last week. Egypt opposes Israel’s operation in Gaza to defeat the last Hamas battalions.

On Wednesday, Jake Turx, the White House correspondent for the Orthodox Jewish magazine Ami, asked White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre to react to Egypt’s actions. Jean-Pierre appeared to dodge the question.

“We’re going to continue to have those diplomatic conversations,” Jean-Pierre said, without adding any additional commentary on the need for Egypt to help move humanitarian aid through the border crossing and into Gaza. NEVER Travel to the Turks & Caicos

Bryan Hagerich, a 39-year-old father of two from Pennsylvania, is confronting the possibility of a minimum 12-year jail sentence in Turks and Caicos after authorities uncovered ammunition in his luggage during a routine search in February. Hagerich, who was returning from a family vacation with his wife and children when he was apprehended, raised concerns about the unintended ramifications of the island’s legislation designed to combat illegal firearm trafficking.

In a recent court appearance in Turks and Caicos, a judge ruled that Hagerich must remain on the islands for an additional three weeks until his sentencing. During this period, he will discover whether he will be subjected to the mandatory 12-year sentence for possessing ammunition in his bag at the airport, or if his case can be resolved through other means.

Speaking to “America’s Newsroom” on Tuesday, Hagerich recounted the shock of the discovery, emphasizing that the ammunition was found during a random search of his checked luggage. He expressed his family’s bewilderment at the situation, stating that they were abruptly separated without the opportunity to comprehend or address the unfolding events.

While the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) mandates that ammunition be stored in a secure case within checked luggage, the laws in Turks and Caicos differ significantly. The U.S. Embassy in Nassau has issued a travel advisory cautioning against the possession of firearms, ammunition, or other weapons in Turks and Caicos, emphasizing the strict enforcement of related laws.

Hagerich acknowledged the intent behind the stringent regulations, aimed at curbing violence and firearm trafficking. However, he underscored the unintended consequences of a law that adopts a uniform approach without considering individual circumstances. Despite the ordeal, he emphasized that he and his family pose no threat to the island or its inhabitants, characterizing themselves as law-abiding citizens who inadvertently made a mistake.

In addition to Hagerich, three other Americans are awaiting sentencing for similar charges. Tyler Wenrich, a 31-year-old father from Virginia, was permitted to return home after posting bail. Meanwhile, Ryan Watson, a 40-year-old father of two from Oklahoma, remains on the island after being arrested for inadvertently carrying ammunition in his bag. Another individual, Michael Lee Evans, 72, pleaded guilty to a similar offense, with his sentencing hearing scheduled for June 18, according to local media reports.

Judge Hands Hunter Biden Latest Loss as Trial Just Weeks Away

A Delaware judge denied a request by Hunter Biden’s lawyers to delay the first son’s federal gun case, setting the stage for the trial next month.

United States District Judge Maryellen Noreika denied the request to push the trial to September; the defense argued it needed more time to line up witnesses and go through evidence handed over by prosecutors.

Noreika said she believes “everyone can get done what needs to get done” by the trial’s start date of June 3.

Biden is facing charges related to a form he filled out in October 2018 in order to buy a firearm — a gun he kept for approximately 11 days — in which he allegedly lied about his drug use. He has pleaded not guilty, maintaining that while he struggled with an addiction to crack cocaine during that period in 2018, he did not break the law.

He’s also facing tax charges in a California case set to go to trial in late June. (Read more from “Judge Hands Hunter Biden Latest Loss as Trial Just Weeks Away” HERE)

Doctor Cancer-Free One Year After Using Own Revolutionary Treatment on Terminal Brain Tumor

An Australian doctor who was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor last year is cancer-free thanks to a first-of-its-kind treatment that he helped to develop.

Richard Scolyer, a professor at the University of Sydney, revealed Monday that the incurable stage 4 glioblastoma discovered in his head has not recurred after receiving the heartbreaking diagnosis last June.

“I had brain #MRI scan last Thursday looking for recurrent #glioblastoma (&/or treatment complications). I found out yesterday that there is still no sign of recurrence. I couldn’t be happier!!!!!” the professor shared on X.

In May 2023, the fit educator was traveling throughout Europe speaking at medical conferences when he suffered a seizure while in Poland.

Scolyer flew back to Australia, where he underwent an MRI that revealed he had a glioblastoma, an aggressive and terminal form of brain cancer, with his subtype being classified as so aggressive most patients don’t survive longer than a year, according to the BBC. Trump Faces Troubles, but Biden Campaign Is Dead in the Water

On Nov. 5, 2023, the New York Times published a story headlined, “Trump Leads in 5 Critical States as Voters Blast Biden, Times/Siena Poll Finds.” Focusing on the states most likely to decide the 2024 election, the Times reported, “The results show Mr. Biden is losing to Mr. Trump, his likeliest Republican rival, by margins of four to 10 percentage points among registered voters in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada and Pennsylvania. Mr. Biden is ahead only in Wisconsin, by two percentage points, the poll found.”

The story set off a mass freakout in the Democratic Party. A Biden Justice Department-appointed prosecutor had indicted Trump twice, and Democratic prosecutors in New York and Georgia had indicted Trump two more times — and the former president was still leading Biden in the most important 2024 states? How could that be? The poll led to an unusually intense round of the usual fretting over Biden’s age, the state of the economy, the border and the rest of the president’s liabilities.

Fast-forward six months to May 13, 2024 — Monday. The Times published a story headlined, “Trump Leads in 5 Key States, as Young and Nonwhite Voters Express Discontent With Biden.” A new poll showed Biden trailing in the same states by nearly the same margin as the old poll. Compare this sentence with the one from six months ago: “The surveys … found that Mr. Trump was ahead of Mr. Biden in five of six key states: Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and Pennsylvania. Mr. Biden led among registered voters in only one battleground state, Wisconsin.”

Think about it. In the past six months, Biden has traveled the country, touting what he believes are his economic accomplishments. He has spent zillions of dollars on advertising, focusing specifically on the key states. And at the same time, Trump was either preparing to go on trial or, since April 15, actually on trial in New York, facing a maximum of 136 years in prison. And Biden is still unable to catch Trump. Police: Burglar Used Stolen Credit Card to Order Pizza and Have It Delivered to His Home

Missouri police said that a burglar used a stolen credit card just days after a burglary to order pizza and have it delivered to his apartment.

The details of the arrest of 32-year-old Jacob C. Scholtes were released in a probable cause statement from the St. Louis County Police Department.

Susie Wanner told KTVI-TV that her family’s home was burglarized on December 25 and her Christmas gifts were stolen from under their Christmas tree in addition to the credit cards.

“I subscribed him to a cigar of the month club, so it was a box of cigars, some Cardinals whiskey glasses, and a hot sauce-making kit,” Wanner laughed. “So, luckily, it was nothing too expensive.”

Police said that Scholtes ordered the pizza on Dec. 27, only two days later. (Read more from “Police: Burglar Used Stolen Credit Card to Order Pizza and Have It Delivered to His Home” HERE)

Another Jan. 6 Defendant Dies by Suicide While Awaiting Trial: Report

A Florida man has committed suicide while awaiting trial for his alleged actions at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, reports say.

David Kennedy Homol of Umatilla, Florida, about 45 miles northwest of Orlando, and his much younger half-brother, Dillon Homol, went to the Capitol that fateful day to participate in the “Stop the Steal” rally. While there, David Homol allegedly struck two police officers with a plastic flagpole before illegally entering the building with Dillon.

Later that day, David reportedly sent Dillon the following text message: “Today was not an antifa-inspired statement. It was totally done by angry Trump supporters with no firearms, many singing GOD bless America, Jesus saves, etc. The corrupt politicians should be relieved this was NOT an Armed rebellion. It clearly was a statement of strength of We The People.”

David Homol was not arrested until three years later, in January 2024. He was charged with felony obstruction of an official proceeding; civil disorder; and assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers, an FBI statement said.

He also faced a slew of misdemeanor charges, including knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or ground, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and act of physical violence on Capitol grounds.
