Obama: Americans Have No Right To Favor Americans

The only Americans who can legitimately object to immigration are native Indian-Americans, President Barack Obama told his Chicago audience Nov. 24, as he made an impassioned ideological plea for endless immigration, cultural diversity and a big government to manage the resulting multicultural society.

“There have been periods where the folks who were already here suddenly say, ‘Well, I don’t want those folks,’ even though the only people who have the right to say that are some Native Americans,” Obama said, rhetorically dismissing the right of 300 million actual Americans to decide who can live in their homeland.

Americans should not favor other Americans over foreigners, Obama demanded. “Sometimes we get attached to our particular tribe, our particular race, our particular religion, and then we start treating other folks differently… that, sometimes, has been a bottleneck to how we think about immigration,” he said in the face of many polls showing rising opposition to his immigration agenda.

Obama denied any moral or practical distinction between native-born Americans and future migrants. “Whether we cross the Atlantic, or the Pacific, or the Rio Grande, we all shared one thing, and that’s the hope that America would be the place where we could believe as we choose… and that the law would be enforced equally for everybody, regardless of what you look like or what your last name was,” said the president.

Spineless Republicans Elected With Anti-Obama Mandate Turn Their Backs on Voters, Pledge No Action Against Obama's Amnesty

Democrat=GOPPretty much all post-election analyses – on the left and right alike – agree that the Republican landslide earlier this month was a result of broad voter discontent with Obama’s agenda.

For instance, every successful GOP senate candidate campaigned for a full repeal of Obamacare. Republican candidates also hammered Obama’s amnesty push. Across the country, Republicans ran aggressively against Obama as it resonated with the People more than anything else. Americans are sick and tired of the President’s destructive socialist policies.

Even the Democrats recognized Obama’s toxicity, having their candidates stay as far away from the President as they could.

The end result was that Republicans took eight seats in the Senate (and may have nine if Cassidy knocks off incumbent Senator Landrieu in Louisiana’s runoff election next month) , and gained a likely 13 seats in the House, giving them a solid supermajority of 247 there. This was a considerable shift in power, with the GOP having more seats in Congress than at any time since Herbert Hoover in 1928.

In short, America voted decisively against Obama’s agenda. And now, the Republican Congress unquestionably has a broad mandate to confront and stop it.

So what are we hearing from Republican leadership? Well, two weeks ago, newly-elected House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy said he would not push for a vote to repeal Obamacare. That spawned a mini-rebellion among conservatives bloggers. The grassroots was justifiably outraged by the House leader’s approach to such a key issue for conservative voters.

Fast forward to King Obama’s executive amnesty this past week. Did the GOP leadership learn from McCarthy’s misstep? Not even slightly. On Saturday, out-going Rep. Michelle Bachmann reported that during a closed door GOP caucus meeting this past week, Speaker of the House John Boehner and many other congressional leaders “acted as though the amnesty issue wasn’t even an issue.”

She continued, “They said that the President is going to do what he’s going to do, and we are not going to get down in the mud with him. We are not going to engage, and what we are going to do is to talk about our positive solutions on jobs, the economy, education, and manufacturing.”

In other words, every House GOP leader agreed that Republicans were going to do NOTHING about Obama’s unconstitutional power grab this past week. But they didn’t stop there. According to Rep. Bachmann, the self-congratulatory leadership all concluded that taking this passive approach to Obama and remaining positive was a “brilliant strategy,” thus assuring the caucus that they would maintain this go-along-get-along strategy throughout the next Congress.

Newsflash to Boehner, McCarthy, et al.: such an approach isn’t brilliant, it’s moronic. The voters elected you to confront this administration, not bow to it. Confrontational approaches – like defunding the White House – is not something that will harm the party. On the contrary, it will strengthen it, showing the grassroots that there really is a difference between the two parties. But now, you’re risking it all, preparing to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. You are rejecting the confrontational mandate that brought you the largest GOP caucus in almost 90 years. And in the process, you are about to ensure that the same grassroots that brought you your current supermajority will opt for a different approach in 2016.

Many of us held our noses and voted for the lesser of the evils in this year’s midterms, thinking we’d help get our country back in the process. A GOP failure to take meaningful action to restore our great nation will cause many of us to take a different path in the future. We’re sick and tired of voting for the same thing, no matter the ticket. We want our country back.

Oppose and repeal Obamacare, oppose and defund Obama’s amnesty, or make way for real patriots to lead.

Surprise! Obamacare Offers Employers $3K Incentive to Hire Illegals Over US Citizens

By Stephen Dinan.

Under the president’s new amnesty, businesses will have a $3,000-per-employee incentive to hire illegal immigrants over native-born workers because of a quirk of Obamacare.

President Obama’s temporary amnesty, which lasts three years, declares up to 5 million illegal immigrants to be lawfully in the country and eligible for work permits, but it still deems them ineligible for public benefits such as buying insurance on Obamacare’s health exchanges.

Under the Affordable Care Act, that means businesses who hire them won’t have to pay a penalty for not providing them health coverage — making them $3,000 more attractive than a similar native-born worker, whom the business by law would have to cover.

The loophole was confirmed by congressional aides and drew condemnation from those who said it put illegal immigrants ahead of Americans in the job market.

“If it is true that the president’s actions give employers a $3,000 incentive to hire those who came here illegally, he has added insult to injury,” said Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “The president’s actions would have just moved those who came here illegally to the front of the line, ahead of unemployed and underemployed Americans.”

Obamacare 2015 Includes Federal Subsidies for Abortion

By Jonathan Abbamonte.

It’s been open enrollment for ObamaCare for a week now, and it’s open season for taxpayer funding of health insurance plans that provide coverage for abortion on demand. In spite of President Obama’s promise that no federal tax dollars be used for abortion under his signature health care law, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), over a thousand health insurance plans that provide coverage for abortion on-demand are expected to receive federal subsidies in the 2015 enrollment season.

Last Thursday, Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ), co-chair of the Bipartisan Congressional Pro-life Caucus, reintroduced the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act and the Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act (H.R.7).

In a press conference on Capitol Hill announcing the launch of a obamacareabortion.com (a joint project of the Family Research Council and the Charlotte Lozier Institute that lists the plans in each state’s exchange that provides elective abortion coverage), Rep. Smith excoriated the president for violating his promise: “The President issued an executive order… that said… ‘the Act maintains current Hyde Amendment restrictions governing abortion policy and extends those restrictions to the newly created health insurance exchanges.’”

The Hyde Amendment stipulates that no federal taxpayer funds be appropriated for abortion or for “health benefits coverage that includes coverage of abortion.”

“Obamacare therefore violates Hyde by funding insurance plans that pay for abortion on-demand,” Rep. Smith said.

NFL Player's Ferguson Message on Facebook Goes Viral

Benjamin Watson who plays for the New Orleans Saints posted the following on his Facebook page and it has since gone viral:

“At some point while I was playing or preparing to play Monday Night Football, the news broke about the Ferguson Decision. After trying to figure out how I felt, I decided to write it down. Here are my thoughts:

I’M ANGRY because the stories of injustice that have been passed down for generations seem to be continuing before our very eyes.

I’M FRUSTRATED, because pop culture, music and movies glorify these types of police citizen altercations and promote an invincible attitude that continues to get young men killed in real life, away from safety movie sets and music studios.

I’M FEARFUL because in the back of my mind I know that although I’m a law abiding citizen I could still be looked upon as a “threat” to those who don’t know me. So I will continue to have to go the extra mile to earn the benefit of the doubt…

I’M ENCOURAGED, because ultimately the problem is not a SKIN problem, it is a SIN problem. SIN is the reason we rebel against authority. SIN is the reason we abuse our authority. SIN is the reason we are racist, prejudiced and lie to cover for our own. SIN is the reason we riot, loot and burn. BUT I’M ENCOURAGED because God has provided a solution for sin through the his son Jesus and with it, a transformed heart and mind. One that’s capable of looking past the outward and seeing what’s truly important in every human being. The cure for the Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, Tamir Rice and Eric Garner tragedies is not education or exposure. It’s the Gospel. So, finally, I’M ENCOURAGED because the Gospel gives mankind hope.”

Since Michael Brown Died, 981 Black Babies Have Died in Abortion in Missouri, But There are No Riots

By Steven Ertelt.

Riots are taking place across the country in response to a grand jury’s decision not to indict a Ferguson, Missouri police officer for shooting a black teenager. The decision not to bring charges has renewed difficult racial tensions nationwide.

Yesterday, LifeNews reported how the Planned Parenthood abortion business fanned the flames of racial divide by aggressively opposing the decision in Ferguson.

Though the events in Ferguson have nothing to do with abortion, Planned Parenthood and its pro-abortion CEO Cecile Richards have been very active on Twitter condemning the decision and stoking the racial divide. Ironically, as the abortion giant jumps in the debate, it makes no mention of the fact that it preys on black Americans and aborts black babies at alarming rates.

Today, a pro-life advocate from Missouri put Planned Parenthood’s targeting of black babies in abortion into perspective. She says that while there are riots over the controversial death of a black teen in Missouri, there are no riots over the death of 981 black babies who have died in Missouri since Michael Brown died. She wonders why no one is speaking up for those black victims of violence via abortion.

White House Quietly Releases Plans for 3,415 Regulations Ahead of Thanksgiving Holiday

Obama-signs-Exec-orderWhile Americans are focused on what delicious foods they’re going to eat for Thanksgiving, the White House is focused on releasing its massive regulatory agenda — marking the fifth time the Obama administration has released its regulatory road map on the eve of a major holiday.

The federal Unified Agenda is the Obama administration’s regulatory road map, and it lays out thousands of regulations being finalized in the coming months. Under President Barack Obama, there has been a tradition of releasing the agenda late on Friday — and right before a major holiday.

“It’s become an unfortunate tradition of this administration and others to drop these regulatory agendas late on a Friday and right before a holiday,” Matt Shudtz, executive director of the Center for Progressive Reform, told The Hill newspaper.

The White House’s regulatory agenda for spring 2014 was released on the eve of the Memorial Day weekend, when millions of people set out on weekend getaways or family vacations.

STAND DOWN: Did The White House Stop The National Guard From Intervening in Ferguson?

MO Lt. Gov: Officials Must Explain ‘Under Oath’ why National Guard Stood By as Ferguson Burned

By Matthew Boyle.

Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder, a Republican, is demanding that the state’s Democratic Gov. Jay Nixon offer a public explanation as to why he told the National Guard which he had previously mobilized to stand down in Ferguson, Missouri, on Monday night as the city burned in riots.

On Fox News on Tuesday morning, Kinder told anchor Martha MacCallum that Nixon kept the National Guard away as Ferguson burned—and questioned whether he did so in coordination with top officials from President Barack Obama’s administration. At a Tuesday press conference in response to a question from Breitbart News’ Kerry Picket, Nixon said that Kinder’s questions were “false and absurd” and that “politics has nothing to do with what anyone up here is doing.”

Kinder, in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News early on Tuesday evening after the Nixon presser, said that Nixon owes the people of Missouri and specifically Ferguson an explanation as to why he held back the National Guard from stopping the looting, rioting, and burning of businesses and terrorizing of people.

“All I did was ask the question, and he says it’s false. Well, okay, then explain yourself, governor,” Kinder said. “Explain why you gave the order that I supported a week ago to mobilize the guard, to declare a state of emergency, and then at the critical moment you’re nowhere to be found by the mayor of Ferguson who’s desperately calling me in the wee hours of this morning, desperately calling the Speaker of the Missouri House and the floor leader of the Missouri House, Tim Jones and John Diehl, and asking for somebody in state government to stand up and give him some help. All executive power and all command of the Missouri National Guard rests with the Missouri chief executive so none of us could do anything as Ferguson burned. So this mayor made this desperate call as he was watching from his back porch as his city burned.”

Kinder said that Ferguson Mayor James Knowles and Nixon haven’t spoken since the first riots broke out in August.

Black Mob Violence Now a Sickness

By Colin Flaherty.

Thank you, Ferguson: Thanks to you we learned that black mob violence is now a sickness — not just a problem.

And no one is sicker than the reporters who ignore, condone, excuse, and even encourage it, as we learned from the latest riot. . .

The day after the riot ,on “Morning Joe”, I learned from a black reporter that because the district attorney of St. Louis took 25 minutes to explain the grand jury decision that was proof positive the cop should have gone to trial. And reason enough to riot. . .

Also on riot night on Fox, Megyn Kellly — the devotee of the damages of white privilege — agreed with a black guest who said the rioters threw molotov cocktails because St. Michael was left in the street for four and half hours.

Back at “Morning Joe”, a former Republican White House staffer said it was all about police-community relations. Roughly translated that means too many black people were breaking the law. And too many white cops were catching them.

Michael Brown’s Stepfather Urged Protesters To “Burn This B**ch Down” After Grand Jury Announcement

Michael Brown’s stepfather last night repeatedly urged protesters to “Burn this bitch down” after a prosecutor announced that no criminal charges would be filed against the Ferguson, Missouri police officer who killed the unarmed teenager.

Louis Head, an ex-con who is married to Brown’s mother, Lesley McSpadden, was with McSpadden outside the Ferguson Police Department headquarters Monday evening as prosecutor Robert McCulloch disclosed that a grand jury declined to vote an indictment against Officer Darren Wilson in the August 9 shooting.

After consoling a weeping McSpadden, the 38-year-old Head–who was standing atop a platform in the middle of the agitated crowd of several hundred protesters–began screaming “Burn this bitch down!” He did this at least ten times, and at one point yelled for a microphone so that he could broadcast his incendiary message beyond the range of his unamplified voice.

While trying to incite the crowd, Head (pictured above) was wearing a commemorative t-shirt with the words “I Am Mike Brown” and a beanie, both of which bore a silkscreened photo of Brown in his high school cap and gown.

Officer Darren Wilson: Sorry for Brown’s Loss but, ‘Clean Conscious’

By Breitbart TV.

Police officer Darren Wilson said that he was “sorry” to the Brown family for their loss, but that he has “a clean conscience” in his first interview since the shooting broadcast on Tuesday’s “ABC World News.”

Wilson said that after he pulled his car next to Brown “I had gone to open the door and get out of the car. And when I did so, as I opened the door, I said, ‘come here for a minute.’ And that’s when he turned and said, ‘what the [bleep] are you going to do about it?’ And slammed my door shut on me.”

Next, Wilson stated “I used my door to try to push him back and yell at him to get back. And again, he just pushed the door shut and just stares at me. And as I look back at him, all of a sudden, punches start flying.”

Wilson denied that he tried to pull Brown into the car, adding “that would be against every training ever taught to any law enforcement officer. I don’t know what or how many [punches] hit me after that. I just know there was a barrage of swinging and grabbing and picking for about ten seconds.”

Obama Kills Tax Cut Because It Didn’t Help His Illegals

By Neil Munro.

President Barack Obama quietly killed a draft tax-cut because the GOP leadership wouldn’t agree to his demand that valuable tax breaks be given to millions of illegal immigrants, according to a Politico article about the secret negotiations.

Just before Thanksgiving, “the deal fell apart just as it seemed to be coming together… [because] Republicans worried undocumented immigrants targeted by [Obama’s Nov. 21 amnesty] would begin claiming the credits,” Politico reported.

The GOP leadership’s reluctance to award tax-breaks to illegals suggests top leaders may use the required December budget bill to deny funds to operate Obama’s promised amnesty. So far, GOP leaders have not said if they will block the amnesty funds — despite growing GOP grassroots pressure — partly because Democrats are threatening to block the complete budget if the amnesty is blocked.

The now-dead tax bill, dubbed the “tax extenders package,” is a grab-bag of tax breaks that are usually passed late in every congressional session. If the bill is not passed, businesses and voters will both face tax increases.

This year’s draft bill was expanded to include more tax-breaks for businesses, and was reputedly valued at more than $400 billion over 10 years.

The 10 Steps America Should Take on Immigration Reform

By David Inserra.

President Obama’s executive action on immigration further damages our malfunctioning immigration system and, more importantly, threatens to upend our entire governing system.

The president’s program shreds the rule of law and encourages even more illegal immigration. Moreover, Obama is abandoning his oath of office to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.”

Obama’s own words condemn his actions: On at least a dozen occasions over the last six years, he has unequivocally denied having the constitutional power to do what he just announced he will do.

As a counter to the president’s lawless, administrative amnesty for as many as 5 million illegal immigrants, The Heritage Foundation recently outlined a far different approach: a 10-step checklist for what the executive branch should do to repair and revitalize America’s immigration system.

1) Rescind those instruments of executive policy making that directly contradict the stated goals, spirit and letter of our laws.

LUIS GUTIERREZ: ‘MY RESPONSIBILITY’ TO REGISTER AS MANY ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS AS I CAN FOR EXEC AMNESTY

By Tony Lee.

On Tuesday, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) said it is now his goal and “responsibility” to register as many illegal immigrants as he can for President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty.

He appeared on MSNBC before he joined Obama at a Polish community center in Chicago to help explain why amnesty “is important for America.” Gutierrez said that after demanding that Obama enact a broad executive amnesty, it is “my responsibility, now that he has done the executive action, to sign up as many people as possible.” He said he would be going around the country signing up illegal immigrants and allowing them to pre-register for executive amnesty when the applications become available in six months.

Benham Brothers on Anti-Duggar Campaign: ‘Truth Is Considered Hate to Those Who Hate The Truth’

Jason and David Benham, two Christian entrepreneurs who have been targeted by gay activists for their belief in traditional marriage, are speaking out about the campaign by those same activists who are seeking the cancellation of the popular TLC television series “19 Kids and Counting,” accusing the Duggar family of “fear mongering.”

“Since when is it considered ‘fear mongering’ to say that God designed a man to be with a woman, or that kids deserve to have a mom and a dad, or that the ladies room should be for biological females?” David Benham told CNSNews.com. “Saying the Duggars are inciting people to hate is simply propaganda.”

An activist launched a Change.org petition on Aug. 20 entitled “End LGBT fear mongering by the Duggars” after matriarch Michelle Duggar spoke out against an ordinance being considered by the city council in Fayetteville, Ark., that would allow transgender people to use any public restroom. The petition said she was “spreading ignorance and hatred.”

Activists also targeted her eldest son Josh Duggar, who works for the Family Research Council, a conservative Christian advocacy organization, in the petition. Media reports have made references to the controversial Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which has labeled FRC a “hate group.”

“Truth is considered hate to those who hate the truth,” Jason Benham told CNSNews.com. “George Orwell said it even better, ‘The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it.’”

The White House has argued that President Obama’s executive amnesty order last week was made well within the existing law. But in remarks in Chicago…, President Obama went off script and admitted that in fact he unilaterally made changes to the law.

President Obama made the admission after getting heckled for several minutes by immigration protesters.

Obama on Ferguson Grand-Jury Decision: ‘This Is an Issue for America’

By Zeke J Miller.

President Barack Obama appealed for calm Monday evening after the announcement that a grand jury declined to indict the Ferguson, Mo., police officer who shot and killed Michael Brown after an encounter in August.

Speaking from the White House about an hour after St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCulloch announced the long-awaited decision involving the officer, Darren Wilson, Obama called for the incident to spark a larger discussion of race issues in America.

“We need to recognize that the situation in Ferguson speaks to the broader challenges we still face as a nation,” he said. “In too many parts of this country, a deep distrust exists between law enforcement and communities of color.”

Grand jury in Ferguson case does not indict officer in Michael Brown shooting

By Fox News.

There were 29 arrests made after protesters fired more than 100 gunshots, burned dozens buildings, looted stores and vandalized police cars in Ferguson, Mo. after a grand jury did not indict a police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager in August, St. Louis Unified Command said in a press conference Tuesday morning.

Heavily armed police fired pepper spray and smoke canisters to disperse the crowds of protesters. Police seized a .45 mm automatic handgun as well.

“We have no loss of life, but I am disappointed the night turned out this way,” St. Louis Police Department Chief Jon Belmar said.

Belmar said he heard more than 150 shots ring off in the night.

“What I’ve seen tonight is probably worse than the worst night we had in August,” Belmar said.

Violence in Ferguson After No Indictment Announced

By JIM SUHR and ANDALE GROSS.

Protesters smashed windows out of police cars and businesses, several of which were later set ablaze, and officers lobbed tear gas from inside armored vehicles to disperse crowds Monday as violence overtook protests in Ferguson.

Some of the hundreds of people who gathered outside the Ferguson Police Department erupted in anger as St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch’s announced that Officer Darren Wilson, who is white, wouldn’t be indicted in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, who was black and unarmed.

Protesters overran a barricade and taunted police. Some chanted “murderer” and others threw rocks and bottles. Gun shots rang out a several points during the night, though it was not immediately clear if anyone was hit or any arrests were made related to the gunfire.
