WATCH: Ex-Biden Business Partner Explains Why He Didn’t Speak up During Trump Impeachment; Twitter Backs Down, Lifts New York Post’s Suspension

By Townhall. Reporter James Rosen spoke with Tony Bobulinski about his cooperation with the FBI in matters relating to the Biden family’s overseas business dealings. Bobulinski turned over evidence he says supports the claim that Hunter Biden was holding money on his father’s behalf, despite Joe Biden’s assertion that he never spoke to his son about his overseas business dealings. . .

According to Biden’s former business partner, the FBI agents pursued questions regarding Hunter’s position on the board of corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma. House Democrats impeached President Trump for asking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma and the apparent pay-to-play scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden, the point man on Ukraine for the Obama administration.

“Wasn’t it your patriotic duty to come forward with your account and all of your evidence during the impeachment process?” asked Rosen.

“I didn’t want to put my face out there,” Bobulinski explained. “I didn’t want to put my family at risk where I now have you know ex-Navy Seals guarding my family and my extended family. So this has weighed on me for years once Joe Biden announced his candidacy for president of the United States and during the impeachment discussion.” (Read more from “Ex-Biden Business Partner Explains Why He Didn’t Speak up During Trump Impeachment” HERE)

Twitter Backs Down, Lifts New York Post’s Suspension After Lengthy Standoff Over Hunter Biden Report

By Fox News. Twitter lifted its suspension of the New York Post’s main account Friday, ending a weeks-long standoff after the social media giant punished the newspaper for tweeting its explosive report about Hunter Biden.

Big Tech faced significant backlash after Twitter and Facebook attempted to suppress the Post report, which included published emails that allegedly came from Hunter Biden’s laptop. Twitter went to extremes by not even allowing users to share the article, which it initially claimed violated its policy of sharing hacked material, though there was no evidence that the emails published by the Post were hacked. . .

Many celebrated the Post’s victory on social media and commended the paper for not backing down in principle.

“We’re baaaaaaack,” the Post tweeted above a picture of Saturday’s front page, which bore the headline “Free Bird!” (Read more from “Twitter Backs Down, Lifts New York Post’s Suspension After Lengthy Standoff Over Hunter Biden Report” HERE)

Trump Campaign Slams Minnesota Officials for Limiting Trump Rally at Last Minute

President Trump’s reelection campaign slammed “free speech stifling dictates” in Minnesota that will limit attendance at a Friday evening rally, billing the move as a partisan shot by the state’s Democratic leadership.

“Trump will be speaking to the people assembled there, but he will also be speaking directly to every citizen who lives in one of these Democratic lockdown states,” Trump 2020 communications director Tim Murtaugh told reporters on a call.

“Now, the president wants everyone to be safe and take precautions, but he knows that we need to keep reopening America. Biden represents lockdown, along with the Democratic governors in the states,” he added.

The Trump campaign lashed out at Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison, both Democrats, late Thursday over directives to restrict attendance at the Friday rally.

The notice came after Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden announced a socially distanced drive-in rally in St. Paul at 3:30 p.m., 90 minutes before the start of Trump’s event, his fourth campaign visit to the state this year. Dem Campaign Engaged in Possible Voter Intimidation

A woman working with the campaign of a Pennsylvania Democrat engaged in voter intimidation in Pennsylvania, Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell’s campaign has alleged.

Emily Resko, an intern for Parnell’s opponent Rep. Conor Lamb (D., Pa.), posted pictures of voter rolls on Snapchat with the caption “im about to see how alllllll you f**kers vote,” according to images obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

After tens of thousands of voters received the wrong ballots, Parnell asked courts to mandate poll watchers at satellite voting locations in the district. “Resko said the Lamb campaign picked her to assist the campaign’s lawyers in opposing Parnell’s request, writing on Snapchat: “[S]o how about because of my internship, me and this other boy were picked tonight to LITERALLY BE ASSISTANTS UNDER THE LAWYER ON THIS POTENTIAL CASE. I’M SO F**KING EXCITED f**k parnell and his voter suppression.” That message contained screenshots of tweets from Lamb and Democratic lawyer Marc Elias announcing their intent to intervene in the case. “[I] literally get to gather data for this case this is amazing im excited ok bye sorry.” . . .

Elias, a partner at Perkins Coie law firm’s Washington, D.C., office, is considered Democrats’ go-to lawyer. He is actively involved in a number of election-related lawsuits across the country. Lamb is locked in a tight race with Parnell in Pennsylvania’s 17th Congressional district, which includes Pittsburgh suburbs. The race is considered one of the most competitive in the country. Joe Biden Confirms He’ll Curb Religious Freedoms With Claims of ‘Discrimination’

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden essentially confirmed that he will impose curbs on religious freedoms under the guise of prohibiting discrimination against protected groups.

In an interview with the Philadelphia Gay News published Wednesday, Biden blasted the Trump administration’s religious freedom policies, claiming they provided “hate” a “safe harbor” as a vehicle of “discrimination.”

“Donald Trump and Mike Pence have given hate against LGBTQ+ individuals safe harbor and rolled back critical protections for the LGBTQ+ community,” the former vice president said.

“By blocking the ability of transgender individuals to openly serve their country, denying LGBTQ+ people access to critical health care, proposing policies allowing federally funded homeless shelters to turn away transgender people and federally funded adoption agencies to reject same-sex couples, and failing to address the epidemic of violence against transgender people — particularly transgender women of color — the Trump-Pence Administration has led a systematic effort to undo the progress President Obama and I made,” he added. . .

Biden accused the Trump administration and the president in particular of “deliberately [trying] to gut protections for the LGBTQ+ community by creating broad religious exemptions to existing nondiscrimination laws and policies that allow businesses, medical providers, and adoption agencies to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people.” (Read more from “Joe Biden Confirms He’ll Curb Religious Freedoms With Claims of ‘Discrimination’” HERE)

More Than 230 Federal Election-Related Lawsuits Have Been Filed Already

There’s no doubt that the coronavirus pandemic has thrown the machinery of the election into chaos. According to a study by USA Today, there have been 230 election-related federal lawsuits filed since the first of the year with another legal tidal wave coming after Election Day.

Many of the suits are related to judges overriding or overruling the elected legislature to make their own laws. But despite ludicrous charges of “voter suppression,” many federal judges have upheld the laws that govern elections, protecting the integrity of the vote.

USA TODAY’s review of hundreds of lawsuits that were filed or had significant rulings in 2020 found that courts have already made pivotal decisions on who can vote, how they vote and the process used to count their votes. USA TODAY also reviewed election lawsuit data compiled and maintained by the Stanford-MIT Healthy Elections Project and the Brennan Center for Justice.

The analysis found that Trump has already been assisted by the legions of federal court judges he appointed during his first term in office. Working with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and the conservative Federalist Society legal group, the president has installed more than a quarter of all federal judges.

Not making it “easier” to vote is not the same as “voter suppression.” Democrats and liberals know this but make the charge anyway because it resonates with their base. States have a legitimate, constitutional need to ensure the integrity of everyone’s votes and as much as Democrats want to run away from the facts, mail-in ballot procedures are not as secure as in-person ballot procedures. Most states have already made allowances for the pandemic. It’s been up to the Supreme Court to sort it all out and accept some expansions of laws while quashing others. Feds: Ex-US Embassy Staffer Drugged, Sexually Assaulted Dozens of Women on Video

A former staff member at the US Embassy in Mexico allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted at least 23 women over the past decade, federal investigators say.

Brian Jeffrey Raymond, 44, is being investigated after photos and video footage of the reported encounters were uncovered from a bedroom in his Mexico City apartment, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Beast.

The pictures and video showed several women who were unconscious and a man waving their limp arms and legs, holding open their eyelids and even putting his fingers in their mouth, in an apparent attempt to demonstrate they are unconscious. A number of them also show a nude Raymond, while others reportedly show him aroused. . .

Raymond has “exerted power and control over unconscious women,” according to a court motion. Authorities described his actions in the filing as “evidence of his unique ability to portray a very different public face.” (Read more from “Feds: Ex-US Embassy Staffer Drugged, Sexually Assaulted Dozens of Women on Video” HERE)

President Trump Rails Against Supreme Court for Extending Ballot Deadlines

President Trump took to Twitter to blast the Supreme Court following its decision this week to allow Pennsylvania and North Carolina to count mail-in ballots after Election Day.

“If Sleepy Joe Biden is actually elected President, the 4 Justices (plus1) that helped make such a ridiculous win possible would be relegated to sitting on not only a heavily PACKED COURT, but probably a REVOLVING COURT as well,” Trump tweeted just before 3 a.m. Friday. “At least the many new Justices will be Radical Left!” . . .

The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld previous decisions to extend absentee ballot deadlines. That will allow ballots to be counted up to three days after Nov. 3 in Pennsylvania and nine days in North Carolina — both key battleground states that Trump won in 2016. . .

The president lashed out against the highest court in the land again Friday morning, responding to a Wednesday story about North Carolina’s extension.

“This decision is CRAZY and so bad for our Country,” he wrote. “Can you imagine what will happen during that nine day period. The Election should END on November 3rd.” (Read more from “President Trump Rails Against Supreme Court for Extending Ballot Deadlines” HERE)

These Potential Biden Cabinet Members Should Terrify Capitalists

In hopes of a Joe Biden presidency, far left radicals of the Democrat Party are chomping at the bit of power in Washington D.C. . .

The Warren news comes on the heels of reports Socialist Bernie Sanders is gunning for Labor Secretary.

Sen. Bernie Sanders is hoping to be a part of Joe Biden’s potential administration and has expressed a particular interest in becoming Labor secretary, two people familiar with the conversations tell POLITICO.

“I can confirm he’s trying to figure out how to land that role or something like it,” said one person close to the Vermont senator. “He, personally, does have an interest in it.”

Adding fuel to the fire, Democrat vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris — who was rated the most liberal Senator on Capitol Hill — will have a heavy policy influence in a Biden administration. (Read more from “These Potential Biden Cabinet Members Should Terrify Capitalists” HERE)

Protesters Ready To Lash Out No Matter the Presidential Result

. . .Anti-Trump organizations have sent alerts to their followers over the past few days promoting massive protests regardless of who wins or loses the White House.

Cities and urban businesses around the country are bracing themselves for what is expected to be a raucous night on Tuesday, fearing that Trump wins a second term. If that’s the case, anti-Trump activist groups are expected to lash out violently against law enforcement and destroy private property, similar to Inauguration Day in 2017.

The New York City Police Department circulated a memo warning, “This November 3rd will be the one of the most highly contested presidential elections in the modern era. There is also a strong likelihood that the winner of the presidential election may not be decided for several weeks.” The memo added, “Accordingly, we should anticipate and prepare for protests growing in size, frequency, and intensity leading up to the election and likely into the year 2021.” . . .

Protesters said that if Trump loses, their focus will be on pressuring him to depart the White House when his term ends on Jan. 20, 2021. . .

Protest organizations, including ShutDownDC and Refuse Fascism, have been training their supporters for several weeks in preparation for election night, and for the likely days or weeks thereafter, they will be active in the streets.
