By Townhall. During an appearance on 77 WABC radio, former President Donald J. Trump was asked by host John Catsimatidis what things “keep you up at night.”

The former President quickly answered: “I think more than anything else, I think we could end up in World War III and it could be all of the horrible things that took place in Ukraine,”

A growing number of people believe Trump is correct in his chilling assessment. The question then becomes: How did we ever get to such an increasingly surreal and dangerous position?

A few weeks after Russia invaded Ukraine, simply asking questions about alleged corruption in the country; off-shore bank accounts; fake news being disseminated by the Ukrainian leadership; flawed military strategies; billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars disappearing; if regime change in Russia was the ultimate goal with Ukraine being used as a proxy; and that increased likelihood of triggering a nuclear war became akin to daring to question the lockdowns, masks, and vaccine mandates.

Biden Vows Russia Won’t ‘Get Away With’ Ukraine Annexation

The United States and its allies hit back at Russia’s annexation of four Ukrainian regions on Friday, slapping sanctions on more than 1,000 people and companies including arms supply networks as President Joe Biden warned Vladimir Putin he can’t “get away with” seizing Ukrainian land.

The Russian annexation, though expected, escalated an already heated conflict that’s become fraught with potential nuclear implications.

Biden said his administration would support any effort by Ukraine to retake the annexed territories by force, setting the stage for further hostilities. And Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that his country would make an “accelerated” bid to join the NATO military alliance, a plan not endorsed by the U.S. or other allies that could add fuel to the fire. North Korea Takes Action After VP Harris Makes MAJOR Gaffe During Overseas Trip

North Korea fired its fourth ballistic missile in one week, following Vice President Kamala Harris making a mistake during her prepared remarks at the Korean Peninsula’s Demilitarized Zone (DMZ)

The missile was fired into the East Sea on Saturday, South Korea’s military told Yonhap. . .

The provocation comes after Harris said on Thursday that the United States has a “strong alliance” with “the Republic of North Korea.”

Harris intended to refer to the Republic of Korea, which is South Korea’s official name.

“I cannot state enough that the commitment of the United States to the defense of the Republic of Korea is iron-clad, and that we will do everything in our power to ensure that it has meaning in every way that the words suggest,” Harris said when visiting the DMZ. Texas Church Introduces Children to Drag Bingo and a ‘Transparent Closet’

The transgender ideology was first pushed on children through schools, frequently without the knowledge or consent of parents. Now, a church in Texas has opened a Transparent Closet, where children are encouraged to embrace the transgender lifestyle—also without the knowledge or consent of their parents. . .

Schools, once considered by parents to be a safe place for their children, have become indoctrination centers where children are encouraged, brainwashed, and even forced into adopting the transgender ideology, frequently without the knowledge or consent of the parents. Parents warned others that their children may be in danger of being indoctrinated into the transgender ideology. In Florida, one mother was horrified when her 13-year-old daughter inadvertently revealed that school officials wanted to know which bathroom she preferred to use “as a result of her requested name change.” More shocking was her discovery of a plan devised during a private meeting between her daughter and school officials—without her knowledge or consent—that their daughter would be comfortable rooming with boys on overnight school trips.

According to the Leon County School District’s transgender gender nonconforming student support plan—filled out during a private meeting and obtained exclusively by The Epoch Times—a Part A “checklist” was used to record the child’s new non-binary status, “preferred name,” and “preferred pronouns.” The child also indicated that, while her parents were aware of her choice to identify as “non-binary,” they were not supportive and would not use her preferred name or pronouns at home.

Transgender Army Major and Wife Indicted for Scheming to Give Sensitive Military Data to Russians

A male U.S. army major masquerading as a female and his wife, a Johns Hopkins anesthesiologist, were arrested on Thursday after being federally indicted for scheming to pass sensitive health information obtained under secret-level security clearance to Russia. If convicted, the defendants face up to five years in prison for conspiracy and up to 10 years for each of seven counts of disclosing private health data.

In a detailed announcement of the indictments, the Department of Justice said Major Jamie Lee Henry, hailed as the U.S. Army’s first transgender officer, and Anna Gabrielian face charges for passing data to someone they thought was a Russian agent, but who turned out to be an undercover agent with the FBI.

At the time of the alleged crime, Henry had secret-level security clearance at Fort Bragg in North Carolina, home to the U.S Army Special Operations Command headquarters. Gabrielian, knowing Henry’s level of access, told the agent she had marketed her and her husband’s services to the Russian embassy via email and phone. She later reported that she was “motivated by patriotism toward Russia to provide any assistance she could to Russia, even if it meant being fired or going to jail.”

On Aug. 17, Gabrielian told the FBI agent she believed to be working for Russia that her husband would be a “more important source for Russia than she was” due to his connections in the military. She also apparently claimed that Henry could communicate “how the United States military establishes an army hospital in war conditions and information about previous training provided by the United States military to Ukrainian military personnel.” . . .

Report: Pedo Afghan Refugee, Brought by Biden, Accused of Sexually Assaulting Young Boy

An Afghan national, brought to the United States as part of President Joe Biden’s massive resettlement operation over the last year, has been charged with violently attacking and sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Shah Mahmood Selab, 35, was charged last week in federal court for alleged child sex crimes. An exclusive report by Fox News’s Adam Shaw reveals that Selab was brought to the U.S. by the Biden administration as part of a resettlement operation following the withdrawal of U.S. Armed Forces from Afghanistan in August 2021.

On August 21, according to federal prosecutors, Saleb approached the 12-year-old boy at a park near a middle school and started asking personal questions before showing him sexual photos and videos on his cellphone.

From there, prosecutors allege Selab touched the boy inappropriately and when the boy tried to walk away, he was chased by Selab who punched him in the face a number of times. ‘Outright Satanism’: Putin Goes on Lengthy Rant Condemning the West Over ‘Apartheid’, Child Sex Changes

Russian President Vladimir Putin said the West had fallen for a “reverse religion of real Satanism” in forcing sex changes on children and committing “apartheid” against “savage” populations in a speech on Friday.

He called transgender ideology a “denial of humanity” and “overthrow of traditional values,” marketing Russia’s war in Ukraine as a necessary correction to Western deviance in a lengthy speech after signing decrees to annex parts of Ukraine, Defense One reported. The “racist” West has instrumentalized the war in Ukraine to accomplish “totalitarianism, despotism and apartheid,” he added.

Putin commemorated the “heroes” who died for their right “to preserve their culture, traditions and religion” in what he called a “Nazi coup d’etat” in Ukraine in 2014, also known as the 2014 Russian invasion of Ukraine.

He accused the West of fueling the war in Ukraine to achieve a “dream” of weakening Russia and pitting its people, whom the Kremlin envisions as including Ukrainian citizens, against one another “to condemn them to poverty and extinction.”

Western countries’ “insatiability and determination to preserve their unfettered dominance are the real causes of the hybrid war that the collective West is waging against Russia,” Putin said, construing his invasion of Ukraine as a concerted Western campaign to dominate Russia. Governor Signs Bill Making California Sanctuary for Child Gender Surgery

Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill Thursday making California a sanctuary state for child gender surgery.

The new law restricts California officials and health providers from cooperating with out-of-state attempts to stop a child from getting gender health services, which could include puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or gender surgery.

“In California we believe in equality and acceptance. We believe that no one should be prosecuted or persecuted for getting the care they need — including gender-affirming care,” Newsom said in a signing message.

“Parents know what’s best for their kids, and they should be able to make decisions around the health of their children without fear. We must take a stand for parental choice,” the governor added.

The law prohibits health care providers from releasing medical information about a child receiving gender health services in response to a criminal or civil action from a state where such care is restricted. Joe Biden: Mass Immigration Makes America ‘so Much Better’ (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden celebrated mass immigration to the United States at the White House on Friday, saying the constant flow of millions of illegal and legal immigrants every couple of years is making America “so much better.”

During a speech for Hispanic Heritage Month, Biden celebrated that the U.S. foreign-born population has hit a record-breaking nearly 47 million and that 26 percent of students in American schools speak Spanish rather than English.

“When in American history has there been a circumstance where one ethnicity has the potential to have such a profound impact on the direction of a country?” Biden said.

“Twenty-six percent of every child who’s in school today speaks Spanish — 26 percent,” Biden continued. “We’ve had large waves of immigration before but the thing is, we just have so much opportunity to make this country so much better. I really mean it … so as my father would say ‘Let’s go get ’em.’”

Hurricane Ian: Desantis Warns Opportunistic Post-Ian Looters That Florida Is ‘a Second Amendment State’ (VIDEO)

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis all but waved a gun in the face of thieves Friday.

“Don’t even think about looting. Don’t even think about taking advantage of people in this vulnerable situation,” the Republican said during an evening briefing before threatening potential pirates.

“I can tell you in the state of Florida, you never know what may be lurking behind somebody’s home. And I would not want to chance that if I were you, given we’re a Second Amendment state.”

‘In Serious Decline’: GOP Demands Biden Takes Test After Death Gaffe

President Joe Biden’s latest mishap onstage has raised new concerns from Republicans over the president, with some renewing their requests for Biden to take a cognitive test.

Biden had been speaking at a White House conference on Wednesday when he asked, “Where’s Jackie,” referring to the late Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-IN), who died in August. The latest gaffe by the president, among past slip-ups, has led Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), who served as a physician to the president for both former Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, to ask for Biden to take “a cognitive test,” according to Fox News.

“It doesn’t take a neurologist to realize he’s in serious cognitive decline,” Jackson said. “The American people know what’s going on here, and they don’t think the commander in chief is capable of doing his job. It’s past time for White House staff and the liberal media to stop shielding him from questions about his mental acuity and demand he answer my call for a cognitive test.”

Biden has had numerous gaffes on camera since entering the White House, such as when he seemingly read a direction out loud off a teleprompter during a speech in July. Rep.
