Orbán Calls Ukraine an ‘Enemy’ in Speech

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has labelled Ukraine, which is under attack by Russia, an “enemy” of his own country.

“The Ukrainians must stop constantly demanding in Brussels that Hungary be cut off from cheap Russian energy,” the right-wing populist said in an election campaign speech in the western Hungarian city of Szombathely on Sunday.

“As long as Ukraine does this, it is our enemy,” he added, according to the state news agency MTI.

Orbán is considered Vladimir Putin’s closest ally in the European Union, and his country is highly dependent on Russian gas and oil supplies. Unlike the other EU countries, Hungary has not made any serious efforts under Orbán to free itself from its dependence on Russian energy.

Parliamentary elections are due to be held in Hungary on April 12. For the first time in his 16 years in office, Orbán faces a strong challenger. (Read more from “Orbán Calls Ukraine an ‘Enemy’ in Speech” HERE)

Epstein Death Files Ignite New Firestorm as Prosecutors’ Statement Appears Dated Before He Died

Newly released files tied to Jeffrey Epstein’s federal case are fueling renewed controversy after revealing a draft statement attributed to prosecutors that appears to be dated one day before Epstein was officially found dead in his Manhattan jail cell.

The document surfaced as part of the Justice Department’s latest Epstein disclosure and is among at least 23 records labeled as statements from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. A review of the tranche shows multiple versions of similar statements, many with inconsistent redactions—some leaving phone numbers or names exposed, while others are almost entirely blacked out.

One draft, however, stands out.

It bears a date of August 9, 2019—the day before Epstein was discovered unresponsive in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on the morning of August 10, where he was later pronounced dead while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.

The pre-dated statement is attributed to then–U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman and reads in part:

“Earlier this morning, the Manhattan Correctional Center confirmed that Jeffrey Epstein […] had been found unresponsive in his cell and pronounced dead shortly thereafter.”

The draft also describes the moment as “disturbing” and emphasizes prosecutors’ continued commitment to Epstein’s victims.

What it does not include is a cause of death—something that appeared in the finalized version released publicly the following day.

Screenshots of the document quickly circulated online after the files were released.

X user @rschmied posted dryly:

“Just a version of the Epstein death announcement dated Friday, August 9th, day before he died in the official announcement which is dated the 10th. Carry on.”

Others pointed to additional details from the release that further muddy the waters.

One post from @DMichaelTripi claimed:

“NEW: Noose allegedly used by Jeffrey Epstein collected at the scene of his death has been determined to have not been used in Epstein’s ‘suicide’ according to DOJ Inspector General.”

Beyond paperwork discrepancies, the files also provide fresh insight into Epstein’s mental state in the days leading up to his death—details that complicate the official narrative.

According to a suicide risk assessment dated August 1, 2019, just nine days before he was found dead, Epstein told prison psychologists he would never kill himself, citing religious beliefs.

The report states:

“He said he is Jewish and he said in his religion suicide is against the religion.”

Now, with a prosecutor’s statement seemingly dated before Epstein’s death, inconsistently redacted records, disputed forensic details, and fresh insight into his mindset, the latest document dump has reignited debate over whether the full truth has ever been told.

Shocking Footage Shows Jeffrey Epstein Being Asked If He Is the ‘Devil Himself,’ Mocking Jesus

By My Charisma. Newly released video files surrounding the Jeffrey Epstein case are drawing renewed attention after footage shows him being directly asked whether he believed he was “the devil himself.”

In a video shared by Sky News Australia, the outlet notes that the material is part of a massive release from the Department of Justice, comprising millions of pages of documents, thousands of photos and hundreds of hours of video recordings. . .

Moments later, the conversation reaches a pivotal point when Epstein is asked to consider how victims or families might feel about receiving money connected to him. Then comes the confrontation.

Bannon asks plainly, “Do you think you’re the devil himself?” . . .

Another part of the interview showed Epstein mocking Jesus for being a carpenter.

Who is Baal? Epstein’s newly released files spark fear amid ‘sacrifice’ claims; ‘too deep and extreme’

By Hindustan Times. Questions have been raised about Jeffrey Epstein’s religion and who Baal is, after documents related to him went public. The Department of Justice on Friday released the final tranche of files linked to the late convicted child sex offender.

Among them is a document where Epstein asks for eleven thousand four hundred thirty eight dollars to be wired. The name of the account, however, is what has caught the eyes of many. It is written ‘Baal name’ and then “Wachovia Bank, N.A.”.

A snapshot of the document was shared widely on X with many making claims about ‘demonic worship’.

“Baal is a demonic being that was worshipped in ancient israel by some hebrews before they converted to Judaism. Child sacrifice is a ritual of Baal worshippers, usually through burning, like lsraeI did to Gaza. Archaeological discoveries have found thousands of urns with cremated infant and small children remains. Now we have evidence of Epstein’s circle killing and even eating children,” one profile wrote.

Another added, “This Epstein sh*t is too deep and extreme…these leaders used to sacrifice babies by burning them to their god called “baal”. SA, India, UK etc are on the files. No wonder MKP been quiet about the Genocide in Gaza. if Iran keep on resisting Israel will release more files.”

As Epstein Files Reach Congress, Massie Vows to Use ‘Nuclear Option’

Members of Congress will begin reviewing unredacted Justice Department files on convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein starting Monday.

The Associated Press obtained the letter breaking down the agreement with the Justice Department. Lawmakers will be allowed to view more than 3 million previously released documents at DOJ headquarters, but may not make electronic copies and must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to access them on site. Staff members will not be permitted to assist with the review.

The arrangement comes after months of political pressure over what critics said was an overly redacted and delayed release following passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act in 2025, which requires the DOJ to make records related to Epstein’s investigations public.

Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky, a co-author of the law and a leading advocate for fuller disclosure, intensified his rhetoric this week, warning that he would resort to what he described as a “nuclear option” if the Justice Department continued to withhold names of Epstein’s alleged clients from the files.

“If the victims want to give them to me, I’ve expressed that I’m willing to do that,” Massie told CNN Sunday morning. (Read more from “As Epstein Files Reach Congress, Massie Vows to Use ‘Nuclear Option’” HERE)

MAGA Fans Lash Out as Epstein Survivors Release Ad During the Super Bowl: ‘A Psyop’

Fans of President Donald Trump’s MAGA movement lashed out at survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s heinous crimes on Sunday for releasing an advertisement during the Super Bowl.

Survivors plan to release an advertisement on social media calling out the Trump administration’s handling of the Epstein files. Last week, the administration released the personal information of more than 40 victims, which one survivor said on Sunday was an attempt to “silence” them. . .

News of the ad by survivors didn’t sit well with some fans of Trump’s MAGA movement, who shared their reactions on social media.

“And this is how you know this is political and a psyop,” the MAGA commentary group “Mostly Peaceful Latinas” posted on X. “Someone paid big money to have this as play during the Super Bowl tonight. People need to wake up from their conspiracy world and arrive back at reality.”

Trump’s Assault on Our Right to Keep and Bear Arms

Is it illegal to carry a gun to a demonstration against ICE? According to the Trump Administration, it is. According to a story in The New York Times on February 4, “Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, on Monday threatened jail time for anyone who enters the capital with a gun. In remarks on Fox News that could deepen a growing rift between gun owners and the Trump administration, Ms. Pirro declared that if anyone brings ‘a gun into the District, you mark my words, you’re going to jail. I don’t care if you have a license in another district and I don’t care if you’re a law-abiding gun owner somewhere else.’

“Her remarks prompted swift pushback from the Republican Party’s pro-Second Amendment wing, which was thrown into a cycle of confusion and frustration over comments from President Trump and some in his administration after Alex Pretti, a licensed gun owner, was shot by federal immigration agents last month during a protest in Minneapolis. The shooting has fueled debate among conservatives over the administration’s vacillating posture toward lawful gun ownership. After the shooting, Mr. Trump and some senior administration officials sought to blame Mr. Pretti for carrying a concealed firearm during the protest. ‘I don’t like that he had a gun, I don’t like that he had two fully loaded magazines, that’s a lot of bad stuff,’ Mr. Trump said last week in Iowa.

“Ms. Pirro’s remarks caught the attention of several Republican lawmakers, including Representative Greg Steube of Florida, a U.S. Army veteran, who said on social media that he travels into Washington from his home district every week with a firearm. ‘I have a license in Florida and DC to carry. And I will continue to carry to protect myself and others,’ Mr. Steube wrote. . .Come and Take it! Representative Thomas Massie, Republican of Kentucky, sought to dispute the legality of Ms. Pirro’s assertion by pointing to laws within the U.S. capital. ‘Non-residents can obtain a permit in DC — don’t ask me how I know,’ he wrote on social media.’ Ms. Pirro’s remarks could breach the alliance between the Republican Party and gun rights groups or, like Mr. Trump’s, be brushed off by pro-gun rights groups as a passing controversy. But that did not stop Democrats from seizing on it. Representative Brendan Boyle, Democrat of Pennsylvania, said on social media that he was ‘Old enough to remember the ‘Obama is going to grab your guns’ hysteria. Turns out it was the Trump White House.’”

The great Ron Unz also noted that the supposedly rightwing and pro-gun Trump Administration appeared to have changed course: “I’ve carefully followed American politics for nearly the last half-century, and during all those years a leading element of the conservative political coalition, especially lauded by right-wingers, had been the pro-gun groups. These were always fiercely protective of the rights of all Americans to keep and bear firearms, and they sometimes even took those ideological positions to extremes. Most of Trump’s administration has been notoriously right-wing, and everyone would have assumed that nearly all its members fell into that pro-gun camp. Yet as the exact circumstances of the Pretti killing became known, an ideological reversal of staggering proportions immediately occurred. As they defended and justified the ICE killing, Trump officials seemed to be arguing that federal agents were authorized to summarily execute any American citizen who exercised his legal right to own and carry a handgun. Judge Andrew Napolitano is a former FoxNews host, and one of his recent videos conveniently included a montage of numerous senior Trump administration officials taking that surprising position. In their public remarks, they suggested that anyone who brought a perfectly legal firearm to a protest could justifiably be shot and killed by federal ICE agents …They are facing pushback from an unlikely quarter: gun-rights groups that traditionally have largely sided with the GOP. ‘The first thing that politicians want to do is blame the gun, said Taylor Rhodes, spokesman for the National Association for Gun Rights, based in Greenville, S.C. Rhodes said he has attended hundreds of protests and rallies over the years, always with a gun. He said a thorough investigation is needed, but judging from videos of the shooting, ‘I don’t think it looks good on the ICE agents.’ . . Many other news stories and interviews reinforced the same stunned reaction to that sharp and totally unexpected ideological reversal: FBI Director Kash Patel magnified the blowback Sunday on Fox News’s ‘Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo.’ No one, Patel said, can ‘bring a firearm, loaded, with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want. It’s that simple.’ Erich Pratt, vice president of Gun Owners of America, was incredulous. ‘I have attended protest rallies while armed, and no one got injured,’ he said on CNN. Conservative officials around the country made the same connection between the First and Second amendments. ‘Showing up at a protest is very American. Showing up with a weapon is very American,’ state Rep. Jeremy Faison, who leads the GOP caucus in Tennessee, said on social media. Trump’s first-term vice president, Mike Pence, called for ‘full and transparent investigation of this officer involved shooting’… ‘You remember Kyle Rittenhouse and how he was made a hero on the right,’ said Trey Gowdy, a Republican former congressman and attorney for Trump during one of his first-term impeachments. ‘Alex Pretti’s firearm was being lawfully carried. … He never brandished it.’ Adam Winkler, a UCLA law professor who has studied the history of the gun debate, said the fallout ‘shows how tribal we’ve become.’ Republicans spent years talking about the Second Amendment as a means to fight government tyranny, he said. ‘The moment someone who’s thought to be from the left, they abandon that principled stance,’ Winkler said.”

The Trump Administration’s tergiversations on gun rights are no aberration. Rather they reflect the fundamental nature of the state, as Murray Rothbard, the greatest political and economic thinker of the twentieth century, has taught us. As he says in his wonderful essay Anatomy of the State,“The State is that organization in society which attempts to maintain a monopoly of the use of force and violence in a given territorial area; in particular, it is the only organization in society that obtains its revenue not by voluntary contribution or payment for services rendered but by coercion. While other individuals or institutions obtain their income by production of goods and services and by the peaceful and voluntary sale of these goods and services to others, the State obtains its revenue by the use of compulsion; that is, by the use and the threat of the jailhouse and the bayonet. Having used force and violence to obtain its revenue, the State generally goes on to regulate and dictate the other actions of its individual subjects. One would think that simple observation of all States through history and over the globe would be proof enough of this assertion”

Because of the state’s inherent nature, the proper response to the Trump Administration should not place exclusive emphasis on our constitutional rights, although they do have a role in our battle. The crucial weakness in exclusively relying on the constitution is that the Supreme Court is part of the federal government and will tend to settle disputed issues in a way that enhances centralized power. Rothbard credits John C. Calhoun for demonstrating this fundamental point: “In his Disquisition, Calhoun demonstrated the inherent tendency of the State to break through the limits of such a constitution: ‘A written constitution certainly has many and considerable advantages, but it is a great mistake to suppose that the mere insertion of provisions to restrict and limit the power of the government, without investing those for whose protection they are inserted with the means of enforcing their observance [my italics] will be sufficient to prevent the major and dominant party from abusing its powers. Being the party in possession of the government, they will, from the same constitution of man which makes government necessary to protect society, be in favor of the powers granted by the constitution and opposed to the restrictions intended to limit them.’”

Nevertheless, our constitutional right to keep and bear arms is indeed important. As Stephen P. Halbrook, a leading authority on the topic, has pointed out, the American Revolution was in large part a response to the attempt of the British to confiscate American guns: “The ‘shot heard ‘round the world’ at Lexington and Concord in 1775 entailed the Redcoats’ attempted seizure of arms being hoarded by militiamen and the repulse of these troops by the local citizens armed with their own muskets and sporting arms. This led General Gage to impose the confiscation of all firearms from Boston’s civilians, under the promise that those in compliance could depart the besieged city. After seizing the arms, ‘the perfidious Gage’ held the townsfolk as hostages. During these years, history was not standing still in the other colonies. The patriots in such colonies as Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York were being radicalized because of events in Boston, and the British authorities saw Boston as the root of all evil in the colonies. The Boston experience showed that many colonists were armed or sought to obtain arms, and that Gage’s successful and unsuccessful attempts to disarm them constituted yet more proof of the Crown’s objective to destroy their rights as Englishmen. The above were key events which led the Founders to adopt the Second Amendment. A tyrannical government supported by a standing army had sought to disarm a people through various artifices. It took these repressive measures against both citizens organized as militia and against citizens as individuals. The patriots then exercised their right to keep and bear arms to protect both this right and their many other rights. The American Revolution had now been sparked. Its philosophy, as expressed in the Declaration of Independence (1776), was that the people must endure some amount of injustice, but they may wage armed resistance when injustice becomes tyranny. Beginning in 1776 and continuing during the War for Independence, the States took measures to provide for their own governance. Virginia was the first State to adopt a declaration of rights, which included the admonition for ‘a well regulated Militia, composed of the Body of the People, trained to Arms.’ And Pennsylvania was the first to declare that ‘the people have a right to bear arms for the defense of themselves and the state.’ These principles were held dear in all of the States, without regard to whether they adopted a bill of rights.’

Let’s do everything we can to resist the Trump Administration’s assault on our right to keep and bear arms!

Zuckerberg, Musk Pictured at Epstein’s ‘Wild’ Dinner With Other Billionaire CEOs After Conviction

A photo has emerged of Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg attending a “wild” California dinner party with infamous pedophile Jeffery Epstein years after he was convicted as a child sex offender.

The image, which was in the latest trove of documents released by the Department of Justice, shows Musk sitting at a table with the Facebook founder and others during the swanky Aug. 2, 2015 dinner that Epstein once boasted about attending.

Along with Musk and Zuckerberg, Epstein claimed in two separate emails that the guest list included other big names like PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel and LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman.

The first mention of the party appeared in an email between Epstein and embattled CBS News contributor Peter Attia, where the dead pedophile bragged about the upcoming dinner.

“Where are you? I might be in LA Monday, burbank to look at the interior of the other bbj, tonite dinner with Musk, Thiel, Zuckerburg,” Epstein wrote. (Read more from “Zuckerberg, Musk Pictured at Epstein’s ‘Wild’ Dinner With Other Billionaire CEOs After Conviction” HERE)

People Are Getting an Old-Timey Sailors’ Disease on GLP-1s

Top dietitians in Australia this week are waving a red flag about an unforeseen impact of the GLP-1 class of weight-loss drugs, including Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro.

In a new systematic review of existing research, led by professor Clare Collins of the Newcastle School of Health Sciences in New South Wales, Australia, it appears that very few global trials of the drugs have taken into consideration what and how much patients are eating while using them.

This, experts have said, means many patients have been functionally malnourished — sometimes developing serious vitamin deficiencies like scurvy.

Part of what makes these drugs so effective for weight loss and diabetes management is their ability to suppress appetite. But not eating, or not eating enough of the right stuff, is simply not a sustainable path forward for anyone, regardless of whether or not they’re using a GLP-1. And dietitians are calling for more oversight.

“A reduction in body weight does not automatically mean the person is well-nourished or healthy,” Collins told the Australian Financial Review. “Nutrition plays a critical role in health and right now it’s largely missing from the evidence.” (Read more from “People Are Getting an Old-Timey Sailors’ Disease on GLP-1s” HERE)

Matt Gaetz Joins Democrat Calling for Bill Barr Testimony After Epstein Video “Contradiction”

U.S. Representative Ted Lieu (D-CA) responded to a CBS News report regarding newly accessed video potentially showing a mystery figure on the stairs at the New York jail where sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was held. The video was reportedly recorded on the night of Epstein’s death, which was officially ruled a suicide. According to CBS, the “newly released video logs appear to contradict official accounts,” an assertion reiterated by Lieu.

[Note: The new video logs were released by the U.S. Department of Justice and show “an orange-colored shape moving up a staircase toward the isolated, locked tier where Epstein’s cell was located” on August 9, 2019, the night Epstein died. The alleged contradiction references the fact that authorities, including then-U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr, indicated at the time that no one entered Epstein’s housing tier on the night of his death.] . . .

MAGA-aligned former U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL), a lawyer and former member on the House Judiciary Committee who doesn’t share much common political ground with Lieu, responded to Lieu’s post, writing: “Bill Barr is a liar and should be called to testify.” (Read more from “Matt Gaetz Joins Democrat Calling for Bill Barr Testimony After Epstein Video “Contradiction” HERE)

Newly Released Epstein Files Drag Trump’s Former Inner Circle Back Into Spotlight

The latest release of Jeffrey Epstein-related records has shed new light on the breadth of the disgraced financier’s relationships with influential figures connected to President Donald Trump, even years after Epstein’s initial arrest and conviction on state prostitution charges.

The Justice Department’s newly published tranche—part of a court-ordered disclosure mandated by Congress—includes more than three million pages of documents, along with tens of thousands of emails, photos, and videos. While many of the materials contain unverified or unsubstantiated claims, the sheer volume has reignited scrutiny of Epstein’s social and political reach and the government’s handling of the case.

Trump himself has long maintained that he severed ties with Epstein well before Epstein’s 2019 death by suicide while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. The president has not been accused of any proven wrongdoing in connection with Epstein, and no direct evidence implicating him in sex trafficking or abuse has emerged from the latest release. Nevertheless, Trump’s name appears frequently in the documents—tens of thousands of times across thousands of files—often in news articles Epstein circulated or in tips submitted to federal authorities.

The Justice Department has emphasized that inclusion in the files does not equate to evidence of illegal activity. By law, the department is required to release documents even when they include unproven allegations. Some materials remain redacted, though officials have not provided a detailed explanation of what was withheld or why roughly two-and-a-half million pages have yet to be released, a delay that has fueled accusations of a potential cover-up.

Beyond Trump, the files highlight continued contact between Epstein and several prominent figures associated with the president’s orbit. Former Trump adviser Steve Bannon, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick are among those whose names appear in correspondence showing friendly exchanges with Epstein after his conviction. None of the documents released so far provide direct evidence that any of them engaged in criminal conduct.

Emails included in the release show Epstein maintaining casual, even cordial, relationships. In one 2019 exchange, Epstein asked Bannon whether he had received an Apple Watch sent as a Christmas gift and later invited him to visit New York. Bannon replied that he was in Texas “building a wall.” Other records suggest a closer relationship between Epstein and Musk than Musk has publicly acknowledged, including a 2012 email in which Musk asked Epstein about upcoming parties and expressed interest in socializing rather than a “peaceful island experience.”

The files also contain a wide array of claims—many unverifiable—about powerful figures across politics, business, and royalty. Individuals such as Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Prince Andrew, and Lord Mandelson are mentioned, all of whom have denied wrongdoing. Some documents reveal Epstein privately expressing contempt for Trump in messages to author Michael Wolff, underscoring the complicated and shifting nature of their past relationship.

Among the most serious allegations involving Trump are FBI notes summarizing tips and claims, including references to a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault when the accuser was a minor and an interview in which an Epstein victim alleged that Ghislaine Maxwell once introduced her to Trump at a party. Trump has repeatedly denied all such accusations, and there is no public evidence that the FBI deemed these claims credible. The Justice Department has stated that the allegations against the president contained in the documents are false.

Speaking from the Oval Office this week, Trump urged the public to “move on” from Epstein, saying he had not personally reviewed the millions of pages released. Political analysts note that, so far, the disclosures have not delivered definitive revelations that would significantly alter Trump’s standing with either critics or supporters.
