Peter Thiel Moves Family to Argentina to Flee High Taxes — and Potential Nuclear War, AI Meltdown: Report

Billionaire investor Peter Thiel reportedly moved his family from the US to Argentina’s capital Buenos Aires as a refuge from high taxes, political turmoil and potential catastrophes like nuclear war and an AI meltdown.

The PayPal co-founder and longtime Silicon Valley power player has met privately with Argentine President Javier Milei, purchased a mansion in one of Buenos Aires’ most exclusive neighborhoods and temporarily relocated his family to the South American nation, according to the New York Times.

Sources told the paper that Thiel made the move due to concerns about the political direction of the US, especially in California, where over half of voters support a proposed wealth tax on billionaires.

The investor became more interested in Argentina as the proposal gained traction and was considering cutting ties with California by the end of last year, the Times reported.

His private investment firm, Thiel Capital, opened an office in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood on Dec. 31 as Californians weighed the proposed tax — which threatened the investor with a whopping, 10-figure tax bill, according to Bloomberg.

Not least of Thiel’s concerns is the possibility of nuclear warfare in the Northern Hemisphere — making a relatively far-flung corner of South America an appealing option, the Times reported. 1 in 3 American Men are not Working in Nearly 20-Year Low — here’s What’s Behind the Staggering Statistic

The number of American men in the workforce are at its lowest level in two decades — with about one in three American men having stopped working as of 2026, new labor statistics show.

Just 66% of men were employed or actively seeking a job as of April, a nearly 20-year low from 73% in 2006, according to data the US Bureau of Labor Statistics released earlier this month.

The current number — covering men aged 20 and over — is almost exactly as low as it was after the 2008 recession, when rates first plummeted by seven points in about a year.

Employment rates slowly eked up across the 2010s — before being gutted during the 2020 pandemic, when just 59% of men were employed.

Rates partially recovered within two years but then began a trickling decline that’s persisted into the current lows.

And trends are still pointing downward, with male employment dropping as of April by a full point year over year from 2025, the Labor Department showed. (Read more from “1 in 3 American Men are not Working in Nearly 20-Year Low — here’s What’s Behind the Staggering Statistic” HERE)

Judge Reprimanded for Noisy Sex in Chambers Revealed as Obama Appointee who Sentenced Todd Chrisley

A married judge who had noisy sex with a top cop in her court chambers has been named as a Barack Obama appointee who meted out a tough sentence to reality star Todd Chrisley.

Judge Eleanor Ross, of the Atlanta-based US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, was handed a private dressing-down after the alleged steamy affair with a police commander within earshot of law clerks, reported Bloomberg.

The 58-year-old, who was nominated by President Obama and confirmed by the Senate in 2014, wasn’t named in the special judicial conduct committee’s report dated May 22.

“This corrupt judge who couldn’t focus on our case because she was too busy clapping dem cheeks in her chambers … she needs to be impeached and we will work with Congress and our legal team to see that this happens,” Chrisley wrote on Instagram.

The judge had sex in “chambers and during business hours,” demonstrating “a gross lack of judgement,” over the course of the two-year relationship between 2023 and 2025, according to the report. Feds Mysteriously Drop All Charges Against Israeli Who Ran Illegal Biolab in Las Vegas

In a development that has ignited outrage and raised urgent questions about federal accountability, U.S. prosecutors have abruptly dropped all federal charges against Ori Solomon, the 55-year-old Israeli national who managed an east Las Vegas property where authorities uncovered an illegal biolab.

The shocking dismissal comes just months after a joint FBI and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department raid on January 31, 2026, at a short-term rental home on Sugar Springs Drive near Washington Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard. The unlicensed property, which Solomon managed, contained laboratory equipment, multiple refrigerators stuffed with vials of unknown liquids, and hazardous materials. Multiple people who entered the biolab reportedly became gravely ill.

Investigators linked the Israeli’s Las Vegas site to a prior illegal biolab in Reedley, California, operated by Chinese national Jia Bei Zhu (also known as David He), who was convicted of fraudulently selling over a million misbranded COVID-19 tests. Solomon was described by police as a “main agent and conspirator” in that operation, with the Las Vegas biolab materials appearing to be remnants stored from the California scheme.

Solomon, an Israeli citizen in the United States on a non-immigrant E-2 visa (with both Israeli and French passports), was arrested and hit with federal charges for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. Agents seized multiple rifles and handguns from his own residence during the investigation, firearms he was legally barred from owning due to his immigration status.

Yet the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Nevada filed a motion to dismiss the federal complaint against Solomon. The terse explanation: “After a careful review of the evidence and additional information provided by defendant, the Government has concluded that the interests of justice require dismissal of the complaint at this time.” No further details were offered, and a spokesperson for the office declined to comment.

The move has left the public in the dark. While Solomon still faces a Clark County felony charge for improper disposal and discharge of hazardous waste—with a court appearance scheduled for June 4—the federal gun case that stemmed directly from the biolab probe has vanished into thin air. And he was released from custody in February.

The mysterious federal retreat has fueled widespread suspicion about why an apparently solid case against a visa-holding Israeli involved with a Chinese-linked biolab network on U.S. soil would walk with no real explanation from Trump’s Department of Justice.

Russian Drone Hits Apartment Building In NATO Member Country

Romania said a Russian drone crashed into an apartment building near its border with Ukraine on Friday, injuring civilians.

Romanian officials said the drone hit a residential building in Galati, a southeastern city near the Ukrainian border, according to a Romanian Ministry of National Defence press release. The drone appears to have veered off course and struck Romania during a series of attacks on Ukraine, Reuters reported.

“Russia’s reckless behaviour is a danger to us all,” NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said in a post on X. “They [Russia] continue to target civilians and civilian infrastructure across Ukraine. And last night showed yet again that the implications of their illegal war of aggression don’t stop at the border.”

The drone hit the building during an overnight Russian attack on neighboring Ukraine, according to Romania’s Defense Ministry. The strike injured two civilians, including a woman and a child, while roughly 70 residents were evacuated, Reuters reported, citing local authorities.

Ukrainian drones have also fallen off target, landing or flying over or crashing in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, the BBC reported. (Read more from “Russian Drone Hits Apartment Building In NATO Member Country” HERE)

Trump Threatens to ‘Blow up’ US Ally Oman

Donald Trump has threatened to “blow up” Oman if it fails to “behave” in a casual aside during a cabinet meeting, as the US scrambles to reopen the strait of Hormuz.

The US president made the threat after reports of talks between Iran and Oman about jointly charging a toll for ships passing through the crucial waterway, which has been all but closed since the start of the US-Israel war on Iran.

“The strait is going to be open to everybody,” Trump declared on Tuesday. “Nobody’s going to control it. We’re going to watch over it. We’ll watch over it. But nobody’s going to control it. That’s part of the negotiation that we have.”

In addition to Oman’s decades-long military and economic ties with the US, the Gulf nation of 5.3 million people has played a mediation role in the war and has itself come under attack from Tehran. . .

In an extraordinary threat, he added: “Oman will behave just like everybody else. Or else we’ll have to blow them up. They understand that. They’ll be fine.” (Read more from “Trump Threatens to ‘Blow up’ US Ally Oman” HERE)

Army Veteran Dies Months after DoorDash Driver Allegedly Sucker Punched Him over Speeding Complaint

A veteran who was in a coma for months has died after authorities say he was severely injured when a DoorDash driver allegedly attacked and sucker punched him.

Suffering a brain bleed with part of his skull removed, 75-year-old Lloyd Poole had been in the hospital since December, according to a report from FOX 2 Detroit.

Police say 40-year-old Ryan Turner is the man who threw the punch. FOX 2 reported it occurred in a Wixom, Michigan, neighborhood.

Investigators say Poole yelled at Turner for driving too fast through the neighborhood, to which Turner allegedly violently responded, punching Poole and knocking him to the ground.

Poole’s daughter, Jen Shaw, told Fox News Digital that her father was an Army veteran, with a passion for honoring fallen service members. (Read more from “Army Veteran Dies Months after DoorDash Driver Allegedly Sucker Punched Him over Speeding Complaint” HERE)

YMCA Changes Locker Room Rules After Transgender Controversy: Report

A San Francisco YMCA became the center of controversy following a Monday report that a transgender woman had been effectively barred from exposing male genitalia in a women’s locker room following complaints from gym-goers.

The Daily Mail reported that a trans woman named “Sammy,” “has been banned from flaunting her pre-op privates at a YMCA in liberal San Francisco after a sustained freak out by gym goers.”

The Stonestown Family YMCA reportedly posted new rules barring guests from exposing their genitals to other guests.

According to the Daily Mail, the Stonestown Family YMCA posted new rules that read, “Nudity should be discreet, limited, and brief.” The policy change was reportedly announced on a flyer hanging in the changing room headlined “NEW YMCA LOCKER ROOMS GUIDELINES 2026.”

“Nudity is permitted only while actively showering. Members are expected to put clothing on or be covered during use of the space outside of showering,” it continued. (Read more from “YMCA Changes Locker Room Rules After Transgender Controversy: Report” HERE)

Former CIA Official Arrested after Feds Find $40M Worth of Gold Bars Stashed at His Home: report

A former high-ranking CIA official was reportedly busted by the FBI after agents found a mind-blowing fortune that included $40 million worth of gold bars hidden inside his Virginia home.

The feds last week raided the residence of David Rush, uncovering a staggering 303 gold bars, along with 2 million in cash and nearly three dozen luxury Rolex watches, the New York Times reported, citing court documents.

Rush, up until recently a “senior executive service-level employee” at the CIA, reportedly requested the massive haul of gold and foreign currency for “work-related expenses” between November and March.

But when the agency did a routine audit, the assets were missing from official custody, prompting the CIA director to refer the matter to federal investigators.

“After a C.I.A. internal investigation identified potential violations of the law, C.I.A. Director John Ratcliffe referred the information to the F.B.I. for a law enforcement investigation,” the CIA and FBI said in a joint statement to the Times. Husband of Embattled Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer Barred from Department Headquarters over Sexual Assault Allegations

The husband of embattled Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer has been banned from the department’s headquarters amid allegations he sexually assaulted at least two female staffers inside the building.

In one instance captured on office security cameras, Dr. Shawn DeRemer allegedly gave a woman an extended hug during work hours on Dec. 18, the New York Times reported on Thursday.

The video is being reviewed by authorities as part of a criminal investigation into the Portland-based anesthesiologist.

Sources familiar with the incident confirmed to The Post that DeRemer was barred from the building and that a report was filed with Washington’s Metropolitan Police Department. . . .

The police report, obtained by The Post, was made on Jan. 24 and notes the complainant reported “sexual contact against her will” at the Labor Department’s DC’s headquarters and that the incident is being investigated as a misdemeanor sexual abuse case.
