“It’s kill or be killed,” Soviak wrote in the post.

Ashli Babbitt’s Widower to Shooter: ‘Suck It Up’

The widower of American veteran Ashli Babbitt, who was killed by a single gunshot from a police officer during the Jan. 6 vandalism at the U.S. Capital, told a broadcast audience he has little tolerance for complaints from the police officer that he’s gotten death threats since killing Babbitt.

“Suck it up,” Aaron Babbitt said to Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd, who also gave his first interview since the killing this week.

“I don’t even want to hear him talk about how he’s getting death threats and he’s scared,” Aaron Babbitt said during an interview on Fox News’s Tucker Carlson, according to a report in the Washington Examiner.

Aaron Babbitt cited his own experience since Byrd shot his wife, a 35-year-old Air Force veteran, who was killed when she became part of a crowd that broke windows and doors at the Capital to enter that day.

It happened when Congress was scheduled to – and did – adopt the electoral results that turned over the White House to Joe Biden. Those results raised enough questions that there were lawsuits in dozens of states, and there continue to be audits, or plans for them, in several states. Pompeo Responds to Biden’s Attempt To Blame Trump for Afghanistan Failure

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Friday pushed back on the Biden administration for blaming the Trump administration’s Taliban deal for the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan. Pompeo said the Trump administration had a “conditions-based” agreement with the Taliban which was not the same as the plan pursued by President Biden.

MIKE POMPEO: We were clear with the Taliban that we had this understanding–but you were going to live up to it. And we had a conditions-based withdrawal plan and we executed that. We were down from about 15,000 to a little over 2,500. And for the last 13 months of our administration, we didn’t have a single American attacked or a single American killed.

President Biden Crumbles Under Pressure From Reporter After Tough Talk on Terrorists; Biden Admits Americans Will Be Left Behind; Report: U.S. Provided Taliban With List of Americans and Afghan Allies

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden tried to sound tough to the terrorists who killed 13 American soldiers on Thursday but crumbled in real time when challenged by White House Fox News reporter Peter Doocy.

“We will not forgive. We will not forget. We will hunt you down and make you pay,” Biden said, reading his speech from his teleprompter.

After his speech, Biden took questions, calling on a list of preapproved reporters given to him from his staff. He ultimately called on Doocy, describing him as “the most interesting guy in the press.”

Doocy ask Biden if he would take responsibility for the deaths of the 12 American troops and his chaotic and deadly exit from Afghanistan.

Biden said he did take responsibility but pointedly noted to Doocy that it was former President Donald Trump who made the withdrawal deal with the Taliban. (Read more from “Biden Crumbles Under Pressure From Reporter After Tough Talk on Terrorists” HERE)

Report: U.S. Provided Taliban With List of Americans and Afghan Allies

By Washington Examiner. U.S. officials reportedly provided the Taliban with a list of people to grant entry to at Hamid Karzai International Airport — a decision with potentially deadly consequences.

With the U.S. military relying on the Taliban to conduct the outer security of the airport where evacuations have been taking place for the last two weeks, officials provided the militant group with a list of American citizens, green card holders, and Afghan allies approved for evacuation, according to Politico .

The Pentagon declined to comment. The goal behind sharing the names with the Taliban was to expedite the process at the airport.

The decision could ultimately cost lives, as the Taliban have a history of murdering Afghans who have worked with the United States and Western countries. The militant group has already begun going door to door looking for Afghans who worked with the U.S. or the former Afghan government.

“Basically, they just put all those Afghans on a kill list,” one defense official told the outlet. “It’s just appalling and shocking and makes you feel unclean.” (Read more from “Report: U.S. Provided Taliban With List of Americans and Afghan Allies” HERE)

Military Says They Are Relying on Taliban to ‘Protect’ Them From Terrorists

Commander of the U.S. Central Command (USCC) Gen. Kenneth McKenzie Jr., said Thursday the U.S. is relying on the Taliban to “protect” them from further terrorist attacks in Kabul, Afghanistan.

McKenzie said he expects more attacks following the deadly blast early Thursday morning that left several U.S. service members and Afghan civilians dead.

“We expect those attacks to continue and we’re doing everything we can to be prepared for those attacks. That includes reaching out to the Taliban who are actually providing the outer security cordon around the airfield, to make sure they know what we expect them to do to protect us. And we will continue to coordinate with them as they go forward.”

Report: Verizon Pushes Leftist, Anti-American Agenda in Social Justice Training for Employees

Multinational telecommunications conglomerate Verizon has internal programs that train employees on anti-American sentiments and “anti-racism” agendas, according to a new report.

Following the death of George Floyd in late May 2020, Verizon CEO Hans Vestberg delivered a speech where he announced that the company would commit $10 million to “aid organizations dedicated to equality and social justice.”

Verizon launched a new “Race & Social Justice Action Toolkit” in June 2020, with “employee-generated resources to jumpstart your education” and “support partners who are on the frontlines of battling racial injustice.”

Verizon then presented a “Race & Social Justice” initiative last year for employee training, which “has created an extensive race reeducation program based on the core tenets of critical race theory, including ‘systemic racism,’ ‘white fragility,’ and ‘intersectionality,'” according to City Journal.

Journalist Christopher F. Rufo claims to have received internal Verizon documents from a whistleblower, which show corporate curriculum and speeches that spread a leftist agenda.

Trump released a statement on the suicide attacks near Hamid Karzai International Airport in Afghanistan that also wounded 15 U.S. service members and 143 Afghans.

“Melania and I send our deepest condolences to the families of our brilliant and brave Service Members whose duty to the U.S.A. meant so much to them,” Trump said. “Our thoughts are also with the families of the innocent civilians who died today in the savage Kabul attack.

“This tragedy should never have been allowed to happen, which makes our grief even deeper and more difficult to understand,” the former president added. “May God Bless the U.S.A.” . . .

Trump said the Biden administration made “some horrible, stupid decisions” in the past week and a half during the U.S. withdrawal, the worst being “allowing our military to leave before the civilians and before we get all of our equipment back, $83 billion dollars. 12 U.S. Troops Killed In Kabul Blasts; ISIS Takes Credit for Kabul Blast That Killed U.S. Marines

By Newsweek. The Islamic State militant group (ISIS) has taken credit through its official news outlet for a deadly blast that killed at least a dozen U.S. military personnel and dozens more Afghans in what was set to be the final days of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Hours after an explosion near Kabul’s Hamid Karzai International Airport killed at least 12 U.S. military personnel, including four Marines, and at least 60 Afghans, ISIS’ Amaq News Agency released a statement announcing “around 160 killed and wounded from the American forces and those collaborating with them in a martyrdom attack of the Islamic State near Kabul airport.”

Citing “military sources,” the outlet said that “a fighter of the Islamic State were able today to penetrate all the security fortifications imposed by the American forces and the Taliban militia around the capital Kabul and managed to reach a large gathering of translators and collaborators with the American army around ‘Baran Camp’ near Kabul airport, and then he detonated his explosive belt, killing about 60 people and injuring around 100 others, including elements of the Taliban.” (Read more from “ISIS Takes Credit for Kabul Blast That Killed U.S. Marines, Taliban Condemns” HERE)

Twelve U.S. Troops Killed In Isis Attacks On Kabul Airport

By Politico. A dozen U.S. troops were killed and 15 were injured on Thursday when ISIS militants set off two bombs outside Kabul’s main airport, the Pentagon said, where thousands of people have been gathering in recent days amid a massive evacuation effort by the U.S. and NATO allies.

The attacks from ISIS’s affiliate in Afghanistan were the deadliest U.S. casualty event there since 2011, and they come as the U.S. is just days away from a complete withdrawal from a country now controlled by the Taliban.

An ISIS militant wearing a suicide vest was responsible for the first bombing, two U.S. officials and a person familiar with the matter told POLITICO, detonating around 5 p.m. local time just outside Abbey Gate. ISIS gunmen then opened fire on the crowd. Three sources said U.S. troops returned fire soon after. NATO troops were ordered to leave the airport gates immediately due to the threat of additional attacks, two people said.

Videos from the scene viewed by POLITICO showed dozens of bodies strewn across a sewage canal and the surrounding banks outside Kabul’s main airport, which President Joe Biden has warned was vulnerable to terror attacks in recent days. Police Lieutenant Who Killed January 6 Capitol Protester Ashli Babbitt Finally Identified

For more than seven months, the U.S. Capitol Police officer who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed protester climbing through a broken window in a hallway of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, has remained anonymous.

Though his name was known to U.S. Capitol Police, congressional staffers and federal investigations, no one would divulge it. The secrecy fueled months of online speculation. . .

Roberts told Zenger Wednesday night that the shooter was “Lieutenant Michael Leroy Byrd.” . . .

Byrd is a controversial figure with a record of mishandling firearms, including once leaving a loaded pistol in a Congressional Visitor Center bathroom. Roberts said Byrd’s decision to fire his weapon on January 6 indicated his unfitness for duty.
