Deep State Controlled Ex-Ambassador Trying to Bankrupt Pompeo with $1.8 Million Lawsuit

President Donald Trump’s former ambassador to the European Union, Gordon Sondland, is suing former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and the US government to cover $1.8 million in unpaid legal fees he incurred during the House impeachment probe.

The lawsuit claims that Pompeo personally told Sondland — who was denied a government lawyer — that the US government would be able to reimburse him for his legal fees but ultimately reneged on that promise upon learning about Sondland’s explosive 2019 testimony.

Specifically, it claims that Pompeo’s about-face came after Sondland’s became the first impeachment witness to confirm there was a quid pro quo that came from Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani at the “express direction of the President.” . . .

A spokesperson for Pompeo told CNN “the lawsuit is ludicrous” and that Pompeo “is confident the court will see it the same way.” (Read more from “Deep State Controlled Ex-Ambassador Trying to Bankrupt Pompeo with $1.8 Million Lawsuit” HERE)

Trump on 2024: ‘We’re Going to Make You Very Happy’ (VIDEO)

Popular conservative commentator Dan Bongino launched his new radio program on Monday by airing an exclusive interview with former President Donald Trump, asking whether he will run in the 2024 presidential election. . .

Bongino asked the former president, “I have to ask, where are we with 2024? We need you. We need you big time. You thinking about it? Are you leaning one way? We’d love to hear it.”

Trump answered, “We are going to make you very happy. And we’re going to do what’s right. And we’ve done a great job for the country — rebuilt our military, and had the greatest economy ever.” (Read more from “Trump on 2024: ‘We’re Going to Make You Very Happy’ (VIDEO)” HERE)

Dems Threaten to Pack Supreme Court Over Roe v. Wade

Democratic senators are warning that if the Supreme Court upholds a Mississippi law, striking a blow against Roe v. Wade, they will move to expand the court.

The ruling in favor of the Mississippi law would curb abortion rights by allowing states to ban the deadly procedure after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

“It will inevitably fuel and drive an effort to expand the Supreme Court if this activist majority betrays fundamental constitutional principles,” said Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Hill reported. . .

Democrats may not pack the court immediately, Blumenthal said, but “[c]hipping away at Roe v. Wade will precipitate a seismic movement to reform the Supreme Court.”

The reform, he said, could amount to changing the court’s jurisdiction or “requiring a certain numbers of votes to strike down certain past precedents.” (Read more from “Dems Threaten to Pack Supreme Court Over Roe v. Wade” HERE)

This Ammunition May Not Be Available to Purchase for Years

. . .Stephen Gutowski of The Reload spoke to a few ammunition makers about this issue. On one hand, it’s great that so many Americans decided to exercise their right to own firearms during the pandemic. The bad thing is that it’s stressed the market to no end. Gutowski was clear in why this is the case. For starters, there are nine million new gun owners, the demand is through the roof, and the price of materials has also hit levels not seen since…ever for some of these ammunition manufacturers. One told Gutowski he’s never seen the price of copper soar as high as it has in his 51-year career. And yes, Joe Biden also impacted the market (via The Reload):

“On certain products, we are certainly seeing backlogs that stretch out two years and beyond,” Brett Flaugher, president of Winchester Ammunition, told The Reload. “For those who shoot 9mm and 5.56 ammunition, which are both in high demand, it’s very uncertain how long it will be before people will consistently have ammunition readily available.”

“I’m looking at two and a half years’ worth of demand already on order,” Jason Hornady, vice president of Hornady Manufacturing Company, told The Reload. “So, I’m not seeing a slowdown for two and a half years.”

. . .

“This business is going to continue on the pace it is for the next 18 months to two and a half years,” he said. “That’s how long it’s gonna be before you walk in and find a box of .223, and come back tomorrow and buy a box of .223 or 9mm, or you pick the caliber.”

Revealed: Amazon’s Black Lives Matter Donation Tied to Convicted Terrorist

Last summer, Amazon announced a $10 million donation for “organizations supporting justice and equity,” including a donation directly to the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation. At the time, BLM Global Network was sponsored by Thousand Currents, a non-profit whose vice-chairman is Susan Rosenberg, a convicted left-wing terrorist. It’s a major oversight for Amazon, the self-anointed arbiter of domestic terrorism.

Amazon’s ties to Rosenberg are fully exposed in Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption, my new book revealing the secret ties between the establishment media, Big Tech, and the activist left.

Rosenberg, a former member of the Weather Underground, came to national prominence as a central figure in the May 19 Communist Organization, a group responsible for a series of violent incidents in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Among May 19’s best-known crimes is the group’s role in the 1981 robbery of a Brinks armored truck which resulted in the murders of two policemen and a security guard.

The group also claimed responsibility for a series of bombings, including the 1983 bombing of the U.S. Capitol. According to historian William Rosenau, May 19 “also bombed an FBI office, the Israel Aircraft Industries building, and the South African consulate in New York, D.C.’s Fort McNair and Navy Yard” over a 20-month period. Obama’s Top Economist Warns About COVID Unemployment Benefits

Harvard University economist Jason Furman suggested in a new study that the American Rescue Plan’s expansion of unemployment benefits could be harming the United States’ post-pandemic economic recovery.

Furman’s study argues that a lack of childcare options for working parents of young children is not causing the country’s poor jobs numbers. Instead, he writes in the study, “the continued concern about the threat of getting COVID-19 at work or expanded unemployment insurance benefits and eligibility” are the key “factors responsible for the slow employment recovery and depressed labor supply.”

The study was co-authored with Harvard University professor Wilson Powell and University of Maryland professor Melissa Kearney. Furman previously served as the chairman of President Barack Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers.

The study provides new evidence for Republicans and conservative economists, who argue that the ARP’s unemployment benefits expansion was a key contributor to April’s poor jobs numbers. At least 22 states with Republican governors have rejected the expansion.

“It’s hurting our productivity,” Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said of the expansion. “Every small business owner, and the workers that are currently working, they need more people.” (Read more from “Obama’s Top Economist Warns About COVID Unemployment Benefits” HERE)

Flip-Flop Fauci Changes His Mind Yet Again: COVID ‘Likely’ Developed Naturally

Dr. Anthony Fauci has reversed course yet again Monday, now claiming it is “highly likely” the Chinese coronavirus developed naturally.

“He believes that it is ‘highly likely’ that it first occurred naturally before spreading from animal to human. Since no one is 100% sure, he’s open to a thorough investigation,” a CBS News reporter tweeted.

The newest position from “Dr. Gloom” comes after the infectious disease expert reversed course May 11, claiming he is “not convinced” the Chinese coronavirus developed naturally and that its origins merit investigation.

“No, actually. … No, I’m not convinced about that. I think that we should continue to investigate what went on in China until we find out to the best of our ability exactly what happened,” Fauci said during an interview when a reporter asked about the origins of the flu.

U.S. COVID Cases Lowest Seen In A Year

The coronavirus pandemic continues to recede in America — as the average number of new cases and deaths plummeted to levels not seen in around a year.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported Sunday that the rolling seven-day average of daily new coronavirus cases had dropped to 24,315 nationwide. The last time the average was that low was on June 15 of last year, when the CDC reported a seven-day average of 23,304 new cases.

In addition, the percentage of positive coronavirus tests nationwide came in below 3 percent on Monday, May 17 for the first time since the CDC started keeping records in March of last year. The number stayed below 3 percent for the remainder of the work week.

Deaths appear to be declining at a slower rate, but the rolling seven-day average of deaths per day has hovered around 500 since May 15 and dipped below that number on May 19 and 20. The last time that happened, according to the CDC data, was on March 31 of last year.

The strain placed on America’s health care system by the coronavirus appears to be ending as well. For the week ending Friday, the CDC reported a seven-day average of 3,198 new hospitalizations, down more than 15 percent from the previous week and down more than 80 percent from the peak in early January. People Don’t Want To Lose the Masks Despite Updated CDC Guidelines

Millions of vaccinated people in the United States are celebrating the prospect of soon ditching their masks when they go out to dinner or cheer on their favorite team from the stands.

But for some people, letting go of the science that drove them to take precautions is proving more difficult than embracing the science that says it’s now safe for them to stop. . .

Indeed, some people across the country reacted to the CDC’s news last week with fear that the public health agency had moved too quickly and vowed to continue wearing their masks due to uncertainty about who within their communities remains unvaccinated.

While many cities and states moved quickly to implement CDC guidance regarding the start of pandemic-related restrictions, some are moving more slowly to put in place CDC guidance regarding their end.

In California, vaccinated people won’t enjoy the relaxed rules until June 15, when the state will allow restrictions on businesses and mask mandates to expire. California health officials said they wanted to allow more time for vaccination rates to go up before they loosen the restrictions, although some of the state’s businesses have expressed frustration that they face another month of rules that other states are ditching. Dem Governor Forced To Apologize for Violating Her Own COVID Rules

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer apologized after she was caught violating one of her own coronavirus-related orders.

On May 15, the state’s Department of Health and Human Services issued an order disallowing groups of more than six people to be seated together at a restaurant, and each party has to be separated by six feet. However, the governor was caught disregarding that rule on Saturday.

Whitmer was spotted at the Landshark Bar & Grill in East Lansing. A photograph of the group with Whitmer showing tables pushed tougher and no masks being worn was briefly posted on social media. Her chief operating officer, Tricia Foster, was also at the event.

“Throughout the pandemic, I’ve been committed to following public health protocols,” Whitmer said Sunday in a statement. “Yesterday, I went with friends to a local restaurant. As more people arrived, the tables were pushed together. Because we were all vaccinated, we didn’t stop to think about it.”

“In retrospect, I should have thought about it. I am human,” she added. “I made a mistake, and I apologize.” (Read more from “Dem Governor Forced To Apologized for Violating Her Own COVID Rules” HERE)
