‘RETALIATION’: Whistleblower Who Exposed Transgender ‘Medicine’ Targeted by FBI, Lost Her Job

Vanessa Sivadge lost her job at a Texas hospital and faced questioning from the FBI after speaking out about experimental transgender “treatments” on children.

She told “The Daily Signal Podcast” how her faith motivated her to speak out and why she feared no one else shared her concerns, despite the fact that so-called “gender-affirming care” violated not just her faith but her medical ethics, as well.

“I felt so alone,” Sivadge said. “I felt like I was the only one in this hospital system that believed what I believed. And I was so overwhelmed and felt so outnumbered.”

The medical industry had almost uniformly embraced the idea that if a boy or a girl repeatedly and consistently said he or she identified as the opposite sex, it is healthy—lifesaving, even—to put that person on experimental drugs to alter internal chemistry and make him or her appear like the opposite sex.

Studies have revealed serious side effects from so-called “puberty blockers” and cross-sex hormones (like estrogen for men), and these interventions often lead to sterilizing surgeries that involve removing entire organs and replacing them with facsimiles of the opposite sex’s organs. Even though some studies suggest that “puberty blockers” increase thoughts of suicide among patients, doctors and activists claim that children will commit suicide if they are not encouraged to take these drugs. Former Biden Campaign Lawyer Now Works in Trump Justice Department

A lawyer who worked for Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign and for two different offices in the Biden White House now works in President Donald Trump’s administration as an ostensibly nonpolitical staffer at the Justice Department.

While presidents appoint more than 3,000 people for political positions, the federal government directly employs roughly 2.3 million people, most of whom serve in purportedly nonpolitical, career positions. The Office of Personnel Management tracks when political appointees transition to career positions—a process often referred to as “burrowing in” to the bureaucracy—and Sarah Scheinman did so in 2022.

Earlier this year, Scheinman posted a photo of herself with President Joe Biden.

“So proud to have served in the Biden-Harris administration these past four years,” she wrote on LinkedIn. “I have worked with the most dedicated public servants in the White House, OMB, and the Department of Justice who every day seek to make things better for all of us.”

According to OPM records, Scheinman transitioned from a political role to a career position on Oct. 31, 2022. She left her position as associate general counsel at the Office of Management and Budget to take an attorney-advisor position in the Justice Department’s antitrust division. In the transition, she went from an annual salary of $84,766 to $112,890. (Read more from “Former Biden Campaign Lawyer Now Works in Trump Justice Department” HERE)

Trump Issues Lengthy Statement Defending Pam Bondi

President Donald Trump posted a lengthy statement Saturday on Truth Social defending former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and criticizing renewed public interest in Jeffrey Epstein-related documents.

Trump praised Bondi’s work and accused political opponents and some of his own allies of focusing too much attention on Epstein. “We’re on one Team, MAGA, and I don’t like what’s happening,” Trump wrote, calling the current administration “PERFECT” and condemning what he called “selfish people” trying to undermine it.

Trump reiterated longstanding criticisms of figures from past Democratic administrations — including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, and John Brennan — tying them to what he described as a fabricated dossier and “Radical Left inspired Documents on Jeffrey Epstein.”

“If there was ANYTHING in there that could have hurt the MAGA Movement, why didn’t they use it?” he asked. (Read more from “Trump Issues Lengthy Statement Defending Pam Bondi” HERE)

Squad’s Ilhan Omar Claims U.S. Sending Migrants to ‘Dungeons’

The darkest portrayal of immigration enforcement may now belong to Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who over the weekend claimed the U.S. was “disappearing” people and sending them to “dungeons” around the world.

“The reality is when they come for one of us, they’re eventually going to come for all of us,” she told a town hall outside of Nashville on Saturday, reported the Daily Wire. “We’re seeing people be abducted and sent to dungeons in foreign countries and people disappearing with no accounting for where they’ve gone.”

There was little doubt for the people in attendance that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) would be a addressed at the rally held at Cane Ridge High School in Antioch.

Organizers had posted a sign outside the event: “ICE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.”

AI Chatbot for Hiring McDonald’s Workers Exposed Millions of Applicants’ Personal Data

Security researchers have uncovered glaring vulnerabilities in the “McHire” AI chatbot used by McDonald’s to hire workers, potentially exposing the personal information of approximately 64 million job applicants.

Tom’s Hardware reports that security researchers Ian Carroll and Sam Curry have discovered critical flaws in the McHire chatbot, developed by Paradox.ai for McDonald’s, which could have been exploited to access sensitive data of millions of job applicants. The chatbot, known as Olivia, is reportedly used by 90 percent of McDonald’s franchises in the United States to streamline their hiring processes.

The first vulnerability came to light when the researchers successfully guessed the password used by Paradox team members to access McHire: “123456.” This weak password allowed Carroll and Curry to gain administrator access to a test restaurant within the McHire system. While this initial access only revealed employees of Paradox.ai, it provided valuable insights into the workings of the application.

However, the real concern emerged with the discovery of a second vulnerability. An insecure direct object reference (IDOR) flaw in the McHire API enabled the researchers to access a wealth of personal information from every chat interaction involving individuals who had ever applied for a job at McDonald’s. This exposed data included names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, candidacy states, form inputs such as preferred shifts, and even authentication tokens that could be used to log into the consumer UI and view raw chat messages. Biden Defends Controversial Autopen Use for Clemency Decisions

Former President Joe Biden defended his use of an autopen during a recent interview, shedding light on his administration’s rationale for the controversial use of the technology.

The interview with the New York Times was centered around his use of an autopen during the last pardons that he made during the end of his administration.

In his final weeks in office, Biden granted clemency and pardoned more than 1,500 individuals, in what the White House described at the time as the largest single-day act of clemency by a U.S. president.

Speaking to the Times on Thursday, Biden said that he “made every decision” on his own.

However, the Times reported that Biden “did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that applied to large numbers of people,” according to the former president and his aides. (Read more from “Biden Defends Controversial Autopen Use for Clemency Decisions” HERE)

Bongino, Patel Won’t Remain At FBI If Bondi Keeps Job, Source Says

By Daily Wire. Dan Bongino, the Deputy Director of the FBI, is threatening to leave the bureau if Attorney General Pam Bondi remains on the job, a source close to Bongino tells The Daily Wire.

Bongino is reportedly furious with Attorney General Pam Bondi over her handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files, which has led many to believe he could walk away from the job that he took in February. The source close to Bongino said that he’s effectively issued an ultimatum, saying he won’t work alongside Bondi.

Bongino left a lucrative career in broadcasting to take the job in the Trump administration. He was not present at the FBI on Friday, after a reported spat with the attorney general earlier this week over the Epstein situation.

The rift between Bongino and Bondi intensified on Wednesday, days after the Department of Justice announced there was no evidence to prove that child rapist Jeffrey Epstein had a client list, had blackmailed powerful people, or had been murdered. Bondi had promised to reveal major details in the case five months ago, when there were no massive revelations to bring forward.

The deputy FBI director, who raised questions about Epstein’s death before he was in the Trump administration, said in May that his review of the file and hours of video recording from Epstein’s jail proved that the child abuser committed suicide. FBI Director Kash Patel also said that the evidence the bureau has reviewed shows that Epstein was not murdered.

FBI Director Kash Patel Also Considering Resigning if Pam Bondi Keeps Her Job, per Report

By Mediaite. FBI Director Kash Patel may reportedly join Deputy Director Dan Bongino in resigning if Attorney General Pam Bondi keeps her job. . .

Not long after that reporting, Olohan added that Patel has joined Bongino in his stand against Bondi.

“Source close to DOJ says Kash Patel also wants Pam Bondi gone, and that he’d consider leaving if Bongino leaves,” Olohan said. “Also that there are more frustrations with other documents Bondi hasn’t released.” (Read more from “FBI Director Kash Patel Also Considering Resigning if Pam Bondi Keeps Her Job, per Report” HERE)

Court Clears Path For Death Penalty Against 9/11 Plotters

A federal appeals court ruled Friday that the Secretary of Defense can scrap plea agreements shielding three Sept. 11 terrorists from the death penalty, clearing the way for capital punishment.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled the “sweetheart” deals for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Bin Attash, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi — who agreed to plead guilty to war crimes to avoid execution — can be rescinded at the Pentagon’s discretion. The plea agreements were struck in July 2024 during the Biden administration, but then-Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin moved to void them days later. A judge initially ruled in December that Austin acted too late to withdraw the deals.

Judges Patricia Millett and Neomi Rao, who wrote the majority opinion, called it a “rare case” that justified reversing the lower court.

“The government has demonstrated a clear and indisputable right to relief in this case,” they wrote. “The Secretary of Defense had full legal authority to withdraw the Convening Authority’s delegated power over the pretrial agreements. Similarly … no prior performance of promises contained in those agreements prevented the Secretary’s withdrawal.”

In his dissent, Judge Robert Wilkins argued it was not “clear and indisputable” that the lower court erred in blocking Austin’s attempt to scrap the agreements. (Read more from “Court Clears Path For Death Penalty Against 9/11 Plotters” HERE)

Trump’s Tariffs Deliver: U.S. Posts $27 Billion Budget Surplus

The U.S. Treasury reported a budget surplus in June, driven in large part by a surge in tariff revenue, thanks to President Donald Trump’s America-first trade policies. The surplus offers a clear reminder that strategic tariffs can strengthen the nation’s bottom line while prioritizing domestic industries and American jobs.

In June, the U.S. Treasury reported a budget surplus of just over $27 billion, a sharp turnaround from the $316 billion deficit recorded in May. The jump in revenue was partly fueled by a rise in tariff collections, helping drive a 13 percent increase in overall receipts compared to the same month last year. Meanwhile, government spending in June fell 7 percent. So far this fiscal year, which ends on September 30, the deficit stands at $1.34 trillion, about 5 percent higher than at the same point last year. However, when accounting for calendar adjustments, the deficit has actually dipped by about 1%. Year-to-date, federal revenues are up 7 percent, while spending has increased by 6 percent. As a result, rising revenue from tariffs is helping to strengthen the government’s financial position.

The U.S. government surprised observers by posting its first budget surplus in over nine years this June, defying expectations of another monthly deficit.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California announced a $50,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of a man who they say fired at federal law enforcement officers near Camarillo, California, this week. Videos captured by a news helicopter’s crew show the man appearing to draw a handgun and fire at federal authorities.

U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli posted the announcement on social media, saying, “FBI has issued a $50,000 award for information leading to the conviction of an Unknown Subject who appeared to fire a pistol at Federal Law Enforcement Officers near Camarillo. The shooting occurred on 7/10/25 at approximately 2:26pm on Laguna Rd between Wood Rd and Las Posas Rd.”

An ABC7 News helicopter aircrew captured video of the unknown assailant fleeing from law enforcement. He appears to pull a handgun and fire it multiple times in the direction of the police.

According to ABC7 Eyewitness News, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents carried out a workplace enforcement operation at the Glass House Farms facility near Camarillo. Border Patrol agents served a warrant on what is described as the world’s largest cannabis growing operation. ICE agents and National Guard soldiers participated in the operation.
