Control This: Gun Parts Store Registers SenatorFeinstein.com, Uses It to Promote Gun Rights

California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein — a staunch supporter of gun control — may soon regret not registering her own domain name, since senatorfeinstein.com will now be run by a firearm parts and accessories store that will use the site to promote gun rights.

“COMING SOON! Senator Feinstein’s Biggest Fan Page,” reads the title of the new pro-gun site, senatorfeinstein.com. “Someone didnt [sic] register their own name… This should be fun. Thats right Dianne your biggest fan site is going to be run by AresArmor.com…”

The domain name was created by California resident Dimitrios Karras on Jan. 4, 2013, according to GoDaddy.com. Karros is the CEO of the gun parts and accessories store Ares Armor, which will now run the site.

“It’s funny,” Karras told the Daily Caller News Foundation, adding that his company was not very good at political correctness. “This is going to be an entertaining thing.”

Karras said that he was frustrated when he saw how Feinstein and other members of Congress managed the commenters that criticize them on their Facebook pages, and that he wanted to have platform where people could say whatever they wanted.

Must Watch: Obama’s Sandy Hook Speech Turned into an Amazing Prolife Video

In the immediate aftermath of the Sandy Hook massacre, Obama gave a tearful speech mourning the futures of the young lives that were tragically snuffed out.

Little did he know that his words would be used in support of a cause antithetical to his administration’s radical pro-abortion stance.

The utter hypocrisy of this man goes without saying.

But this powerful video, produced for the March for Life later this month, brings it all home:

Glamour Magazine Editor Says Woman’s Desire for Self Defense “Strange”

Late last night, Independent Women’s Forum [IWF] Senior Fellow Anna Rittgets released the following statement about how banning high capacity ammunition magazines leaves women and their families more vulnerable:

“I am passionate about the 2nd Amendment, particularly because I’m a mother. I’m a thirty-something year old woman with a 3 year old and a nursing newborn. Without my concealed weapon, I wouldn’t be able to protect myself against an assailant that seeks to do me or my family harm.

Five bullets fired from a .38 revolver weren’t enough for a Georgia mother of two to stop one intruder last week in an unexpected home invasion–what if there had been more intruders?

It often takes several shots to stop one attacker. If the maximum magazine capacity is 10 (or if all semiautomatic handguns are banned, but 6 shot revolvers remain), and a woman in danger has to stop and reload her weapon while trying to protect her children (who are likely hysterical at this point), it gives the bad guy an opportunity to react–potentially fatally.

Laws limiting magazine capacity and availability of semiautomatic handguns will directly impact women, who use these weapons for self-defense inside and outside the home. Any executive action by President Obama to restrict guns will limit a women’s capability to fight back against attackers and protect herself and her family.”

Mother Releases Horrendous Autopsy Photos of Daughter Killed in Botched Abortion

A pro-life group has released the graphic images today of a woman who was killed in a botched legal abortion. The group says they are some of the first images ever seen publicly of a woman who was brutalized by an abortion that claimed her life.

[Editor’s Note: These photographs are very graphic, so caution is highly advised. Click HERE for the images]

When 18-year-old Marla Cardamone was killed having an abortion at a Pennsylvania hospital, her mother, Deborah, vowed that she would never let her daughter be forgotten. Then, late last year, she approached the pro-life group Life Dynamics and asked the group’s president Mark Crutcher to help her show the public the risks women face when they submit to abortions.

Today, Life Dynamics is releasing a new brochure revealing what happened to Marla and her unborn son, including ghastly photos from Marla’s autopsy. The organization has also created a new website SafeandLegal.com that features the images and more information on how botched legal abortions kill and injure women.

“The pro-life movement has never had images to illustrate the unimaginable brutality and ugliness of women being killed in America’s “Safe and Legal” abortion clinics. But those days are over,” Crutcher told LifeNews. “We are going to show America what it looks like when women climb onto a table in one of these places and end up on an autopsy table a few hours later.”

“These images are a powerful new weapon unlike anything the pro-life movement has ever had before. Because of Deborah’s courage, we finally have the ability to expose one of the pro-choice lobby’s dirtiest little secrets,” Crutcher continued. “And that is exactly what Life Dynamics is committed to doing. Starting today, we are sending a clear and unmistakable message to Planned Parenthood and the rest of the abortion industry that they will no longer be allowed to kill the Marla Cardamones of this world and then just walk away from them like they never existed.

Planned Parenthood Cut Breast Exams Long Before Komen Feud

Planned Parenthood recently released its latest annual report, showing its services and finances for 2011. As many pro-life advocates have noted, the report shows that Planned Parenthood is continuing to expand its abortion business, and its bottom line.

In addition, the report shows that Planned Parenthood’s breast care services are on the decline. Planned Parenthood performed 108,223 fewer breast exams in 2011 than it did in 2010. From 2009 to 2011, the number of breast exams provided by Planned Parenthood has fallen by over twenty percent. The pattern is clear: Planned Parenthood clinics are cutting back on breast care.

Breast exams have been a key public relations tool for the abortion giant. In February of 2012, Planned Parenthood waged a scorched-earth media battle with Susan G. Komen for the Cure over Komen’s decision to direct breast health grants elsewhere. Komen later caved and reinstated the funding—but not before Planned Parenthood raised over $3 million from well-meaning donors, who probably had no idea that Planned Parenthood’s breast care numbers had been plummeting long before the Komen debacle.

Breast care is also used to justify Planned Parenthood’s massive receipt of taxpayer money—over $542 million in 2011, according to the report. And during the 2012 presidential election, Planned Parenthood repeatedly invoked breast health services—including mammograms, which it does not actually provide—as a campaign talking point.

Video: Why Americans Need to Own Assault Weapons

As has been widely reported, the Obama Administration is contemplating massive new gun control measures.

And at least eight bills have been filed by liberal gun control advocates in Congress.

This has stimulated strong responses from pro-Second Amendment activists. For example, a Marine veteran wrote a letter that has gone viral in response to Senator Feinstein’s public statements against guns and then went head-to-head with a CNN anchor over the constitutional purpose for individual ownership of guns.

Even Alex Jones got into the act with his appearance on Piers Morgan several days ago. This followed Piers Morgan’s meltdown with Gun Owners of America President Larry Pratt the week before.

But if you really want ammunition in support of your right to bear arms, pass around the following video. It’s entertaining and is right on the mark:

Lance Armstrong To Address Scandal on Oprah

Former professional cyclist Lance Armstrong is slated to appear on Oprah Winfrey’s “Next Chapter” on Jan. 17, at a time when people familiar with his thinking say he has been considering a confession of his alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs.

Mr. Armstrong has denied doping for nearly 15 years, since his first Tour de France victory in 1999, and he has lashed out at people who questioned whether he used drugs to win his seven Tours de France.

In recent weeks, however, Mr. Armstrong has been consulting with associates at his home in Hawaii over his next steps. He believes he can rebuild his reputation and understands that a public statement on his alleged doping is an important part of that. One possibility is that Mr. Armstrong may seek to emphasize that any doping he did was years ago, according to people familiar with his thinking.

Mr. Armstrong also has been weighing the possibility of writing a tell-all book, according to people familiar with the matter. These people say that Mr. Armstrong has been approached by several authors interested in co-writing his tell-all and that Mr. Armstrong, still undecided about the project, hasn’t worked out a deal with a publisher or writer.

Mr. Armstrong’s lawyer hasn’t returned a call seeking comment.

Brad Pitt Joins China’s Version of Twitter, Creates Confusion

World-traveling man of intrigue Brad Pitt has joined China’s version of Twitter — Sina Weibo — and in his first message hinted that he could be making a visit to the country, which he had reportedly been banned from visiting. Or maybe not.

In a mysterious message posted to Pitt’s account the actor simply stated: “It is the truth. Yup, I’m coming.” The tweet of sorts got thousands of comments, the AP reports, and has raised speculation that the actor could be headed to the People’s Republic. The Inglourious Basterds star was reportedly banned from entering following his appearance in 1997′s Seven Years in Tibet, which offered a harsh portrayal of Chinese rule. However, a few hours after it was posted, the message reportedly was deleted.

Whether the ersatz tweet was an accident, something that was posted prematurely, or simply removed because it was being misconstrued, the actor’s cryptic appearance on the microblogging service brings up some interesting issues about the intersection of tech and culture in China. Because even if he’s not on his way to the Communist country — which would not be entirely impossible since, as Entertainment Weekly notes, the country lifted the ban on Seven Years director Jean-Jacques Annaud — his presence on the site is still a big get for Weibo and a move that shows the importance of both American celebrities and social networking in China.

The Muslim Version of Rosa Parks Deserves the Nobel Peace Prize

City buses have been the scene of transformational moments in human history.

In 1955 Montgomery Alabama, a young black woman was told to sit at the back of the bus, the section reserved for 2nd class citizens. But this day was different, this day she refused to go to the back “black section” and stayed in her seat up front. For this impertinence she was jailed. But as a result of her courage, millions of others refused to sit at the back of the bus and Rosa Parks is synonymous with the American civil rights movement.

On another bus, 3 months ago and continents away, another brave young woman was punished for her refusal to sit at the “educational” back of the bus. A gunman boarded her school bus, singled her out for execution by cowardly shooting her in the head and then again in the chest.

15 year old Malala Yousafzai was targeted because she was an activist for women’s rights and equal education. This is a slap in the face to Muslim extremists who view women as 2nd class citizens, not worthy of an education or other rights accorded to men.

Gravely wounded, she was airlifted to England for medical treatment and sanctuary. After 3 months she was just released from the hospital where she has made miraculous progress. According to doctors she will require future surgery to repair her damaged skull, but they expect her to regain at least 85% of her cognitive ability and perhaps return to activism.

She won worldwide recognition, and has become a symbol for the struggle for women’s rights in Pakistan as well as other countries where women are relegated to 2nd class status due to religious and cultural beliefs.

Indicating her growing popularity and inspiration, she was one of the few nominated for Time magazine’s “Person of the Year” for 2012. Additionally, tens of thousands of people have signed a petition calling for Malala to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.

Just like the courageous Rosa Parks lifted America out of its blindness and brought it into the light. The courageous Malala Yousafzai can be the light bearer for her culture and lead it out of the darkness of repression. For her courage and inspiration she deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.

Mother Almost Dies from Unborn Baby’s Fingernail: Left in Coma Needing 22 Blood Transfusions

Born five weeks premature, twins Amelie and Ava only just made it into this world after being resuscitated with oxygen. But they’re not the only ones who are lucky to be alive.

Their mother Angela Cottam almost died after a suspected fingernail or hair from one of them passed into her bloodstream during their birth. The rare condition – which affects only one in 80,000 births – caused 32-year-old Mrs Cottam to suffer severe internal bleeding and her lungs collapsed.

The primary school teacher lost seven pints of blood, needed 22 transfusions and spent 12 hours in a coma, when her family was told she might not pull through.

Mrs Cottam, who is married to Peter, 33, said: ‘I feel so lucky to be here and really blessed that both the girls are with us because it could have been so different.

‘There are moments when I’ve been on my own and I’ve had a little cry and thought “What if?” But I try not to dwell on that and just thank my lucky stars the doctors and midwives on duty that day recognised what was happening.
