Hoax: ‘Noose’ Found in NASCAR Driver’s Garage Has Been There Since 2019

The FBI has determined that a noose found in NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace’s garage at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday had been there since at least last year, according to the bureau.

A statement issued by U.S. Attorney Jay E. Town said that an investigation has concluded that no federal crime was committed.

“The FBI learned that garage number 4, where the noose was found, was assigned to Bubba Wallace last week. The investigation also revealed evidence, including authentic video confirmed by NASCAR, that the noose found in garage number 4 was in that garage as early as October 2019,” the bureau said. “Although the noose is now known to have been in garage number 4 in 2019, nobody could have known Mr. Wallace would be assigned to garage number 4 last week.”

Further details were not immediately released. The FBI said no charges would be pursued in relation to the incident.

“The FBI has completed its investigation at Talladega Superspeedway and determined that Bubba Wallace was not the target of a hate crime, NASCAR said in a release after the findings. “The FBI report concludes, and photographic evidence confirms, that the garage door pull rope fashioned like a noose had been positioned there since as early as last fall.” (Read more from “Hoax: ‘Noose’ Found in NASCAR Driver’s Garage Has Been There Since 2019” HERE)

Trump Orders Law Enforcement to Arrest Memorial Vandals

President Trump said he has authorized federal law enforcement to arrest those caught vandalizing memorials and charge them under the Veterans’ Memorial Preservation and Recognition Act. . .

Several historical monuments and war memorials have been defaced or destroyed by vandals over the past few weeks. On Monday night, protesters targeted a statue of Andrew Jackson located in Lafayette Park across from the White House. Trump hinted that he would be using the Veterans’ Memorial Preservation and Recognition Act as protesters attempted to topple the statue and vandalize St. John’s Episcopal Church for a second time. . .

The Veterans’ Memorial Preservation and Recognition Act is a federal law that was passed in 2003. The legislation states that anyone caught attempting to “injure or destroy” a “structure, plaque, statue, or other monument” commemorating “the service of any person or persons in the armed forces of the United States” that is located on public property can face fines or a prison sentence of up to 10 years. Trump Celebrates Border Wall Milestone

The construction of a border wall between the U.S. southern border and Mexico is a top priority for the Trump administration. President Trump campaigned on the need for a physical barrier at the border to stop the flow of illegal immigrants into the United States. Progress has been slow.

On Tuesday President Trump travels to Yuma, Arizona to celebrate the completion of 200 miles of border wall construction. Trump is scheduled to receive a briefing on the border wall construction, followed by a roundtable discussion on border security with local community leaders and elected leaders. The president will tour the border wall and take the opportunity to thank U.S. Border Patrol and law enforcement for their work. From Yuma, he will fly to Phoenix to speak at a Students for Trump convention. The Trump entourage will include Acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf, Acting Deputy DHS Secretary Ken Cuccinelli, and Customs and Border Protection Acting Commissioner Mark Morgan.

The goal of the Trump administration is to complete 400 miles of border wall ahead of Election Day. Trump has frequently referenced the importance of a border wall in terms of national security and slowing illegal immigration. The coronavirus pandemic brought an additional angle to Trump’s pitch – a border wall helps keep deadly disease and infections out of the United States. Widespread Panic for No Reason? White House Expert Says a Second Wave of Coronavirus Cases ‘Isn’t Coming’

By NBC News. White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow told CNBC on Monday that a “second wave” of coronavirus cases isn’t coming and that lawmakers will likely develop another stimulus package by the end of next month.

Asked by “Squawk Box” co-host Becky Quick how he’s thinking about resurgences of Covid-19 cases in several states, Kudlow said he isn’t too concerned.

“There is no second wave coming. It’s just hot spots. They send in CDC teams, we’ve got the testing procedures, we’ve got the diagnostics, we’ve got the PPE. And so I really think it’s a pretty good situation,” said Kudlow, director of the National Economic Council and chief economic advisor to President Donald Trump.

“Actually, I think nationwide the positivity rate is still quite low, well under 10%.”

His comments came after the U.S. reported more than 30,000 new infections on Friday and Saturday, the highest daily totals since May 1, according to Johns Hopkins University data. New cases are rising in states in the South, West and Midwest, including Florida and South Carolina, which last week broke their single-day totals three days in a row. Wall Street Journal Editorial Board: Dems Pushing Strict Lockdowns Run Most States With Highest Jobless Rates

By Fox News. . .The national jobless rate was 13.3 percent in May, but 10 states still have unemployment rates above 15 percent. From highest down, they are: Nevada (25.3 percent), Hawaii (22.6 percent), Michigan (21.2 percent), California, Rhode Island and Massachusetts (16.3 percent), Delaware (15.8 percent), Illinois and New Jersey (15.2 percent), and Washington state (15.1 percent).

. . .Nine of the 10 states with the highest jobless rate are run by Democrats, who have tended to demand that the economy should stay locked down and in some cases are still resisting opening. One exception is Colorado, where Democratic Gov. Jared Polis was one of the first to reopen. His decision is paying off as Colorado’s jobless rate in May fell to 10.2 percent from 12.2 percent in April. John Kerry Warns of Revolution in November If Trump Wins

Former Secretary of State John Kerry is using some dangerous rhetoric about the 2020 election. In a recent panel discussion for the Alliance of Democracies, he made the following statement:

“If people don’t have adequate access to the ballot, I mean that’s the stuff on which revolutions are built. If you begin to deny people the capacity of your democracy to work, even the Founding Fathers wrote in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, we have an inherent right to challenge that. And I’m worried that increasingly, people are disaffected.”

Kerry’s comments should not be construed as typical Democrat rhetoric about voter suppression in the current environment. Especially when Kerry’s remarks specifically accuse Republicans of suppressing votes by denying Democratic voters access to the ballot box.

He does not limit this accusation to the upcoming election. Instead, Kerry says this is why he and Al Gore lost their elections. Then he paints it as systemic by stating the pattern repeated itself recently in Georgia. No doubt, he is referring to failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams’ evidence-free claims of voter suppression in 2018. Despite this assertion being thoroughly debunked, Democrats have repeated it consistently for almost two years. (Read more from “John Kerry Warns of Revolution in November If Trump Wins” HERE)

“We have begun the process to issue that subpoena,” Nadler said on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” Monday night. . .

Mainstream Media Falsely Calls Victim of Attack by Rioters a White Supremacist

This week a woman in Louisville, Ky. was assaulted by armed rioters. The rioters blocked her car, and after a short conversation, tore out her dreadlocks and pointed a gun at her. The woman quickly drove backwards before they could shoot, then sped off, striking one of the assailants moving towards her.

The events were thankfully captured on a city crime camera, and police arrested two of the attackers after the victim reported the incident to law enforcement. It was three days later that she was marked as the new face of “far right extremism” by NPR.

NPR took the crime camera footage of the woman striking the rioter, and used it as the cover for an article. The article claims there are endemic attacks on peaceful protesters by right-wing extremists. Thankfully for the victim of the assault, The Spectator writer Stephen Miller quickly realized what NPR had done.

NPR eventually admitted the mistake, but not before the image had been up for four hours for NPR’s 8 million followers. While the outright falsehood was retracted, it is not the only dubious information in the piece. The article claimed, with scarce evidence, that murdering protesters with cars is increasingly supported by “mainstream Republican and conservative spaces.” (Read more from “Mainstream Media Falsely Calls Victim of Attack by Rioters a White Supremacist” HERE)

Bernie Surrogate: Statues of Jesus Christ Are ‘Form of White Supremacy,’ Should Be Torn Down

Far-left activist Shaun King on Monday said all images depicting Jesus as a “white European” should be torn down because they are a form of “white supremacy.”

King made his remarks over a series of Twitter posts as historic monuments and statues have become the targets of anger and vandalism during Black Lives Matter protests in the wake of George Floyd’s death while in police custody late last month.

“Yes I think the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down. They are a form of white supremacy. Always have been,” King tweeted. “In the Bible, when the family of Jesus wanted to hide, and blend in, guess where they went? EGYPT! Not Demark. Tear them down.”

King followed the post up with another, saying that “white Jesus is a lie” and a “tool of white supremacy” created to help white people use Christianity as a “tool of oppression. He added that white people would never have accepted a religion “from a Brown man.”

King then tweeted support from taking down all imagery, including “murals and stained glass windows of white Jesus, and his European mother, and their white friends.”

Theodore Roosevelt Statue to Be Removed by De Blasio

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio says he supports the calls by the American Museum of Natural History to remove a “problematic statue” of Theodore Roosevelt that many say is a symbol of oppression and racial discrimination.

The statue, officially named Equestrian Statue of Theodore Roosevelt, was unveiled 80 years ago, and sits at the entrance of the museum. . .

It depicts the former New York governor and the 26th U.S. president on horseback with an unnamed Native American and a man of African descent on foot on either side of the horse.

“The American Museum of Natural History has asked to remove the Theodore Roosevelt statue because it explicitly depicts Black and Indigenous people as subjugated and racially inferior,” de Blasio said in a written statement obtained by NPR. Amazon Censors ‘Killing Free Speech’ Documentary About Censorship

Amazon has removed the first part of Killing Free Speech, a documentary about the threats to freedom of expression posed by Antifa and its allies in the media and Democrat parties. A second part of the documentary, focused on the power of Big Tech, will shortly be released.

This is the second time that the documentary’s creator, independent Danish-American conservative filmmaker Michael Hansen, has been censored by Amazon. As Breitbart News reported last year, Hansen’s previous documentary, about mass migration and Islam in Europe, was also censored by the Big Tech platform. . .

Killing Free Speech Part 1 shows an official from Council on American-Islamic Relactions (CAIR) caught on camera admitting that women don’t have equal rights under Sharia law. The documentary also charts the rise of Antifa in the United States, highlighting how the American movement has been influenced by violent militants in Europe.

Part two, which features an interview with this reporter about tech censorship, has received praised from Border Patrol agents. (Read more from “Amazon Censors ‘Killing Free Speech’ Documentary About Censorship” HERE)
