Russian Intelligence Agency Suffers ‘Largest Data Breach in Its History’

. . .According to BBC Russia, the Russian intelligence agency’s computer systems have been penetrated by an outfit calling itself “0v1ru$” and 7.5 terabytes of data has been stolen. 0v1ru$ then passed the data along to the larger, well known group Digital Revolution who then disseminated the information to various media outlets. . .

BBC Russia broke the news that 0v1ru$ had breached SyTech’s servers and shared details of contentious cyber projects, projects that included social media scraping (including Facebook and LinkedIn), targeted collection and the “de-anonymization of users of the Tor browser.” The BBC described the breach as possibly “the largest data leak in the history of Russian intelligence services.”

As well as defacing SyTech’s homepage with the Yoba Face, 0v1ru$ also detailed the project names exposed: “Arion”, “Relation”, “Hryvnia,” alongside the names of the SyTech project managers. The BBC report claims that no actual state secrets were exposed.

The projects themselves appear to be a mix of social media scraping (Nautilus), targeted collection against internet users seeking to anonymize their activities (Nautilus-S), data collection targeting Russian enterprises (Mentor), and projects that seem to relate to Russia’s ongoing initiative to build an option to separate the internal internet from the world wide web (Hope and Tax-3).

Federal Court Ruled That Male Correctional Officers May Look Inside Prisoners’ Vaginas Anytime for Training Purposes

200 female inmates in Illinois’ Lincoln Correctional Center were rounded up early one morning in 2011 by a tactical team in riot gear. They were handcuffed and brought to a gym where, “without being told what was happening or why,” they were split into groups, brought into an adjoining bathroom, and one by one were asked to raise their breasts, bend over, spread their buttocks, and cough, according to The Washington Post.

Mensturating inmates were asked to remove their tampons. The search took place in front of male correctional officers, male and female cadets, and civilians. Throughout the process, the female correctional officers and cadets told the women they were “dirty b——,” “f—— disgusting,” “deserve to be in here,” and “smell like death,” according to the federal complaint that was being reviewed by the court.

The strip search was performed as a “training exercise.” On Friday, The Hill reported that federal judges ruled the female inmates’ privacy had not been violated in a 2-1 decision.

The controversial strip search training exercise resulted in an eight-year legal battle that reached the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Court documents detail the incident, during which many naked inmates “got blood on their bodies and clothing and blood on the floor,” and were not given replacement sanitary pads or tampons.

Justification for the ruling was that the search was conducted by visual means, and therefore did not violate the inmates’ Fourth Amendment rights. In his dissenting opinion, Judge John Z. President Trump Scores Major Legal Victory in Case Where Dems Accuse Him of Violating the Constitution

President Donald Trump scored another legal victory Friday when a federal judge temporarily blocked congressional Democrats’ subpoenas for financial documents related to the Trump Organization. . .

The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said Friday it should hear the case, about the emoluments clause of the Constitution, before the Democrats collect evidence. But the court isn’t ready to hear the case just yet. The panel of three judges directed the Justice Department and the lower court on Friday to take more legal steps, because of legal technicalities, before it will hear the case.

The case is related to lawsuit filed by the Constitutional Accountability Center on behalf of House and Senate Democrats who allege Trump is violating the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause by profiting from foreign governments while in office. . .

Sullivan’s ruling came a little more than one week after Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals made a similar ruling, blocking a lawsuit from D.C. and Maryland attorneys general that accused the president of violating the Emoluments Clause. Illegal Aliens Storm Border, Assault Numerous Border Agents

By The Blaze. One of the busiest ports of entry on the southern United States border had to be temporarily closed on Friday after a large group of immigrants stormed the border and confronted Border Patrol agents.

Nearly 50 migrants attempted to illegally enter the U.S. Friday morning by storming the border in “waves,” Customs and Border Protection said in a statement. . .

“At about 4 a.m. [Friday], a group of 47 undocumented individuals attempted to illegally enter the United States in three waves via the Pharr International Bridge. Ignoring commands to stop, the group suddenly rushed the temporary barricades, bent metal poles and disabled the concertina wire affixed to the barrier,” CBP said.

The migrants ignored commands to “stop,” bypassed blockade structures, and confronted immigration agents. Several male migrants reportedly assaulted officers, and even attempted to grab their “protective devices,” according to KGBT-TV. . .

Illegal Aliens Try to Rush into U.S. in ‘Waves,’ Spark Showdown with CBP Agents

Pete Buttigieg: White Supremacy Threatens to End United States

Mayor Pete Buttigieg warned Saturday of the rising threat of white supremacy, noting that it could end the United States of America.

“It could be the lurking issue that ends this country in the future if we don’t wrangle it down in our time,” he told ABC News.

Buttigieg argued that white supremacy started the Civil War and almost ended the United States. . .

“If we do not tackle the problem of racial inequality in my lifetime, I am convinced that it will upend the American project in my lifetime,” he warned in July. “It brought our country to its knees once and if we do not act, it could again.” . . .

Poll Confirms Democrats ‘Ultimate Nightmare’ Trump Scenario

When Hillary Clinton officially became a two-time presidential loser in 2016, the Left had a meltdown. Donald Trump had won and the former first lady will never become president. Racism, sexism, misogyny—the entire fruit salad of politically correct craziness that the Democrats chows down on a daily basis has spewed all over in an epic tantrum that has continued to this day. Some on the Left actually understood why Clinton lost: she was a terrible candidate. Yet, with 2020 on the horizon, the Democratic clown car is massive. The energy from the Left is at an all-time high. They want this man out of office. The problem is that the enthusiasm advantage Democrats had in 2018 is going to be neutralized with Trump at the top of the ticket. And the states where Democrats are gaining voters are worthless in the general election math for next year. So, start the clock, folks.

We could have a Chernobyl-like meltdown over Trump’s probably second term and the Electoral College again. Democrats are more than willing to destroy rules and regulations of institutions to merely say that his tweets were bad. Over a second presidential loss, there is no telling what liberal America will resort to ensure that the GOP will never win again. Remember, Democrats think they’re entitled to win every election. We already have far-left whackos attacking ICE facilities and attacking journalists. This could be very entertaining, but, as always, one where we must all remain vigilant David Wasserman broke down the numbers. Trump could win barely 47 percent of the vote, lose by 5 million votes, but still win re-election, thanks to the Electoral College math. As someone said on social media, whose name eludes me, our system of electing presidents favors geographic diversity. That is something absent with the Democrats and their far-left agenda. Oh, and Trump could lose Pennsylvania and Michigan and still win a second term (via NBC News):

But Trump could lose Michigan and Pennsylvania and still win the Electoral College, so long as he carries every other place he won in 2016. And Wisconsin didn’t provide as clear a verdict in 2018. Even with favorable turnout in a “blue wave,” Democrats won Wisconsin’s governor’s race only by a point and failed to gain a House seat. If enough Trump voters who sat out 2018 — particularly white working-class men — return to the polls in 2020, the Badger State could easily stay red. . .

…the concentration of demographic change in noncompetitive states, particularly California and Texas, threatens to further widen the chasm between the popular vote and the Electoral College, easing his path. Trump could once again win with less than 47 percent, a victory threshold far below the share of the popular vote the Democratic nominee might need.

The ultimate nightmare scenario for Democrats might look something like this: Trump loses the popular vote by more than 5 million ballots, and the Democratic nominee converts Michigan and Pennsylvania back to blue. But Trump wins re-election by two Electoral votes by barely hanging onto Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Maine’s 2nd Congressional District — one of the whitest and least college-educated districts in the country.

Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein Denied Bail; Report Reveals How He Abused Girls Using Victoria’s Secret Brand

By The New York Times. A federal judge on Thursday denied bail for Jeffrey Epstein, the financier facing sex-trafficking charges in Manhattan, rejecting his request to await trial under home detention at his Upper East Side mansion.

The judge, Richard M. Berman of Federal District Court, said Mr. Epstein’s “past sexual conduct is not likely to have abated,” and he was concerned that if Mr. Epstein were released, he would continue to abuse teenage girls.

“Mr. Epstein’s alleged excessive attraction to sexual conduct with or in the presence of minor girls — which is said to include his soliciting and receiving massages from young girls and young women perhaps as many as four times a day — appears likely to be uncontrollable,” Judge Berman wrote in a bail decision. Epstein, who was an investor in a Manhattan modeling venture, has been accused by prosecutors of using his connections to the modeling company to “audition” girls to give him massages that often ended up in sexual abuse. Stunning Poll Shows How Many Americans Say President Trump Is Racist After ‘Go Back’ Tweets

By The Blaze. A startling new poll shows “virtually no change” in the percentage of Americans who believe President Donald Trump is racist after his controversial “go back” tweets.

The survey from Huffington Post and YouGov showed that 50 percent of Americans thought the president was racist, while 35 percent said he isn’t racist. . .

Another 60 percent of Americans said the tweets were inappropriate, while only 49 percent said they were racist, according to the YouGov poll.

The president began a firestorm of criticism with his tweets calling for four Democratic freshman minority members of Congress to go back to their home countries, despite only one being an immigrant.

Here’s What the Public Thought of the Michael Cohen Hearing: Poll

About half the American public agrees with Michael Cohen’s characterization of the president of the United States as a racist and a con man, according to a HuffPost/YouGov survey taken after Cohen, Donald Trump’s former longtime personal attorney, testified before Congress. But that hearing, like a string of other significant developments, has done little to budge Americans’ ossified views of the investigation into Trump’s presidential campaign. . .

Americans say, 48 percent to 35 percent, that they believe Trump is a racist, with 17 percent unsure. They say, 50 percent to 27 percent, that they believe Trump has committed financial fraud, with 23 percent unsure. Second Democrat Debate Sets up Showdown Between Biden and Harris

The newly announced lineup for the second Democrat presidential debate sets up a showdown between former Vice President Joe Biden, the purported frontrunner, and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA).

On Thursday, a panel of CNN hosts picked the lineup for the second debate to be held on July 30-31 in Detroit, Michigan. Biden initially lucked out by not having to debate Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), whom most polls have shown within striking distance of the frontrunner, but that came at the price of having to face off against Harris again.

At the debate last month, Harris surprised many by confronting the former vice president over his praise for two segregationist Democrats, the late-Sens. James Eastland (D-MS) and Herman Talmadge (D-GA). Biden had invoked the two men, who dedicated their careers to halting the progress of civil rights, during a fundraiser in New York City while touting his ability to forge “consensus” in Congress. . .

The showdown is likely both attractive and dangerous for the candidates. Since the debate, Harris’s polling numbers have steadily increased,vaulting her into the top rung of competitors. The senator, however, has been unable to overtake Biden, who, despite having dropped in the polls, still leads the pack. A rematch gives Harris the chance to solidify her standing in the field and potentially set her up to replace Biden as the establishment candidate should he falter.

The situation is slightly different for Biden. Although the former vice president has seen polling numbers drop, the more pertinent question is if he can explain his more than 40-year record on busing in a manner that doesn’t jeopardize his standing with black voters. Twitter Suspends Angel Mom Over Comment About Illegal Aliens

Angel Mom Mary Ann Mendoza, who heads the Angel Families organization, has been suspended from Twitter after posting about illegal immigration and raising awareness about the harms of sanctuary city policies.

Angel Mom Mendoza’s son, 32-year-old police officer Brandon Mendoza, was killed in May 2014 by a drunk illegal alien who was driving the wrong way down a highway in Mesa, Arizona.

This week, Mendoza was suspended from her Twitter account and told she would not be able to sign back in unless she deletes a series of posts about crimes committed by illegal aliens and the impact of sanctuary city policies on American citizens.

Mendoza told Breitbart News that Twitter sent her a message claiming that some of her posts “go against” Twitter’s “standards on hate speech.” In order to sign back into her account, Mendoza said, Twitter has mandated that she delete the posts — something she said she will not do. . .

“I will not be silenced in my warning calls of what could happen to any American citizen in the blink of an eye as it did to me,” Mendoza said. “As an American citizen whose beautiful son was collateral damage to the ineptness if our elected officials, I will continue to bring my words to them in whatever platform I can. They owe it to me and every other Angel Family to have a hearing for our voices. Their fellow American citizens and our loved ones killed by their inactions.
