Lawsuit Demands Brazile ‘Tell All’ About Seth Rich Murder

The Washington lawyer who’s been on the hunt for slain DNC staffer Seth Rich’s killer and is suing the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton for allegedly rigging the 2016 presidential primary against Bernie Sanders now is going after another high-powered Democrat: Donna Brazile.

Brazile knows the truth about Rich’s mysterious death, attorney and Republican lobbyist Jack Burkman contends.

As WND reported, Burkman filed a lawsuit on Oct. 18 against the Democratic National Committee and scandal-ridden twice-failed Democrat presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton in D.C. Superior Court.

The complaint is seeking financial compensation for Sanders’ supporters who contributed to the Vermont senator’s campaign by donating to the DNC. Burkman is also demanding the release of the DNC emaile server, which contained troves of Clinton campaign and DNC emails that were published by whistleblower organization WikiLeaks.

California Shootings Leave 7 Dead in Five Locations, Including School

At least five people are dead and 10 wounded following a series of apparently random shootings Tuesday morning at seven different locations in rural Northern California.

One of the locations was an elementary school, police said, where at least two students were sent to hospitals with injuries including a 6-year-old boy. The dead included the shooter, who was killed by police.

The shooting started at 7:52 a.m. Pacific Time when the gunman shot several of his own neighbors on Bobcat Lane in Rancho Tehama Reserve. Witnesses said one man died in his driveway as a result of the first round of gunfire.

Residents there said they had been complaining for weeks about the shooter firing his gun late at night and early mornings.

From his own subdivision, the shooter is believed to have used a stolen truck to travel toward the town. He opened fire on a woman and her daughter, who were in a Ford truck on the main road leading through town. Both were taken to hospital along with three children and an adult from the school. Could Democratic Senator Bob Menendez Be Going to Jail?

Democratic Senator Bob Menendez might be going to jail.

In the latest update on the federal corruption trial of Sen. Menendez, D-N.J., an alternate juror has replaced a juror who was excused because of her vacation plans. The jury will resume its deliberations Monday. Judge William Wells told the jury, “You are starting fresh.”

But the juror who was excused, juror number 8, Evelyn Arroyo-Maultsby, has signaled that the jury may be ready to convict Menendez of committing a felony by making false statements regarding his Senate financial disclosure form.

“Then when I got home and I started thinking about it, and then I started praying on it. I felt God talking to me, saying ‘Evelyn, if you have doubts, remember the word reasonable doubt,’” Arroyo-Maultsby said.

Donald Trump Jr. Releases All of His Messages With WikiLeaks

President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., released all of his messages with WikiLeaks Monday night after reports surfaced that he had corresponded with WikiLeaks before the 2016 presidential election.

Trump Jr. decided to release his messages with Wikileaks through several tweets, after The Atlantic released a report Monday that said Trump Jr. received a private message from the WikiLeaks Twitter account on September 20, 2016.

Army Lifting Ban on Bipolar, Self-Mutilating Recruits ‘a Red Flag’

By Greg Corombos. The U.S. Army is lifting an ban on recruits with a history of mental illness as a means of boosting recruiting numbers, a unilateral decision that could damage readiness and actually hurt the effort to recruit quality young Americans to serving their country in uniform.

The Army made the decision in August, but it is only making it public now as it fears efforts to recruit 80,000 new soldiers by September 2018 may fall short. Americans who deal with bipolar disorder, depression, self-mutilation or drug and alcohol abuse are now eligible to be recruited, although the Army insists it will screen such applicants vigorously to ensure they are fit for service.

That’s not good enough for Center for Military Readiness President Elaine Donnelly.

“This is not a good sign,” Donnelly told WND and Radio America. “At least one expert quoted in the USA Today story said that when you induct people who have psychological problems, it is definitely a red flag. Those psychological problems often get worse in the military. Rates of suicide in the military are much higher than in the civilian world.”

Army Lifts Waiver Ban for Recruits With History of Depression: ‘It Is a Red Flag’

By Douglas Ernst. The U.S. Army quietly relaxed standards over the summer to allow potential recruits to receive waivers for a host of previous mental health issues — including self-mutilation.

A 2017 recruiting goal of 80,000 new soldiers through September appears to be at the root of a decision to reverse a 2009 waiver ban on mental health issues. Documents obtained over the weekend by USA Today show a willingness to consider applicants with a history of bipolar disorder, depression, and drug and alcohol abuse.

Somali Charged in Bloody Stabbing at Mall of America

For the second time in just over a year, a Somali “refugee” has stabbed shoppers with a knife at a Minnesota mall.

The first case, on Sept. 17, 2016, was a clear act of jihad when Dahir Adan injured 10 people in the Macy’s at the Crossroads Center Mall in St. Cloud after asking his victims, chosen at random, if they were Muslim.

But on Sunday night, a man identified as Mahad Abdiaziz Abdirahman, 20, of Minneapolis stabbed two men at the Mall of America after they tried to stop him from stealing clothes inside the dressing room at Macy’s.

His middle name, Abdiaziz, means “the slave of Allah the master,” a native Arabic speaker told WND.

Former White House National Security Adviser Reportedly Being Investigated in Cleric Kidnap Plot

Former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and his son are reportedly being investigated by special counsel Robert Mueller in connection with an alleged multimillion-dollar plot to nab a Muslim cleric in the United States and deliver him to Turkey.

The purported incident and the Flynns’ potential involvement being part of Mueller’s Russia collusion-meddling probe was reported first by The Wall Street Journal.

People familiar with the investigation told the newspaper that Flynn, a retired Army lieutenant general, and son Michael Flynn Jr. were set to get as much as $15 million to deliver cleric Fethullah Gulen to the Turkish government.

Turkey officials were apparently anxious to get the cleric after President Recap Tayyip Erdogan tried and failed to get the United States to extradite Gulen, whom Turkish officials accuse of being a terrorist. Detroit Cops Fight Each Other in Undercover Sting Gone Wrong

. . .There is now an Detroit Police Department internal investigation into two different precincts getting into their own turf war as they converge on an east side neighborhood.

“(It is) definitely drug problem for years, it has been a drug problem,” said one resident. “I don’t think anyone can stop it.”

On Thursday Detroit police certainly tried, but maybe too hard.

Sources say it started when two special ops officers from the 12th Precinct were operating a “push off” on Andover near Seven Mile. That is when two undercover officers pretend to be dope dealers, waiting for eager customers to approach, arresting potential buyers and seizing their vehicles.

DACA Dead by 2020, Report Forecasts

DACA will be dead by March 2020, according to an immigration think tank.

DACA is the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program ordered by President Obama that has provided temporary amnesty for some 700,000 people who were brought to the country by their illegal-alien parents.

The Migration Policy Institute said that under Trump’s plan to kill the program, announced in September, all of the estimated 700,000 illegals given temporary amnesty will lose their protection by March 2020, reports Washington Examiner writer Paul Bedard.

The institute said 915 illegal immigrants will lose their DACA status beginning in March 2018, and it will reach 50,000 a month by March 2019.

Cliven Bundy Sues DOJ Over Prosecutorial Abuse

Late Thursday I filed a lawsuit against Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray in their official capacities, the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) and the Inspector General (IG) over their failure to conduct an investigation into the bad faith and gross prosecutorial abuse by federal prosecutors and the destruction and hiding of material exculpatory evidence by the DOJ, FBI and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in the ongoing criminal prosecution of Cliven Bundy and his sons Ryan and Ammon. The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (Case No. 1:17-cv-02429). Today, I will be filing a motion to have the case heard on an emergency basis. Opening arguments in this criminal prosecution of the Bundys are scheduled to begin this Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017, in the Las Vegas federal courtroom of Chief Judge Gloria Navarro.

The complaint details how the the U.S. attorney for the District of Nevada – Obama Deep State holdovers who should have been removed by now by Attorney General Jeff Sessions – working in concert with the FBI and BLM under the Obama administration, systematically violated the constitutional rights of Cliven Bundy and the other defendants in the criminal prosecution, denying them due process, equal protection and other rights under the Constitution and the law in general. Key exculpatory evidence proving Cliven’s innocence in engaging in what the Obama Justice Department called a conspiracy to threaten federal agents was shredded; material FBI 302 investigative reports were not disclosed and hidden; and the existence of three surveillance cameras showing that the Bundys surrounded government snipers positioned to possibly kill the family as they were at home were kept from defense lawyers for years. In short, the Obama Justice Department, along with its corrupt FBI then run by, you guessed it, Director James Comey, hid and/or destroyed material evidence until this obstruction of justice was discovered mostly by accident during an evidentiary hearing in the criminal prosecution just the last week . . .

These legal manipulations are designed to give the Obama Deep State prosecutors all they want in their leftist “jihad” to bury Cliven and his sons in federal prison for the rest of their lives. For these leftist and compromised prosecutors, and those that put them in power during the Obama administration, believe that an American citizen should never be permitted to defend his God-given constitutional rights! To the contrary, the sovereign must rule supreme, and there is no right to even question government conduct, much less to actually exercise the constitutional rights accorded to We the People by our Founding Fathers. For if this criminal prosecution had been brought by King George III in the years leading up to our American Revolution, the king’s judge and his prosecutors sitting on and before the bar of the Court of Saint James would have acted similarly.
