John McCain: I Gave Russia Blackmail Dossier on Trump to FBI

Sen. John McCain admitted Wednesday that he gave the FBI a dossier detailing claims of a Russian blackmail plot against President-elect Donald Trump.

The Arizona lawmaker, a longtime Trump critic, made the public statement as questions piled up about his alleged role in spreading an unverified and error-riddled document that Trump has denounced as “a complete and total fabrication.”

“Late last year, I received sensitive information that has since been made public,” McCain said.

“Upon examination of the contents, and unable to make a judgment about their accuracy, I delivered the information to the Director of the FBI. That has been the extent of my contact with the FBI or any other government agency regarding this issue.” (Read more from “John McCain: I Gave Russia Blackmail Dossier on Trump to FBI” HERE)

Boston Marathon Bomber’s Aunt Says FBI Set up Her Nephew and She Has PROOF

On April 15, 2013, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, alongside his brother Dzhokhar, would become the infamous murderers in the Boston Marathon Bombings. According to the official reports, the duo blew up two homemade pressure-cooker bombs near the finish line at the marathon.

The attack killed and injured nearly 300 people. The subsequent manhunt led authorities to the Tsarnaev brothers, who went on the run after learning the authorities were on their trail. Tamerlan was shot 9 times by police and then finished off by his brother after he panicked and ran him over with his car. Dzhokhar was later shot and captured while hiding inside a boat.

Now, in a bombshell revelation, the Russian aunt of Dzhokhar has filed a motion in his death penalty appeal case that reveals new details on the meetings her nephew’s attorneys had in Russia with his parents and makes a bizarre allegation that the FBI said the bomber had a “heavy-laden black backpack,” not the white one he can be seen carrying in video taken before the deadly blasts, according to Newsweek.

In the court filings, Maret Tsarnaeva, an attorney, and sister of the Tsarnaev family asks to join the appeal defense team to plead with the courts to overturn the death penalty.

According to the report:

Tsarnaeva’s filing includes a still photograph of Dzhokhar taken from a 29-second clip recorded by a Whiskey’s Steak House surveillance camera on Boylston Street. Of it, she says that “the FBI and the indictment have together affirmed that the culprits who detonated these explosions were carrying large, unusually heavy black backpacks concealing pressure cooker bombs.” But her affidavit states, “Dzhokhar was carrying a small-sized white backpack,” which she calls exculpatory evidence.

“The very evidence used by the FBI to identify the ‘Boston bombers’ referenced in the indictment excludes Dzhokhar as plainly as white is distinguished from black,” Tsarnaeva’s filing states. “What can be more compelling than the difference between black and white?”

Both the family and legal team expressed their concern that Dzhokhar’s legal team—who was appointed by the state—was insufficient in defending Dzhokhar.

“As Dzhokhar’s family we expressed our concern that [the legal team] was untrustworthy, and might not defend Dzhokhar properly since they were paid by the government of the United States which was prosecuting him, as many believe, for political reasons,” Tsarnaeva wrote in the motion.

As Newsweek reports:

Minnesota lawyer John Remington Graham filed Tsarnaeva’s affidavit in Tsarnaev’s federal appeals case last week as part of a motion requesting that a judge allow her to work with his current defense attorneys, a request denied this year by O’Toole and rebuffed by his legal team.

“In my judgment, a trial court presiding over criminal prosecution should not receive or consider volunteered submissions by non-parties,” O’Toole wrote.

What makes this new revelation peculiar is the fact that early this year, as TFTP reported, while the FBI admitted, at the time of the bombings, that it had interviewed Tamerlan, it was only this year that it released the details of the interview.

On the 23rd day of April in 2011, Tamerlan Tsarnaev was interviewed by the FBI, at the request of the Russians who said they were concerned about the young man’s ties to Chechen Islamic Extremists.

The young man said he was approached by four well-dressed men, who spoke without any accents and identified themselves as FBI agents. They told him they wanted to talk with him and said they’d be back the following day to speak with him but never returned. They offered no business cards nor any contact information.

Nothing from the interview reportedly raised any red flags in the eyes of the FBI, but something interesting to note, and what might be fodder for conspiracy theorists, was the strangely peculiar encounter, not documented, with four men reportedly belonging to the FBI.

As we’ve learned from subsequent FBI investigations, one even announced this week in which a man was supported by the FBI, given a fake bomb and told to blow up a mall in Florida, the bureau has an extensive network of informants and patsies ready to do their bidding in carrying out staged terror attacks.

Once these fake attacks are carried out, the FBI then takes credit for preventing a terrorist attack, thereby validating their anti-terrorist budget and activities. Some critics of the FBI call those actions nothing less than entrapment. And without the help of the FBI, those individuals would arguably be going about their everyday activities, unconcerned with carrying out acts of terrorism. The FBI’s anti-terrorism activities, some have said, actually create terrorists out of regular citizens.

While it’s still unclear, from Tsarnaev’s interview and from the presentation of this allegedly new evidence, whether or not the Boston bombings was one such sting operation that went horribly wrong, the case is now taking a dramatic turn. FBI Releases Docs on Sandy Hook Showing Feds Visited Shooter Before Massacre

On December 14, 2012, the world watched the news with horror as they heard the story of 20-year-old Adam Lanza fatally shooting 20 children between six and seven years old, as well as six staff members at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Since that fateful day, conspiracy theories have abounded from whether or not the shooting actually took place to what Lanza’s motive was.

Adam Lanza is believed to have shot his mother, Nancy Lanza, in the head at her home in Newtown, Connecticut, around 9 a.m. on December 14, before taking her car and driving approximately five miles to the Sandy Hook Elementary School, where he would slaughter the children and teachers.

According to reports, most of the shooting occurred in two of the school’s first-grade classrooms; 14 students in one classroom, and six in the other, were murdered. Only two of the victims who were shot by Lanza—both teachers—survived the attack.

Now, the documents which could lay to rest many of these conspiracy theories have been released by the FBI. At 10:00 AM EST, on Tuesday, the FBI, without any notice, took to Twitter to post the link to over 1,500 pages of documents from their investigation and subsequent findings.

“In general, the FBI does not comment on the content of the files released through [Freedom of Information Act], and lets the information contained in the files speak for itself,” said Charles Grady, a community outreach specialist for the FBI based in New Haven. “This is a routine FOIA release nothing more, nothing less.”

While we would expect that the names, addresses, and contact information be redacted throughout the documents, it appears that entire pages were wiped out.

Just as Americans thought they may be getting some answers as to why this 20-year-old went on a shooting rampage, killing innocent children, it appears we may now have more questions than answers.

One such question that arises from our brief combing of the documents is how Lanza, who only weighed 85 lbs, according to the report, was able to carry such heavy weaponry and ammo and shoot with such deadly accuracy.

According to police, Lanza had in his possession, a Bushmaster XM15 .223 caliber rifle, a Glock 10mm handgun and was also in possession of a loaded 9mm Sig Sauer P226 handgun. After he’d already fired 154 rounds, Lanza also had more ammunition for the weapons he had on his person as well as three 30-round magazines for the Bushmaster, each of them containing 30 rounds.

Lanza was carrying weapons which nearly weighed more than he did.

Also, as the NY Daily News just reported, according to portions of the documents, Lanza was also visited by federal agents before the shooting—who offered him a job.

The FBI documents reveal a visit to the home he shared with his mother by federal agents after he hacked into a government computer.

“The authorities told her that if her son was that smart, he could have a job with them someday,” according to one of the heavily-redacted reports, as reported by the NY Daily News.

As the News reports, Lanza, at that point in the ninth grade, landed on investigator’s radar after hacking his way into an unidentified agency’s computer. The teen made it through two levels of security before his efforts were thwarted, the documents showed.

“Nancy had to convince the authorities that her son was just very intelligent and was challenging himself to see if he could hack (his way in),” the report said of Lanza’s mother.

This revelation about Lanza being visited by federal agents several years before the shooting, leads to so many more questions and opens the floodgates for more conspiracy theories.

Another question on the minds of Americans is why this 20-year-old kid, with no history of violent behavior, would ever do such a thing. Investigators even noted in their reports that Lanza was never violent, but often required special tools to avoid hurting himself by accident.

To this day, Americans are still asking themselves why anyone would do such a thing. Nearly five years later, and we still have no motive and no clear cause as to what made this person snap.

The Free Thought Project will continue to dig into the heavily redacted documents and we will issue updates as appropriate.

Hillary Caught in Dirtiest Political Trick – Paid for Anti-Trump Russian Dossier

By WND. It’s long been rumored that Democrats were at least part of the push behind the Russian “dossier,” that allegedly links President Donald Trump to all sorts of infamous activity . . .

In a report on Tuesday from Adam Entous, Devlin Barrett and Rosalind Helderman, the paper claimed the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee helped fund research that resulted in a now-infamous dossier containing allegations about Donald Trump’s connections to Russia.

According to the links outlined by the Post, Marc Elias, a lawyer for the Hillary Clinton campaign and the party, hired Fusion GPS, a Washington firm, for the “research.”

Then Fusion hired Christopher Steele, a former British agent who has ties to the FBI and others, to write it up.

The report said Elias and his law firm, Perkins Coie, long linked to President Obama, hired Fusion in 2016 “on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC.” (Read more from “Hillary Caught in Dirtiest Political Trick” HERE)

Research for Russian Anti-Trump Dossier Was Paid for by Clinton Campaign and DNC

By Jack Davis. Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee both funded research that led to the development of a discredited dossier about President Donald Trump’s connections to Russia, The Washington Post reported Tuesday.

The Post cited “people familiar with the matter” as its sources for the report.

The Post reported that Marc E. Elias, a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, retained the firm Fusion GPS to conduct the research. Fusion GP then hired Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer, to do the work.

Trump has furiously denied any of the salacious allegations in the dossier and recently tweeted that congressional investigations into Russia should make public the name of who paid for its development.

“Officials behind the now discredited ‘Dossier’ plead the Fifth. Justice Department and/or FBI should immediately release who paid for it,” Trump tweeted Saturday.

Democrats began funding the dossier’s development in April 2016, The Post reported. Initial research had been funded by a GOP client during the Republican presidential primaries.

Fusion GPS was still being paid by the Clinton campaign and the DNC through October 2016, the Post reported.

Fusion GPS officials have been ordered to testify before congressional committees, but have refused to speak to a House panel.

“We cannot in good conscience do anything but advise our clients to stand on their constitutional privileges, the attorney work product doctrine and contractual obligations,” Fusion GPS’s counsel Josh Levy wrote earlier this month.

“Should you compel any of our three clients to appear at the scheduled deposition, they will invoke their constitutional privileges not to testify,” Levy said in the letter. “Since that will be the case, we ask that the Committee excuse them from appearing.”

The Post reported that neither Elias and Fusion GPS could comment, nor would the Clinton campaign or the DNC.

Others, however, had a lot to say:

Three House committees have begun separate investigations into the former secretary of state, Lou Dobbs reported for Fox Business Network. (For more from the author of “Research for Russian Anti-Trump Dossier Was Paid for by Clinton Campaign and DNC” please click HERE)

‘Silenced’ FBI Informant Called to Testify on Corrupt Russian Bribery Scheme Involving Hillary

By Ryan Saavedra. The Senate Judiciary Committee called on a former FBI informant — who says he was silenced by the Obama administration — to testify before the committee regarding the FBI’s investigation into crimes committed by Russian nuclear officials, an investigation that allegedly has direct connections to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

In a letter, Senate Judiciary Chairman Charles Grassley (R-IA) asked Victoria Toensing, the lawyer representing the former FBI informant, to allow her client to testify about the FBI’s investigation before the Obama administration approved the sale of Uranium One to Russia’s Rosatom, Circa News reported.

“Toensing said she also possesses memos that recount how the Justice Department last year threatened her client when he attempted to file a lawsuit that could have drawn attention to the Russian corruption during the 2016 presidential race,” The Hill reported on Wednesday.

Toensing said her client witnessed a significant amount of corruption going on in the U.S. and was forced by the FBI to a sign a document that prevents him from revealing what he knows to Congress:

Toensing’s client was an American businessman who says he worked for four years undercover as an FBI confidential witness. Toensing said he was blocked by the Obama Justice Department, under then Attorney General Loretta Lynch, about testifying to Congress about his time as an informant for the FBI. He contends that he has pertinent information that the Russian’s were attempting to gain access to former President Bill Clinton and his wife, then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to influence the Obama administration’s decision on the purchase of Uranium One, Toensing said.

Graham: Hillary Implicated in Russia Probe

By Boston Herald. . . .The Hill and Circa media have broken a story the FBI spent years investigating — and actually sent someone to jail over — involving bribery, blackmail and corruption by Russians who wanted to buy up a big chunk of the world’s uranium, located here in North America.

We’ve known for a while that then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton both approved the deal and her family foundation received millions of dollars from Russians backing the deal. That’s one reason the nickname “Crooked Hillary” stuck.

What we didn’t know until now is that “the FBI had evidence as early as 2009 that Russian operatives used bribes, kickbacks and other dirty tactics to expand Moscow’s atomic energy footprint in the U.S.,” according to Fox News.

Not only did Hillary’s State Department approve Russia’s purchase of Uranium One — handing 20 percent of the U.S. uranium supply over to allies of Vladimir Putin — but the Obama FBI and Department of Justice let it happen unchallenged. All while the Clinton Foundation collected millions in “donations” from these Russians, and Bill Clinton was paid $500,000 by a Russian investment bank to give a speech in Moscow. Podesta’s ‘Green Company’ Forced to Close Because Hillary Lost the Election

Joule Unlimited, a secretive green energy company that appears to have placed a big bet hiring Democratic insider John Podesta to its board, appears to have been doomed when former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election.

When the 2016 presidential election ended, senior company executives admitted the prospects for their renewable energy “biofuels” company evaporated. “We had a lot of prospects last year,” former Joule CEO Brian Baynes told BioFuels Digest in a rare interview in July. “But those new investor prospects walked away, particularly post-election.”

Dmitry Akhanov, the president and CEO of Rusnano USA Inc., a Kremlin-owned venture capital firm nicknamed “Putin’s child,” oversaw the Russian government’s investment in Joule and sat on its board along with two other Russians with ties to the Kremlin. Akhavov agreed that Clinton’s loss doomed the company.

“We lined up investors who were willing to buy the bonds, but after the elections, with some statements from the new administration regarding potential uncertainty, the future support of biofuels was stopped,” he told The Daily Caller News Foundation in an interview. “The company was not able to do the deal and it was one of the reasons why the company was closed.” (Read more from “Podesta’s ‘Green Company’ Forced to Close Because Hillary Lost the Election” HERE)

Yale Humanities Student Says She Accidentally Got Her Illegal Alien Father Detained

By Ian Miles Cheong. Imagine if you had a father to help you get into Yale, one of the most prestigious universities — only to talk so much about your struggle and the oppression you faced growing up, that you end up getting him deported.

In a cruel twist of irony, that’s what happened to Viviana Andazola Marquez, who wrote in The New York Times: “I accidentally turned my dad into immigration services.”

In a Tuesday Times op-ed, the 21-year-old described how her father, Melecio, was detained while in the process of getting his green card to become a permanent resident of the United States, where he has lived illegally since 1988. Previously, she provided extensive detail about her parents’ undocumented status to the Huffington Post.

“Most people can’t wait to turn 21 so that they can drink,” she wrote. “For me, it was the day I could finally petition the government to change my dad’s immigration status. I filed the paperwork in February and believed it would be the beginning of sleeping easier at night, of not worrying about ‘la migra’ every time the phone rang.” (Read more from “Yale Humanities Student Says She Accidentally Got Her Illegal Alien Father Detained” HERE)

I Accidentally Turned My Dad in to Immigration Services

By Viviana Andazola Marquez. This month my father and I drove to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services office in Centennial, Colo., for a routine visit. I offered to drive because my dad was too nervous and excited to take the wheel. “How long have we waited for this day?” he asked me. He had been told to come in for a final interview before he could get approved for legal permanent residency.

But the meeting turned into a nightmare. Several hours after we arrived, I found myself alone, in disbelief. My dad had been detained and was facing deportation proceedings.

My father is undocumented but has lived in the United States since 1998. He has raised four children, all American citizens, on income from construction work. He pays his taxes and plays by the rules. He himself has been a perfect citizen — although, of course, he can’t call himself that.

Regardless of his status, he has earned the right to work hard without the constant anxiety of being apprehended. His children — of whom I am the oldest — deserve that peace of mind too. (Read more from “I Accidentally Turned My Dad in to Immigration Services” HERE)

Colin Kaepernick Lands $1 Million Deal

Colin Kaepernick is hoping to score a book deal in order to stay relevant now that he no longer has a job as a quarterback in the NFL.

Kaepernick started the national anthem protest back at the start of the 2016-17 season when he was a backup quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers. After the season, Kaepernick opted out of his contract, made a statement through his reps that he would not continue the protest if he was picked up on another team, but nobody wanted him anyways.

The controversial quarterback is still the face of the movement, which fewer and fewer players continue week by week. Now, as some sort of cry out to remain relevant, the former NFL player is looking for a book deal. (Read more from “Colin Kaepernick Lands $1 Million Deal” HERE)

O’Reilly Claims a Tape Exists of Lawyer Offering Money to Woman to Accuse Trump of Harassment

By Justin Caruso. Bill O’Reilly claimed in an interview Tuesday that a recording exists of an “anti-Trump” lawyer offering money to a woman to accuse Donald Trump of sexual harassment during the presidential campaign.

O’Reilly told Newsmax that a tape exists where a female attorney offers $200,000 to a woman to accuse Trump of sexual harassment before the election.

He said, “It exists. We have urged the person who has the tape to hand it over to the U.S. attorney, because my investigative team believes there are three separate crimes on the audio tape.”

O’Reilly added, “it’s related to my situation.” (Read more from “O’Reilly Claims a Tape Exists of Lawyer Offering Money to Woman to Accuse Trump of Harassment” HERE)

Bill O’Reilly: Tape Shows Anti-Trump Lawyer Offered Cash for Sex Claims

By David A. Patten. Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly has revealed to Newsmax new details of what he said was “shocking” efforts to attack President Trump’s reputation.

O’Reilly says his information also raises serious questions about the motives behind new allegations that have been made against him.

O’Reilly told Newsmax on Monday that investigators working for him had uncovered an audio recording of “an anti-Trump attorney” offering an unidentified woman $200,000 to file sexual harassment charges against then-presidential candidate Donald J. Trump . . .

O’Reilly tells Newsmax his attorneys have listened to the tape. O’Reilly stated he is not in possession of the recording, but the conversation is believed to have taken place before last year’s presidential election. Maryland Retirement Community Only Sold Homes to Muslims

A housing development in Maryland is mired in contradicting legal grievances from city officials and residents after it marketed and sold homes only to Muslims.

A developer for River Run, a housing development along the Gunpowder river in Joppatowne, Md., filed a lawsuit against Hartford county officials in September, alleging that its refusal to continue issuing building permits for the project was discriminatory against Muslims. However, defendants allege that the developers conspired to create an exclusively Islamic community by selling only to Muslims, according to the Washington Post.

Developer Faheem Younus partnered with Bill Luther in 2016, after Younus’s previous development partner bowed out. Younus and Luther then marketed the housing development and sold 22 lots only to Ahmadiyya Muslims, with the aim of creating a retirement community specifically for that sect of Islam.

“There are many Jewish, Christian communities — we’re not reinventing the wheel here,” Younus told WaPo. (Read more from “Maryland Retirement Community Only Sold Homes to Muslims” HERE)
