Mark Levin Unloads on Trump Raid: ‘No Justification for Sending 30 Freaking FBI Agents’

BlazeTV host Mark Levin unloaded on the FBI Monday night, calling the raid on Donald Trump’s home in Palm Beach, Florida, “outrageous” and the “worst attack on this republic in modern history.”

Levin, a former chief of staff to U.S. Attorney General Edwin Meese, called in to “Hannity” on Fox News Monday to give his reaction to the then-breaking news that FBI agents executed a search warrant at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. Federal agents were reportedly searching for evidence that Trump violated federal records-keeping law by allegedly taking classified documents from the White House with him to Mar-a-Lago when he left office.

“First of all, I’m a former chief of staff to a United States attorney general. We would never ever have done this. Ever,” Levin told Sean Hannity. “Number two, it’s 90 days before midterm election. That’s outrageous.” . . .

Levin said the accusations in Haberman’s book and other reports of Trump’s alleged misconduct served as a “pretext” for the raid on Mar-a-Lago.

“There is no justification for sending 30 freaking FBI agents to the former president’s compound in Mar-a-Lago in early morning and conducting themselves this way or in any other cases in which they’ve done exactly the same thing,” Levin said.

Mark Levin Bashes Democrats for Wanting to Pack Supreme Court: This Is a Party That Is Following a ‘Stalinist Model’

Conservative commentator Mark Levin argued that Democrats proposing to pack the Supreme Court are a threat to the Constitution and are following “a Saul Alinsky, Stalinist model.”

“The Democrat Party is a diabolical institution that’s getting worse and worse. It has a diabolical history, whether it is slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, or today, the so-called socialism,” Levin said, adding, “Our school systems are under attack. A vaccine is under attack. Our borders are under attack. The courts are under attack. Everything’s under attack with the current Democrat Party because their attitude is, if we can’t control everything, then burn it down. They’re the mob in the street, without Molotov cocktails. That’s exactly what the modern Democrat Party is today.”

“This is a party that is following a Saul Alinsky, Stalinist model. I can’t put it any other way, and they’re taking it into the election,” Levin continued. “Joe Biden was the leader of the pack, destroying the nomination process, destroying the Supreme Court. He was the leader of the pack, which is why he was hiding yesterday because he didn’t want to talk about the vacancy of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.”

Following the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Friday, President Trump urged Republicans to confirm a new justice quickly, while Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell promised a Trump nominee would see a vote in the Senate. Levin: ‘There Is Absolutely No Legitimate, Historical, or Constitutional Basis to Impeach This President’

Tuesday night on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin ripped into all the “loose talk” about impeaching President Trump being thrown around by politicians and media figures.

Levin took issue with the seemingly common idea that impeachment is merely a political process. “It’s not a criminal process; we know that, but it’s not a purely political process, either,” Levin explained. “It is a constitutional process.”

“This loose talk about impeachment, the inability of some conservatives to effectively engage, is troubling,” Levin added.

“There is absolutely no legitimate, historical, or constitutional basis to impeach this president,” Levin concluded, “yet they keep throwing the word around.”

Levin also explained the nature of impeachment as the Founders understood it, why president Bill Clinton was impeached, and what to really expect when special counsel Robert Mueller releases the findings of his investigation.

‘Is MS-13 Manufactured?’ Mark Levin Blows up Democrat Border Crisis Deniers

Wednesday on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin was on fire, hammering home the case for supporting President Donald Trump’s effort to keep pressure on the Democrats until they compromise on funding a border security wall.

Levin rounded on the Democrats for suggesting the crisis on the border is “manufactured.”

“Is MS-13 manufactured? Is the importation of drugs manufactured?” Levin said. “When our federal law enforcement, the Border Patrol, ICE, the DEA, and others tell us what’s going on on the southern border and the consequences, are they all lying to us?”

Levin blasted progressives for making a “crisis” out of health care, out of student loans, and out of climate change, while at each turn demanding massive government action to solve these so-called crises, but not for the border.

“It’s not the government’s job to run health care or colleges. It’s not the government’s job to nationalize air and water. It’s not the government’s job to destroy the Second Amendment and so forth. It is the government’s job to secure the border,” Levin said.

Levin warned that if Republicans buckle and reopen the government without concessions from the Democrats, the fight for border security will be lost.

“What’s at stake is our constitutional system, our republican system,” Levin said. “Because if the Democrats get away with this, with a 30-vote majority in the House of Representatives where we control the Senate and the presidency, if they get away with it this time, we will never stop this, ever. The Decision to Withdraw From Syria Is ‘Absolutely Shocking’

LevinTV host Mark Levin began his radio show Wednesday evening reacting to President Trump’s decision to start withdrawing U.S. troops from Syria.

Calling the decision “absolutely shocking,” Levin explained the geopolitical dynamics of the civil war in Syria.

“There are Christian populations. There are Yazidi populations. There are our allies, the Kurds, who have fought shoulder to shoulder with us. The Russians have sought to take over Syria and control that region of the world. Iran is using Syria to build military bases and military roads to heavily arm Hezbollah, one of the largest terrorist groups on the face of the earth.”

He continued:

“Turkey. Erdogan is a genocidal dictator, an Islamic fascist, who murders journalists, imprisons journalists. … He too has designs on Syria, and he wishes to wipe out completely our allies, the Kurds.”

Levin praised President Trump for his multipronged, aggressive strategy against the Iranian regime, noting that Tehran, as the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism, has its eyes set on expansion. “We must protect the Christians, the Yazidis, our allies the Kurds; we must not permit, as the president himself has said, Iran [to build] its caliphate.”

“So when the president today announced, in Obama-like fashion, unilateral, immediate withdrawal of 2,000 American special forces, I was shocked,” Levin added.

Democrats Are Pushing Another Bogus Lawsuit Against Trump

Wednesday evening on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin discussed one of the Left’s latest erroneous pseudo-constitutional plans of attack against President Trump. The attack comes from the activist attorneys general of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Trump’s business dealings are the subject of a new lawsuit that has to do with the Constitution’s emolument’s clause. When foreign officials stay at the hotel, the argument of the attorneys general goes, Trump receives unconstitutional payments from foreign governments.

The emoluments clause, Levin explained, was originally included in the Constitution to keep people from seeking office as a stepping stone to more lucrative ventures. Levin argued that since Trump owned the hotel before taking office, the clause does not apply to him.

“So now we have another tool that will apparently be used by the Left – and if they can find these Clinton and Obama judges – to try and destroy the Trump presidency,” the host concluded.

The Dems Have Nominated Radical, ‘Anti-American Candidates’

LevinTV host Mark Levin began his radio show Wednesday evening discussing the out-of-control media and the urgency of voting for the forces of freedom on Election Day.

“This election, ladies and gentlemen, is up to you and me. Your family, your fellow citizens: what we want this country to look like. The reason it’s not a regular election is because the Democrats have nominated some very, very radical, even anti-American candidates. And I will say that because if you’re pushing socialism, if you’re pushing extra-constitutional policies, then that’s right, it’s unAmerican,” Levin started. “If you’re disgusted with the media, you need to turn out and vote and push them back too.”

He then discussed the legacy media using freedom of the press as a shield to push far-left policies, explaining how the Left has warped the Founders’ constitutional protection.

“Freedom of the press was about individualism. Freedom of the press was about representation and limited government. It was not a rabid progressive agenda,” he added.

Later in the segment, Levin discussed the birthright citizenship issue and its relationship to the Constitution, arguing that the president has the authority to alter the policy to protect American sovereignty.

‘Diabolical and Evil’: Levin Unravels the ‘Insanity’ Being Used by the Left in the Hope of Impeaching Trump

Friday on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin decided to help “unravel matters, as the insanity swirls.”

Levin discussed the latest developments in the Michael Cohen matter and the allegations being thrown at President Donald Trump for purpose of impeachment. He reminded his audience that the president is not going to be charged with a crime while he remains in office.

“As a legal matter, it’s of zero consequence … the Department of Justice acknowledges, as does the special counsel, that a sitting president cannot be indicted,” Levin said. “So as a legal matter, it’s irrelevant.”

Levin explained that because Trump cannot be indicted, he will not have a chance to defend himself in a court of law. Trump will be tried in the media instead, and the Democrats will use special counsel Robert Mueller’s report to make the case for impeachment.

Here’s the Russian Interference Context the Lying Media Won’t Give You

Monday on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin pushed back on the one-sided commentary attacking President Trump for how he handled his meeting with Vladimir Putin. He noted that Trump is being held to a different standard than former President Barack Obama.

“Now I understand there will be those out there who say, ‘Look, we’re focused on Trump. Why do you want to talk about Obama?’ I want to talk about both because the hypocrisy — in fact, the bald-faced lying — is so obvious that you have to talk in context,” Levin said.

Levin played 2017 audio of former President Barack Obama acknowledging that the Russians tried to interfere in the U.S. election. Levin pointed out that Obama himself said Putin’s election interference must be confronted in a “thoughtful, methodical way,” some of it publicly, some of it privately.

Levin argued that while Russian election interference was happening, Obama never confronted Putin publicly and the media was silent. But now the media is excoriating Trump for failing to ream Putin at a public press conference.

“Context is everything,” Levin said. “And they’re not giving you context, are they?”

Mocking the different standards for Obama and Trump, Levin gave an impression of what he thinks members of the media sound like they’re telling Trump today:

“By God, you should’ve stood up there today and said, ‘Hey, Putin look what you did! Look what you did! Admit it! Admit it now! I’ve got the cuffs in my back pocket, and I’m going to cuff you and drag you off the damn stage!’”

Mueller Probe ‘as Partisan a Hack Job as I’ve Ever Seen’

LevinTV host Mark Levin began his radio show Tuesday highlighting the extreme bias of “special impeachment counsel” Robert Mueller in his investigation of alleged Russia collusion in the 2016 election.

“This is as partisan a hack job as I’ve ever seen,” Levin commented, reacting to the revelations that several members of Mueller’s team have had a great anti-Trump bias. “Mr. Mueller is completely out of control. Mr. Mueller is a hack — I don’t care if he’s registered as a Republican or not. What does that have to do with anything?”

Levin reminded his audience that when Mueller was first nominated for FBI director, one of his “primary sponsors” was former California Sen. Barbara Boxer, known for her far-left stances and ideology.

“He’s hired a bunch of hacks,” Levin said of Mueller and his special counsel team. “Disgusting left-wing pukes.”

Levin also discussed the breaking Judicial Watch story regarding another top Mueller deputy, prosecutor Andrew Weissmann, who cheered on former administration official Sally Yates in her efforts to fight President Trump’s agenda. Listen:
