The newly released, less redacted Trump Mar-a-Lago raid affidavit shed new light on the investigation into the former president — and why the FBI stormed his Florida home.

Crucial new details, including information on security footage obtained by the FBI from inside Mar-a-Lago, were hidden inside the 32-page affidavit, which was released on Tuesday.

One of the key pieces of information learned from the filing is that Trump previously handed over documents to the FBI in a way that made officials think even the former president’s team knew the records were classified.

On June 3, DOJ and FBI officials collected documents in a Redweld envelope, an accordion-style folder, wrapped in plastic tape in a way the bureau said suggested Trump’s team knew the documents had not been declassified. The envelope was found during a review of boxes located in a Mar-a-Lago storage room. 38 documents with classification markings, including five marked “confidential,” 16 marked “secret,” and 17 marked “top secret,” were found in the envelope.

“When producing the documents, neither FPOTUS COUNSEL 1 nor INDIVIDUAL 2 asserted that FPOTUS had declassified the documents,” the affidavit states. “The documents being in a Redweld envelope wrapped in tape appears to be consistent with an effort to handle the documents as if they were still classified.” (Read more from “What We Learned From the Newly Released, Less Redacted Trump Raid Affidavit” HERE)

The Impending Railroad Strike Could Grind the Entire Economy to a Halt, Experts Warn

As time runs out for railway unions and railway companies to avoid a strike before a Friday morning deadline, logistics experts who spoke to the Daily Caller News Foundation warned that a rail strike would have a “ripple effect” that would negatively impact every facet of the U.S. economy.

Two of 12 major railway unions have yet to sign an agreement with rail companies, citing concerns regarding sick days and attendance, while a third saw its members vote down the agreement on Wednesday despite the White House-brokered deal including a record-breaking 24% pay hike over the next five years, according to the WSJ. Should the unions strike on Friday, it could prompt 7,000 long distance daily freight trains to be left idle, representing nearly 40% of all long distance trade in the United States, the largest of all forms of transit, according to CNBC.

Even a short strike would have a long-term detrimental impact on the U.S. supply chain, potentially leading to delays and elevated prices for consumers that could last for several months, Beth Davis-Sramek, professor of supply chain management at Auburn University and editor of the Journal of Business Logistics, told the DCNF. In the event that trains stop running, shipping containers would pile up at ports, causing “incredible headaches” for a trucking industry that is already facing shortages and a “ripple effect” that would be felt throughout the U.S. economy.

These delays at port would occur because modern supply chains increasingly use shipping containers that are not unpacked at ports, Davis-Sramek said. Instead, entire containers are loaded directly from ships to trains, and from trains to trucks, as part of a process known as “intermodal” shipping. School District Removes LGBTQ-Themed Books From Public Schools After Parents Complain

The Dearborn, Michigan, school district has pulled seven books from its schools’ libraries, including titles with LGBTQ themes, after parents complained.

Dearborn Public Schools said the removal is temporary as it reviews the books that children can access at school libraries. One mother was shocked by some of the books’ contents after she told her daughter to check out a book titled “Flamer” and found that it depicts sexually explicit acts between boys, ABC 7 News reported.

“If these were just LGBT romance novels that is completely appropriate,” Stephanie Butler said. “Where I draw the line is teaching them how to actually do the act.”

“You know when you put something into a kid’s mind, it makes them want to do it more or try it,” Butler commented.

The Dearborn School District said it would also restrict students’ access to books available through an e-book app and platform. In the meantime, the district will begin reviewing over 100,000 titles in a process that could take a year. Parents can further provide feedback or share concerns about specific books in school libraries through a form available until Friday. Governor Announces New Abortion Website Attacking Republicans for Being Pro-life

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) announced the launch of a new website designed to take a stab at states who restricted abortion.

The website will feature information about abortion access and reproductive services in the state, in an attempt to make the state even more progressive and abortion-friendly.

It will make the procedure accessible “no matter where they live,” providing information about traveling to California to obtain an abortion in addition to information on “how, where and when” to access abortion in the state.

This comes hours after Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC) announced a new legislation for a 15-week national abortion ban.

“Make no mistake–Lindsey Graham’s new national ban on abortion is about controlling women,” Newsom said in response, adding “that’s their agenda. CA’s fighting back.”

State Promotes ‘Gender-Expansive’ Resources for Preschoolers

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction is reportedly promoting transgender resources to preschool-aged children and their families.

According to an ABC-affiliated outlet KATU, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) published a guide on its website titled “Resources for Gender Expansive Preschoolers,” which contains videos, websites, articles, and other content promoting being transgender to children.

Reportedly, one of the videos promoted by the DPI comes from the Human Rights Campaign and details the story of a “transgender” first grader in Wisconsin. In the video, the child’s mother says her kid was “going to transition from being a boy to a girl in first grade.”

Another video encourages children to challenge “gender stereotypes” regarding Halloween costumes. The video shows two children, a boy and a girl, going trick-or-treating with their parents. In the end, it is revealed that the young girl dressed up as Batman and the little boy dressed up as Wonder Woman.

Hunter Biden Tries to Lower Child Support Payments, Claiming Financial Hardship

Hunter Biden reportedly has requested to have child support payments for the daughter he conceived out-of-wedlock with former stripper Lunden Roberts lowered, citing financial hardships.

According to recently filed court documents, Hunter Biden claimed that “financial circumstances” have made him unable to meet the initially agreed upon child support payments for his now 4-year-old daughter, Navy Joan, who he has not yet met. Per the New York Post:

Hunter cited “a substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income” for the reason behind his request.

It wasn’t immediately clear what the change in Hunter’s income was.

Hunter’s motion was filed in Independence County, which is where Roberts — a former stripper — lives with their daughter, Navy Joan.

Experts: China Has Hired ‘Hundreds, if Not Thousands’ to Censor Religion Online

Experts testified before Congress on Tuesday that the Communist Party of China has extensively expanded its digital capabilities to censor — and effectively erase — religion on the internet, the latest step in a process of enforcing communism through the eradication of faith that the regime refers to as “Sinicization.”

“Sinicization,” as Chinese officials describe it, is a process to force religions to conform to Chinese culture. The Chinese government does not consider Chinese culture separate from communist ideology, and so in practice “Sinicization” has largely meant forcing religious leaders to promote communist propaganda and replace their faith with worship of Xi Jinping. In some cases, Communist Party authorities have forced Christians and Buddhists to replace religious symbols in their homes with photos of Xi Jinping.

The panelists at the hearing, titled “Control of Religion in China Through Digital Authoritarianism,” noted the implementation this year of a law that effectively outlaws all religious content online. Even members of the five legal religions in the country – the Chinese Catholic Church, the “Three-Self Patriotic” (Protestant) Church, Chinese Islam, Chinese Daoism, and state-controlled Buddhism – require a specific government license to post any religious content online, including videos of services or addresses from the clergy.

State repression, they added, was more severe against groups considered an elevated threat to communism, such as Tibetan Buddhists or Muslims in occupied East Turkistan, where China is currently engaging in genocide against indigenous people. It also affects, they added, the faithful abroad, as Beijing has endeavored to cut ties between those within its borders and believers in the free world.

Poll: Majority of Voters Say Biden Dividin’ USA

By Breitbart. Most voters believe President Joe Biden has divided the country despite promising to unite it, a survey from Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group found.

The survey, obtained first by Breitbart News, found 58.7 percent of voters express the belief that Biden has, indeed, divided the country during his time in office. Just one in five say he has unified the country, and another one in five remain unsure.

While a plurality of Democrats, 43.6 percent, believe Biden has unified the country during his time in office, that sentiment is not held by most Republicans or independents. An overwhelming majority of Republicans, 92.8 percent, believe Biden has divided the country, and 64.1 percent of independents agree.

Most Voters Say Biden Was Consulted, Profited From Son’s Overseas Business Dealings

The majority of voters think President Biden was consulted about and profited from Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings, according to a poll showing that suspicions about influence peddling and corruption are not subsiding as the president’s term approaches the halfway mark.

A whopping 62% of likely voters told Rasmussen Reports that Mr. Biden was likely involved in Hunter Biden’s far-flung business dealings, including at least one deal involving a company in mainland China.

One-third of voters said they don’t think it’s likely that Mr. Biden was consulted about his son’s deals.

“The abandoned laptop that revealed Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealing remains an important story, according to voters, many of whom think it could have changed the 2020 election,” the pollsters said.

Shocking Documents: FBI Pressured People to Give Up Their Gun Rights

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has pressured Americans to “voluntarily” give up their Second Amendment rights, which is potentially illegal, according to newly disclosed documents.

FBI officials had Americans fill out a form that said they want the FBI to make it illegal for them to purchase or own guns forever because of a mental health condition.

A national gun rights group, Gun Owners of America (GOA), is demanding the FBI remove the records from the background check database by Oct. 8 and that Congress enforce the removals.

“We’ve learned the FBI had no business disarming these individuals. They did not pose a threat to society. The FBI actions were wholly unlawful,” Aidan Johnston, GOA’s director of federal affairs, told The Epoch Times.

Jill Biden Wants ‘All Books’ in Schools After Libraries Exposed Kids to Explicit Content

First Lady Jill Biden told NBC News Tuesday that “all books” should be in schools after libraries exposed students to explicit content.

The first lady said it is un-American to ban books in school libraries amid ongoing debate amongst parents on what content they want their children exposed to.

“All books should be in the library, all books,” she said. “This is America, we don’t ban books.” . . .

“I think with the pandemic, parents saw how hard teachers work and how difficult this job really is,” she said. “And I think if they work together in their school districts and decide what they want with their curriculum.”

Biden made the remarks following backlash school districts received after students were exposed to sexually explicit books, notably Fairfax and Loudoun County, Virginia. A mother complained to the school board of the Fairfax County Public Schools about two books featuring child pornography and pedophilia available for students as young as 12 years old in the library.
