Professor Demands Bereavement Leave for Black Faculty to Process ‘Psychological Consequences’ of Racism

An assistant professor in Illinois published an article urging higher education leadership to provide bereavement leave for black faculty and staff to process the “psychological consequences” of racism.

Angel Jones, a critical race theory scholar and a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at Southern Illinois University, released a column in Times Higher Education titled “Where’s our Black bereavement leave?”

The piece argued that “higher education routinely ignores the emotional needs of Black faculty and staff, particularly after traumatic events.”

In the February article, Jones mentioned that she emailed her students to offer support following the death of Tyre Nichols, a 29-year-old black man who died earlier this year, days after being beaten and arrested by five black Memphis police officers.

“As I was writing the email, my primary concern was the mental and emotional well-being of my students,” Jones wrote. “However, the tears streaming down my face as I typed let me know that ignoring my own feelings was impossible – which wasn’t surprising given the numerous times I have cried while sending similar emails.” (Read more from “Professor Demands Bereavement Leave for Black Faculty to Process ‘Psychological Consequences’ of Racism” HERE)

US Special Forces to Use ‘Deep Fake’ Disinformation Propaganda to ‘Influence Operations’

The U.S. Special Operations Command plans to develop and use deepfake technology to generate disinformation and propaganda campaigns that “influence operations,” according to federal contracting documents that include a wish list of future technologies.

The documents, obtained by the Intercept, revealed that the military is seeking to develop next-generation technologies to hack and “takeover” [sic] foreign populations’ internet-connected devices to gather data and information that would “enable breakdown of what messaging might be popular and accepted.”

This strategy would enable the SOCOM to “craft and promote messages that may be more readily received by local populace in relevant peer/near peer environments.”

The SOCOM document noted that it seeks to develop the next generation of “deep fake” technology that could “generate messages and influence operations via non-traditional channels.”

The pitch document also listed other future technology developments, including lasers, robots, and holographs. SOCOM is accepting proposals for these next-generation advancements through 2025. Biden: Doctors ‘Had to Take Top of My Head off to See if I Had a Brain’ (VIDEO)

Joe Biden has made some outlandish statements during his decades and decades as part of the Washington establishment.

There was his comment about firing two warning shots with a shotgun. And his encouragement for a supporter, confined to a wheelchair, to “stand up.” . . .

Just recently, he told one about nurse who would “whisper in his ear … to make sure there was a human connection.”

He says doctors had to take off the top of his head “a couple times” in order to “see if I had a brain.”

Republicans definitely would want to know the answer to Biden’s question, as the 2024 presidential race begins to heat up.

DeSantis Criticizes Biden in State of the State Address as 2024 Bid Looms (VIDEO)

Gov. Ron DeSantis’s (R-FL) State of the State address provided a glimpse into a likely presidential campaign, citing his past success and his future aspirations.

“Florida is No. 1, and working together, we will ensure that Florida remains the No. 1 state in the United States,” he told Florida lawmakers on Tuesday. “Working together, we have met big challenges, and we led the nation on many big issues. We don’t make excuses. We don’t complain. We just produce results.”

DeSantis underscored positive economic data, including Florida’s economic growth, low unemployment, and budget surplus. He also pointed to key social indicators, from law enforcement recruitment and crime rates to more amorphous “education freedom” and “parental involvement.”

“We have fought against illegal immigration in the state of Florida, [from] banning sanctuary cities to suing the Biden administration over its catch and release policies and transporting illegal aliens to sanctuary jurisdictions. We have put Floridians first, and we will continue to do that,” he said of President Joe Biden.

“We must continue our momentum with K to 12 education by increasing teacher salaries and enacting a teacher’s Bill of Rights, providing paycheck protection for teachers, expanding school choice, and fortifying parents’ rights,” he added. “Our schools must deliver a good education, not a political indoctrination. It’s sad that we have to say this, but our children are not guinea pigs for science experimentation, and we cannot allow people to make money mutilating them.”

Tucker Carlson Says Jan. 6 Footage ‘Demolishes’ Claims of Insurrection, Exposes Media Lies (VIDEO)

By The Blaze. On Monday night’s episode of his show on the Fox News Channel, conservative commentator Tucker Carlson aired some of the surveillance footage from the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) has granted Carlson access to the video. Carlson noted during his show on Monday that producers had enjoyed “unfettered access” to the surveillance footage.

While media outlets, Democrats, and some Republicans have described the events of Jan. 6 as an “insurrection,” Carlson asserted that the footage “demolishes that claim.”

Some of the footage shows police officers near Jacob Chansley, widely referred to as the “QAnon Shaman,” whose image has become ubiquitous in the wake of the Jan. 6 episode. Chansley was arrested on January 9, 2021, according to the Justice Department.

Carlson also aired footage showing Officer Brian Sicknick walking in the Capitol, and Carlson claimed that the January 6 Committee had been aware that the man had been “walking normally … after he was supposedly murdered by Trump supporters.”

Tucker Carlson Releases Exclusive Jan. 6 Footage, Says Politicians, Media Lied About Sicknick, ‘Qanon Shaman’

By Fox News. Tucker Carlson released never-before-seen footage from the Jan. 6, 2021 riots at Capitol Hill that appear to dispel several narratives pushed by the Democrat-controlled House Select Committee and the legacy media.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy granted “Tucker Carlson Tonight” an exclusive first look to over 40,000 hours of security camera footage from the Capitol Building that were hidden from the public for over two years. On Monday, Carlson offered the first glimpses of footage involving key figures from that day.

Carlson concluded the footage proves that lawmakers and the media were “lying” about the events that took place on Jan. 6.

The first batch of footage showed Trump supporters peacefully touring the building, “sightseers” as Carlson put it, but the footage of the rioters overwhelmingly consumed the news coverage of Jan. 6, which many in D.C. have compared to 9/11 and the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Capitol police officers were seen escorting Jacob Chansley, a Navy veteran widely referred to in the liberal media as the “QAnon Shaman,” around the building without incident. Carlson reported that officers were seen showing Chansley around, even trying to open locked doors for him. At one point, at least nine police officers were seen in close proximity to Chansley, and none of them slowed him down, as Carlson noted. NBC Reporter Goes to Crimea, Shockingly Tells the Truth; Ukraine Puts Him on Kill List (VIDEO)

Mainstream media correspondents for major US networks rarely, if ever, report from inside Crimea and certainly are nowhere near Russian-held territory in eastern Ukraine. However, this week NBC News chief international correspondent Keir Simmons went to Sevastopol, surrounded by a significant Russian military presence given it is home to the Russian Navy’s Black Sea Fleet, and in a live segment admitted that it’s not at all realistic Zelensky and Ukrainian forces can ever hope to take Crimea.

This is especially as the “the people there… view themselves as Russian.” Simmons noted that “This is the closest that any US news crew has got to the Russian Black Sea Fleet in many many years.” He explained that “Vladimir Putin will be determined to defend that port – to not have it take it away from him – he may well do pretty much anything to try to achieve that.”

“It is a very, very dangerous standoff.. it’s hard to see how you reach a negotiation over that. There’s military absolutely everywhere, it is a military town,” he continued, before saying…

“When for example Victoria Nuland talks about that at the very least we [the US] want Crimea to be demilitarized, I find myself standing there and wondering, how on earth does that happen?” . . .

But it appears that the NBC correspondent, once he was on the ground in a place that few Western reporters ever venture, couldn’t deny the plain truth he was seeing all around him.

Previously Unseen Jan 6 Footage Reveals Officers Apparently Leading QAnon Shaman Through Senate Halls (VIDEO)

Previously unseen footage from Jan. 6 released by Fox News shows officers seemingly escorting the so-called “QAnon Shaman” through the halls of the Capitol building.

Jacob Chansley was sentenced to 41 months in prison followed by 36 months of supervised release after he entered a plea deal for charges of civil disorder, obstruction of an official proceeding, entering and remaining in a restricted building among other charges related to his involvement in Jan. 6, according to the Department of Justice.

Chansley was seen shirtless at the Capitol, covered in face paint and wearing a pair of horns during the riot. Prosecutors alleged Chansley “stalked” the halls.

“The defendant then stalked the hallowed halls of the building, riling up other members of the mob with his screaming obscenities about our nation’s lawmakers, and flouting the ‘opportunity’ to rid our government of those he has long considered to be traitors,” prosecutors argued in their filing.

Video footage of Jan. 6 exclusively released by Daily Caller co-founder and Fox News host Tucker Carlson, however, appears to show officers escorting Chansley through the halls of Congress.

CNN Staff Ordered to Ignore Lab Leak Because It Sounded Like a ‘Trump Talking Point’

In what might be the least surprising development to come from the mainstream media’s grappling with the U.S. Department of Energy’s conclusion that a lab leak is the most likely origin of COVID-19, it turns out CNN’s staff and reporters were told to ignore the possibility in its coverage of the pandemic.

The order to not run down leads related to a lab leak in China came, according to fresh reporting from Fox News Digital, from the “FactsFirst™” network’s then-President Jeff Zucker. His reasoning? It was a “Trump talking point.” Of course.

Trump Derangement Syndrome was so prevalent at CNN that it apparently literally made them ignore news to avoid lending any credibility to the 45th president — even when he was on the right track and has since been vindicated for pointing to China and a lab leak as the point of origin for the pandemic.

The revelations came from “a well-placed CNN insider,” according to Fox News Digital:

In the early months of the pandemic, then-CNN president Jeff Zucker would not allow his network to chase down the lab-leak story because he believed it was a “Trump talking point,” according to a well-placed CNN insider.

Top Dr. Reacts to ‘Catastrophically F**Ked up’ Government Spying on Church Goers

During the COVID-19 pandemic, local governments and the U.S. federal government went to great lengths to restrict the movement of citizens and regularly violated their constitutional rights.

As we pull out of the mass censorship of the past three years, more of this illegal and egregious behavior is being exposed.

When churches were shuttered in California in violation of the First Amendment, government bureaucrats used local law enforcement resources to spy on worshippers. They were punished with fines, threats of jail time and harassed each time they visited the church to pray with fellow Christians. From reporter David Zweig:

Long famous as the core of Silicon Valley, Santa Clara County, California, also earned the distinction in the last three years as perhaps the most aggressive and punitive enforcer of pandemic restrictions in the country. On March 16, 2020, Santa Clara, along with a half-dozen other Bay Area counties, was the first in the nation to announce a shelter in place order, commanding all citizens to remain at home other than for specific activities that the county deemed essential, such as food shopping or medical care.

San Jose’s Calvary Chapel, led by its pastor, Mike McClure, brazenly defied these orders. On May 24, 2020, McClure stated publicly that he would reopen the church the following week, regardless of the health department’s orders, and that he would never close the church again. After two months of isolation, many congregants were teetering toward despair.

Treasury Official Set to Testify on Biden Family’s ‘Suspicious’ Wire Transfers Previously Worked for Joe Biden

Treasury Department official Jonathan Davidson, who is set to testify this week about the agency withholding the Biden family’s “suspicious” bank records, worked as the Biden-Harris Transition’s Economic Nominations Confirmation team lead in 2020 and was nominated to the position at the Treasury by President Joe Biden, raising questions of whether his testimony will be tainted with political bias.

On Friday, Davidson is scheduled to appear before the House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) and answer questions about why the Treasury has refused to provide the committee with James and Hunter Biden’s 150 suspicious activity reports (SARs) generated by U.S. banks. SARs often contain evidence of potential criminal activities, such as money laundering and fraud. The disclosure would greatly help Comer investigate the Biden family, along with Eric Schwerin, for nine violations, including wire fraud and money laundering.

Considering Davidson will be asked to speak to the Biden family’s SARs after working for Joe Biden, his partisan work history raises questions of whether his scheduled testimony will be tainted with political bias.

Davidson has been a well-connected, partisan political operative for decades. In 2020, he worked for Biden’s transition team as the team lead of economic nominations confirmation. He was then nominated by Joe Biden and confirmed in November 2021 by the Senate as assistant secretary for legislative affairs at the Treasury.
