Welcome to Joe Biden’s America: Dem-Run City Urges Residents to Use Airhorns if Targeted by Criminals

Police in Democrat-run Oakland, California, are urging residents to use airhorns as a way of sounding an alarm when criminals strike amid a surge in crime.

Crime has risen to a point where police are not only advising the purchase of airhorns but also the placement of “security bars to…doors and windows,” CNN noted.

Burglaries in the city are up 41 percent “and robberies by more than 20 percent.”

Oakland resident Toni Bird indicated that she followed the advice of police and now has three airhorns.

Bird said, “The types of crime that we’re seeing feel much more violent and the consequences feel much more severe. And it feels like the people that are being targeted are people who are vulnerable.” (Read more from “Welcome to Joe Biden’s America: Dem-Run City Urges Residents to Use Airhorns if Targeted by Criminals” HERE)

‘Acceptable Levels of Risk’: Backing Ukraine Won’t Deplete U.S. Arsenal, Milley Says

U.S. weapons stockpiles will not drop below “acceptable levels of risk” despite the constant flow of arms to Ukraine, said Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, pushing back on the idea that America may be putting itself in danger by sending such a massive amount of military aid to Kyiv in its war with Russia.

In an exclusive interview with The Washington Times, Gen. Milley said he and other top Defense Department officials closely monitor the amount of American munitions on hand and won’t allow it to drop below an acceptable threshold, though he would not be more specific. His comments come amid a growing debate in both political and national security circles in Washington about Ukraine, its prospects for a definitive victory against the invading Russian army, and at what point the Biden administration may change course and get more aggressive in pushing Ukraine toward peace negotiations.

There’s no doubt that the 18-month war has been a drain on U.S. munitions stockpiles, at a time when many are warning the country’s defense industrial base overall is increasingly stressed and unable to meet demand. Some national security analysts have sounded the alarm about both current shortfalls in American munitions and the ability to quickly replenish them in the event of an unexpected conflict.

Gen. Milley said the Pentagon is working closely with the defense industry to refill stockages as rapidly as possible. He said that the level of aid to Ukraine does not and will not endanger American national security. Putin Handed His Political Rival a Lighter Sentence Than Biden Wants to Give Trump

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s primary political rival, Alexei Navalny, was just banished to 19 years in prison after Russia’s corrupt state prosecution demanded a 20-year sentence. Navalny, who has been hyper-critical of Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, has been incarcerated since January 2021, and this latest 19-year sentence is on top of two separate sentences amounting to over 11 years in prison.

However, Navalny’s prison sentence pales in comparison to the prison time President Joe Biden’s DOJ and the partisan stooges in the Manhattan district attorney’s office want to hand former President Donald Trump. Trump, Biden’s primary political opponent, has been indicted three times now. If convicted of all counts and given the maximum sentence, he would face 641 years in prison. In addition to being the most likely Republican nominee for the 2024 election, Trump also happens to be one of the most vocal and fierce critics of American involvement in the Ukraine war under Biden.

With zero self-awareness, Biden administration officials have condemned the imprisonment of Navalny, while simultaneously interfering in our own elections via the political persecution of Trump by Biden’s Justice Department.

Last Friday, one day after Trump was arraigned for engaging in First Amendment-protected speech, U.S. State Department spokesman Matthew Miller decried Navalny’s 19-year prison sentence, writing in a statement that it was “an unjust conclusion to an unjust trial.” (Read more from “Putin Handed His Political Rival a Lighter Sentence Than Biden Wants to Give Trump” HERE)

Harry’s Razors CEO Brags About Treating ‘Birthing’ and ‘Non-Birthing Parents’ Equally, Leading ‘Socially Minded’ Company in Viral Video

The CEO of Harry’s razors has jettisoned traditional words to describe the gender of parents and instead replaced them with awkward and crude terms preferred by leftists, all apparently in the name of keeping his company “socially minded.”

Last week, a clip of CEO Andy Katz-Mayfield discussing the company’s parental leave policy went viral on social media, mostly because Katz-Mayfield never mentions mothers and fathers or moms and dads in it. Instead, he brags that at Harry’s, both “birthing” and “non-birthing parents” are granted four months of leave after a child is born into their family.

“That treats birthing and non-birthing parents equally,” he says proudly. Those in the audience soon afterward clap, and Harry’s co-founder Jeff Raider sits silently in approval.

This “equal parental leave policy” at Harry’s is just one example of what Katz-Mayfield calls the company’s social-mindedness. “We also, as a company, have always tried to be sort of socially minded and not just be about bottom-line profits,” he explains before the clip abruptly ends. Library Director Resigns After Parents Called For Defunding Over ‘Pornographic’ Children’s Books

The director of a Virginia public library has resigned following demands from outraged parents that the library be defunded over “pornographic” children’s books.

Michelle Ross resigned effective immediately as director of the Samuels Library in Front Royal in northern Virginia on Thursday. The move came during an emergency meeting of the Samuels Public Library Board of Trustees, who accepted her resignation.

“The board is 100 percent behind Michelle’s decision. We understand that it’s the best thing for her — her health and well being. We wish her well,” said Board of Trustees President Melody Hotek.

The library board has appointed Eileen Grady, a 21-year veteran of the library, as interim director and hopes to have a permanent director within six months.

Earlier this summer, a grassroots coalition of concerned parents and others called Clean Up Samuels petitioned for the removal of a slew of books they found objectionable, dozens of which they say are “pornographic.” (Read more from “Library Director Resigns After Parents Called For Defunding Over ‘Pornographic’ Children’s Books” HERE)

Facebook Docs Reveal FBI Agent Made ‘Completely False’ Congressional Statements Involving Hunter Biden Laptop, Jordan Says

An FBI agent made “completely false” statements during a congressional deposition about the agency’s role in suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story on social media platforms, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said on Monday in his fourth edition of the “Facebook Files.”

Jordan, who chairs the House Judiciary Committee, said internal Facebook communications reveal San Francisco-based FBI Special Agent Elvis Chan was “the main conduit” between the bureau’s Foreign Influence Task Force and big tech companies to suppress the scandalous story involving alleged foreign business deals with then-presidential candidate Joe Biden just weeks before the 2020 election.

Chan told lawmakers during testimony the FBI had not communicated with Facebook outside of a meeting that occurred the same day the New York Post published the Biden laptop article on October 14, 2020. But according to the Jordan, Chan was involved in a “secret ‘follow up’ call” with the social media giant the next day, allegedly contradicting a claim he made during a November 2022 deposition in the government censorship case Missouri v. Biden

The federal agent also spoke with a Facebook employee that same day, who said, “Chan advised that he was up to speed on the current state of the matter within the FBI.” Chan also told the social media platform that “there was no current evidence to suggest any foreign connection … of the leaks,” according to the documents released by Jordan. Poll: Most Americans Think Trump Indictments Are Effort to Derail Campaign; Why This April 2022 New York Times Story Is Suddenly Gaining New Attention

By Breitbart. Most Americans, including three in ten Democrats, think the trio of indictments against former President Donald Trump are “an attempt to stop” his 2024 presidential campaign, according to a CBS/YouGov poll.

The poll released Sunday asked respondents about how they perceive the indictments and investigations against Trump. When asked if they feel it is “an attempt to stop Trump’s 2024 campaign,” 59 percent of the respondents said “yes,” while 41 percent said “no.”

A deeper look shows that 31 percent of Democrats and 63 percent of independents believe the indictments and investigations against Trump are an effort to hinder his campaign, and 86 percent of Republicans feel the same way.

However, majorities of the respondents also believe the investigations are “upholding the rule of law” (57 percent) and “defending democracy” (52 percent). Conversely, 43 percent do not think the investigations and indictments are maintaining the rule of law, and 48 percent do not believe they defend democracy, including 3 in 4 Republicans.

Over a third of respondents perceive the indictments to be “an attack on people like [them].” This includes 56 percent of Republicans and 63 percent of Trump 2020 voters. (Read more from “Poll: Most Americans Think Trump Indictments Are Effort to Derail Campaign” HERE)

Why This April 2022 New York Times Story Is Suddenly Gaining New Attention

By Townhall. President Joe Biden and White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre continue to insist Special Counsel Jack Smith’s repeated indictments of former President Donald Trump are being conducted “independently” and without political bias or pressure.

But a story from the New York Times published in April 2022 is gaining new attention, especially after Smith indicted Trump for speech surrounding the events of January 6, 2021 last week.

“The attorney general’s deliberative approach has come to frustrate Democratic allies of the White House and, at times, President Biden himself. As recently as late last year, Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted, according to two people familiar with his comments. And while the president has never communicated his frustrations directly to Mr. Garland, he has said privately that he wanted Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of Jan. 6,” the paper reported.

More than a year later and at the beginning of the 2024 presidential election, the Department of Justice has fulfilled President Joe Biden’s demands Trump be indicted over January 6.

Disney Teams up With Transgender TikTok Influencer to Promote Girls Apparel: ‘I Literally Look Like Minnie Mouse!’

The Walt Disney Co. has teamed up with a transgender TikTok influencer to promote apparel for girls — specifically, Minnie Mouse-themed clothes that include a red dress, yellow pumps, and a red hair bow.

Transgender influencer Seann Altman — a biological male who identifies as “gender fluid” — created a promotional TikTok video for Disney Style, the company’s social media brand promoting Disney-themed clothing, makeup, and accessories.

In the video, which was first reported by the Twitter account @LeftismForU, he provides a dress-up tutorial to look like Minnie Mouse. The video was subsequently posted to Disney Style’s official TikTok account.

Altman models a red dress, which he accessorizes with a white petticoat, yellow high-heel shoes, and a belt. He then adds artificial buns to his hair to simulate Minnie’s ears and tops it off with Minnie’s signature red bow.

“I literally look like Minnie Mouse!” he enthuses. (Read more from “Disney Teams up With Transgender TikTok Influencer to Promote Girls Apparel: ‘I Literally Look Like Minnie Mouse!’” HERE)

Jill Biden Courts Drag Queens: ‘This Photo Says It All’

First Lady Jill Biden is wielding her influence in the public sphere by meeting with drag queens while Americans suffer from rising prices and crime under her husband’s administration.

A photo recently surfaced showing Jill Biden posing with drag queens at the San Francisco event space Welcome to Manny’s. The event space describes itself as a “community focused meeting and learning place” that encourages meetings and engagement with “civic leaders, elected officials, artists, activists, changemakers, and each other.”

Welcome to Manny’s shared an image of Jill Biden flanked by five drag queens, declaring that the event space is “unapologetically queer and unapologetically political.”

“This photo says it all – San Francisco queens meeting the First Lady of the United States of America in a civic meeting space in the Mission District of my fair city of San Francisco,” the event space wrote.

“All manner of perversion with the flotus in the middle of it all. What an absolute disgrace,” one remarked. (Read more from “Jill Biden Courts Drag Queens: ‘This Photo Says It All’” HERE)

Poll: Majority of Americans Oppose Biden-McConnell Spending Binge on Ukraine Proxy War

A new CNN poll found that a majority of Americans oppose Congress sending more U.S. aid to Ukraine amid its ongoing conflict with Russia.

Released on Friday, the survey reveals that 55 percent of Americans “say the US Congress should not authorize additional funding to support Ukraine vs. 45% who say Congress should authorize such funding.” The poll additionally found a slight majority (51 percent) expressed sentiments that the U.S. “has already done enough” to help Ukraine in its effort to repel Russia’s invasion, a noticeable change from February 2022, when 62 percent believed America should have “been doing more.”

“When asked specifically about types of assistance the US could provide to Ukraine, there is broader support for help with intelligence gathering (63%) and military training (53%) than for providing weapons (43%), alongside very slim backing for US military forces to participate in combat operations (17%),” the poll found.

What’s also notable about the survey’s findings is the partisan divide on whether the U.S. should continue to financially support Ukraine. While a significant majority of Republicans believe Congress “should not authorize new funding” (71 percent) and that America has “done enough to assist Ukraine” (59 percent), Democrats believe the opposite, with 62 percent supporting more U.S. aid and 61 percent saying America should “do more.”

Most independent voters side with Republicans on such matters, with 55 percent opposing additional Ukraine funding and 56 percent saying the U.S. has “done enough.” (Read more from “Poll: Majority of Americans Oppose Biden-McConnell Spending Binge on Ukraine Proxy War” HERE)
