Judge Says Fani Willis’ Disqualification ‘Possible’ Given Recent Evidence

Judge Scott McAfee said Monday that it is “possible” Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis could be disqualified based on evidence of alleged corruption presented by Trump co-defendant Michael Roman.

Roman filed a motion last month claiming Willis benefited from appointing her romantic partner Nathan Wade as special prosecutor on the case against former President Donald Trump when he used funds earned from his “lucrative” contract to take her on vacations. McAfee said the evidence presented by Roman to date requires maintaining the hearing scheduled for Thursday to determine whether or not Willis should be disqualified from the case, though Willis urged him to dismiss Roman’s motion without a hearing.

“The state has admitted a relationship existed,” McAfee said. “[W]hat remains to be proven is the existence and extent of any financial benefit, again, if there even was one. So because I think it’s possible that the facts alleged by the defendant could result in disqualification, I think an evidentiary hearing must occur to establish the record on those core allegations.”

“I think the issues that point here are, whether a relationship existed, whether that relationship was romantic or non-romantic in nature, when it formed and whether it continues,” he continued. “That’s only relevant because it’s in combination with the question of the existence and extent of any personal benefit.”

Bank statements contained in a filing in Wade’s divorce case revealed he purchased airline tickets to Miami and San Francisco in Willis’ name. In a Friday filing, Roman’s attorney claimed Wade’s gifts to her totaled thousands of dollars.

Trump Likely Won the 2020 Election After All

According to the legacy news networks, social media platforms, various deep state actors, and other corrupt institutions, the 2020 election was the safest and most secure in history and anyone who questioned Joe Biden’s victory was a wacky “election denier.”

That has been the dominant narrative for the past three years, which has produced a chilling effect and caused many to forgo conducting a deep dive concerning whether the 2020 election really was as safe and secure as we have been told it was. . .

In other words, had rampant mail-in voter fraud been prevented in the 2020 election, Donald Trump would have won the Electoral College and been re-elected to a second term.

At this point, you may be wondering how I can be so sure that the 2020 election was tainted by mail-in voter fraud. The answer is simple: The voters have told us so.

In late 2023, the Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports conducted a simple survey to gauge the degree of voter fraud in the 2020 election. We asked 1,085 voters who participated in the 2020 election about their voting behaviors three years prior. To our surprise, the results showed that at least one in five mail-in voters admitted to committing ballot fraud in the 2020 election. Super Bowl Ad Sparks Outrage: “Blasphemous”; Here’s the Ad That Should Have Aired

During one of the early commercial breaks during the 2024 Super Bowl, Come Near aired its ad featuring scenes of people of all sorts washing someone’s feet in emulation of Jesus. But many felt the ad completely missed the Biblical point.

The ad was to highlight HeGetsUs.com, a campaign meant to “remind everyone, including ourselves, that Jesus’ teachings are a warm embrace, not a cold shoulder,” the group’s website reads.

The ad shows a total of twelve scenes of one individual washing another’s feet. Most appear to be white people doing the washing. None feature a minority washing a white man’s feet, and some even seem to be telling white Christians not to be bigoted. That last one, in particular, features a white priest washing the feet of what appears to be a member of the LGBTQ community. Another shows an older white woman washing the feet of a scowling young woman outside a Family Planning Clinic as pro-life protesters stand in the background.

The story of Jesus washing the feet of his disciples is found in John 13:1-17 and is usually taken as a lesson of humility delivered by Jesus to his disciples ahead of the Last Super.

However, many on social media felt the ad was “blasphemous” and did not actually represent the lesson Jesus was attempting to impart to his followers at all.

What Travis Kelce Said to Andy Reid in Super Bowl 2024 Blowup, According to Lip Readers

Travis Kelce joked that he was telling Andy Reid how much he loved him.

Reid quipped how their blowup on the sideline Sunday during Super Bowl 2024 captured his lack of balance.

But the Chiefs star did drop an f-bomb on his head coach, according to lip reader Jeremy Freeman, who told The Post that Kelce’s message to Reid was: “Hey, come on, you f–ker, put me on.”

Another lip reader told the Daily Mail that Kelce screamed, “Keep me in. You f–ker! I’m calm now!”

Tucker Carlson Punches Back at Hillary Clinton Over Putin Interview Criticism

Tucker Carlson fired back at former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Monday, calling her “a child” after she criticized his interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Carlson, a co-founder of the Daily Caller and Daily Caller News Foundation, posted the interview with Putin on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Thursday. Clinton claimed Carlson was a “useful idiot” during an interview that aired Wednesday evening on MSNBC, and Carlson brushed the criticism off during an appearance at the World Government Summit.

“[Hillary Clinton] called this gentleman, this honorable gentleman, that he is playing the role of a … you say it,” Egyptian journalist Emad Eldin Adeeb said, prompting Carlson to say he hadn’t seen Clinton’s interview.

“She’s a child, I don’t listen to her,” Carlson said. “How’s Libya doing?”

Democrats Spun Biden’s Classified Docs as ‘Six Items,’ but Special Counsel Report Reveals It Was 300-Plus

Thursday’s bombshell report by Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded that “President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” And though the material concerned “issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods,” and presented “serious risks to national security,” Hur recommended against charging Biden in his 380-plus-page report, saying it would be “difficult to convince a jury” to convict such “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur’s damning assessment of Biden’s degenerative mental state launched a media frenzy concerning his fitness for office, prompting the president to angrily condemn the report for including what he called “extraneous” matters in a hastily arranged press conference Thursday evening.

Coming on the heels of Biden claiming he had recently conversed with two long-dead foreign leaders, Hur’s conclusion that the president suffered from a “significantly limited” memory as early as 2017 should lead the country — and the Cabinet — to consider Biden’s fitness for president. But the focus on the passages related to Biden’s mental infirmities has distracted from another huge takeaway from the report: the vast amount of top-secret and classified material Biden had removed, stored in unsecured locations, and communicated to the ghostwriter of his memoirs.

Following the FBI’s surprise raid on Mar-a-Lago, headlines blared that former President Trump had retained “more than 300 classified documents” after leaving the White House. In contrast, when news broke that Biden’s attorneys had alerted the National Archives to the discovery of classified documents in a closet at a Washington, D.C., think tank, the accomplice media repeated claims by Biden’s attorney that “’a small number of documents with classified markings’ were discovered as Biden’s personal attorneys were clearing out the offices of the Penn Biden Center.”

A Biden lawyer would later report finding a few additional classified documents at the President’s Delaware home, prompting the FBI to conduct a 12-plus-hour search of the residence. After the search, Biden’s attorney issued a statement acknowledging the “DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials.” The DOJ also seized “for further view personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years,” Biden’s personal attorney announced at the time. Biden Campaign’s Desperate Race-Baiting Attack on Trump Gets Ripped to Shreds by the People

One of the reasons that Joe Biden is doing so badly in the polls is that the American people regard him as a failure when it comes to securing the border. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump does much better on the subject because people believe he would do a better job than Biden. They believe that with good reason, because Trump did do a better job.

That’s made the Biden team and Democrats desperate to change that equation. That’s why they were salivating to have the talking point of Republicans rejecting a border bill so they could try to claim that it’s the Republicans who don’t want the border secure. Why would you codify a horrible bill when all that is required is that Joe Biden enforce existing law? But Biden and the Democrats want to deny that he has the power to keep things in check that Trump had, without any such bill, and they can try blaming Republicans. But Americans weren’t born yesterday, most have been alive under Trump and Biden, and they know the difference. That’s not good for Biden.

But now Biden is down to tossing out race-baiting falsehoods since they can’t compete on honesty or ideas.

So many messed up things in that one deceitful statement from the Biden team.

Let’s start with the falsehood — Trump did not call for “rounding up millions of Latinos.” He called for the deportation of illegal aliens. Is the Biden team actually equating Latinos and illegal aliens? Wow, what a window into how they view Latinos and how insulting and race-baiting the Biden team is being here. Illegal aliens come from all over the world, but the Biden team seems not to understand that. That’s a problem if they don’t comprehend that basic fact. Why Lloyd Austin Is Back in the Hospital

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin is back in the hospital after suffering an “emergent bladder issue.” The good news is that Lloyd appears to be okay and that we knew about this visit, unlike Mr. Austin’s previous hospitalization in January, where he was in the intensive care unit for over a week and didn’t tell anyone about it. He also kept his cancer diagnosis a secret, too (via WaPo):

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was taken to a hospital Sunday to be evaluated for symptoms “suggesting an emergent bladder issue,” the Pentagon said, less than a month after he spent nearly two weeks in intensive care with complications from a surgery to treat prostate cancer.

Maj. Gen. Patrick Ryder, a Pentagon spokesman, said in a statement that Austin’s security team transported him to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center about 2:20 p.m. The White House, Congress, Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks and the Pentagon’s top military officer, Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr., all have been notified, Ryder said in a brief statement.

“At this time, the Secretary is retaining the functions and duties of his office,” Ryder said. “The Deputy Secretary is prepared to assume the functions and duties of the Secretary of Defense, if required. Secretary Austin traveled to the hospital with the unclassified and classified communications systems necessary to perform his duties.

The situation marks the latest health setback for the Pentagon chief, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in December and underwent surgery to treat it Dec. 22. He was taken back to Walter Reed by ambulance from his home in Northern Virginia on Jan. 1 and placed in intensive care for days with side effects that included intense pain and infections of the urinary tract and bladder.

Travis Kelce Body-Checks Coach Andy Reid, Screams In His Face

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce raised eyebrows when, after apparently disagreeing with a call, he approached his 65-year-old head coach Andy Reid and body-checked him, screaming in his face.

According to a report published by NBC News, Reid had decided on a play that did not involve Kelce — and the tight end took issue with being pulled from the field, however briefly.

In the brief clip, which circulated on X during the game, Kelce had to be pulled away from Reid by Kansas City running back Jerick McKinnon. . .

Andy Becht, head coach of the XFL’s St. Louis Battlehawks, made it clear that such actions would never be tolerated in his league.
