Blinken Delivers Strongest Public Rebuke of Israel Yet: ‘Get Out of Gaza’

Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Sunday delivered one of the Biden administration’s strongest public rebukes of Israel, amid its war with Hamas in Gaza.

During a pair of TV interviews, Blinken said the United States wants Israeli forces to “get out of Gaza” amid what he described as “a horrible loss of life of innocent civilians.”

He also said Israel’s tactics in the war have failed to neutralize Hamas and could create a power “vacuum” in the Palestinian territory.

When asked about the US withholding high payload bombs to Israel, America’s ally, Blinken said: “We believe two things. One, you have to have a clear, credible plan to protect civilians, which we haven’t seen. Second, we also need to see a plan for what happens after this conflict in Gaza is over. And we still haven’t seen that because what are we seeing right now? We’re seeing parts of Gaza that Israel has cleared of Hamas, where Hamas is coming back, including in the north, including in Khan Younis.”

He added: “As we look at Rafah, they may go in and have some initial success, but potentially at an incredibly high cost to civilians, but one that is not durable, one that’s not sustainable. And they will be left holding the bag on an enduring insurgency because a lot of armed Hamas will be left, no matter what they do in Rafah, or if they leave and get out of Gaza, as we believe they need to do. Then you’re going to have a vacuum and a vacuum that’s likely to be filled by chaos, by anarchy, and ultimately by Hamas again.” (Read more from “Blinken Delivers Strongest Public Rebuke of Israel Yet: ‘Get Out of Gaza’” HERE)

Howard University Cancels Graduation Mid-Ceremony After Family Members Riot

A graduation ceremony for nursing students at Howard University ended abruptly and in chaos after angry family members chanted “Let us in!” and pounded on the doors and smashed a window after being locked out when the auditorium hit capacity.

Loved ones of students in the College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences packed into the Cramton Auditorium in Washington, DC, on Thursday, but not all relatives made it inside the building before the ceremony was abruptly canceled during the keynote address.

Chaotic video footage shows dozens of people standing outside the auditorium chanting “Let us in! Let us in!” as the ceremony began.

Pictures showed a glass door had been shattered during the commotion as people banged on the doors and tried to push past security to go inside.

“While they were doing the keynote speaker, there was, like, loud banging, even before that, for like 10 minutes straight,” graduate Bria Flowers told NBC Washington. “Just like boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.” (Read more from “Howard University Cancels Graduation Mid-Ceremony After Family Members Riot” HERE)

Pfizer Settles Over 10,000 Cancer Lawsuits

In a development that has largely flown under the radar, pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has quietly agreed to settle over 10,000 lawsuits tied to cancer risks associated with the popular antacid Zantac, according to federal prosecutors.

The lawsuits alleged that Pfizer concealed the cancer risks posed by Zantac, a widely used heartburn medication. The settlements cover cases filed across state courts in the United States, although the financial details of the agreements have not been disclosed to the public.

While the settlements mark a significant step in resolving the litigation surrounding Zantac, they do not entirely absolve Pfizer of its exposure to claims related to the drug. The news of the settlements is likely to provide some relief to investors, as concerns about the potential financial liabilities stemming from Zantac lawsuits had previously impacted the company’s market value.

Pfizer’s decision to settle comes amidst ongoing scrutiny over the safety and transparency of pharmaceutical products. Critics argue that the case highlights broader issues within the pharmaceutical industry, including allegations of deceptive marketing practices and suppression of critical information regarding product safety.

The controversy surrounding Zantac adds to the growing list of concerns surrounding Pfizer and other pharmaceutical companies, particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. While Pfizer has emphasized that it ceased the production of Zantac more than 15 years ago, questions remain about the company’s handling of the drug and its potential health risks.

Despite the settlement, the fallout from the Zantac litigation underscores broader concerns about the pharmaceutical industry’s accountability and the need for increased transparency in drug safety regulation.

The Latest Stormy Daniels Update Proves This Trial Is a Total Circus

You don’t need to follow the Stormy Daniels trial because you already know it’s a trainwreck. The jury selection process was a disaster, and this case is why we shouldn’t have political trials. No one can be impartial. It shouldn’t shock anyone if Trump is convicted since the pool seems to be comprised of left-leaning, Trump-hating consumers of liberal media. It’s the weakest case against the former president, but with the lawfare front waning for liberals, they will give it everything they have.

You’d think Trump kidnapped the Lindbergh baby regarding the hyperbolic coverage. We knew this trial was going to be a circus. The revelation that Daniels believes she can talk with dead people has reached a new level. Yes, you read that right: the former adult entertainer claims she’s a medium, even going so far as to allege evil spirits possessed a former boyfriend. MSNBC had a lengthy segment on this cross-examination:

I don’t know how to read into all of this. It was already bad enough that the charges against Trump, falsifying business records, reached the trial phase. Most legal matters seldom reach this stage, as plea agreements are usually the conclusion, with jail time never being on the table. Those rare cases where prison time was handed down rarely extended beyond a month. It’s a sham and has become a Destination Fear episode.

Trump’s Fraud Trial Judge Faces Probe After Hotshot Attorney Claims He Tried to Advise Him in $454M Case

The judge in Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial is now under investigation after a hotshot New York real estate attorney claimed he gave him unsolicited advice ahead of the hotly-anticipated multi-million-dollar ruling, according to a report.

Attorney Adam Leitman Bailey told NBC New York that he spoke to Judge Arthur Engoron three weeks before he made his final judgment in the former president’s case, where he found Mr Trump, his two oldest sons, as well as their Trump Organization associates and properties liable for $464m for falsely inflating his assets.

“I actually had the ability to speak to him three weeks ago,” Mr Bailey told the outlet on February 16, the date of the judge’s decision.

“I saw him in the corner [near the courthouse] and I told my client, ‘I need to go.’ And I walked over and we started talking … I wanted him to know what I think and why…I really want him to get it right.”

This claim prompted the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct to launch an investigation into the alleged interaction, NBC News reported. The commission’s administrator Robert Tembeckjian declined to comment on behalf of the judicial body, saying it “is constrained by a strict confidentiality statute.” (Read more from “Trump’s Fraud Trial Judge Faces Probe After Hotshot Attorney Claims He Tried to Advise Him in $454M Case” HERE)

Biden Calls North Korean Dictator Kim Jong Un President of South Korea in Latest World Leader Blunder

President Biden referred to North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un as the president of South Korea on Friday in his latest gaffe involving world leaders.

Biden, 81, was in the middle of attacking his 2024 opponent, former President Donald Trump, over his close relationship with the dictator when he made the blunder.

“We’ll never forget his love letters for the South Korean President Kim Jong Un or his admiration for Putin — what a great leader Putin is,” the president said during remarks at a campaign reception in Portola Valley, Calif.

Biden’s mistake comes just over a year after he hosted South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol at the White House for a lavish state dinner. . .

Biden stumbled over Yoon’s name in May of 2022 during a trip to South Korea, referring to him as “President Moon” in remarks after touring a Samsung micro-chip facility. (Read more from “Biden Calls North Korean Dictator Kim Jong Un President of South Korea in Latest World Leader Blunder” HERE)

Predictable Insanity: Homosexuals Sue State Over Denial of IVF Benefits

A former New York assistant district attorney and his husband on Thursday filed a class-action lawsuit against New York City, Mayor Eric Adams, former mayor Bill de Blasio and other city leaders in a landmark case for the rights of gay men who want to conceive children in the US.

Corey Briskin, 35, and Nicholas Maggipinto, 38, allege that New York’s definition of infertility discriminates against same-sex male couples, violating federal and state civil rights laws.

The lawsuit follows Briskin and Maggipinto’s 2022 complaint to the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If they succeed, they will set a legal precedent that defines all gay men as infertile regardless of their medical history, and employers across the US will be under pressure to offer the same fertility benefits to gay men as they do to women and heterosexual couples.

Briskin began working for the city of New York in 2017 – a year after his marriage to Maggipinto – and both he and his spouse were entitled to healthcare coverage with EmblemHealth through the city’s comprehensive benefits plan. When they began researching their reproductive options that year and read the wording of the EmblemHealth policy, they discovered that, as gay men, they were the only class of people to be excluded from IVF coverage. They were not seeking for the cost of surrogacy to be covered.

The policy defines infertility as the inability to conceive a child after 12 months of unprotected heterosexual sex, or through intrauterine insemination. Straight people, lesbians and single women employed by New York City’s government are therefore eligible for infertility benefits covering the cost of IVF, but same-sex male couples can never qualify. Biden Now Under Investigation for 2024 ‘Election Interference’

The undue influences on the 2020 presidential election already are well known: The $400 million plus that Mark Zuckerberg handed out to elections officials who largely used it to recruit voters in Democrat districts as well as the FBI’s stunning, and wrong, description of details from the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation.

Now it’s suspected the Biden administration itself is working to interfere in the coming vote.

It would be coming through Biden’s “access to voting” executive order that he imposed when he took office.

A report from PJMedia explained that directs federal agencies, using tax money, to boost voter registration promotions and censor what it deems to be “misinformation.”

Included are a number of Democrat Party agenda points and practices. (Read more from “Biden Now Under Investigation for 2024 ‘Election Interference’” HERE)

Border Patrol Agent Accused of Child Pornography Production and Distribution

A Border Patrol agent with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has been charged by a grand jury in Arizona for allegedly producing and distributing child pornography, along with possessing an illegal firearm, federal prosecutors announced on Friday.

Nereo Mejia Gomez, Jr., 41, residing in Yuma, faces serious charges including one count of production of child pornography, multiple counts of distribution and possession of child pornography, and one count of possession of an unregistered firearm, as stated by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Arizona.

According to court documents, Gomez is accused of producing pornographic material involving a minor girl between November 2022 and March 2023, when the girl was aged 15 and 16 respectively. It is alleged that he knowingly distributed these materials within and outside the United States. Additionally, Gomez purportedly distributed related materials involving a minor on five occasions between February and March 2024. Authorities claim to have found Gomez in possession of such materials, including one depicting “a prepubescent minor or a minor who had not attained 12 years of age,” with the alleged intent to view them.

The court documents also allege that Gomez possessed a short-barreled L.A.R. MFG Grizzly-15 firearm that was not registered to him.

Gomez, who served as an agent at the Yuma Sector of the Border Patrol, is reportedly cooperating with Homeland Security Investigations regarding the case.

If found guilty, Gomez could face severe penalties, including imprisonment for 15 to 30 years for the production of child pornography and up to 20 years for each count of distributing and possessing child pornography. The charge of possessing an unregistered firearm carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison. Additionally, all child exploitation counts carry the potential for a fine of up to $250,000 and a lifetime term of supervised release, as stated in the prosecutor’s statement.
