Biden Calls Kamala Harris ‘Vice President Trump’ at Top of Error-Laden ‘Big Boy’ Press Conference: ‘Qualified to Be President’

President Biden stunned journalists Thursday by confusing Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump at a closely watched press conference — shortly after he mixed up Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky at a different event.

“Look, I wouldn’t have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president if I think she’s not qualified to be president,” the 81-year-old said to gasps and groans from journalists at the annual NATO summit.

Biden spoke with a soft, raspy voice, frequently paused to cough, and at points lost his train of thought at what his aides had promoted as a “big boy press conference” at Washington’s Convention Center.

The event had been called to dispel mounting Democratic clamor for Biden to step aside after a confused June 27 debate against Trump — but the commander in chief ended up compounding those concerns by making contradictory remarks, forgetting questions and giving rambling answers that didn’t directly address the subject he had been asked about.

Trump, the 78-year-old presumptive Republican nominee, quickly ridiculed his successor in a statement on social media.

IDF Releases Findings on Why Oct. 7 Mass Slaughter Wasn’t Stopped

The Israel Defense Forces’ new report includes its findings from a military probe into some of the failings on Oct. 7, presenting them initially to residents of Kibbutz Be’eri, one of the worst-hit communities on that “Black Sabbath.”

The specially convened presentation took place at a Dead Sea hotel, where internally displaced refugees have been staying since their homes were largely destroyed by Hamas terrorists. While providing some answers, the probe left significant questions hanging, and the report neither assuaged some of the community’s pent-up fury amid its ongoing trauma, nor did it restore trust in the army. There are those who wonder aloud whether that sacred bond between the IDF – a largely conscript army – and the people, particularly those who felt bereft and abandoned on Oct. 7, will ever be fully repaired. It was more than just 1,200 people Hamas terrorists annihilated that day; they also damaged – perhaps irreparably – the “stickiness” that helps hold Israeli society together. . .

The investigators spent hundreds of hours sifting through residents’ WhatsApp messages, reviewing both Israeli and Hamas radio communications, checking surveillance footage and aerial reconnaissance, as well as interviewing survivors and those who fought in the battle to save the kibbutz and its residents. Supplemental intelligence was also gathered from interrogating captured Hamas terrorists.

However, several critical questions – and ones that may not get resolved without a full commission of inquiry – were left unanswered.

These include why military forces did not enter the kibbutz for several hours – despite the desperate pleas of those trapped behind its yellow sliding electric gate. This issue seemed to be partly explained by the fact that although defenders did arrive in numbers, nobody took overall command of the kibbutz’s defense. And certainly nobody decided to go in at once and attempt to take out the Hamas fighters. This was not expressly said, but the general chaos of hundreds of terrorists swarming around – with dead bodies liberally scattered across roads and fields – added to the confusion. More than 100 civilians and 31 security personnel were slain at the kibbutz, which had a pre-invasion population of about 1,000, while 30 other residents and two additional civilians were kidnapped to Gaza. Eleven of them remain in captivity. At one point, the attackers outnumbered the defenders by 340 to 26.

Airline Facing Massive Lawsuit After Passenger Alleges She Was Left With ‘Disfiguring Burns’

A JetBlue customer from Connecticut is suing the airline for negligence after claiming she was left with “extreme burns” from hot tea she claims was spilled on her during a turbulent flight.

According to a lawsuit filed in a Connecticut District Court, Tahjana Lewis alleged her flight on JetBlue May 15 from Orlando, Florida, to Hartford, Connecticut, left her with severe burns on her chest and lap.

Lewis said that when a passenger seated in the row in front of her requested a cup of hot tea, the contents spilled onto her as it was being served by a flight attendant.

The lawsuit alleges a JetBlue flight attendant served “unreasonably and dangerously hot” tea and heated the water to be “scalding hot and capable of causing disfiguring burns.”

Lewis said she had “severe burns” to her upper chest, breasts, legs, left buttocks and right arm. (Read more from “Airline Facing Massive Lawsuit After Passenger Alleges She Was Left With ‘Disfiguring Burns'” HERE)

Report: CEO Friend of Joe Biden Says ‘No Way’ He’s Dropping Out, ‘Hates’ Party Elite, ‘Will Tell Everyone Else to F*** Off’

A CEO friend of President Joe Biden reportedly said that there is “no way” the president is dropping out, that he “hates” the party elite, and that he will tell them all to “f**k off.”

According to Charles Gasparino, senior contributor to Fox Business and columnist for the New York Post, a CEO who knows Joe Biden closely said that the president will stay in the race and that he will not bow down to party elites.

“NO F**KING WAY he’s dropping out,” the friend reportedly said.

“Joe Biden couldnt care less what the elite in his party thinks, what the elite fundraisers think or anyone else. He really hates them; he’ll take their money but he knows they look down on him as some rube,” the friend reportedly added.

“Plus he thinks he earned the presidency after trying so many times and there’s no way he’s giving it up to go down in history as a loser who dropped out because he isn’t tough enough. He only cares about his wife and family and he will tell everyone else to f**k off,” the friend reportedly concluded. Under a Quarter of Adults Think Biden is ‘Mentally Sharp’ After Disastrous Debate: Poll

President Joe Biden‘s debate performance two weeks ago has only heightened concerns about his mental acuity among the public, according to a new poll.

A Pew Research Center poll released Thursday shows that only 24% of adults would say that “mentally sharp” describes Biden very or fairly well, compared to 58% who would say it describes former President Donald Trump very or fairly well. The figure for Biden continues a drop from a March 2021 peak of 54% believing “mentally sharp” described the president very or fairly well.

Biden has higher ratings for honesty than Trump, 48% to 36%, while adults believe Trump to be mean-spirited at a higher rate than Biden, 64% to 31%.

One trait in which adults believe Biden and Trump are equal is whether they are “embarrassing,” with 63% saying that it describes both men very or fairly well, according to the survey.

When the pollster surveyed registered voters, it found that Trump leads Biden, 50%-47%, head-to-head, in another bruising result for the president. (Read more from “Under a Quarter of Adults Think Biden is ‘Mentally Sharp’ After Disastrous Debate: Poll” HERE)

January 6 Probationer Appeals Judge’s Latest ‘Disinformation’ Monitoring Order

Afederal judge’s renewed order to monitor Jan. 6 probationer Daniel Goodwyn’s computers for alleged “disinformation” — already struck down once in 2024 — is headed back to the U.S. Court of Appeals.

Senior Judge Reggie Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on July 10 denied an emergency stay of his order to monitor Goodwyn’s computer, claiming his new mandate addresses the objections originally made by the Court of Appeals.

Defense attorney Carolyn Stewart filed an appeal a short time later with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, saying Judge Walton’s ruling does not follow the law and violates Goodwyn’s constitutionally protected right to free speech.

“The judge’s reasons don’t meet the standard required of computer use in or directly related to the crime, and particularly the Appeals Court’s order for ‘least restrictive means’ and constitutional protections,” Stewart told Blaze News.

Walton’s new monitoring order is the latest salvo in a war first triggered by Goodwyn’s March 2023 appearance on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Fox News. The judge accused Goodwyn of going on national television and spreading false information about Jan. 6 and minimizing his conduct that day. Biden Campaign Polling Harris Against Trump as Democratic Lawmakers Tease More Defections

Members of President Biden’s own re-election effort think he has no chance of defeating Republican Donald Trump following last month’s debate debacle — and have been quietly polling Vice President Kamala Harris in the ticket’s top spot should the 81-year-old step aside.

“He needs to drop out,” one Biden campaign official told NBC News of the president. “He will never recover from this.”

“No one involved in the effort thinks he has a path,” another source told the outlet.

The internal surveys, reported by the New York Times, pitting Harris, 59, against the 78-year-old Trump likely serve one of two purposes, according to Democratic pollster John Zogby, founder of an eponymous marketing and political consulting firm.

Either Harris “does worse, and [shows] that Biden has a reason to stay in the race,” he said, or, “more than likely, they’re testing to see if he can hand the reins of the campaign over to her.” (Read more from “Biden Campaign Polling Harris Against Trump as Democratic Lawmakers Tease More Defections” HERE)

White House Screened Cabinet Officials’ Questions for Biden During Rare Meetings With Prez: Report

President Biden’s Cabinet members have been emphatic that the commander-in-chief is sharp and probative behind closed doors.

However, the 81-year-old chief executive’s interactions with key members of his administration are actually pre-scripted and carefully choreographed — with aides going over questions and discussion points with Cabinet secretaries ahead of time.

Biden has not convened a meeting of his full Cabinet since Oct. 2, 2023, nine months ago.

“The entire display is kind of an act,” one source told CNN of the closed-door get-togethers. “They would come and say, ‘Hey, the president is going to call on you about 25 minutes in and ask this question. What are the bullet points you’ll respond with?’”

One unidentified Cabinet secretary told the outlet that they were unclear on the status of Biden’s health or cognitive performance because they met with the president so infrequently. Source: Biden Campaign Believes Obama is Working ‘Behind the Scenes’ to ‘Orchestrate’ Calls to Step Down

President Joe Biden’s campaign thinks former President Barack Obama is secretly coordinating the growing push for the president to drop out of the race, “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough asserted on Thursday.

Obama allies have pounced on Biden as the president and his team strive to maintain his standing as the presumptive Democratic nominee following his disastrous debate performance. The Biden campaign and “Democratic officials” suspect Obama himself is behind the effort, Scarborough said, adding he believes it will backfire.

“What’s going on behind the scenes is the Biden campaign and many Democratic officials do believe that Barack Obama is quietly working behind the scenes to orchestrate this,” Scarborough said. “And if Joe Biden believes that, that’s not going to get him out of the race any faster. Any time David Axelrod attacks him, David Axelrod ensures that Joe Biden will dig himself in another day. Any time the pod bros say something nasty about Joe Biden, which they have repeatedly said nasty things about Joe Biden, before the debate, after the debate. Every time they do that, he digs in a little bit further.”

Famous Comedian’s Former Friend Reportedly Sues Him For Millions In Sex Tape Scandal: REPORT

Kevin Hart’s former friend, J.T. Jackson, reportedly filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the comedian in relation to a sex tape scandal dating back to 2017.

The newly filed court documents noted the two came to a settlement agreement in 2021, but Jackson alleged Hart breached the terms of his agreement by failing to use the appropriate language in his public apology to him, according to TMZ. The scandal unfolded when a sex tape featuring Hart and Montia Sabbag surfaced and Hart accused Jackson of being involved in the filming and sharing of the video. Jackson argued the allegations were baseless and settled with Hart on the assumption that his reputation would be repaired, according to TMZ.

Jackson said the 2021 agreement included a public apology with specific wording included and with the intention of helping to rehabilitate Jackson’s reputation. Jackson required the apology to clear his name and allow him to work in the industry. He claimed the public statement was written out in advance, but Hart deviated from the prepared wording and veered off without saying Jackson had nothing to do with the alleged extortion plot, according to TMZ.

The court documents alleged Jackson was deprived of the benefits embraced in the deal when Hart changed the critical wording that was agreed upon.

Jackson was initially charged with attempted extortion, attempted concealing and selling stolen property, unauthorized use of personal ID and identity theft in connection to the alleged leaking of the tape. All charges have since been dropped, according to TMZ. (Read more from “Famous Comedian’s Former Friend Reportedly Sues Him For Millions In Sex Tape Scandal: REPORT” HERE)
