Potential ActBlue Criminal Charges Over Possible Fraud Donations Once Again Reveal the Dems’ Fraud Campaign

ActBlue, the Democratic fundraising platform that has collected millions of dollars for Kamala Harris, is facing potential criminal charges in five states over allegations that it fraudulently exploited unwitting donors to get around campaign finance laws.

The GOP-led Committee on House Administration has been investigating claims that fraudulent donations are being laundered to ActBlue in the form of gift cards and prepaid credit cards.

Chairman Bryan Steil (R-Wis.) on Wednesday referred his committee’s findings of “potential criminal activity” to the Republican attorneys general of Arkansas, Florida, Missouri, Texas and Virginia for further investigation.

Money laundering experts working for the committee analyzed over 200 million Federal Election Commission records spanning the last 14 years to identify suspicious trends such as hundreds of donations of $2.50 from the same individual. Kamala Harris Will Reportedly Skip Catholic Charity Dinner, Breaking Tradition

Vice President Kamala Harris will reportedly skip the Al Smith charity dinner in New York on Oct. 17.

The Harris campaign informed organizers that the Democratic candidate will break tradition by ditching the annual event, which benefits Catholic Charities. Harris will avoid approximately 1,500 guests and lighthearted roasts in Midtown Manhattan and instead plans to campaign in a battleground state, according to CNN.

Comedian Jim Gaffigan is set to host the 2024 Al Smith Dinner. Gaffigan, who called former President Donald Trump “a liar and a criminal” following his 2020 Republican National Convention (RNC) speech, posted an invitation for the annual event to social media on Sept. 6 before Harris revealed she will not be attending.

“I’m so honored to be MC-ing this year’s Al Smith Memorial Dinner on October 17. Too bad I don’t recognize those two names in the middle of the invitation. Anyone ever heard of them?” Gaffigan wrote as the caption to a photo of an invitation featuring both presidential candidates’ names.

The Trump campaign confirmed the GOP nominee still plans to attend the 2024 Al Smith Dinner, Archdiocese spokesperson Joseph Zwilling told the New York Post.

Trump has a reputation for torching his opponents at the annual event, which was first held in 1945. In 2016, Trump famously blasted failed 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton — who was also in attendance — as corrupt. Trump took jabs at Clinton’s WikiLeaks scandal and “nasty woman” tagline as cameras captured Clinton’s reactions in real time. Who Exactly Is Running the Country? Certainly Appears to Be Jill Biden — And Not Joe

It’s easy to forget because he’s usually invisible but we still have Joe Biden as president for four months.

That’s a scary prospect considering his obvious cognitive decline. He’s spent almost half his presidency goofing off and being shielded from scrutiny but the situation is rapidly getting worse.

The fate of the free world should not be left in the hands of a man who can’t remember where he is or what he’s meant to be doing at any given moment. . .

The whole thing was an embarrassment. Starting with the fact that the Quad leaders were not being hosted with dignity at the White House and instead were housed at the rundown Hotel DuPont in Biden’s podunk hometown and had to hold their summit at Archmere Academy, the posh Catholic prep school Biden attended while his younger brothers had to content themselves with the local public school.

At least the Quad leaders got individual tours of Joe’s palatial estate, which has been off limits to the media due to fascinating speculation about how the self-described “poorest man in Congress” could afford such luxury, a Georgian pile Joe had built by master craftsmen from Bryn Mawr on a lake in the ritziest neighborhood in Delaware, an upgrade from his former Du Pont mansion. Awkward Moment Biden Fumbles, Snaps at Staffers After Forgetting He Was Supposed to Introduce Indian Prime Minister to Stage

A confused-looking President Biden fumbled and snapped at staffers after forgetting which world leader he was supposed to introduce at a press conference event during the Quad summit Saturday.

Biden, 81, was supposed to call India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the stage, but appeared to be unsure which of the three visiting heads of government he was meant to name.

“Thank you all for being here and now, uhh, who am I introducing next? Who’s next?” Biden shouted after wrapping up his remarks.

An announcer then revealed that Modi — the head of the world’s largest democracy — was up next and the prime minister came up and shook hands with Biden soon thereafter.

The outgoing president has been hosting allies of the four-nation Quad alliance at his home in Wilmington, Delaware, for a short, two-day summit as foreign leaders travel to the US for the United Nations General Assembly meeting. Did Lloyd Austin Unlawfully Rescind the 9/11 Terrorist Plea Deal?

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin may not have had the authority to revoke the plea deal he promised the 9/11 terrorist attack masterminds.

In July, Austin decided last-minute to rescind a plea deal for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi after it triggered nationwide outrage.

Austin caved to political pressure after Democrats feared the plea agreements would make the Biden-Harris Administration look bad— especially for Vice President Kamala Harris as she campaigns for the 2024 election.

The terrorist attack masterminds initially agreed to plead guilty to a slew of charges, including the murder of 3,000 people, in exchange for removing the death penalty.

However, a New York Times report suggests a judge will likely shoot down Austin’s decision to revoke a plea deal, saying it was “Too late in the game.” (Read more from “Did Lloyd Austin Unlawfully Rescind the 9/11 Terrorist Plea Deal?” HERE)

NFL Player Claims ‘God Told Me’ to Put on Seat Belt Just Before Car Wreck

Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is crediting God for telling him to put on his seat belt only minutes before a frightening car wreck that occurred in August.

Andrews was heading toward the Ravens’ team facility for training camp on August 14 when his 2014 Toyota Tundra was involved in a two-car crash.

Now, Andrews is telling fans that God spoke to him through the sound of the seat belt chime that reminded him to put on his restraints only minutes before the accident.

“I just thought about people probably wake up in the hospital and have the moment of the last thing they hear is the seatbelt sound,” Andrews said. “And that’s kind of like a moment of like, ‘Oh crap, I should put it on.’ And then I put it on, and two minutes later, I got in that wreck,” Andrews said during an appearance on The Lounge podcast.

“I knew that if I wasn’t wearing my seat belt, I’d be slung all over the place. It saved my life. God had told me that, when I heard the seat belt sound, he told me to put it on,” the player added. (Read more from “NFL Player Claims ‘God Told Me’ to Put on Seat Belt Just Before Car Wreck” HERE)

Mike Johnson Unveils New Spending Bill With Bolstered Secret Service Funding

Speaker Mike Johnson introduced a short term spending bill on Sunday that includes $231 million of additional funding for the U.S. Secret Service.

Johnson’s new continuing resolution (CR), which will fund the government through Dec. 20, is set to be voted on less than a week before Friday’s fiscal deadline in order to avert a government shutdown. Johnson introduced the three month continuing resolution after his first funding bill, that included an attached bill requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration, failed a vote in the House on Wednesday.

“While this is not the solution any of us prefer, it is the most prudent path forward under the present circumstances,” Johnson said in a letter Sunday. “As history has taught and current polling affirms, shutting the government down less than 40 days from a fateful election would be an act of political malpractice.”

“From now until election day, I will continue with my tireless efforts and singular focus of growing our majority for the 119th Congress,” Johnson continued. “It is my great honor to serve with you all in these historic days. The future of our exceptional nation directly depends upon our success, and I am confident that together we will prevail!”

Johnson’s initial CR was scheduled for a vote the previous week on Sept. 11, but was abruptly pulled by the speaker that same day in order to “build consensus” within the party before he reintroduced the bill. Johnson’s six-month CR and attached SAVE Act was blocked by 14 Republicans, who mainly cited fiscal concerns, as well as 206 Democrats. Here’s How a Venezuelan Gang Was Able to Infiltrate the US and Wreak Havoc in Major Cities

A notorious Venezuelan gang is extending its tentacles into the U.S. on the back of the Biden-Harris administration’s border crisis, and experts say that immigration authorities have no way of identifying the criminal group’s members before they hit American soil.

The gang, known as Tren de Aragua, has made headlines in recent weeks with its criminal activities in multiple states, according to multiple reports. Yet, border authorities have virtually zero tools to detect Venezuelan migrants’ affiliations with the gang, as the U.S.’ diplomatic relationship with the beleaguered country is effectively on ice, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“We have next to no vetting for the Venezuelans who are entering the country, because we have no relationship with the government of Venezuela and that’s true of other migrant nationalities,” Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, told the DCNF. “We have no way of knowing whether they were in prison in Venezuela. We have no idea if they’ve been living in a third-world country for years before they tried to come to the United States. We’re essentially letting them in on their word.”

A hotel in El Paso, Texas, was shut down on Sept. 9 following an investigation into Tren de Aragua and other gangs’ use of the complex where alleged incidents of drug use and prostitution occurred, according to the El Paso Times. Additionally, the Dallas Police Department confirmed to the DCNF that there is an ongoing investigation into the gang’s activities in the area.

“We’re really not seeing Tren de Aragua operate in McAllen or Del Rio, or anything else like that,” Ammon Blair, former Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agent and senior fellow at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, told the DCNF. “But they are operating in El Paso, because it’s a major city … there’s a large diaspora of Venezuelans there.” (Read more from “Here’s How a Venezuelan Gang Was Able to Infiltrate the US and Wreak Havoc in Major Cities” HERE)

Kamala Harris Rambles On For Nearly Three Minutes When Asked What She Will Do To Secure The Border; VP Gets Called Out by Oprah Winfrey for Dodging Question at Campaign Event, Again Offers No Proposals (VIDEO)

By Daily Caller. Vice President Kamala Harris gave a meandering response to a question about how she would address illegal immigration during a Thursday night forum hosted by Oprah Winfrey.

Illegal immigration has become a prominent issue in the 2024 campaign after a series of crimes involving illegal immigrants, including the murders of Rachel Morin, Laken Riley and Jocelyn Nungaray and the struggles experienced after an influx of over 20,000 Haitian migrants into the city of Springfield, Ohio. Harris initially discussed her background as attorney general of California and a prosecutor before turning her attention to the demise of a bipartisan border bill.

“This is not a theoretical issue for me, this is something I have actually worked on,” Harris told Justin, a black man who asked her what she would do to secure the border. “I have prosecuted transnational criminal organizations for the trafficking of guns, drugs and human beings. I take very seriously the importance of having a secure border and ensuring the safety of the American people.”

The Senate failed to invoke cloture on a motion to begin debate on legislation combining foreign aid and border security negotiated by Republican Sen. James Lankford of Oklahoma, Democratic Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut and Independent Sen. Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona by a vote of 50-49 on Feb. 7.

Kamala Harris Gets Called Out by Oprah Winfrey for Dodging Question at Campaign Event, Again Offers No Proposals (VIDEO)

By New York Post. Kamala Harris on Thursday night attended a star-studded campaign event hosted by Oprah Winfrey, who was forced to nudge the vice president to get to the point during a rambling response to a policy question posed by the audience.

The two-hour “Unite for America” livestream event from Michigan was meant to highlight the grassroots organizers who are backing Harris and give voters an opportunity to ask her about her platform — but the Democratic presidential nominee didn’t offer any new policy proposals. . .

The “Unite for America” event was meant to reach a large number of voters through Winfrey’s presence and a number of simultaneous streaming platforms on social media.

A wide list of celebrities like Chris Rock and Ben Stiller, who said they were voting for Harris, also tuned in to the event. (Read more from “Kamala Harris Gets Called Out by Oprah Winfrey for Dodging Question at Campaign Event, Again Offers No Proposals (VIDEO)” HERE)

WATCH: Harris Promises to Shoot Someone if They Break Into Her House

In another instance of “rules for thee but not for me,” Kamala Harris, on record as wanting to ban all of whatever she describes as “assault” weapons, on record as calling for mandatory gun confiscations, on record as demanding her right to walk into any home to check whether legal gun owners are storing their equipment properly, now has threatened to shoot anyone who breaks into her home.

“If somebody breaks into my house, they’re getting shot,” she stated. “Sorry, probably shouldn’t have said that! Ha ha ha!”

The Gateway Pundit turned blunt, “Gun Control Hypocrite Kamala Harris Admits on Live TV That She and Walz Are Gun Owners and She Would Shoot Intruders, Then Regrets Saying It.” . . .

The report said, “The hypocrisy is glaring. Here is a woman who has championed gun control measures for years, pushing for an assault weapons ban, mandatory gun buyback programs, and tighter restrictions on law-abiding gun owners—yet she is quick to admit she would use her firearm.”

The report continued, “For many, Harris’s sudden revelation about owning a gun, followed by her admission that she would shoot an intruder, is the ultimate example of liberal hypocrisy. How can someone so vehemently advocate for gun control while simultaneously enjoying the protection of a firearm?” (Read more from “WATCH: Harris Promises to Shoot Someone if They Break Into Her House” HERE)
