Alleged School Shooter Was on FBI’s Radar for Over a Year

Colt Gray, the teen suspected of gunning down four people at a Georgia high school Wednesday, has been on the FBI’s radar since last year — when he was investigated by local authorities in connection to online school shooting threats, the bureau revealed.

In May 2023, the FBI received several anonymous tips about threats to carry out violence at an unidentified school, with the harrowing posts including photos of guns, according to a Wednesday night statement from the bureau’s Atlanta field office.

The Jackson County Sheriffs’ Office identified Gray, then 13, as a possible suspect and interviewed him and his father.

Gray’s dad told investigators at the time that he had hunting guns in the house — but his son didn’t have unsupervised access to them, according to the statement . .

There was no probable cause to take any further action, however local schools were alerted “for continued monitoring” of Gray, per the statement.

Iconic Photo: Tim Walz’s Family Members Reveal Support for Trump

Several family members of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the Democrat Party’s vice presidential nominee, have come out in support of Republican presidential nominee former President Donald Trump.

A photo shared by Charles Herbster, a former Republican gubernatorial candidate for Nebraska, showed several people wearing blue t-shirts with the words, “Nebraska Walz’s for Trump.”

The people in the photo wearing shirts supporting Trump are related to Walz on his grandfather’s brother’s side, a representative confirmed to the Daily Mail.

Former President Donald Trump responded to the photo in Truth Social post by thanking Jeff Walz, the brother of the Minnesota governor.

“Thank you very much, Jeff,” Trump wrote in his post. “It is a Great Honor to have your Endorsement. I look forward to meeting you soon!” (Read more from “Iconic Photo: Tim Walz’s Family Members Reveal Support for Trump” HERE)

Court Says Improperly Dated Mail Ballots Must Be Counted, in ‘Untethered and Unprecedented’ Ruling

A Pennsylvania court Friday sided with left-wing special interests, blocking the state from enforcing part of a law that required mail ballots to be properly dated in order to be counted.

In a 4-1 ruling, which saw President Judge Renée Cohn Jubelirer — elected as a Republican — side with three elected Democrat judges, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania majority sided with the left-leaning American Civil Liberties Union and the Black Political Empowerment Project, among others, declaring the “strict enforcement” of state law (Act 77) requiring election officials to reject improperly dated or undated mail-in ballots “unconstitutional.”

Calling the decision a “wholesale abandonment of common sense” made in an “untethered and unprecedented fashion,” Judge Patricia A. McCullough described in a scathing dissent how the court majority bent over backward to ensure Pennsylvania voters did not have to date their mail-in ballots:

“[T]o reach its desired end, the Majority today (1) finds jurisdiction where it does not exist, (2) ignores more than a century of sound Pennsylvania Supreme Court precedent interpreting the Free and Equal Elections Clause, (3) applies strict scrutiny without any authority for doing so, (4) accepts Petitioners’ invitation to usurp the role of the General Assembly and re-write Act 77 of 2019 (Act 77), and, in a twist of tragic irony, (5) voids altogether absentee and mail-in voting in Pennsylvania.”

Act 77 was passed in 2019 as part of Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting law. State statute includes the requirement that “an absentee ‘elector shall. . .fill out, date and sign the declaration printed on’ the second, or outer, envelope ‘on which is printed the form of declaration of the elector,’” as cited in the majority opinion. Look Who’s Using Social Media to Impersonate American Voters and Spread Divisive Narratives

A new report has found Chinese operatives are using social media platforms to impersonate American voters and spread divisive narratives about issues in the U.S., particularly social issues, and political conversations around the 2024 presidential election.

Graphika, a company that analyzes online social media behaviors, published their report titled “The #Americans” Tuesday, detailing how Spamouflage – a Chinese state-linked influence operation – has become increasingly aggressive on social media platforms, using personas disguised as Americans to sew divisive narratives.

Spamouflage is an influence operation first monitored by Graphika in 2019. Active on over 40 online platforms, it uses inauthentic accounts to promote pro-China and anti-Western narratives. Graphika determined the origins of the operation are linked to the Chinese government.

Graphika’s ATLAS intelligence reporting, which analyzes real-time intelligence and data, identified over a dozen accounts claiming to be American citizens, fifteen Spamouflage accounts were found on X, while one account was found on TikTok.

These accounts all claim to be American citizens, and have been found to be sowing doubt in the U.S. electoral process, while also targeting social issues like gun control, racial inequality, and the conflict between Israel and Hamas. Analysts state much of the content was likely generated through the use of artificial intelligence. Tim Walz Ignores Question on How He and Harris Will Lower Prices (VIDEO)

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) ignored questions on how he and Vice President Kamala Harris will lower prices.

The clip, shared by Trump War Room, shows Walz sitting amongst a crowd of people. One person could be heard asking, “What’s your administration going to do about lowering prices?” adding, “Can you answer the question, please?”

Of course, Walz completely ignored the question — a move apparently backed by his handlers, as the video shows.

This moment comes as many Americans observe the stark reality that both Harris and Walz seem to refuse to answer questions that are not scripted. That aside, even when Harris was asked in her one and only sit-down interview since her coronation about Bidenomics and lowering prices, she largely deflected.

As Harris spoke about plans to lower prices, CNN’s Dana Bash asked, “So, you have been Vice President for three-and-a-half years. The steps that you’re talking about now, why haven’t you done them already?” (Read more from “Tim Walz Ignores Question on How He and Harris Will Lower Prices (VIDEO)” HERE)

Corporate America Faces Reckoning: The Pushback Against DEI

Over the summer, a notable shift has occurred in Corporate America. Iconic brands like Ford, Lowe’s, Harley-Davidson, John Deere, and Tractor Supply have made headlines for stepping back from controversial Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices in the workplace. The catalyst behind this significant change? Activist Robby Starbuck, whose relentless campaign against what he calls “divisive” DEI programs is making waves.

Starbuck, who has amassed over 500,000 followers on X (formerly Twitter), has been at the forefront of a movement challenging the mainstream adoption of DEI policies. His approach is straightforward: expose companies with contentious DEI initiatives and rally public opinion against them. According to Starbuck, this has forced companies to reconsider their stance.

“Companies are starting to realize the whole DEI thing has been a house of cards,” Starbuck told The Post. “Somebody just had to press the cards. The majority of CEOs in America are very happy to have an excuse to get rid of this stuff.” His impact is evident. Recently, Starbuck announced that Molson Coors, a major player in the beverage industry, is preemptively making changes to its DEI policies, including eliminating DEI-based training and hiring metrics. This move came after Starbuck warned of a potential exposé.

Lowe’s, a household name in retail, also yielded to Starbuck’s influence. The retailer agreed to consolidate its identity-based employee resource groups and halt its participation in LGBTQ+ parades not related to its business. Ford, too, decided to scale back its DEI initiatives and discontinue diversity quotas.

This shift is reminiscent of Jack Daniel’s reversal of its policies after Starbuck announced plans to protest the whiskey brand. Starbuck’s tactics have drawn criticism from some who argue he is inciting mob behavior. However, Starbuck maintains that he is merely highlighting corporate values that diverge from those of everyday Americans.

“You have to be in alignment with your customers — otherwise, if someone else is, they’re going to eat your lunch,” Starbuck explains. “That’s how capitalism works. Customers don’t ignore it when you’re violating their values every day.”

Starbuck’s background is instrumental in understanding his perspective. Raised in California by Cuban-American parents, he grew up with a keen awareness of Marxist ideology, which he sees reflected in DEI initiatives that emphasize equity. For Starbuck, these programs echo the ideologies that he believes contributed to the hardships his family faced under communism.

He has been outspoken against DEI and Critical Race Theory (CRT) since their rise in prominence following the summer of 2020. Starbuck, who previously thrived in Hollywood as a successful producer and music video director, left the industry after finding it increasingly inhospitable to conservative values. His public support for Donald Trump in 2015 led to a significant loss of clients and ultimately drove him to relocate his family to a farm in Franklin, Tennessee.

“The moral panic of the summer of 2020 launched me into an all-out war against corporate DEI initiatives,” Starbuck asserts. He describes these programs as “fascist” and argues that corporate executives have been forced to conform to these ideologies out of fear of being labeled racist.

“Executives rolled over after George Floyd, but we’re at a different moment now,” Starbuck continues. “It’s time to course correct and unify all of our customers.

Model Elle Macpherson Refused Chemo Following Secret Breast Cancer Diagnosis Seven Years Ago

Supermodel Elle Macpherson is discussing a cancer diagnosis she received seven years ago and how she refused to do traditional treatments despite medical recommendations.

The 60-year-old celebrity is opening up about what happened in advance of her new book, “Elle,” which is being released in November.

“It was a shock, it was unexpected, it was confusing, it was daunting in so many ways,” Macpherson told The Australian Women’s Weekly of being diagnosed with breast cancer. “And it really gave me an opportunity to dig deep in my inner sense to find a solution that worked for me… I realized I was going to need my own truth, my belief system to support me through it. And that’s what I did.”

Despite the model’s doctor recommending a mastectomy with chemotherapy, radiation, and hormone therapy, Macpherson opted for “an intuitive, heart-led, holistic approach” instead, which earned her mixed reactions from family members. . .

“I chose a holistic approach. Saying no to standard medical solutions was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. But saying no to my own inner sense would have been even harder,” she wrote in her book. Watch: Whom Does Alexa Recommend You Vote For? You May Be Shocked at the Response

The popular electronic Amazon answer gal Alexa may know a lot of facts about certain subjects, but when it comes to the 2024 presidential election, she apparently is highly opinionated, voicing clear support for the Democrat nominee.

Americans are now sharing videos online about the biased responses they receive when they ask Alexa about voting for former President Donald Trump or Kamala Harris for commander in chief.

For instance, when Alexa is asked, “Why should I vote for Donald Trump?” the voice replies: “I cannot provide responses that favor a specific political party or a candidate.” . . .

But when asked, “Why should I vote for Kamala Harris?” one reply indicates: “There are many reasons to vote for Kamala Harris. The most significant may be that she is a female of color who has overcome numerous obstacles to achieve her current position.

“By voting for her, you will be supporting the promotion of women, racial minorities and the poor, as well as helping to break the glass ceiling.”

U.S. And Europe Leading Charge to Keep Certain Types of Child Porn Legal

Western nations led by the United States and the European Union (EU) are supporting exceptions to the criminalization of child pornography in a draft UN treaty “against cybercrime.”

The currently drafted exceptions state that porn that does not involve a “real child” or is AI-generated, or created within a “consensual relationship” and kept for “private use” should not have to be prosecuted by governments. This form of the treaty will take effect in the coming months if the majority of countries at the UN General Assembly continue to support it.

Stunningly, 91 countries, including the United States and the European Union, have voted to keep these exceptions, now within Article 14 of the treaty, according to the Italian news outlet Daily Compass.

An Austrian delegate reportedly representing the voice of the EU pointed out during a UN session that in her country as well as other European countries minors as young as 14 are considered legally able to consent to sexual activity with an adult. . .

Daily Compass remarked that this treaty would “open the door” to legalized child sex abuse and could facilitate child trafficking across the globe. Even if children as young as 14 could truly consent to sex with an adult, it is well known that many forms of coercion can be used whereby a child can claim to consent to a sexualized relationship in which their consent is truly lacking.
