Judge Orders Federal Prison to Provide Sex Change Procedures to Convicted Pedophile

A federal judge has ordered the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to provide sex change procedures to a convicted pedophile serving more than two decades in prison for sexually abusing his own son — a decision that has sparked national outrage and reignited debate over taxpayer-funded gender surgeries for inmates.

Brian Buckingham, 47, who now identifies as “Nani Love,” was sentenced to 21 years for producing and possessing child sex abuse materials involving his 10-year-old son. Just before his sentencing, Buckingham declared a new transgender identity and began requesting gender-affirming medical care while in custody, including hormone therapy, laser hair removal, and facial feminization surgery, according to court documents reported by Reduxx and The Post Millennial.

Buckingham’s attorneys argued that denying such procedures constituted “cruel and unusual punishment” under the Eighth Amendment, claiming his gender dysphoria caused worsening depression and suicidal thoughts while in prison.

In a September ruling, Magistrate Judge David Christel found that Buckingham was “likely to succeed” in his claim, citing evidence that the Bureau of Prisons had once acknowledged his requests for treatment but then “discontinued them without reason.” U.S. District Judge Ricardo Martinez adopted Christel’s recommendation and ordered the BOP to begin consultations for Buckingham’s transition procedures within 30 days.

The Bureau of Prisons pushed back, filing objections and urging the court to delay implementation until after a related case, Kingdom v. Trump, is resolved. That class-action lawsuit challenges restrictions on sex change surgeries for federal inmates imposed during the Trump administration.

Buckingham’s attorneys countered that their client faces “irreparable harm” if denied treatment, arguing that gender transition procedures are medically necessary.

Court documents and investigative reports detail Buckingham’s disturbing crimes. The former suicide prevention worker for the Makah Indian Nation was arrested after moderators on the chat platform Discord flagged explicit content tied to his account. Investigators discovered videos showing the sexual abuse of his child, leading to his conviction in federal court.

Despite his crimes, Buckingham’s legal team maintains that his status as a convicted pedophile should not impact his right to “medically necessary” treatments while serving time at FCI Butner in North Carolina — a facility that already houses several high-profile inmates receiving gender-related care.

California Passes New Map To Gerrymander GOP Out Of State

Californians voted to pass Proposition 50, the controversial ballot initiative that will allow Democrats in the Golden State to bypass the state’s redistricting committee and gerrymander the state further in Democrats’ favor.

The ballot initiative passed, according to multiple projections, with two-thirds of Californians supporting the measure with nearly half of votes reported.

Proposition 50 allows Democrats to use a new congressional map for 2026 through 2030 that was designed to offset likely Republican pickups that will result after Texas redrew its congressional maps in order to comply with a recent Department of Justice finding. Notably, Californians rejected similar efforts to repeal the independent redistricting commission in recent years, but Democrats (with the support of Gov. Gavin Newsom) passed a new congressional map (Proposition 50) anyway, because, you know, “democracy.”

The push by California Democrats to gerrymander their state came after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott called a special legislative session to address the redrawing of congressional districts after the DOJ found that four districts were unlawfully gerrymandered on racial grounds.

As the Federalist previously reported, the DOJ contended that Texas’ congressional maps violated the Voting Rights Act and the 14th Amendment. The DOJ pointed to the recent Petteway v. Galveston County ruling from the 5th Circuit, which held that the Voting Rights Act (VRA) does not require minority-coalition districts. Minority-coalition seats are voting districts where multiple racial or ethnic minorities are grouped together to form a majority of the population. The DOJ argued the four districts in question were originally drawn to create minority-coalition seats (or were the result of coalition districts nearby) and therefore must be redrawn. Muslim Socialist Zohran Mamdani Wins New York City Mayor Election

Democrat Socialist Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani won the New York City mayoral race, defeating former Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Republican Curtis Sliwa after a campaign defined by national attention, polling leads throughout the fall, and public debate over his economic, immigration, and foreign policy positions.

Mamdani — whose name appeared twice on the New York City ballot due to multiple party lines, a routine practice unique to the city’s ballot structure — entered Election Day with consistent polling advantages.

Independent surveys found Mamdani at 43 percent support going into the final weekend, with Cuomo trailing and Sliwa in third. Separate polling also showed that if the race had narrowed to a two-way matchup, Cuomo would have led head-to-head. In addition, the Manhattan Institute polling found Mamdani at 43 percent to Cuomo’s 28 percent in one survey, and leading when undecided voters were removed.

Hollywood involvement marked the final hours before voting, with performers and celebrities including Ilana Glazer, Mark Ruffalo, Naomi Klein, Jeff Hillier, George Takei, Mandy Patinkin, and Cynthia Nixon publicly participating in pro-Mamdani efforts. Michael Moore urged turnout nationwide. Other figures, including Amy Schumer and Marc Anthony, encouraged New Yorkers to back Cuomo.

National political figures engaged directly. President Donald Trump repeatedly urged voters to support Cuomo, warning that choosing Sliwa would benefit Mamdani. Trump also stated he would limit federal funding to New York if Mamdani won. (Read more from “Muslim Socialist Zohran Mamdani Wins New York City Mayor Election” HERE)

Ex-CIA Director John Brennan Explodes as He’s Confronted About Hunter Biden’s Laptop

Former CIA Director John Brennan snapped at a man who confronted him for signing the infamous letter in 2020 that claimed the bombshell Hunter Biden email scandal exposed by The Post had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

Brennan, 70, grew visibly incensed and angrily got in the face of the man who pressed about the letter, poking him on the chest repeatedly before backing off.

“You misrepresented that,” Brennan shouted at conservative national security consultant Thomas Speciale during the tense clash.

“We never said it was disinformation; we said it was Russian influence operations, which is what they do. There’s a big difference,” he added.

After Speciale pushed back, the ex-CIA boss waved his hand in frustration and vented, “I’m not going to waste my time with you.” (Read more from “Ex-CIA Director John Brennan Explodes as He’s Confronted About Hunter Biden’s Laptop” HERE)

Chinese National, Doctoral Student, Confesses to Drugging and Raping Women, Taking Horrifying Photos: Cops

A Chinese national earning his Ph.D at a prestigious California University allegedly confessed to the sickening crimes of drugging, tying up and sexually assaulting three women before taking horrifying photos of them in “sexually explicit” positions, prosecutors said.

Sizhe Wang, 30, was a doctoral student studying electrical engineering at the University of Southern California when he drugged his victims by slipping powder in their food and drinks between 2021 and 2024, according to a prosecutor’s motion cited by the L.A. Times.

Wang tied the unconscious women up with leather straps and continued to drug them with syringes and tubing in their anuses before raping or sexually assaulting them, the motion states.

During the nightmarish attacks, he posed his nude victims in sexual positions and took Polaroids and digital images of them, according to the motion.

Weng allegedly described the three assaults “at length and in detail” to Los Angeles Police Department detectives after his arrest on Aug. 28, according to the Sept. 2 motion by L.A. County Deputy District Attorney Catherine Mariano. (Read more from “Chinese National, Doctoral Student, Confesses to Drugging and Raping Women, Taking Horrifying Photos: Cops” HERE)

Kash Patel Hits Back at Attacks on ‘Country Music Sensation’ Girlfriend

FBI Director Kash Patel defended his relationship girlfriend, country music singer Alexis Wilkins, after the pair received online backlash over the weekend.

Patel’s statement followed reports that he used an FBI jet to visit the singer, who sang the national anthem at a wrestling event at Penn State University on Oct. 25.

“The disgustingly baseless attacks against Alexis — a true patriot and the woman I’m proud to call my partner in life — are beyond pathetic,” Patel wrote on X.

“She is a rock-solid conservative and a country music sensation who has done more for this nation than most will in ten lifetimes,” he said. “I’m so blessed she’s in my life.” . . .

The attacks on Patel and Wilkins began last week after Kyle Seraphin — an ex FBI agent and outspoken Kash critic — drew attention to the FBI chief’s jet logs, which highlighted his trip to see Wilkins perform at the Real American Freestyle (RAF) pro-wrestling event.

“We’re in the middle of a government shutdown where they’re not even gonna pay all of the employees that work for the agency that this guy heads, and this guy is jetting off to hang out with his girlfriend in Nashville on our dime?” Seraphin said on his show. Halloween Horror: Trick-or-Treating Teen Girls Attacked with Acid by ‘Hooded Youths’

A group of teenage girls were assaulted with acid on their way home from trick or treating by a group of “hooded youths” on Saturday evening in a Paris suburb.

The Kremlin-Bicêtre police have opened an investigation after six costume-wearing teens were attacked on their way home from an evening of Halloween trick-or-treating in the Villejuif commune of the Val-de-Marne suburb of Paris.

According to Le Journale du Dimanche, at around 830 pm, the group of girls were approached by three hooded youths who began to follow them. While the girls attempted to flee, the youths took out a soda bottle and threw it at them.

Upon impact with the ground, the bottle exploded, and its liquid contents sprayed on the girls’ costumes, as well as parts of their bodies, including in the mouth, eyes, and skin.

After noticing that the substance had corroded their costumes, the girls then fled to the house of one of their parents, who went back to the scene of the incident and retrieved the bottle. (Read more from “Halloween Horror: Trick-or-Treating Teen Girls Attacked with Acid by ‘Hooded Youths’” HERE)

Mystery Deepens Over Green Beret Who Detonated Cybertruck Outside Trump Las Vegas Hotel

The mystery surrounding why a U.S. Army Special Forces soldier blew up a Tesla Cybertruck outside the Trump Las Vegas hotel on New Year’s Day continues to baffle investigators, even after police released a 70-page final report on Monday.

Authorities confirmed that the attacker, 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger, an active-duty Green Beret, left behind a digital manifesto now deemed classified by the Department of War. The report reveals that Livelsberger, described by peers as a “Rambo-type patriot,” filled the rented Cybertruck with fireworks, gasoline, and camping fuel before setting it off outside the hotel’s main lobby. As the vehicle erupted in flames, Livelsberger allegedly shot himself, resulting in six hotel guests being injured in the blast.

While the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) described the event as a “premeditated attack involving a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device,” Livelsberger claimed in a note that it was not a terrorist act. Instead, he called it a “wake-up call” to Americans, criticizing the U.S. for “feckless leadership” and warning the nation was “near collapse.”

“This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake-up call,” he wrote in a notes app message. “Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives.”

Investigators discovered that Livelsberger had recently suffered a personal breakdown. He was on leave from his post in Germany when his wife left him over alleged infidelity just six days before the explosion. Sources said he departed his Colorado Springs home the next day, rented the Cybertruck through the car-sharing app Turo, and drove to Las Vegas.

The report also confirmed that Livelsberger sent one of his final messages to Shawn Ryan, a former Navy SEAL and CIA contractor, though the contents of that message remain undisclosed.

The FBI and Army Criminal Investigations Division were among the multiple agencies involved in the probe, which initially explored whether the attack was politically motivated due to its proximity to a Trump-branded property. Officials, however, say no conclusive link to political extremism has been found.

The LVMPD emphasized that they have no control over the release of the classified manifesto, citing the Department of Defense’s jurisdiction.

Despite the official closure of the case, many questions remain unanswered — from the contents of Livelsberger’s manifesto to his true motives on the night he turned a luxury electric vehicle into a giant firecracker.

More Than 33% of Young Americans Believe Political Violence Can Be Justified in Certain Cases: Poll

A significant portion of young Americans believe there are cases when political violence is acceptable, according to a troubling survey released Monday.

More than one-third of Americans under the age of 45 agreed with the view that political violence can be justified, in certain cases, the Politico/Public First poll found.

The portion of young people who think political violence sometimes has a place in society was about 10 percentage points higher than the overall population, of which, disturbingly, 24% believe it is justified in some instances.

Politico did not release the crosstabs of the survey, but said “there was little partisan divide” in the question about condoning political violence.

Most voters, 64%, rejected political violence and indicated that it is never justified.

The survey of 2,051 US adults was conducted between Oct. 18 and Oct. 21, just over a month after the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk and roughly four months after the assassination of former Democratic House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband.
