Murders of Transgender People Primarily Motivated by ‘Intimate Partner Violence’ — not Hate: Report

Transgender people are murdered at lower rates than the overall US population – and when they are, the killer’s primary motive is usually not bias, according to a pair of researchers.

The findings, published by the right-leaning Manhattan Institute’s Vincent Lundgren and Colin Wright earlier this year, seemingly debunk claims by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and other nonprofit organizations that there is an “epidemic” of deadly violence against the trangender community driven by “transphobia” and even “white supremacy.”

“Transgender people are less likely to be murdered than the rest of the population, most transgender people are murdered by members of their own race, and intimate partner violence — not hate — is the leading identified motive for most such murders,” Lundgren and Wright found.

The researchers investigated more than 300 murder cases dating back to 2015 where the victim was transgender.

In the cases where suspects were identified, black suspects accounted for 65% of perpetrators, while white suspects accounted for 18%. . .

Confirmed hate crimes were only found in 3.3% of cases the Manhattan Institute studied. (Read more from “Murders of Transgender People Primarily Motivated by ‘Intimate Partner Violence’ — not Hate: Report” HERE)

AI Giants Reportedly Neared Deal To Safety Test Each Other’s Models

Two of the largest artificial intelligence labs held talks to safety-test each other’s models, according to a report.

OpenAI and Anthropic negotiated a legal agreement to test each other’s models, The Information reported Monday. The two AI labs reportedly held a joint safety evaluation in August 2025, during which OpenAI tested Anthropic’s Claude Opus 4 and Claude Sonnet 4, while Anthropic tested OpenAI’s GPT-4.0, GPT-4.1 and other models.

It remains unclear if the two companies finalized the agreement; however, both have called for industry-wide efforts to pace the scale of AI development.

Anthropic and OpenAI each did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s requests for comment.

This is not the only time that leading AI executives have floated testing competitors’ models.

Elon Musk, who founded xAI — the developer of the Grok family of AI models — said that American AI creators and Chinese competitors should test each others models while speaking at the All-In Summit in Los Angeles, California in September, according to the New York Post.

Police Arrest 74-Year-Old Hunter Who Allegedly Mistook Woman For Deer, Killed Her

A 74-year-old Maryland hunter has been charged with manslaughter after he fatally shot a woman he allegedly mistook for a deer in a Delaware field, according to Delaware State Police.

Walter Moorhead, of Salisbury, Maryland, fired his rifle on the evening of Sept. 18 in an open field in Ellendale, according to state police. Troopers responded to the scene at approximately 7:40 p.m. after receiving a report of a woman who had been shot.

Investigators noted that the victim was walking through the field with a man and two children when the shooting occurred. Moorhead was hunting deer from a ground blind, believed he saw one, and fired his rifle, striking the woman.

Responding troopers provided lifesaving medical care before the woman was taken to an area hospital, according to the report. She was pronounced dead a short time later.

Notably, Delaware’s deer hunting season does not begin until Nov. 14 under state regulations, suggesting Moorhead may have been hunting illegally or poaching.

Rosie O’Donnell to Release Epstein Victims Interview Series After ABC Rejected Her Segment

Rosie O’Donnell says ABC turned down her pitch to air a segment featuring victims of late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein during her week as guest host on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The comedian further revealed that she plans on having a sit-down interview series with the women, adding that she is still unsure about “whether that’s in one full documentary to be released on a streaming service or whether it’s something we put on YouTube.”

“My idea for the last night was to do the Epstein reveal, and they said that they were certain that could not happen,” O’Donnell said during a recent appearance on the Jann Arden Podcast. “So, I said, ‘Well, then I’m going to do it myself.’”

While the segment never aired on ABC, O’Donnell later took to social media — as she typically does — to share a video of her meeting with the women, whom she joined in singing a rendition of Helen Reddy’s 1972 feminist anthem, “I Am Woman.”

As Breitbart News reported, the comedian — who was also seen speaking to Epstein’s victims in the footage — told the women, “I’m sorry that our country is so f*cked up.” (Read more from “Rosie O’Donnell to Release Epstein Victims Interview Series After ABC Rejected Her Segment” HERE)

Hegseth Hosts Scandal-Ridden Youtubers at Pentagon to Lecture U.S. Troops

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth tried to hype up service members with a special visit from MAGA-friendly influencers turned reality stars, the Paul brothers.

The self-styled “Secretary of War” hosted former YouTubers and internet figures Logan and Jake Paul at the Pentagon on Thursday to “meet with our warriors.”

“We just got the pleasure and the privilege of getting a tour of the Pentagon, and uh, what a cool experience,” Logan, 31, says in the video shared to social media on Sunday.

“To see all the men and women here who are serving this great nation, I don’t think there is any greater commitment to sacrifice than those who are willing to live, die, and fight for their country,” the wrestler and podcaster added.

The video showed clips of the Pauls laughing alongside Hegseth, 46, and posing for photo opportunities around different “Department of War” signage.

“Each one of you matter,” Jake, 29, told troops from the podium in the Pentagon press room. “Take this moment and be proud of yourselves for what you do.” (Read more from “Hegseth Hosts Scandal-Ridden Youtubers at Pentagon to Lecture U.S. Troops” HERE)

1 in 60 Adults has HIV as Popular Honeymoon Destination Faces National Crisis

Fiji has officially declared a national HIV emergency on its shores after alarming data revealed that one in 60 adults in the South Pacific island nation is living with the virus.

The Fijian government is urgently expanding testing and treatment to combat a massive surge in new infections, which the United Nations program UNAIDS notes has increased 12-fold over the past 15 years, according to The Associated Press.

Highlighting the rapid acceleration of the crisis, Fiji recorded more than 2,000 new cases in 2025 alone, representing a staggering 16-fold increase compared to 2019, The New York Times reported. . .

UNAIDS estimates that some 9,000 people were living with HIV in Fiji as of 2025. Just five years ago, the infection rate was one in 167 adults, but it has since climbed to one in 60, with one in 50 pregnant women now infected, the AP said.

The human toll is already mounting. Fifty-nine infants were born in 2025 with the virus, the AP and Reuters reported, and 18 died before their first birthday. (Read more from “1 in 60 Adults has HIV as Popular Honeymoon Destination Faces National Crisis” HERE)

Tucker Carlson And Thomas Massie Accuse Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Of COVID Vaccine Bait And Switch

After a succession of puzzling decisions by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Department of Health and Human Services on mRNA vaccines, erstwhile supporters are going public with their objections.

In an open letter to Kennedy and President Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson, former Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Republican Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie, and over 100 other journalists, activists, physicians and nurses expressed a sense of disillusionment with the alliance between the Make America Great Again (MAGA) and Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movements that help clinch the 2024 presidential election. Messenger RNA (mRNA) is the main technology platform behind Pfizer and Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines.

The letter provides the clearest signal yet that support of the Trump administration from the MAHA grassroots has frayed — but represents the culmination of months of quiet grumbling and speculation about whether Kennedy truly has control of his own health department. Prominent critics of the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic under the Biden administration like Robert Malone and Bret Weinstein also signed on.

“Millions of concerned citizens set aside partisan differences and identities to support the historic MAGA/MAHA alliance,” the letter reads. “Instead of decisive policy actions on these core issues, we see distractions, linguistic misdirections, and watered-down announcements that avoid serious action on the deadly mRNA injections.”

The letter explicitly refutes the argument of some senior administration officials that nutrition issues provide a more winning argument in the midterm elections. (Read more from “Tucker Carlson And Thomas Massie Accuse Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Of COVID Vaccine Bait And Switch” HERE)

Meet the US Army Vet Running a California Baby Factory for Chinese Nationals to have American Kids

Wealthy Chinese couples are implanting their embryos into American women so their children can be born as US citizens, The Post has learned.

The service is provided by a surrogacy agency, Patriot Conceptions, which operates between China and the US and has been accused of hiding details of who the biological parents are from surrogates.

Women who carry babies for the agency are recruited informally through social media and collect between $60,000 and $120,000 dollars for their services.

The children are then swept off by their parents to be raised in China, where it is seen as a status symbol among the wealthy to have a child able to claim US citizenship.

Incredibly, such a service is completely legal, thanks to free-wheeling surrogacy laws and liberal interpretations of the birthright citizenship clause in the Fourteenth Amendment, recently reaffirmed by the Supreme Court.

Patriot Conceptions is run by a high-energy US Army vet named Haotian Bai — who founded the international surrogacy agency and last year received a prestigious fellowship from a top Republican think tank, which describes him as a “pioneering entrepreneur in the third-party reproduction” sector. Trump Strikes Back at TV Boycott with a Dramatic Move of His Own

President Trump launched his counter assault to a decision by the major TV networks to boycott his White House events — Trump TV.

Labeling it as “essential” television, the presidential network launched Monday evening.

“TRUMP TV IS STREAMING NOW. 24/7, updated in real time, with top past moments, announcements, and the latest and greatest from the administration all in one place. Not every big moment has made it on your tv, now it can,” the administration wrote.

Its first broadcast was a speech Trump gave on July 3rd at Mount Rushmore.

The Trump TV rollout topped a long day of escalating fights with the media — a battle that has no end in sight. (Read more from “Trump Strikes Back at TV Boycott with a Dramatic Move of His Own” HERE)

The ‘Unprofessional’ Item Gen Z Brings to Interviews Could be Costing Them Jobs

In today’s brutal job market, Gen Z is bringing their absolute A-game to interviews.

But they’re also bringing their emotional support iced lattes.

A generational debate has erupted online over a dead-simple question: Is waltzing into a job interview clutching an iced coffee completely unprofessional, or totally fine?

The clash kicked off when TikTok corporate recruiter @caitlinrecruiter called out Gen Z candidates for arriving to interviews with iced lattes in hand. Drawing on her 16 years of experience placing candidates at Fortune 500 companies, she warned job seekers against the casual habit.

“When you show up with an iced coffee or an iced latte, it is perceived — from my opinion and a hiring standpoint—that this interview is just a stop on your list of errands for the day,” she alleged in the viral clip. “It looks like you went to Target, went to Starbucks, and now you’re stopping by your interview before moving on to the next thing.” (Read more from “The ‘Unprofessional’ Item Gen Z Brings to Interviews Could be Costing Them Jobs” HERE)
