Watch: The New Video Trump Just Posted Burns Clinton/Obama to a Crisp in Only 15 Seconds
“Politicians are having fun on our dime while the world is burning.” That’s the hard-hitting message of a new video ad Donald Trump just posted on his Instagram account — a short but incendiary piece that links a golfing Barack Obama and a dancing Hillary Clinton with the brutality of Islamic terrorism in the Middle East.
The 15-second campaign video is accompanied by a 4-word pledge from the Republican presidential contender: “Not under my watch.”
As described in an article in The Daily Mail, the video presents Trump’s contention that “Washington insiders are standing blithely by while ISIS and other forces bent on America’s destruction make global inroads.”
NBC News points out that Trump has been a vocal critic of the Obama administration’s policies toward radical Islam and its threat to the world. Trump has said, “he has a ‘foolproof’ plan to defeat ISIS, but added that he wouldn’t share it because ‘I don’t want the enemy to know what I’m doing.’”
Shown in survey after survey to be leading the Republican field of 17 candidates vying for the party’s 2016 nomination, Trump just scored another polling win in Alabama. A post on the website al.com notes that the billionaire businessman picked up the support of 30 percent of GOP primary voters in the poll whose results were released Thursday.
