Bombshell Court Testimony Links Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs To Tupac Murder Case
After nearly 30 years of rumors surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged involvement in Tupac Shakur’s murder, his name has officially surfaced in court.
Combs’ name was brought up by multiple people during day four of testimony in the Shakur murder trial. The court heard unsealed recordings from Duane “Keffe D” Davis’ proffer interviews with law enforcement, in which he claimed Combs offered $1 million for the murder of Suge Knight and Shakur, as well as testimony from a former security agent for Combs’ Bad Boy Records and former LAPD detective Daryn Dupree.
They all claimed Combs orchestrated the murder and promised to pay big bucks to get it done.
Courtroom footage was shared online by Court TV.
Davis is charged with Shakur’s murder and plotting the hit. He addressed the court by describing the night Shakur was shot and alleged that the orders came from Combs himself.
The court heard recordings of Davis’s 2008 proffer interviews with law enforcement, in which he made the allegations against Combs. He went on to recall driving the streets of Las Vegas, looping for Suge and Shakur after a fight broke out at the MGM Grand. Davis repeatedly admitted he would have shot Shakur himself if the car had pulled up on his side, according to Court TV courtroom footage.
