GOP Senator Joins Democrats to Kill Bill That Would Have Prohibited Performing Gender Transitions on Minors

Louisiana state Sen. Fred Mills joined with Democrats to kill a bill that would have prohibited health care professionals from providing gender transition measures, such as hormones, puberty blockers, and surgeries, to minors.

A state Senate committee reportedly voted 5-4 to kill the measure, with Mills siding with Democrats in the vote.

Reports quoted the politician saying that he believes a choice should be made by a patient and a doctor.

Mills, who was previously a Democrat before becoming a Republican, is a pharmacy owner.

“Fred Mills has sided with the butchers and groomers. He will regret it. This is the biggest mistake of his political career, and also the end of his career. He’s going to be infamous and disgraced by his own base. We’ll make sure of that,” conservative commentator Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire tweeted. 160-Plus Retired Military Brass Urge Congress to Root Out DOD’s Poisonous ‘Diversity’ and ‘Equity’ Programs

More than 160 retired generals and admirals recently signed a letter calling on Congress to remove so-called diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs from the Department of Defense and remove funding for such programs from the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

“As our Nation faces looming threats from ‘foreign’ adversaries/enemies, our military is under assault from a culture war stemming from ‘domestic’ ideologically inspired political policies and practices. … Our military must be laser focused on one mission — readiness, undiminished by the culture war engulfing our country,” Flag Officers 4 America wrote in the letter addressed to Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Armed Services Subcommittee Chairman Mike Rogers, and Defense Appropriations Subcommittee Chairman Ken Calvert.

The signatories — which included former National Security Advisor John Poindexter, Medal of Honor recipient Maj. Gen. James E. Livingston, and former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense William Gerald Boykin — expressed concern about how divisive and discriminatory DEI policies affect national security. So-called “equity,” they wrote, “sounds benign, but in practice it lowers standards. While equality provides equal opportunities, equity’s goal is equal outcomes.”

The officers argued that equal opportunity and meritocracy provide the greatest foundation for both equality and national defense, while the cultural Marxism promoted by DEI policies is a domestic threat to our national security. Brian Laundrie’s Mom Vowed to ‘Show up With Shovel’ to ‘Dispose of Body’ in Chilling ‘Burn After Reading’ Note

Brian Laundrie’s mother’s chilling “burn after reading” note in which she promised to bring her son a shovel and garbage bags to get rid of a body was finally made public on Wednesday.

“If you’re in jail I will bake a cake and put a file in it. If you need to dispose of a body. I will show up with a shovel and garbage bags,” Roberta Laundrie wrote in the letter to her son Brian, who confessed to killing his girlfriend Gabby Petito before taking his own life in 2021.

“I just want you to remember I will always love you and I know you will always love me. You are my boy. Nothing can make me stop loving you, nothing can or ever will divide us no matter what we do, or where we go or what we say – we will always love each other,” she wrote in the note.

“If you fly to the moon, I will be watching the skies for your re-entry,” she continued. “If you say you hate my guts, I’ll get new guts. Remember that love is a verb not a noun. It’s not a thing it’s not words. It is actions. Hillary: ‘Ultra-MAGA’ Florida ‘Isn’t Safe for People of Color, LGBTQ+,’ or Even Disney

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton declared on her Twitter account that Florida is not safe for “people of color” nor “LGBTQ+” people under Governor Ron DeSantis.

Clinton also took a moment to call the state “Ultra-MAGA” and attached news clippings about Disney and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People that were critical of Florida.

The first headline, “Civil rights groups warn tourists about traveling to Florida,” is in reference to an Associated Press article that cited the NAACP’s declaration that Florida is unsafe for black people.

The NAACP board of directors claimed the advisory is necessary to combat Florida’s “aggressive attempts to erase Black history and to restrict diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in Florida schools.”

“Florida is openly hostile toward African Americans, people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals. Before traveling to Florida, please understand that the state of Florida devalues and marginalizes the contributions of, and the challenges faced by African Americans and other communities of color,” the advisory stated. Newsom Has Liberal Meltdown After Target Removes Kids ‘Pride,’ Tuck-Friendly Gear From Stores

Following a mass backlash, Target pulled the plug on some of its LGBTQ gear aimed at indoctrinating children, infuriating the liberal Left.

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif) accused the store of unfairly attacking the transgender and gay “community,” criticizing Target CEO Brian Cornell for catering to protestors who condemned the woke line.

“CEO of Target Brian Cornell selling out the LGBTQ+ community to extremists is a real profile in courage,” Newsom tweeted. “This isn’t just a couple of stores in the South. There is a systematic attack on the gay community happening across the country.”

The Democratic governor continued his meltdown, comparing the transgender movement to women and the Asian and Jewish communities.

“Wake up, America. This doesn’t stop here. You’re black? You’re Asian? You’re Jewish? You’re a woman?” he said. “You’re next.”

IRS Whistleblower Says DOJ ‘Slow-Walked’ Hunter Biden Tax Probe: Report

An Internal Revenue Service whistleblower who alleged prosecutors mishandled an ongoing tax evasion probe into Hunter Biden spoke publicly for the first time and said he felt he had no choice but to go public with the accusations that the probe was stymied.

The 14-year-veteran of the IRS, Gary Shapley, claimed the Justice Department gave special treatment to the investigation in ways he had never witnessed before during an interview with CBS Evening News Tuesday.

“There were multiple steps that were slow-walked – were just completely not done – at the direction of the Department of Justice,” Shapley told CBS News chief investigative correspondent Jim Axelrod in his first public remarks. “When I took control of this particular investigation, I immediately saw deviations from the normal process. It was way outside the norm of what I’ve experienced in the past.”

The IRS investigator — who was recently removed from the highly sensitive probe in what he believes was an act of retaliation — is scheduled to testify before the House Ways and Means Committee Friday in a closed-door meeting.

Shapley has not said what or who the investigation he oversaw was looking into, but Congressional sources have said Hunter Biden, 53, and his alleged failure to pay taxes on millions of dollars earned from overseas business deals are the subject of the complaint. Technical Difficulties Plague DeSantis, Musk Twitter Spaces Campaign Launch

Technical issues plagued the beginning of highly anticipated presidential campaign launch of Gov. Ron DeSantis, as the initial Twitter Spaces audio continued to cut out prior to DeSantis even being introduced.

The Twitter Spaces call, scheduled to launch at 6 p.m. Eastern, began several minutes late as one unidentified voice whispered that it was “quiet.” David Sacks, the entrepreneur hosting the event, began to introduce Elon Musk and asserted that this was “historic” before the audio cut out. From then on, the audio continued to cut in out several times, with continued echoing and seemingly random voices — not the voice of the governor, whom the conversation was all about.

“I’d like to just introduce the folks in the room here. So it’s safe to say we wouldn’t be making history without the man sitting next to me, Elon Musk his decision to purchase this platform last year,” Sacks said, praising Musk before audio issues began to take over.

They continued to come up with reasons for the audio issues, asserting that they were “melting the serves,” which they viewed as a “good sign.” Eventually, the entire audio ended, leaving many listeners confuse in a state of silence.

Target Holds ‘Emergency’ Meeting Over LGBTQ Merchandise; Company Partners With SATANIST Brand for Pride Collection; Video Shows Disturbing ‘Tuck-Friendly’ Apparel in Children’s Aisle

By New York Post. Some Southern Target stores were forced by the corporation to move LGBTQ Pride merchandise away from the front of their locations after customer “outrage” to avoid a “Bud Light situation.”

Many Target locations across the country feature massive June Pride month displays on an annual basis, with items this year ranging from “tuck friendly” bathing suits for transgender people to mugs that say “gender fluid.”

But the retail juggernaut has been criticized by some conservatives for the displays, with children’s items particularly irking many customers.

A Target insider told Fox News Digital that many locations, mostly in rural areas of the South, have relocated Pride sections to avoid the kind of backlash Bud Light has received in recent weeks after using a transgender influencer in a promotional campaign.

Target Partners With Satanist Brand to Create Items for ‘Pride’ Collection

By National Review. Target has contracted with Abprallen — a clothing brand that sells Satanist merchandise, some of which glorifies violence — to create products for its “PRIDE” collection.

While Target does not sell Abprallen’s Satanist-inspired products, the retail giant approached Abprallen less than a year ago to design pride-related merchandise, according to the brand’s social-media post.

At one point Target sold three Abprallen items: a messenger bag saying “We Belong Everywhere” across trans-flag colors and planets, a tote bag with the message “Too Queer for Here” beneath a UFO, and a “Cure Transphobia, Not Trans People” sweatshirt. Only the sweatshirt remains for sale. It’s unclear why the other two items no longer appear on the Target website. . .

The brand sells shirts, pins, and stickers with the design of a pastel goat head and the message “Satan Respects Pronouns.”

“Satan loves you and respects who you are; you’re important and valuable in this world and you deserve to treat yourself with love and respect. LGBT+ people are so often referred to as being a product of Satan or going against God’s will, so fine. We’ll hang with Satan instead,” the company stated in another Instagram caption. “Satanists don’t actually believe in Satan, he is merely used as a symbol of passion, pride, and liberty. He means to you what you need him to mean. During an explosive interview with former Trump adviser Steve Bannon last week, Christian actor Jim Caviezel accused the global Deep State of colluding with the mainstream media to cover up its complicity in child trafficking.

He also played St. Luke in Paul, Apostle of Christ. He will reprise his role as the Savior of Mankind in Mel Gibson’s upcoming 2024 blockbuster The Passion of the Christ: Resurrection.

During his many public appearances in recent years, Caviezel has never shied away from exposing political and cultural corruption. As a result, the corporate press has collectively labeled him a “right-wing conspiracy theorist.”

‘America Looks Weak’: Long-Serving State Department Official Speaks Out After Pronoun Fiasco (VIDEO)

Last week, State Department employees’ email name displays were assigned involuntary, and in some instances incorrect, pronouns. A long-serving State Department official, who has been granted anonymity due to the legitimate fear of government retribution, provided The Federalist a look into the internal reaction to the department’s pronoun fiasco. . .

News of the involuntary pronouns was publicized by Associated Press reporter Matt Lee, who asked deputy State Department spokesman Vedant Patel during a press conference why the pronouns are not optional, particularly because the department is assigning incorrect ones.

Patel, who appeared unaware of the newly assigned pronouns, was visibly displeased by the line of questioning, dismissively telling Lee, “Thank you, Matt,” and adding, “I will look into this … Thanks, everybody. Happy Thursday.”

Later, State Department Chief Information Officer Kelly E. Fletcher sent out an email to all personnel, stating that the pronoun feature was a “test” that “inadvertently went live.” Fletcher also offered professional counseling services for those “who [feel] hurt or upset as a result of this unfortunate mistake.” . . .

According to The Federalist’s source, many of the bureaus’ diversity czars also weighed in. The department official said each bureau, of which there are dozens within the State Department responsible for various policy initiatives, is required to have a full-time diversity officer.
