Throughout President Joe Biden’s time in office, he has been known for having a list of pre-approved reporters that he is allowed to call on during press conferences.

The list made an appearance once again for his first press conference post-Tuesday night’s midterm elections.

During Wednesday’s press conference, Biden admitted to having a pre-selected list of 10 reporters he was told to take questions from.

“Now, I’ve been given a list of 10 people that I’m supposed to call on and you’re all supposed to ask me one question, but I’m sure you’ll ask me more. So let me start with the list I’ve been given,” Biden said.

Texas Man Accused of Drugging Wife’s Drinks to Induce Abortion

A Houston man is accused of trying to induce an abortion in his wife by putting drugs in her drinks, a felony offense under the state’s new abortion laws.

Harris County prosecutors recently charged Mason Herring, 38, with the new crime of “assault – forced induction to have an abortion” and with the assault of a pregnant person, according to KTRK-TV.

Authorities said that Mr. Herring put Misoprostol, a drug commonly used for medical abortions, in his wife’s drinks.

“It’s manipulative,” Assistant District Attorney Anthony Osso told KTRK, the Houston ABC affiliate.

Judge Finds Biden’s Student Loan Forgiveness Program Unconstitutional, Blocks It for All Borrowers

A judge in Fort Worth, Texas, found that President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness program was unconstitutional and ended it for all borrowers.

District Court Judge Mark Pittman said that the program usurped the powers invested in Congress to create law.

The Biden administration claimed that the HEROES Act of 2003, which provided loan assistance to military personnel, had given the president the power to expand loan forgiveness to student borrowers. While originally enacted after the 911 terrorist attacks, the act also allowed for expansion of government power in other national emergencies, like a pandemic.

$66 Billion In, It’s Clear the Realists Were Right About Ukraine

U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan has been speaking with high-level Russian officials “to guard against the risk of escalation and keep communications channels open, and not to discuss a settlement of the war in Ukraine,” The Wall Street Journal reports, citing anonymous sources.

It appears the Biden administration has been privately pushing Ukraine to come to the negotiation table, while, bafflingly, providing Ukraine with whatever it wants. On-book U.S. spending on Ukraine’s war is so far about $66.3 billion, the largest foreign government contribution to the war by far.

The Washington Post adds, also citing anonymous sources, that the Biden administration is making:

a calculated attempt to ensure the government in Kyiv maintains the support of other nations facing constituencies wary of fueling a war for many years to come. The discussions illustrate how complex the Biden administration’s position on Ukraine has become, as U.S. officials publicly vow to support Kyiv with massive sums of aid ‘for as long as it takes’ while hoping for a resolution to the conflict that over the past eight months has taken a punishing toll on the world economy and triggered fears of nuclear war.

Consider the stupidity of this strategy. Everyone with an IQ greater than an absent-minded jellyfish knows Ukraine as an independent actor and state wouldn’t even exist without American politicians granting it an open checkbook even during crippling inflation and functionally open borders. But America has to privately beg Ukraine because Washington, D.C., is trapped by its own grandiose rhetoric and foolish decision to give Ukraine billions and advanced weapons. Mission Accomplished: Biden Claims Victory on Inflation… as Prices Continue to Rise; Kamala Cheers: ‘You Did It Joe!’

“It will take time to get inflation back to normal levels – and we could see setbacks along the way – but we will keep at it and help families with the cost of living,” Biden said in a statement.

The Labor Department’s consumer price index rose by 0.4 percent from September. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is up 7.7 percent year-over-year. . .

Biden spun the news as positive, declaring the it was “a much-needed break in inflation at the grocery store as we head into the holidays.”

Harris traveled to an event in Washington, DC, with Biden and first lady Jill Biden to thank volunteers and supporters for their efforts during the election.

The Vice President began her speech gushing over “our one and only President Joe Biden” praising his efforts during the election.

Joe Biden: American Women ‘Showed up and Beat the Hell Out of’ Republicans

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden boasted Thursday that American women who supported abortion “beat the hell out of” Republicans in the midterm elections.

“As I said, women in America made their voices heard, man,” Biden said during a rally in Washington, DC, referring to the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

He also referred to Justice Samuel Alito who wrote in his opinion that “women are not without electoral or political power” and said that women on both sides of the abortion issue could use the democratic process to change abortion policies.

Ballots Go Missing in New Jersey County After Voting Machines Failure

Ballots were reported missing in one New Jersey county after they were shuttled between locations amid problems with several voting machines.

Four voting districts’ ballots, which have vanished, were last accounted for being shuttled from the voting place to the election board, according to the New Jersey Globe. Records show that 4,046 voters are spread across the four districts. Paper ballots had to be used after a software glitch rendered the Dominion electronic voting machines unusable. Authorities are assuring the public that they are doing everything in their power to remedy the situation.

“We’re working with the county, which is in charge of our elections, but please know we will not rest until we get to the bottom of this unconscionable mishap, and we will not consider the 2022 election over in Robbinsville until every single ballot is counted and done so securely,” said Robbinsville Mayor Dave Fried. While we’ve all been heavily focused on the election, the NY Times dropped an important story about Jan. 6 that many didn’t notice.

Remember when Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) grilled an FBI official about FBI or confidential human sources (informants) who may have been involved or had knowledge about Jan. 6?

Turns out that one of the top people in the Oathkeepers — their vice president — was an FBI informant, according to the NY Times.

An F.B.I. informant who was embedded for months in the inner circle of Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the Oath Keepers militia, is likely to testify as a defense witness at the seditious conspiracy trial of Mr. Rhodes in connection with the attack on the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

The informant, Greg McWhirter, served as the Oath Keepers’ vice president but was secretly reporting to the F.B.I. about the group’s activities in the weeks and months leading up to the Capitol attack, according to two people familiar with the matter.

Study: Moderna Shot May Cause Double to Triple as Many Heart Problems as Pfizer

Moderna’s COVID-19 shot may cause two to three times as many heart-related side effects as Pfizer’s, according to a new Canadian study.

The rates of myocarditis and pericarditis in individuals within 21 days of getting their second shot were 35.6 and 22.9 per million doses, respectively, for Moderna compared to 12.6 and 9.4 per million for Pfizer, the research found. The connection between the mRNA vaccines and heart complications was most pronounced in men and younger vaccine recipients. . .

A number of medical bodies and health professionals have raised concerns about the association between mRNA vaccines and heart conditions. Some have pulled back on recommending the mRNA vaccines for young men in particular due to the less favorable risk-reward balance compared to other demographic groups. There’s Been Yet Another Delay for Arizona Election Results

Maricopa County election officials have yet again pushed back the deadline for when 2022 midterm election results will be finalized. Maricopa County is the largest county in Arizona and the fastest growing county in the country.

Originally, officials said all votes would be counted by Friday. Now, they’re saying things might be wrapped up after the weekend.

On Thursday, county officials started tabulating mail-in ballots that were dropped off rather than sent through the mail. Given the kinds of ballots and where the final totals will come from, Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake believes things are moving in her direction.

Democrats so desperately wanted Americans to believe that “the stakes of these midterm elections” rested on abortion that they poured hundreds of millions of dollars into advertising for pro-baby-killing candidates who voted to codify unlimited abortion — even at the cost of annihilating the filibuster. . .

Despite the left-wing party’s best attempts to take their deceptive operations in Kansas national, Democrats failed to make gains on abortion in several key races.

Senate candidates like Florida’s Val Demings and North Carolina’s Cheri Beasley, who spent months on the campaign trail touting unfettered access to abortion, fell short in voters’ eyes. And a whole host of GOP governors with a solid track record on protecting unborn life were rewarded with largely double-digit wins on Tuesday.
