Biden Repeats Charlottesville ‘Fine People Hoax’ at ‘Unity Summit’

President Joe Biden repeated the Charlottesville “fine people hoax” on Thursday at his “unity summit,” falsely claiming that then-President Donald Trump referred to neo-Nazis as “very fine people. Trump said they should be “condemned totally.”

Biden spoke after Susan Bro, the mother of Heather Heyer, the left-wing protester who was murdered by a neo-Nazi during the unrest in Charlottesville in August 2017.

There were peaceful protests on either side of the question of whether to remove a statute of Confederate general Robert E. Lee, but these were overtaken by right-wing extremist groups and left-wing rioters who clashed in the streets. Heyer was murdered when a neo-Nazi purposely drove his car into a peaceful left-wing protest.

President Trump issued three statements on the violence. In the first, he condemned violence on “all sides.” In the second, he specifically condemned neo-Nazi groups, white supremacists, and the KKK. In the third, during a press conference, he said that there had been “very fine people” in Charlottesville, but made clear he was referring to peaceful protesters like Heyer. He said specifically: “I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally.”

The “fine people hoax” has been publicly debunked several times: for example, by then-Vice President Mike Pence at the 2020 vice-presidential debate; and again during the second impeachment trial of (by then) former President Trump.

Biden Open Border–Comes to Kamala! Texas Buses Illegals to Veep Home

Vice President Kamala Harris, appointed border czar by President Joe Biden, snubbed border crossers who arrived at her residence in Washington, DC, from Texas on Thursday.

The border crossers were sent on migrant buses as part of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) operation, which has sent thousands of people arriving at the United States-Mexico border to sanctuary jurisdictions like New York City, Chicago, and Washington, DC, in recent months.

As promised, Abbott sent the latest string of migrant buses to Harris’s residence, the Naval Observatory in Washington, DC, though they were not greeted by the vice president despite her years of advocating on behalf of border crossers and illegal aliens. MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell Claimed the FBI Seized His Phone

By Business Insider. During a Facebook broadcast Tuesday night, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell claimed the FBI had been “weaponized” against him when it executed a search warrant to seize his phone.

According to a copy of a subpoena uploaded by Lindell, federal agents took his cellphone Tuesday as part of a warrant seeking records related to the “authorization or lack of authorization to damage or modify any Dominion computerized voting system.” The investigation was also related to “any attempted misappropriation, theft, conversion, transfer, or exfiltration of any proprietary hardware, software or other data” related to the voting machines.

The FBI didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

In a comment to The Daily Beast, the Denver FBI field office said “without commenting on this specific matter, I can confirm that the FBI was at that location executing a search warrant authorized by a federal judge.”

“They want to know about Dominion and Mesa County in Colorado,” Lindell told Insider, referring to the investigation into Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, a pro-Trump Colorado election official accused of facilitating an election-data leak. DOJ Issues More Than 30 Subpoenas to Trump Associates: Source

By Fox News. The Department of Justice has issued a flurry of over 30 subpoenas to aides of former President Donald Trump, a source familiar with the federal investigation confirmed to Fox News.

The Justice Department also seized phones from two top Trump advisers in the investigation, which aims to probe Trump’s unsubstantiated claims of a rigged 2020 presidential election.

The dozens of new subpoenas mark a rapid escalation in pressure applied to the Trump camp by the DOJ.

The Justice Department is investigating allegations of phony Electoral College certifications from 2020 that declared Republicans were the electors voting for Trump and Mike Pence when in fact Democrats had won and voted for President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Timothy Parlatore, an attorney for Trump confidant and former New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik, confirmed that Kerik received a subpoena last Tuesday to appear before a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., on Friday, Sept. 23. FBI Insiders Say White Supremacy Threat Overblown as Biden Opens Summit About Racists, Extremists

President Biden will convene a forum Thursday at the White House aimed at confronting what civil rights groups, local officials and academics say is an explosive rise in extremism and White supremacy that threatens the core of America’s democracy.

The “United We Stand” summit builds on the administration’s push to root out racially motivated domestic violent extremists. The threat sparked a sweeping strategy that included the creation of a specialized Justice Department unit to combat domestic terrorism. Mr. Biden will deliver the keynote address to highlight the administration’s response to hate and “put forward a shared vision for a more united America,” officials said.

Current and former FBI agents tell The Washington Times that the perceived threat has become overblown under the administration. They say bureau analysts and top officials are pressuring FBI agents to create domestic terrorist cases and tag people as White supremacists to meet internal metrics.

“The demand for White supremacy” coming from FBI headquarters “vastly outstrips the supply of White supremacy,” said one agent, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. “We have more people assigned to investigate White supremacists than we can actually find.”

The agent said those driving bureau policies “have already determined that White supremacy is a problem” and set agencywide policy to elevate racially motivated domestic extremism cases as priorities. Federal Judge Unseals More Portions of Trump Search Warrant Affidavit

A federal judge unsealed more portions of the Department of Justice (DOJ) affidavit that was used to obtain an FBI search warrant of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago last week, revealing that the former commander-in-chief turned over Human Intelligence Control Systems and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) materials.

What the documents entailed was not disclosed by the government, according to the newly released version of the affidavit, which was uploaded Tuesday. More portions of the court document were unsealed, although much of it remained redacted.

In the copy of the document released on Friday, an FBI agent whose name was withheld said they “observed markings reflecting the following compliments/dissemination controls: HCS (Human Intelligence Control Systems), FISA, ORCON (originator controlled), NOFORN (not for release to foreign nationals), and SI (special intelligence)” earlier this year.

The DOJ investigation was triggered by a referral from the National Archives and Records Administration, which asserted it found classified records when Trump transferred records to the agency in January.

The most devastating accusation came from former palace servant Smith, a gay man and a military veteran who suffered mental problems from his service. Valet Smith claimed that he was bringing Charles his breakfast in bed and stumbled upon the Prince and an “unmistakably sexual position” with a male aide.

Charles’ supporters blasted the servant’s tale, declaring the man was a serious drink with mental issues. Also, Smith had a grudge against the man he said was romping with Charles. Bombshell Report on Anti-White Posts Sends Biden Admin Official Into Hiding

A diversity chief at the Department of Defense’s education wing went dark on social media after Fox News Digital found that she posted disparaging posts about White people on Twitter.

The chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Kelisa Wing, described herself on Twitter as a “woke administrator.” Fox News Digital reported that Wing published tweets calling White people “Karens,” a derogatory word.

Wing’s Twitter account was put on private and her LinkedIn account appeared to be deleted. Fox News Digital previously downloaded a copy of her account profile. It indicated she worked at the DoD for 16 years and was promoted as DEI chief in December 2021.

In June 2020, Wing said, “I’m exhausted with these white folx in these [professional development] sessions.”

“[T]his lady actually had the CAUdacity to say that black people can be racist too… I had to stop the session and give Karen the BUSINESS… [W]e are not the majority, we don’t have power,” she continued. “Caudacity” is a slang term that is used to describe audacity demonstrated by White people. Facebook Spied on Private Messages of Americans Who Questioned 2020 Election

Facebook has been spying on the private messages and data of American users and reporting them to the FBI if they express anti-government or anti-authority sentiments — or question the 2020 election — according to sources within the Department of Justice.

Under the FBI collaboration operation, somebody at Facebook red-flagged these supposedly subversive private messages over the past 19 months and transmitted them in redacted form to the domestic terrorism operational unit at FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, without a subpoena.

“It was done outside the legal process and without probable cause,” alleged one of the sources, who spoke on condition of ­anonymity.

“Facebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.”

These private messages then have been farmed out as “leads” to FBI field offices around the country, which subsequently requested subpoenas from the partner US Attorney’s Office in their district to officially obtain the private conversations that Facebook already had shown them. What We Learned From the Newly Released, Less Redacted Trump Raid Affidavit

The newly released, less redacted Trump Mar-a-Lago raid affidavit shed new light on the investigation into the former president — and why the FBI stormed his Florida home.

Crucial new details, including information on security footage obtained by the FBI from inside Mar-a-Lago, were hidden inside the 32-page affidavit, which was released on Tuesday.

One of the key pieces of information learned from the filing is that Trump previously handed over documents to the FBI in a way that made officials think even the former president’s team knew the records were classified.

On June 3, DOJ and FBI officials collected documents in a Redweld envelope, an accordion-style folder, wrapped in plastic tape in a way the bureau said suggested Trump’s team knew the documents had not been declassified. The envelope was found during a review of boxes located in a Mar-a-Lago storage room. 38 documents with classification markings, including five marked “confidential,” 16 marked “secret,” and 17 marked “top secret,” were found in the envelope.

“When producing the documents, neither FPOTUS COUNSEL 1 nor INDIVIDUAL 2 asserted that FPOTUS had declassified the documents,” the affidavit states. “The documents being in a Redweld envelope wrapped in tape appears to be consistent with an effort to handle the documents as if they were still classified.” (Read more from “What We Learned From the Newly Released, Less Redacted Trump Raid Affidavit” HERE)

The Impending Railroad Strike Could Grind the Entire Economy to a Halt, Experts Warn

As time runs out for railway unions and railway companies to avoid a strike before a Friday morning deadline, logistics experts who spoke to the Daily Caller News Foundation warned that a rail strike would have a “ripple effect” that would negatively impact every facet of the U.S. economy.

Two of 12 major railway unions have yet to sign an agreement with rail companies, citing concerns regarding sick days and attendance, while a third saw its members vote down the agreement on Wednesday despite the White House-brokered deal including a record-breaking 24% pay hike over the next five years, according to the WSJ. Should the unions strike on Friday, it could prompt 7,000 long distance daily freight trains to be left idle, representing nearly 40% of all long distance trade in the United States, the largest of all forms of transit, according to CNBC.

Even a short strike would have a long-term detrimental impact on the U.S. supply chain, potentially leading to delays and elevated prices for consumers that could last for several months, Beth Davis-Sramek, professor of supply chain management at Auburn University and editor of the Journal of Business Logistics, told the DCNF. In the event that trains stop running, shipping containers would pile up at ports, causing “incredible headaches” for a trucking industry that is already facing shortages and a “ripple effect” that would be felt throughout the U.S. economy.

These delays at port would occur because modern supply chains increasingly use shipping containers that are not unpacked at ports, Davis-Sramek said. Instead, entire containers are loaded directly from ships to trains, and from trains to trucks, as part of a process known as “intermodal” shipping.
