Trump Grants Qatar Security Guarantee Following Israeli Strike in Doha

President Donald Trump has issued a formal security guarantee to Qatar, pledging U.S. defense support in the event of an external attack on the Gulf nation — just after an Israeli airstrike in Doha killed several Hamas leaders. The executive order, signed on September 29, affirms the United States’ commitment to protect Qatar’s sovereignty and critical infrastructure and declares the U.S.-Qatar relationship an “enduring alliance.”

The move comes amid rising regional tensions and growing friction between U.S. and Israeli interests following the Israeli strike that targeted Hamas operatives inside Qatar’s capital. The assassination — which occurred inside a civilian building — was sharply condemned by President Trump, who reportedly demanded an apology from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during his visit to the White House on the same day the executive order was signed.

According to the executive order, the United States “shall regard any armed attack on the territory, sovereignty, or critical infrastructure of the State of Qatar as a threat to the peace and security of the United States.” In response to such an attack, the order says, the U.S. will take “all lawful and appropriate measures — including diplomatic, economic, and, if necessary, military” to defend Qatar.

The order credits Qatar for hosting the largest U.S. military base in the Middle East, Al Udeid Air Base, and for playing a key mediating role in regional conflicts.

“The State of Qatar has hosted United States forces, enabled critical security operations, and stood as a steadfast ally in pursuit of peace, stability, and prosperity, both in the Middle East and abroad,” the order reads.

Trump’s security pledge comes amid a broader shift in his approach to Middle East diplomacy. During his second term, the president has grown increasingly close to the Qatari government. He visited Doha earlier this year and even accepted a Qatari gift: a 747 aircraft that Trump said could replace the aging Air Force One.

Qatar has also backed Trump’s 20-point Gaza peace plan, which calls for an immediate ceasefire, a full exchange of hostages, staged Israeli withdrawal, the disarmament of Hamas, and the creation of a transitional government. Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani said he supports the framework, though “some issues in it need clarification and negotiation.”

Federal Court Strikes Down Gun Ban at U.S. Post Offices

The court issued a summary judgment declaring the prohibition unconstitutional and immediately blocked its enforcement against the plaintiffs. The legal challenge targeted both federal statute 18 U.S.C. § 930(a) and postal regulation 39 C.F.R. § 232.1(1), which had long made it illegal to carry firearms in and around post office properties. According to the court, these rules do not align with the nation’s historical legal tradition and therefore fail under current constitutional scrutiny.

The case, FPC v. Bondi, questioned whether peaceful citizens with lawful firearm possession could legally carry when visiting routine federal facilities like the post office. SAF founder Alan M. Joe Rogan Suggests Pete Hegseth Convening Generals Was Necessary After ‘Crazy People’ Ran Biden Admin

Podcast host Joe Rogan on “The Joe Rogan Experience” Tuesday suggested it was important for Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to order military leadership to convene in Quantico, Virginia, following four years of former President Joe Biden’s administration.

During his speech at Quantico, Hegseth announced his department would mandate all military members pass two fitness tests per year, regardless of rank, and to meet the highest combat standards previously reserved solely for men. Rogan argued on his podcast that President Donald Trump’s administration seemed focused on military strength, while the Biden administration prioritized “identity politics.”

“[S]upposedly … they want to get all the generals together and give them some sort of a moral and ethical mandate. Like preparedness,” Rogan said. “‘This is what we want the military to be. No more fucking politics no more identity politics and bullshit. The most important thing is be ready. Be ready. Have the best, most capable military that’s humanly possible given the resources that we have today. This is where our goal is. This is where our job is,’ which makes sense.”

One of Rogan’s guests, Andy Bishop of The Red Clay Strays band, asked whether it was necessary for the Trump administration “to call everybody together” to disseminate that message. Rogan responded by criticizing the Biden administration.

“Well, you saw what the fuck was going on over the last four years,” the podcast host said. “You got guys in dresses talking about how it’s really important to have inclusiveness. ‘It’s the most important thing about the military is inclusivity.’”

Iraq War Veteran ID’d as Gunman Who Attacked Grand Blanc LDS Church, Killing 4 and Setting It Ablaze

The madman who killed at least four people and wounded eight others at a Michigan Latter-day Saints church is a 40-year-old Iraq War veteran who served in the US Marines, The Post can confirm.

Thomas Jacob Sanford rammed his Chevy Silverado truck into the building before opening fire on worshipers at a Sunday service at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan.

The vehicle had two large American flags behind the cab and a set of deer antlers attached to the bumper.

He also set the church ablaze, causing the entire structure to burn down. Authorities fear there may be more victims in the fire.

A Facebook post by Sanford’s mother says the gunman — who died at the scene in a shootout with cops — served in Iraq from 2004 to 2008.

REPORT: Israel Issues Final Warning for Gaza City Evacuation as Full-Scale Invasion Nears Amid Peace Deal Pressure

According to Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, the move is aimed at isolating Hamas in Gaza City. “This is the last opportunity for Gaza residents who wish to do so to move south,” Katz stated, while adding that the military operation will proceed regardless of ongoing cease-fire talks. “We are preparing for all possibilities,” he said, referring to both the goal of eliminating Hamas and freeing the remaining 48 Israeli hostages.

While Israel urges civilians to flee south, questions remain over where exactly Palestinians are expected to go. The United Nations has described the situation as a “looming catastrophe,” and the International Criminal Court is reportedly reviewing whether the siege and bombardment meet the legal definition of genocide, given the high civilian death toll, widespread displacement, and destruction of civilian infrastructure, including hospitals and churches.

The siege of Gaza City comes amid growing scrutiny of Israeli military actions. Multiple churches, including the historic Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Porphyrius, have been struck during the conflict, drawing international condemnation. White House Yanks Controversial Nominee to Helm Bureau of Labor Statistics

Conservative economist EJ Antoni’s nomination to become the next commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics was withdrawn by the White House late Tuesday, with much of the nation’s capital focused on the ongoing drama of the government shutdown.

“Dr. EJ Antoni is a brilliant economist and an American patriot that will continue to do good work on behalf of our great country,” a White House official said in a statement.

“President Trump is committed to fixing the longstanding failures at the BLS that have undermined the public’s trust in critical economic data. The President plans to announce a new nominee very soon.”

Trump nominated Antoni on Aug. 11, ten days after firing then-BLS Commissioner Erika McEntarfer following a lackluster jobs report that coincided with significant revisions to past figures the bureau released.

Antoni, the chief economist for The Heritage Foundation, was expected to face a close confirmation vote in the Senate amid criticism that he lacked experience both in public service and in compiling labor data. Diddy Denied Acquittal and New Trial as Prosecutors Seek 11 Year Sentence

Prosecutors urged a New York federal judge Tuesday to send Sean “Diddy” Combs to prison for over 11 years following his conviction on prostitution-related charges, citing one of his accusers who said she lives in fear of the music mogul’s release from detention.

“His crimes of conviction are serious and have warranted sentences over ten years in multiple cases for defendants who, like Sean Combs, engaged in violence and put others in fear,” they wrote in a presentence submission requesting at least 11 years and three months in prison.

They filed their sentencing recommendation shortly after midnight, including letters from some of his accusers describing how his violence and demands had impacted their lives.

Israel Wants to Train ChatGPT to Be More Pro-Israel

The government of Israel has hired a new conservative-aligned firm, Clock Tower X LLC, to create media for Gen Z audiences in a contract worth $6 million. At least 80 percent of content Clock Tower produces will be “tailored to Gen Z audiences across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and other relevant digital and broadcast outlets” with a minimum goal of 50 million impressions per month.

Clock Tower will even deploy “websites and content to deliver GPT framing results on GPT conversations.” In other words, Clock Tower will create new websites to influence how AI GPT models such as ChatGPT, which are trained on vast amounts of data from every corner of the internet, frame topics and respond to them — all on behalf of Israel.

As part of this work, the firm will also use search engine optimization software MarketBrew AI, a predictive AI platform that helps clients adapt to algorithms and promote their work on search engines like Google and Bing, to “improve the visibility and ranking of relevant narratives.”

Clock Tower will integrate its pro-Israel messaging into Salem Media Network properties, a conservative Christian media group that boasts a vast radio network and produces high-profile shows such as the Hugh Hewitt Show, the Larry Elder Show, and the Right View with Lara Trump. In April, the conservative media network announced Donald Trump Jr. and Lara Trump as significant stakeholders in the company. Salem Media Network did not respond to a question clarifying whether it would be compensated by Clock Tower for promoting messages on behalf of Israel, or how these messages would be integrated. Report: Thwarted Plot to Cripple New York Cell Service Far Bigger Than First Thought

A Chinese-linked operation to paralyze New York’s telecommunications network was far more extensive than authorities initially believed, according to law enforcement sources speaking to ABC News. The alarming scale of the plot has intensified the urgency of the federal investigation, as officials uncover more locations, more equipment, and a broader threat than first understood.

Plot Could Have Crippled NYC Cell Towers, 911 System

Federal agents say the operation had the potential to knock out every cell tower in the New York City area, jam 911 emergency calls, and sow widespread chaos by overloading critical communications systems.

Initial raids uncovered 100,000 SIM cards and hundreds of servers in five different vacant apartments and office spaces around the city. But now, officials say they’ve found an additional 200,000 SIM cards at a site in New Jersey, bringing the total haul to over 300,000.

Investigators with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the U.S. Secret Service believe the equipment — capable of sending up to 30 million anonymous text messages per minute — was designed to overload and disable cellular networks.

“This wasn’t just spam or harassment,” one federal agent told ABC News. “This was infrastructure warfare.”

Motivation Tied to Targeting of High-Level Individuals

The investigation began after a series of suspicious incidents involving high-ranking individuals — including at least one person with direct access to former President Donald Trump — who were hit with “swatting” attacks and threatening messages sent directly to their private phones.

These incidents raised red flags among federal law enforcement and national security agencies, triggering a broader probe that eventually led to the discovery of the New York-area data centers.

So far, no arrests have been made, and authorities are still working to identify who rented the spaces and operated the sophisticated infrastructure hidden inside them.
