Spygate Conspirators Start Selling Their Hoax to a Washington DC Jury, but the Facts Don’t Fit

The Hillary Clinton campaign did not want its attorney, Michael Sussmann, to share the Alfa Bank data with the FBI, jurors were told yesterday during the defense’s opening arguments in the special counsel’s criminal case against Sussmann. But the information known to date, as well as the modus operandi of the Spygate players throughout the years they peddled the Russia-collusion hoax, render this argument laughable.

On Tuesday, trial in United States v. Sussmann began in earnest following a day of jury selection. At issue is whether the former Clinton campaign attorney lied to former FBI General Counsel James Baker when Sussmann provided him data and whitepapers purporting to show the existence of a secret-communications network between the Russian-based Alfa Bank and Donald Trump. Special Counsel John Durham’s team claims Sussmann lied when he shared the Alfa Bank “intel,” saying he wasn’t acting on behalf of a client, while, in fact, Sussmann represented both tech executive Rodney Joffe and the Clinton campaign.

Prosecutor Brittain Shaw set the stage for the jury, telling the 12 jurors and four alternates during opening argument that “Sussmann’s actions were part of ‘a plan to create an October surprise on the eve of a presidential election’ and to get the FBI to investigate, arguing the plan ‘largely succeeded.’”

Sussmann and Joffe “leaked the Alfa-Bank allegations to the New York Times,” Shaw continued, but “when that wasn’t published immediately, Sussmann brought a sense of urgency to the FBI about the media being on the verge of running a story.” According to prosecutors, “the FBI getting involved would make the story ‘more attractive’ to the press” and “Sussmann’s goal was to ‘inject’ the FBI into a presidential election.”

Not so, Sussmann’s lawyer Michael Bosworth countered, telling the jury in the defense’s opening argument that his client “had a genuine interest in national security” and was concerned about the data at a time when questions about Trump’s connections to Russia were swirling. According to Sussmann’s team, the Clinton campaign planned “to take this new weird thing public,” and they handed it to The New York Times. That’s what the campaign wanted—press coverage that hurt Trump and helped Clinton. Elon Musk Mocks Apple’s Return-To-Office Policy With Lazy Dog Meme

Elon Musk mocked Apple’s return-to-office policy on Twitter Wednesday with a meme of an obese dog taking a nap.

Apple said it Tuesday was pushing back its requirement that employees work in-person three days per week due to coronavirus concerns. Employees are still required to come into the office twice per week.

In response to a news story about Apple’s move, Musk posted a meme Wednesday that seemed to imply Apple employees are lazy.

“PUT ON GYM CLOTHES,” reads the meme, which features a picture of a fat dog sleeping. “WATCH TV.”

The Post reported in April that Apple employees were angry about CEO Tim Cook’s return to office push, with one ranting online: “I don’t give a single f—k about ever coming back to work here.”

Oklahoma Legislature Passes Bill Banning Most Abortions

Count Oklahoma among the states that will nearly outlaw all abortions in the event the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.

Passed in the Oklahoma House on Thursday with a vote of 73-16, the bill aims to have the strictest anti-abortion laws in the nation, banning the practice after conception with only a few exceptions thereafter for rape and incest, but only if such a crime has been reported to law enforcement. Similar to the Texas law, the bill also allows other citizens to file a lawsuit against anyone who “aids or abets” someone in having an abortion. Per the New York Times:

The measure is modeled on a law that took effect in Texas in September, which has relied on civilian instead of criminal enforcement to work around court challenges. Because of that provision — the law explicitly says state authorities cannot bring charges — the U.S. Supreme Court and state courts have said they cannot block the ban from taking effect, even if it goes against the constitutional right to abortion established in Roe v. Wade.

The Oklahoma ban goes further than the Texas law, which bans abortions after about six weeks of pregnancy.

“There can be nothing higher or more critical than the defense of innocent, unborn life,” Republican State Rep. Jim Olsen said on the Oklahoma House floor Thursday. (Read more from “Oklahoma Legislature Passes Bill Banning Most Abortions” HERE)

Texas Church Evicted After Pastor Criticized LGBTQ Mural in City Council Meeting

A new mural in the city of Georgetown, Texas, is generating controversy for its support of LGBTQ ideology. Members of one church who spoke out against public subsidies for sexual politics at a city council meeting believe their subsequent eviction from the Georgetown Palace Theatre was retaliation for their speech.

The mural is part of a jointly sponsored initiative between the Georgetown Independent School District (GISD), Georgetown City Council, and the Georgetown Arts and Culture Board to display the work of one student artist a year. Under the agreement, GISD sponsors materials up to $500, and the city is responsible for hiring an artist costing up to $500, Georgetown Community Impact Newspaper reported in March. . .

Church on the Square Pastor Bradley J. Helgerson, along with two other church members, spoke out against the mural at an April 26 Georgetown City Council meeting. Calling the ideology expressed by the mural “an attempt to fundamentally reorder society,” Helgerson said his remarks were aimed to provide “theological context for the ideology lurking behind this artistic expression.” . . .

On May 6, two days before its Mother’s Day service, Helgerson received an email from Palace Theatre Executive Artistic Director Ron Watson, stating the Church on the Square was evicted due to “resource management issues,” effective immediately. He did not elaborate further, even after multiple requests from Helgerson.

“I must say that I am perplexed,” Helgerson replied to Watson’s email. “Can you provide us more information as to what the issue is?… As a religious organization we are afforded certain protections by the federal government against discrimination and the immediacy and vagueness of your termination letter gives us reason for pause.” (Read more from “Texas Church Evicted After Pastor Criticized LGBTQ Mural in City Council Meeting” HERE)

Moron, Establishment-Stooge General Barry McCaffrey Posts Video Game Footage Claiming Russian Jets Shot Down by Ukraine

By Victor Tangermann. Retired US four star general Barry McCaffrey, who also served as the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy under the Bill Clinton administration and makes regular TV appearances as an expert on military affairs, shared a video yesterday of what he said was a “Russian aircraft getting nailed by [Ukraine] missile defense” on Twitter — only to realize minutes later that the choppy footage came from a video game.

“Russians are losing large numbers of attack aircraft,” McCaffrey argued in the now-deleted tweet. “Ukraine air defense becoming formidable.”

The incident goes to show how quickly misinformation can disseminate online, particularly when it comes to geopolitical conflict.

Twitter users were quick to point out McCaffrey’s blunder.

“This is a video game, General,” one user wrote. “Very realistic but a good lesson to verify sources/material before posting online.”

Disney Continues to Indoctrinate Children

June 1st marks the beginning of gay pride month, which means the season of rainbow colored everything is right around the corner.

Obviously it’s no surprise Disney, the head of brainwashing kids, launched a LGBTQ- friendly clothing and accessory line.

The 2022 “Disney Pride Collection” has been rebranded from its original name “Rainbow Disney Collection” in order to mold to the woke mob’s narrative.

The line will feature “non-gender specific” items such as backpacks, jewelry and T-shirts, so that everyone is aware you support the left’s propaganda. (Read more from “Disney Continues to Indoctrinate Children With Its LGBTQ Clothing Line” HERE)

NBC Admits: Hunter Biden Has Made Millions From China

NBC News stumbled into some truth this week with a story published Thursday morning detailing a closer look at Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings, and it’s more bad news for Joe Biden as the president’s past claims about his son’s income sources get debunked.

According to NBC News, which didn’t hold back in its description of Hunter’s business partners, “From 2013 through 2018 Hunter Biden and his company brought in about $11 million via his roles as an attorney and a board member with a Ukrainian firm accused of bribery and his work with a Chinese businessman now accused of fraud.” That timeframe, notably, includes years in which Joe Biden was vice president.

Specifically, as NBC News’ review confirmed, “Biden made $5.8 million, more than half his total earnings from 2013 to 2018, from two deals with Chinese business interests.”

More than $5 million, for the record, is a far cry from President Biden’s 2020 debate claim that Hunter “has not made money” from China. That kind of blanket denial rarely ends well, especially when the person issuing it is Joe Biden — a man who has tried to shake hands with thin air. Buffalo Shooter’s Personal Diary Is Pretty Clear About His Sources of Inspiration

The 18-year-old who was charged in the Saturday shooting deaths of ten people in a Buffalo, New York, supermarket revealed in his diary that his radical beliefs originally developed in communities on 4chan and Reddit.

Before the shooting, which occurred in a predominately black neighborhood, Payton Gendron published a 106-page manifesto online describing himself as a “white supremacist” and “anti-Semite.” Gendron said explicitly in his diary that he developed his beliefs from 4chan and Reddit after the start of the pandemic.

“My current beliefs started when I first started to use 4chan a few months after covid started. Many of which I got from 4chan’s /pol/ page and links found in /nsg/ and threads like that,” he wrote in a diary entry labeled Jan. 30, referring to 4chan discussion forums.

Gendron also credited Reddit with forming his beliefs and listed several Reddit forums in which he frequently posted.

“Of course, many of my beliefs come from reddit too. Many subreddits I joined have been banned but they show up on r/AgainstHateSubreddits all the time,” he wrote Jan. 30. “One’s that are still around include r/greentext, r/4chan, r/PoliticalCompassMemes, r/SocialJusticeInAction, r/LoveForLandlords, and r/AntiHateCommunites, of which I am actually in their discord.” (Read more from “Buffalo Shooter’s Personal Diary Is Pretty Clear About His Sources of Inspiration” HERE)

Congressman Hammers Air Force Academy for Kicking Out Graduating Cadets With Religious Objections to Vax

U.S. Rep. Doug Lamborn is expressing his dismay that a small number of Air Force Academy cadets may not be allowed to graduate because of their refusal to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

“I was extremely disappointed to hear that the United States Air Force Academy is planning to deny these … cadets the opportunity to graduate and serve our nation because of their request to uphold their tightly held religious beliefs,” Lamborn said in a letter to the AFA superintendent Tuesday, asking him to change his mind.

The Pentagon made the COVID vaccine mandatory for all service members last year, including those at military academies. Military leaders have pointed out that there is nothing unique about this requirement; the Department of Defense currently requires at least nine vaccinations for people entering the military, and up to 17 depending on the service member’s job or where/if they are deploying.

According to a report by the Associated Press, very few military members sought religious exemptions to any vaccines until the COVID-19 shot.

Originally, four members of the Air Force Academy’s senior class refused the COVID vaccine, leaving them at risk of not being able to graduate or be commissioned, as well as pay back thousands of dollars in tuition if nothing changed before graduation day on May 25. A spokesperson for the academy says that one of the four finally decided to get the vaccine and another submitted paperwork to resign from the school, leaving two cadets at a stalemate over the vaccine graduation policy.
