Blue State Faces Election Fraud Investigations Amid Major Vote Count Delays

First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli announced multiple investigations Friday into California’s elections as vote counts for key races continue to face major delays.

Essayli announced his office will be investigating election integrity in California as a “top priority” alongside the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Los Angeles, saying the current system is plagued with “serious structural vulnerabilities.” Essayli cited universal vote-by-mail and the lack of voter ID requirements as facilitating potential election fraud, ultimately “eroding public confidence.”

Both California’s gubernatorial and Los Angeles’ mayoral race are facing ongoing delays several days after Tuesday night’s primary. The vote count for the races has stagnated at roughly 60%, with both elections too close to call.

This is standard procedure for California elections, with votes often taking several days and even weeks to finalize.

“We will follow the evidence wherever it leads and prosecute any violations of federal election law to the fullest extent,” Essayli said in a post on X. (Read more from “Blue State Faces Election Fraud Investigations Amid Major Vote Count Delays” HERE)

Epstein Guard Testimony Deepens Mystery of ‘Orange Flash’ seen Before Prison Death

Former Manhattan Metropolitan Correctional Center corrections officer Tova Noel testified before the House Oversight Committee last month offering new details about the night Jeffrey Epstein died in 2019—but left unanswered questions about a cryptic image captured on surveillance footage that has fueled conspiracy theories, ABC News is reporting.

Noel has remained a central figure in Epstein’s death, having been accused of falsifying logs the night the accused human trafficker died. Her involvement has made her a target for threats and speculation about whether she played a role in facilitating or covering up his death.

In November 2019, Noel and another prison guard were accused of falsifying records to create the appearance they had completed routine rounds. Prosecutors alleged both officers spent most of their shifts at their desks browsing the internet instead, leaving inmates in the Special Housing Unit unchecked for eight hours until Epstein was discovered unresponsive in his cell.

Both Noel—a National Guard veteran who served during Operation Enduring Freedom in Kuwait—and her colleague ultimately reached deals with prosecutors. Their cases were dropped in December 2021, the report notes.

According to just-released transcripts of her testimony, Noel addressed one of the most persistent mysteries surrounding Epstein’s death: Department of Justice documents reveal that investigators observed “an orange-colored shape moving up a staircase toward the isolated, locked tier” where Epstein’s cell was located at approximately 10:39 p.m. on August 9, 2019, according to a report from CBS News. Republicans Supported Gay Marriage ‘Rights’ Until They Saw It Destroy Children’s Rights

Conservatives are jumping the gay marriage ship. According to a new Gallup poll, Republican support for same-sex marriage has plummeted from 55 percent in 2021 and 2022 to just 37 percent today.

The reason is simple: Republicans were told that supporting same-sex marriage meant supporting their gay brother, daughter, coworker, or friend. They were told that opposing it meant they hated gay people, and many bought it. If supporting same-sex marriage was simply the price of treating loved ones with dignity and respect, they were willing to pay it.

What they were not told was that same-sex marriage would victimize kids. No sooner had gay marriage been achieved on the grounds that marriage had nothing to do with children than activists, judges, and lawmakers turned around and demanded parenthood too.

Republicans have no interest in persecuting their gay friends and family members. What they reject is the claim that adult equality requires making children lose their mother or father. And after a decade of watching the consequences unfold, it has become obvious that “equal marriage” was never just about adult “rights.” It was about parenthood and children.

‘Parentage’

Justice Anthony Kennedy, author of the Obergefell majority opinion, wrote that same-sex couples needed access to the full “constellation of benefits” associated with marriage. The last decade has proved that children were among those so-called benefits. In the name of constitutional rights, the law had to accomplish what biology prohibits: making two same-sex adults the legal parents of a child. Thus, through the use of language and state force, activists began to meticulously eradicate a child’s mother and father. Is AI Making Your Kids Dumber? Over Half Of Teachers Surveyed Say It May Be

Most teachers are concerned about their students’ education amid the looming artificial intelligence revolution, a recent survey shows.

Fifty-four percent of K-12 teachers say AI is making it harder for their students to learn critical thinking skills, IPSOS reported Friday. NPR/IPSOS surveyed a representative sample of teachers between April 27 and May 5.

Forty percent of teachers said AI has had a negative effect on education, whereas only 9% said it’s been positive, according to the survey. Additionally, 57% of teachers said AI is making it harder to assess their students’ knowledge level, and 59% said AI is tarnishing trust between them and their students.

Despite 78% of surveyed teachers saying they believe students should be taught how to responsibly use AI, over half (52%) said their school has not offered clear guidance on AI.

However, 69% said AI has made them more efficient, according to IPSOS. (Read more from “Is AI Making Your Kids Dumber? Over Half Of Teachers Surveyed Say It May Be” HERE)

Trump Pardons Former US Congressman Convicted of Insider Trading

President Trump has pardoned former US Representative Stephen Buyer, an Indiana Republican, who was convicted of securities fraud for engaging in insider trading in 2018 as a T-Mobile US ‌consultant ahead of a $23 billion merger with Sprint.

The proclamation, issued on Thursday and announced by the White House on Friday, gave no specific rationale for the pardon other than to assert that Buyer’s service as a US Army judge advocate general and member of Congress “was distinguished and highly productive.”

It also said that Trump, in granting Buyer a “full, complete and unconditional pardon,” was acting on the “advice and recommendation” of 52 current and former members of the US Senate and House of Representatives listed in the proclamation.

Buyer served in the House as a Republican from Indiana between 1993 and 2011 before working as a corporate consultant. He was found guilty in March of 2023 on four counts of securities fraud, and was sentenced in September of that year to 22 months in prison.

Prosecutors said ‌at trial that Buyer bought Sprint stock after learning from a T-Mobile executive that the telecommunications companies were in merger talks in 2018 and made illegal trades again the following year. Tulsi Gabbard To Declassify COVID Cover-Up Docs Before Exit

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is racing to declassify documents about the COVID-19 cover-up and Havana syndrome before she leaves the administration at the end of the month, the Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.

“DNI Gabbard is actively working to declassify information about the COVID-19 pandemic and Anomalous Health Incidents before June 30,” an ODNI official told the DCNF.

Havana syndrome, officially known as anomalous health incidents (AHIs), describes a cluster of symptoms first reported in 2016 by a CIA officer stationed in Havana, Cuba, and experienced by American diplomats, spies and other officials abroad. Many of these officials describe a loud noise and intense pressure in the head and ears followed by symptoms including severe headaches, brain fog, blurred vision, tinnitus and vertigo.

Five agencies in the intelligence community assess that it is “very unlikely” to be caused by a foreign actor, according to a declassified January 2025 report. One agency assesses that it is “likely” that a foreign actor developed a novel weapon that causes some Havana syndrome symptoms, while another agency assesses a roughly 50-50 likelihood.

The full scope of intelligence about the source of the COVID-19 virus has garnered intense speculation and public interest since 2020. (Read more from “Tulsi Gabbard To Declassify COVID Cover-Up Docs Before Exit” HERE)

Trump Must ‘Accept the Reality’ there is no Iran Deal on the Horizon, Ex-General Declares

Retired four-star Gen. Jack Keane said enough with the diplomatic charade — Iran is stalling for time and the best solution is to resume full-scale war.

The chairman of the Institute for the Study of War and former Army vice chief of staff on Friday blasted eight weeks of fruitless talks as a waste while the mullahs play games.

“We have to accept the reality that’s just not going to happen,” Keane said on Fox News. “They have one motive: Stretch out negotiations as much as possible, get as close to the political situation in terms of midterm elections, and there will be less likelihood that President Trump would ever pull the trigger and go back to military operations. I believe that is their unstated strategy.”

Even if a deal somehow was inked, Keane warned it would be worthless — and dangerously so.

“We can’t throw them a financial lifeline … because then they’ll systematically reverse everything,” he said. “They’ve always cheated in the past, and they’ll cheat in the future.”

Still, he championed Trump’s decision to launch the war on Feb. 28 — but said the job isn’t over yet. (Read more from “Trump Must ‘Accept the Reality’ there is no Iran Deal on the Horizon, Ex-General Declares” HERE)

US Shoots Down Iranian Drones Launched Toward Strait of Hormuz after Trump said ‘We’re Straightening out a Little Unfinished Business’

The US military shot down four Iranian drones launched toward the Strait of Hormuz on Friday evening, US Central Command said — as President Trump told an audience in Wisconsin he had to hurry back to work to “straighten out a little unfinished business in Iran.”

“Moments ago, CENTCOM forces shot down four Iranian one-way attack drones that were launched toward the Strait of Hormuz,” the combatant command said in a statement shortly before 7 p.m. “The attack drones posed an immediate threat to regional maritime traffic.”

The US has been enforcing an naval blockade around Iran’s ports to impose economic pain. Tehran shut down maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz since the start of US and Israel’s war on Iran on Feb. 28.

CENTCOM said the military went on to strike “Iranian coastal surveillance radar sites in Goruk and on Qeshm Island to defend against further attacks.

“American forces remain vigilant and postured to respond to unjustified Iranian aggression in self-defense,” CENTCOM said. (Read more from “US Shoots Down Iranian Drones Launched Toward Strait of Hormuz after Trump said ‘We’re Straightening out a Little Unfinished Business’” HERE)

Shocking Photos Show Prince Andrew With Massive Facial Bruise

New photographs of Prince Andrew have sparked fresh speculation after the embattled royal was seen with what appeared to be a large bruise covering much of the right side of his face.

The 66-year-old, whose full name is Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, was photographed being driven through Norfolk, England, with a noticeable red mark surrounding his right eye and extending across his cheek. The images, published by British media outlets, showed the former Duke of York looking visibly strained as he left his residence on the royal family’s Sandringham estate.

The cause of the apparent injury remains unknown, and no public explanation has been offered.

The unusual sighting comes just weeks after reports that a masked man allegedly approached and threatened Andrew while he was walking dogs near the estate. Authorities later charged a 39-year-old man with offenses related to allegedly using threatening or abusive behavior during the incident.

Andrew has largely retreated from public life in recent years amid the fallout from his association with late financier Jeffrey Epstein. The prince stepped back from royal duties and was stripped of military affiliations and royal patronages following intense scrutiny over his relationship with Epstein.

The controversy deepened after allegations made by Virginia Giuffre, who claimed Epstein trafficked her to Andrew on multiple occasions when she was a teenager. Andrew has consistently denied the allegations and has maintained that he never engaged in any wrongdoing.

Giuffre’s claims became one of the most damaging chapters in the royal’s public life, eventually leading to a costly legal settlement while stopping short of an admission of liability.

Andrew reportedly now spends much of his time away from public view at the Sandringham estate, located roughly 100 miles north of London.

Whether the mysterious facial bruise is the result of an accident, a medical issue or something else remains unclear.

Your Medical Bills Likely More Than They Should Be As Experts Sound Alarm On Secret Tactic

Experts tell the Daily Caller that an under-the-radar health care scheme may allow insurers to profit from a false sense of savings while leaving employers with the bill for medical care.

In January, the heads of the nation’s five largest health insurance companies testified before the House on lowering health care costs. What stood out, however, was what was not discussed: a health care payment structure that has only recently begun drawing attention through public advocacy campaigns and under-the-radar lawsuits.

The arrangement primarily involves self-insured employers — companies that pay their employees’ medical claims directly but contract with insurers, such as UnitedHealthcare (UHC) or Cigna, to administer the plans.

These insurers, in turn, market what they call a “shared savings program” to employers as a way to “reduce excessive billing and protect you and your family members,” according to an explainer of UHC’s program provided to employees of Nokia.

The explainer states that UHC reviews out-of-network claims and, following negotiations, recommends reduced payments. (Read more from “Your Medical Bills Likely More Than They Should Be As Experts Sound Alarm On Secret Tactic” HERE)
