Charlie Kirk was shot at a Utah Valley University event in the afternoon of Sept. 10. Most offered prayers. Others, mockery.

“He fought so hard for the guns. Thoughts and prayers,” wrote Pablo Manríquez, an editor at Migrant Insider.

“Do not be bullied, cowed, or shamed by bad-faith right-wing actors and MAGA that are blaming ‘liberals’ and everyone who isn’t MAGA for Charlie Kirk,” wrote writer Wajahat Ali. “Call them out for their hypocrisy. Go on offense. They are fine with political violence and mass shootings when it’s against the rest of us.”

MSNBC aired a segment where Mathew Dowd responds to the shooting by suggesting Kirk may have inspired the violence against him.

“You can’t stop with these sort of awful thoughts you have, and then saying these awful words, and then not expect awful actions to take place, and that’s the unfortunate environment we’re in.”

Dear MSNBC: Refer to the First Amendment. Americans have the liberty to say whatever “awful thoughts” they might have, free from fear of physical retaliation.

At Least Three People Shot At Colorado High School

At least four students were injured at Evergreen High School in Evergreen, Colo. on Wednesday afternoon, according to reports.

Three students were in critical condition and being transported to St. Anthony’s Hospital, a hospital spokesperson confirmed to ABC News. A fourth student has also been transported to the hospital, but with an unknown injury, the outlet reported.

Investigators believe that the suspected shooter is among the injured people, ABC News reported. The shooting was first reported at 12:34 p.m. on Wednesday, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Jacki Kelley told 9News.

“I don’t know if our suspect is even old enough to drive,” Kelley said, ABC News reported.

Democratic Colorado Gov. Jared Polis said in a statement posted to X Wednesday afternoon that he is “closely monitoring” the situation at Evergreen High School, adding that “we are all praying for the victims and the entire community.” (Read more from “At Least Three People Shot At Colorado High School” HERE)

Trump Responds to Russian Drone Incursion Over Poland: ‘Here We Go!’

President Trump put out a cryptic response Wednesday to news overnight that Russian drones have been shot down over Polish territory.

“What’s with Russia violating Poland’s airspace with drones?” the president wrote on Truth Social before adding: “Here we go!”

Trump spoke to Polish President Karol Nawrocki about the drone incursion on Wednesday, per a European source.

The president did not immediately say how the US would react to the strikes and whether he thought NATO’s Article 5 should be invoked.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris blasted the “recklessness” of then-President Joe Biden’s decision to run for a second term — writing in her forthcoming memoir that the choice should not have been “left to an individual’s ego.”

The ex-veep’s stunning dig at her former boss was laid bare in an excerpt of her book, “107 Days,” which was obtained by The Atlantic on Wednesday — shocking former Biden White House aides who were not expecting a juicy tell-all.

Accused killer Decarlos Brown Jr. told his family he stabbed Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska to death on board a train in Charlotte, North Carolina, because he believed she was reading his mind, his sister has claimed — as his chilling words from jail are revealed.

Tracey Brown, who was assaulted by her older brother in a 2022 attack that saw him bite her and break a door, said he is a paranoid schizophrenic who told her multiple times that the government had implanted a chip in him. . .

Disturbing audio of Brown’s phone conversation with his sister from jail captures his rambling explanation for why he attacked the innocent woman. Brown can be heard telling his sister that “the material in his body” — not he — had killed Iryna, according to audio from a call made on Aug. 28, six days after the murder, and shared with the Daily Mail. . .

Brown’s second-most recent arrest on Jan. 19 came after he called 911 during a welfare check, telling cops that he believed his brain was being controlled by a microchip.

World’s First Reference to Christ Discovered on 2,000-Year-Old ‘Jesus Cup’

A ceramic bowl discovered off the coast of Egypt may contain the world’s first reference to Christ.

The so-called ‘Jesus Cup’ was unearthed in 2008 by a team led by French marine archaeologist Franck Goddio during an excavation of Alexandria’s ancient great harbor.

Remarkably well preserved, the bowl is missing only a handle and bears a Greek inscription: DIA CHRSTOU O GOISTAIS, translated as ‘Through Christ the chanter.’

Dr Jeremiah Johnston, a New Testament scholar, explained on a recent Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) segment that the artifact dates to the first century AD, the era when Jesus was crucified.

‘Jesus’ reputation was that he was a healer, miracle worker, and exorcist,’ Johnston said. ‘This Jesus Cup gives evidence to that legacy.’

White House Fumes Over Epstein Birthday Book Said to Include Notes by Trump, Clinton and Other Big Names

The White House slammed the release of President Trump’s alleged birthday note to Jeffrey Epstein as “FAKE NEWS” — as other prominent names were revealed in the book celebrating the dead pedophile’s 50th birthday in 2003.

The full book, provided to Congress by Epstein’s estate, was released publicly by the Republican-led House Oversight Committee on Monday evening after Democrats on the panel released only the Trump page.

Trump, 79, told NBC News Tuesday morning that “I don’t comment on something that’s a dead issue … I gave all comments to the staff. It’s a dead issue.” . . .

Trump’s top spokespeople said the signature did not appear to be the president’s, though the Journal assessed it to be consistent with some of Trump’s prior autographs.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Tuesday at a press briefing that “the Democrats are using [Epstein] victims as political pawns to try to smear and to push a hoax against the president of the United States.”Leavitt maintained that the note attributed to Trump was not created by him.

“The president has one of the most famous signatures in the world, and he has for many, many years… long before he assumed this office when he was a businessman in New York,” she said. “The president did not write that letter. He did not sign those documents. He maintains that position, and that position will be argued in court by his lawyers. Epstein Birthday Scrapbook Photo Suggests Trump Was Involved in $22,500 “Purchase” of Woman

A newly released photo from Jeffrey Epstein’s 50th birthday scrapbook has sparked fresh outrage and intensified scrutiny of President Donald Trump’s past relationship with the disgraced financier. The image, released Monday by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, shows Epstein holding a novelty check for $22,500, allegedly signed by Trump, with a note implying that a woman was “sold” to him in the 1990s.

The caption, attributed to Joel Pashcow — a longtime Mar-a-Lago member and Palm Beach socialite — reads:

“Jeffrey showing early talents with money + women! Sells ‘fully depreciated’ [redacted] to Donald Trump for $22,500.”
It continues:

“Epstein showed early ‘people skills’ too. Even though I handled the deal I didn’t get any of the money on the girl!”

The woman’s face is redacted in the image, and her identity remains officially undisclosed. The Wall Street Journal reported that the woman was someone whom both Epstein and Trump “socialized with” during the 1990s. However, her attorney has publicly denied any romantic relationship with either man, saying she was unaware of the photo, never knew Pashcow, and described the suggestion as a “disgusting and deeply disturbing hoax.”

The novelty check appears to be signed “DJ Trump” — a stylized version of Trump’s signature, though notably different from his more formal autograph during that period. The implications of the photo are now under examination by congressional investigators, particularly as it appears to connect Trump and Epstein in a more personal and troubling way.

Attempts to contact Joel Pashcow, who appears in the photo alongside Epstein, have not been successful. His name appears in Epstein’s flight logs, and he is known to reside in Palm Beach, Florida — near Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. Public records list him as managing member of Nassau Capital, an investment firm, and a past board member of the Palm Beach Police and Fire Foundation. In a 2020 Mother Jones interview, Pashcow reportedly dismissed questions about Epstein by saying, “You’re really pathetic, you know that?”

The image is one of several explosive details revealed as House Oversight Committee Democrats continue to release excerpts from Epstein’s so-called “birthday book” — a professionally bound scrapbook created for his 50th birthday in 2003. The book, believed to have been assembled by Epstein’s close associate Ghislaine Maxwell (now serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking), includes letters, notes, and photos from a who’s who of Epstein’s associates, including Trump, Bill Clinton, and others.

12th Grade Reading and Math Scores Hit 20-Year Low

The reading and math scores for American 12th graders have hit a 20-year low, according to a study from the National Assessment of Education Progress (NAEP).

In the area of reading, these are the worst scores in the history of the study, which launched in 1992.

The study also showed that eighth graders lost a lot of ground in science and that the gender gap between boys and girls in science, technology, engineering, and math returned after nearly being equal in 2019. Girls are falling behind.

Per NBC, the “assessments were the first since the pandemic for eighth graders in science and 12th graders in reading and math.”

“Scores for our lowest-performing students are at historic lows,” Matthew Soldner of the National Center for Education Statistics told NBC. “These results should galvanize all of us to take concerted and focused action to accelerate student learning.” (Read more from “12th Grade Reading and Math Scores Hit 20-Year Low” HERE)
