Dems Fear Biden’s Radical Agenda Failing: ‘We Better Have a Plan B’

House Democrats are worried President Biden’s radical agenda is failing in the legislative branch of government, causing cracks within the party that have begun to play out in the media over how to pass the proposed $3.5 trillion reconciliation package.

“If any member of Congress is not concerned that this could fall apart, they need treatment,” Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) told Politico in reference to the Democrat’s inability to work together.

Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) told the outlet the party is so fractured over the massive tax and spend bill she hopes there is a second plan up Biden’s sleeve.

“I wish that we could all be more on the same page, in terms of timing, of the need to push the [American Families Plan],” Hirono said. “I’m hopeful we are going to have a meeting of the minds and not wait until next year… we better have a Plan B.”

Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) added Democrats are lost in a maze of complicated congressional procedures, and no one knows “where this [package] is gonna go.” Phillips also told Politico he holds the Democrat leadership responsible for the mess. By The Blaze. Thousands of New Yorkers protested against vaccine mandates on Saturday. A diverse crowd demonstrated in New York City against the government’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate orders in a protest dubbed the “rally for freedom,” which was a part of a worldwide demonstration.

A diverse crowd marched through the streets of New York City on Saturday; some waved American, Gadsden, and LGBTQ flags. Other demonstrators were holding signs that read: “My body, my choice,” “Latinos against forced vaccines,” “God is with us,” and “LGBTQ people for medical freedom.” . . .

One featured speaker at the freedom rally quoted President Joe Biden, who said earlier this month, “What more do you need to see? We’ve made vaccinations free, safe and convenient. We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin. And your refusal has cost all of us.”

The speaker told the demonstrators, “Joe Biden, your patience is wearing thin? We lost our patience!”

The crowd reacted by chanting, “F*** Joe Biden!”

Times Square Swarmed by Hundreds Protesting COVID Vaccine Mandate, Chanting ‘F— Joe Biden’

By Fox News. Hundreds of protesters took to the streets in New York City’s Times Square Saturday to protest coronavirus vaccine mandate requirements.

Protesters could be seen waving flags and signs on Saturday with many of them chanting against mandatory vaccines. . .

The event was part of the “World Wide Rally For Freedom” which took place in cities across the globe including in Australia where protesters clashed with police in videos posted to social media.

“We will push back against widespread propaganda, by producing our own media, and advancing our own narrative, instead of succumbing to the one being pushed on us. We will not accept the rampant politicization of science and medicine, and we will return these institutions to being neutral sources of information for the benefit of society, over government and corporate interests,” a press release about Saturday’s event reed on the organizers’ website. Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, the active-duty Marine officer who caught viral attention for criticizing the leadership decisions in the U.S. evacuation in Kabul, Afghanistan, is now saying he wants to prosecute Marine Gen. Kenneth McKenzie for dereliction of duty.

In a video released on Thursday, Scheller said his continued criticisms of military leadership could result in pre-trial confinement and an escalation in his legal status.

“To recap my position, in the fallout of Afghanistan I demanded accountability in my senior leaders and I stated then that I understood that I might lose my battalion commander seat, my retirement and my family’s stability,” Scheller said. “As it has played out, I have in-fact lost all three of those things.”

Scheller indicated that rather than pursuing a court-martial over his critical remarks, the Marines had offered him a non-judicial punishment and separation under honorable conditions, so long as he is willing to give up his commission and not fight for his retirement.

“The reason I can’t let it go and the reason I’m not just taking an offer is because I feel like there are general officers in our institution who aren’t being held accountable,” Scheller said. COVID Vaccine Found To Affect Periods, Prompting New Investigation

Since the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines, thousands of women in the UK have been saying that their periods have been disrupted, say experts.

After more than 30,000 women said their menstrual cycle being somewhat altered after getting the COVID-19 vaccine, reported Sky News.

The UK’s Yellow Card scheme, where people can voluntarily report their side effects to any medication – including vaccinations – has shown that many women have seen a disruption in their periods.

Dr. Victoria Male, a Reproductive Immunologist from Imperial College London, wrote in the British Medical Journal that while these changes are safe and short-lived, has stated that an investigation as to why this happens is crucial.

Study: Marijuana Use Linked To Uncontrollable Vomiting

An unusual illness is on the rise in the United States, especially in states that have legalized marijuana. Habitual users of cannabis, including teenagers, are showing up in emergency rooms complaining of severe intestinal distress.

“They are writhing, holding their stomach, complaining of really bad abdominal pain and nausea,” said Dr. Sam Wang, a pediatric emergency medicine specialist and toxicologist at Children’s Hospital Colorado, who treats adolescents with the condition. . .

Cannabis hyperemesis syndrome burst upon the medical scene in 2004, when a group of Australian researchers wrote about 19 chronic marijuana users who had repeated episodes of abdominal pain and retching. The researchers followed nine of the patients over time and found symptoms went away when cannabis use was stopped but returned when it was restarted.

Social media users shared a video clip of the US president that they said showed him looking down and nodding off as Bennett spoke in the Oval Office.

Biden was awake but his response was cropped from the video, leading viewers to think the President was having a ‘senile’ moment during his first meeting seeking to reset US-Israeli relations over Iran’s nuclear advances. . .

In a video Netanyahu posted on his Facebook page on Sunday, an off-camera voice says: ‘You know, Bennett met with Biden.’

‘I heard. I heard that Biden was very attentive at this meeting. He dropped his head in agreement,’ Netanyahu replied, letting his own head fall in a swift motion, as if to mimic someone falling asleep.

Men Beware: Males More Likely To Face Severe Outcomes Following Double Vaccination

. . .Researchers have calculated the risk of severe infection among different groups of individuals using a tool based on existing datasets.

The tool is able to accurately predict those most at risk of serious outcomes from 14 or more days after a second vaccination dose.

It revealed than older people, men, and individuals from ethnic background are more likely to be admitted to hospital or die after receiving two shots of the vaccine against COVID-19, according to researchers.

Other groups at greater risk of severe COVID-19 were care home residents and individuals with underlying conditions including kidney disease, sickle cell disease, HIV/Aids, Down’s Syndrome and liver cirrhosis. Biden To Raise Refugee Cap to 125K

President Biden will raise the refugee admissions cap to 125,000 on Oct. 1, with State Department spokesman Ned Price saying on Monday that “a robust refugee admissions program is critical to U.S. foreign policy interests and national security objectives, and is a reflection of core American values.”

While on the campaign trail, Biden said he would bump up the refugee cap from 15,000 under former President Donald Trump to 125,000 or higher, and this move comes after the United States evacuated tens of thousands of Afghan civilians in late August. Afghans who worked with the U.S. military can apply for the Special Immigrant Visa program, but most of the civilians who were flown out of Kabul in August were not applicants, The Wall Street Journal reports. Mike Pompeo: US Military Was Under ‘Political Pressure’ To Carry Out Failed Drone Strike

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo ripped President Biden for the drone attack that killed 10 civilians, including seven children, in Afghanistan, saying military officials bowed to “political pressure” and carried out the strike in a “rush.”

Pompeo called the killing of aid worker Zemari Ahmadi and members of his family on Aug. 29 a “tragedy” and offered his “apologies.”

But he said the drone strike was mishandled by the administration the same way it bungled the US military withdrawal and allowed the Taliban to return to power.

“This is just another example. It looks like they were in a rush. They were in a hurry. You could see the political pressure. And if there was one thing that drove this failed evacuation was the arbitrary political deadline that President Biden set, the arbitrary cap on the number of troops could be there, so we could secure American departure and the departure of our equipment​,” he said on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.”​

Bombshell Study: This Drug Can Block Multiple COVID-19 Variants

In a recent study published in Science Immunology, researchers found that the drug diABZI—which activates the body’s innate immune response—was highly effective in preventing severe COVID-19.

The findings suggest that diABZI could also treat other respiratory coronaviruses.

The study is from the University of Pennsylvania. One author is Sara Cherry, Ph.D.

The SARS-CoV-2 virus initially targets epithelial cells in the respiratory tract. As the first line of defense against infection, the respiratory tract’s innate immune system recognizes viral pathogens by detecting their molecular patterns.
