Bodycam Captures Cop Tasing, Taunting Handcuffed 67-Year-Old Man (VIDEO)

Shocking new bodycam footage captures the moment an irate Louisiana cop repeatedly zaps a 67-year-old man with a Taser, taunting the man by telling him to scream.

“Scream again,” Police Officer Nolan Dehon is heard telling Izell Richardson during the encounter in Port Allen last month. “Go ahead, scream. Scream again.”

When Richardson, who is handcuffed, yells for help from the back of the police cruiser, Dehon zaps him twice, KMOV-TV reported.

The 45-minute video shows Dehon still arguing with Richardson at the stationhouse — even as the elderly victim is being taken to the hospital.

GOP Infrastructure Plan Nixes Far-Left Wishlist

Senate Republicans on Thursday have formally countered President Joe Biden’s $2.25 trillion proposal at $568 billion.

The proposal maintains the 21 percent corporate tax rate and current state and local tax (SALT) deductions, opposing Biden’s tax hike to 28 percent and Senate Democrats’ proposal of 25 percent. The initiative also includes raising “taxes on those making more than $400,000 a year,” Axios reported.

Moreover, the Republican initiative focuses on traditional infrastructure items, such as roads, bridges, water storage, broadband, and ports. The plan does not include the Democrats’ “Orwellian campaign” that seeks to relabel many far-left policies as “infrastructure.” . . .

Meanwhile, Biden’s $2.25 proposal hit another wall Wednesday when Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) said he would like to see bipartisanship on the measure. “I would hope to see Democrats and Republicans agreeing on infrastructure – infrastructure by itself,” he told reporters.

Blacks In Portland Demand End To Antifa Violence

Leaders of the black community in Portland, Oregon, have written a letter to Antifa and other radical leftists telling them to stop causing trouble – in the name of helping blacks.

“Over the last year we have watched as people have profited from and damaged our movement without our consent or approval,” the letter, posted on the Weouthere website, said.

The site explained the letter was in response “to ongoing behavior seen as detrimental to Black Liberation.”

The letter, signed by dozens of writers, speakers, artists, teachers, parents and professionals, said, “As Black Oregonians concerned with the ongoing lack of accountability for the police violence that continues to disproportionately impact Black communities, the disabled, those with mental illness, the unhoused, and other marginalized people, it is important for us to stand in solidarity and state our shared values.” . . .

So, they explained, “We need our allies in this fight to understand and honor this fact. Understand that doing damage to us, our communities, and our resources undoes the work we do. Black people are not a monolith, and having a complicit Black person in your planning space does not indicate support from the Black community. New Bill Would Force Health Insurers to Buy Babies for Gay and Single People

The inability to conceive and carry a pregnancy seems to be on the rise for couples in the Western world, due to the rise in the age at which they seek to conceive and for other known and unknown reasons. But also on the rise is the number of gay couples and single women who wish to conceive, and even though they are not technically infertile, they would like insurance companies to think they are.

A new bill in the Illinois legislature, introduced in February and now standing at 25 sponsors, seeks to wholly redefine what it means to be “infertile.”

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Protection defines infertility as “not being able to get pregnant (conceive) after one year (or longer) of unprotected sex.” But this new law is not about that, as Illinois law already requires that Illinois insurance companies cover fertility services for couples who have attempted to conceive for a year regardless of whether those attempts are through sexual intercourse or other means, or where an individual has been diagnosed with a fertility-impacting medical condition.

Through the Illinois Family Building Act of 1991 and 1997, and a 2010 ruling by the Illinois Department of Insurance, the fertility benefit mandate applies to women who are physiologically unable to conceive and carry a pregnancy regardless of how they attempt to conceive.

The new bill in Illinois, HB 3709, actually has nothing to do with infertility. Instead, it would mandate that all health insurance plans sold in the state pay for fertility-related services for single people and same-sex couples regardless of whether, physiologically, they have any impairment in their fertility at all. House Approves Democrats D.C. Statehood Plan

The House on Thursday voted to approve what has been described as a Democrat “power grab” – a plan to make the District of Columbia the 51st state and line up two more party members in the Senate. . .

It’s because, the report said, “The district’s population of more than 700,000 residents reliably votes for Democrats and would, without question, send two additional Democratic senators to Congress.”

The vote was 216-208 along party lines but has a low likelihood of survival in the Senate, where Democrats would need at least 10 Republican senators to support their political maneuver.

Democrats have lobbied for the plan, saying taxpaying District residents are denied representation in Congress.

“Congress has the moral obligation and the constitutional authority to pass H.R. 51,” claimed Eleanor Holmes Norton, a Democrat who now is Washington’s nonvoting member of the House. (Read more from “House Approves Democrats D.C. Statehood Plan” HERE)

White House Condemns Columbus Police Shooting As Racist (VIDEO)

The White House said, without evidence, that Tuesday’s police shooting of a black teenage girl who charged another black teen with a knife was motivated by racism. . .

“She was a child,” the White House wrote in a Wednesday statement on the shooting.

“We know that police violence disproportionately impacts Black and Latino people and communities and that black women and girls, like black men and boys, experience higher rates of police violence,” the statement said without evidence.

Athletes Who Take a Knee or Raise a Fist in Protest at Tokyo Olympics Will Face Punishment

The International Olympic Committee announced Wednesday that its ban on athletes demonstrating in official venues will remain in place for this summer’s Tokyo Olympics, and reiterated that kneeling or raising a fist in protest will be grounds for punishment.

The IOC’s “Rule 50” states that “No kind of demonstration or political, religious or racial propaganda is permitted in any Olympic sites, venues or other areas.” But the committee agreed to revisit the rule amid pressure after American athletes made it a commonplace occurrence to protest their own national anthem as a way to call for racial justice in the U.S.

In a report detailing the reasoning behind its decision to keep the rule, the IOC explained that over the past year it conducted a survey of more than 3,500 international athletes across the globe and found that “a clear majority of athletes believe that it is not appropriate for athletes to demonstrate or express their views” at the podium (67%), field of play (70%), or during the opening ceremony (70%).

IOC’s Athletes’ Commission chief Kirsty Coventry led an online presentation of the Rule 50 results, Reuters reported. The former Olympic swimming champion for Zimbabwe told the audience, “I would not want something to distract from my competition and take away from that. Arizona Declares State Of Emergency, Deploys National Guard Over Border Crisis

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) has issued a Declaration of Emergency and the deployment of National Guard troops to the state’s southern border to assist local law enforcement with the overwhelming influx of illegal immigrants pouring into the U.S. from Mexico.

Ducey’s office announced the state of emergency Tuesday, saying that “the State will provide up to $25 million in initial funding for the mission” that entails up to 250 guardsmen assisting at border communities by providing medical care in detention centers, installing surveillance cameras, and other services.

The media release noted that U.S. Customs and Border Protection saw more than 170,000 apprehensions at the U.S. southern border in March, nearly 19,000 of which “were unaccompanied children — more than four times the number of kids apprehended in March 2020.”

GOP Senator Takes Another Shot at Fauci, Suggests Biden Should ‘Burn’ His Mask to Promote Vaccines

Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul took another shot Wednesday at Dr. Anthony Fauci’s insistence that vaccinated people should continue to wear masks before suggesting that President Joe Biden “burn” his in order to promote coronavirus vaccines.

“You might get run over by a car, you might get hit by a meteor,” Paul told Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum during a Wednesday afternoon “The Story” appearance. “The science is about proving that things are happening. If Dr. Fauci can prove that people who are vaccinated are spreading the disease, I will listen to him. If he can prove that people like me who have already had it are spreading the disease, I’ll listen to him. But there is no evidence of that.”

“If you want more people to get vaccinated, Joe Biden should go on national TV, take his mask off, and burn it,” he continued. “Light a torch to it and burn his mask and say, ‘I’ve had the vaccine, I am now safe from this plague. If you’ll get the vaccine, you can be safe too.'”

Caught Red-Handed: Mainstream Media Busted For Editing Out a Crucial Details Of the Ohio Shooting

They cannot be this stupid, right? After CBS News was caught editing the bodycam footage of the police shooting of Adam Toledo in Chicago, which has also sparked outrage, NBC News decides to edit the 911 call concerning the officer-involved shooting in Ohio, where a 16-year-old was shot and killed after she tried to stab another person[.] . . .

And the 911 caller is also very specific as to why she’s asking for police assistance prior to the shooting (via Fox News):

A 911 caller alerted police that someone was “trying to stab us” before the fatal officer-involved shooting of 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant, who appeared to attack two other females with a knife on Tuesday. . .

The first 911 call came in at 4:32 p.m. The caller, who has not been identified by police, said amid a commotion in the background, “[indistinguishable]…trying to fight us, trying to stab us, trying to put their hands on our grandma. Get here now.”

And for some reason, NBC News decided to edit out the stabbing portion in that 911 call. Nicholas Fondacaro of Newsbusters caught the outlet red-handed. It would seem CBS News learned from their Toldeo screw up. And ABC News also highlighted how Ms. Brown was armed during this melee which led to her death:
