Dems Try to Remove GOP Witness Criticizing Left’s Attacks on ICE Agents at Hearing

During a House Homeland Security Committee hearing on Wednesday, Democrats attempted to remove a witness when he expressed concern over the Left’s increasing violence against federal immigration officials as they attempt to enforce the law.

Wednesday’s hearing examined the role of nongovernmental organizations in exacerbating human trafficking, crimes, and the illegal immigration crisis through their handling of federal funds.

Democrats claimed that Republican efforts to hold pro-illegal immigration organizations accountable equated to an “attack” on religious freedom and that Oversight Project President Mike Howell’s testimony, which condemned escalating violence from the Left against law enforcement officers carrying out federal immigration law, was beyond the purview of the hearing.

Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., led the effort to expel Howell and invalidate his testimony. Thompson complained Howell was going “outside the scope of this hearing.”

Howell, whose work at the independent watchdog group the Oversight Project has exposed the failures of the U.S. immigration system under the Biden presidency, had voiced his concerns about the rising violence against Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents before Thompson attempted to remove him from the hearing. Leftist Bureaucrats In Charge Of Government-Run Media Refuse Peaceful Transition Of Power

For all its concern about a peaceful transfer of power, the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and National Public Radio (NPR) are probably not planning a story about the three board members of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) who have refused to leave the board after Trump removed them in April.

Not so long ago — in 2020 and 2021 — PBS and NPR were spreading propaganda that President Donald Trump was going to make a ruckus before giving Joe “Autopen” Biden the keys to the Oval Office.

Even before the November 2020 election, PBS and NPR tried to get Trump to commit to the results of the election. When he took a wait-and-see approach, the outlets suggested that he would refuse to accept the election results and buck a peaceful transfer of power.

But when his last day in office came in January 2021, Trump exited with class. PBS and NPR did not apologize, nor did the CPB learn from his example.

PBS and NPR receive hundreds of millions from the federal government, much of it through the CPB, “the largest single source of funding for public radio [and] television.” The CPB is a nonprofit created by Congress to provide funding for programming for the public. The past week finally blew the lid off the worst political corruption scandal of the 21st century. And if you’re not sure what I’m talking about, that means the criminal conspiracy behind it is already winning.

The revelations of the last seven days indicate that the coverup and exploitation of former President Joe Biden’s deteriorating health by his inner circle were more treacherous than first suspected. Moreover, we now know for sure that their conspiracy is still active.

Exhibit A: Last Wednesday, Joe Biden’s White House Physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, finally appeared before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee after months of delays. He was subpoenaed as part of the committee’s investigation into the former president’s mental incapacity.

As the president’s official physician, O’Connor would have been consulted — and probably conducted neurological assessments on his patient — as soon as Biden started falling down in public in early 2021. He may have also tested and treated him for prostate cancer. O’Connor knows better than anyone when, how quickly, and how badly the president fell into cognitive and physical decline.

He knows who else in the White House knew. He knows what steps were taken to conceal the president’s condition from the public — and how he abetted those deceptions. Epstein-Funded MIT Lab Hosted Child Sex Robot Panel

A Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) lab previously funded in part by Jeffrey Epstein hosted a panel where attendees openly discussed the idea of using “child-size sex robots” to treat pedophiles.

The MIT Media Lab’s July 2016 conference on research questions without “social and moral constraints” included a panel discussion arguing that pedophilia should not be seen as a “moral failing” but rather a medical condition and that the development of “child-size sex robots” is an inevitability, a transcript and video of the event shows.

The Media Lab’s ties to the disgraced financier span a 17-year period in which the lab readily accepted Epstein’s cash donations and facilitated introductions with its scientists on-campus and off, according to a 2020 fact-finding report commissioned by the university. The lab’s director contemplated inviting Epstein to one of its conferences in July 2016, the report states, the same month of the conference where the child-size sex robots were proposed, the only conference the lab hosted that month, according to its website.

“Once child-size sex robots hit the market, which they will, is the use of these robots going to be a healthy outlet for people to express these sexual urges and thus protect children and reduce child abuse? Or is the use of these robots going to encourage, normalize, propagate that behavior?” said one panelist. “We can’t research it [because of reporting restrictions]. But I do wonder whether they’re doing more harm than good in these cases. Because as much as people want these sexual urges — the urges, not the act — to be a moral failing, they are a psychological issue.”

“The issue of normalization, as you brought up. US Reportedly Asks Israel To Stop Bombing The Hell Out Of Its New Neighbor

The United States has reportedly asked Israel to cease bombing the Syrian capital of Damascus as Tel Aviv claims to defend the Druze minority from sectarian violence, a senior defense official told Axios Wednesday.

U.S. Special Envoy for Syria Tom Barrack has reportedly made several phone calls to Israeli officials calling for deescalation of the conflict, according to Axios. The bombing began Tuesday as reports of violence against the Druze minority and Bedouin tribes in southern Syria circulated, which prompted the new Syrian government to intervene.

However, Israel began its strikes on Syria in retaliation, citing a commitment to protecting the religious and ethnic minority. Now U.S. officials are pleading with Israel to resolve things peacefully with the new Syrian government, which toppled former president Bashar al-Assad’s regime in December 2024.

Joe Rogan Reveals What Changed His Mind about Interviewing Donald Trump

Podcaster Joe Rogan spoke candidly about how a series of political revelations persuaded him to interview then-candidate Donald Trump in the 11th hour of the 2024 election.

The 2024 presidential election was dubbed by some to be the “podcast election,” as many suggested that Trump’s appearances on numerous podcasts popular with young men swayed the outcome. The biggest example of all was Trump’s interview on the “Joe Rogan Experience” in late October, which currently has 59 million views.

In a newly released interview conducted earlier this year, “Ultimate Human” podcast host Gary Brecka noted how Rogan was initially hesitant to interview Trump on his show, and asked him what eventually changed his mind.

“Well, there was a bunch of things that happened,” Rogan said. “First of all, there was the lawfare. There was these lawsuits that they were trying to pin on him. They were trying to convict him and turn him into a felon, and they were doing it so blatantly and obviously. The case with the bookkeeping error or the bookkeeping, whatever it was. The misdemeanor that they had charged him with 34 felonies for, which isn’t even a felony. It’s a misdemeanor, and it’s also past the statute of limitations. None of it made any sense. And people were cheering it on. ‘He’s a convicted felon.’”

“Hey, they can do that to you. Do you understand that?,” Rogan warned. “If they can do that to a former president, a former f—ing president who’s rich as s—, they can do that to him, they can do that to you, too. Maurene Comey, Daughter of Former FBI Head James Comey, Fired from DOJ

Maurene Comey, the daughter of former FBI director James Comey, was fired Wednesday from her job as a prosecutor in the Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office, a Justice Department official confirmed to Fox News.

Comey was informed of her termination on Wednesday by the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, the official said.

She worked most recently on the prosecution of Sean “Diddy” Combs and previously prosecuted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

The reason for her firing as senior trial counsel at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York was not immediately clear.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office did not immediately respond to a call from Fox News Digital.

Comey’s father was fired during President Donald Trump’s first term in office after he initiated the investigation into potential ties between Russia and President Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. The Justice Department recently appeared to acknowledge an investigation into James Comey, although it is unclear what sparked that probe. New Tool Makes Defense Budget More Accessible

The Heritage Foundation unveiled a “first of its kind” online tool that analyzes and makes accessible the U.S. defense budget.

The tool is available to the public and makes the process of examining budget data from the Defense Department easier, according to a statement from Heritage. Before the creation of the Defense Budget Builder, data was published only on the website of the Undersecretary of Defense (Comptroller), and there was no ability to view it all at one time.

Heritage’s new Defense Budget Builder changes that, said Robert Greenway, director of the Allison Center for National Security. Greenway previously served in the military as a senior intelligence officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency and as a U.S. Army Special Forces combat veteran.

In the post, President Trump likened the Epstein narrative to a string of previous Democrat-driven “scams and hoaxes.”

“The Radical Left Democrats have hit pay dirt, again!” Trump wrote. “Just like with the FAKE and fully discredited Steele Dossier, the lying 51 ‘Intelligence’ Agents, the Laptop from Hell… and even the Russia, Russia, Russia Scam itself… these Scams and Hoaxes are all the Democrats are good at.”

Trump said Democrats, “no good at governing” and “no good at picking winning candidates,” have resorted to “strong prodding by the Fake News and the success starved Dems” to push the “Epstein Hoax” and distract from his “incredible and unprecedented success.”

OpenAI Discount Program Will No Longer Discriminate Against Christian Organizations

An Illinois medical school that rakes in millions of taxpayer dollars operates a gender clinic that peddles suspect treatments to minors.

The Southern Illinois University School of Medicine has been issued nearly $3 million in federal funds this year and received another $6.4 million in 2024. The school owns and operates a the Gender Equity and Transgender Clinic, which offers “gender affirming hormone therapy” and provides referrals for the surgical removal of breasts and other genital surgeries.

“The clinic provides trauma-informed, gender-affirming health care services to transgender and gender-diverse individuals,” the clinic’s website says. “The team values each individual person and their unique needs and characteristics.”

The website also claims that puberty blockers and cross-sex homes can be reversed, but should be administered to “give a child time to decide what treatments are right for them in addressing their gender presentation moving forward.”
