Artemis II Makes Historic Moon Sighting as Crew Preps for Highly-Anticipated Lunar Flyby

The Artemis II astronauts saw a side of the moon never before seen by human eyes over the weekend — but it was just an appetizer for their historic lunar flyby expected to begin Monday afternoon.

Orientale basin — a huge, black impact crater on the far side of the moon — came into full view of Artemis II on Saturday, with the crew beaming back stunning photos of the formation as they hurtled through space about 200,000 miles from Earth.

“In this new image from our @NASAArtemis II crew, you can see Orientale basin on the right edge of the lunar disk,” NASA wrote while sharing the photo in a Sunday X post.

“This mission marks the first time the entire basin has been seen with human eyes,” the space agency hailed.

“History in the making.” (Read more from “Artemis II Makes Historic Moon Sighting as Crew Preps for Highly-Anticipated Lunar Flyby” HERE)

Christians Exclaim ‘He Is Risen’ on Easter Sunday: Here’s Why It’s So Meaningful

Christians around the world celebrate Jesus of Nazareth’s resurrection on Easter Sunday, almost 2,000 years after he died and was raised from the dead just three days later.

The exclamation “He is risen” is thrown around so much during the Easter holiday. But what does it mean? Why is the grisly image of the cross of Calvary so revered by Christians?

Most are aware of the story of Jesus being crucified on Good Friday and emerging from his tomb after three days. But Christians believe the meaning of his resurrection is much more significant than merely showcasing divine power over death.

The Gospels tell us two followers of Jesus went to his tomb early the morning of the Sabbath. As Luke 24:2-8 reads:

They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ ” Then they remembered his words.

Joe Rogan, Theo Von Criticize Military Action in Iran: ‘Stand in Front of the F**king Mirror’

Podcasters Joe Rogan and Theo Von, who both hosted President Trump during the 2024 election, have strongly criticized military action in Iran.

Appearing on The Joe Rogan Experience, comedian Theo Von pontificated on the military operation and its eventual outcome.

“What do you think is gonna happen?” Von asked Rogan. “Do you think we’re gonna be OK?”

“I hope so, of course. I don’t know,” Rogan responded. “I’m confused. I can’t believe we went into this war. When we started bombing Iran, I was like, ‘This can’t be true.’”

Permission for Soleimani Family Members to Be in U.S. Canceled, Deportations Ordered

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has canceled the permission granted to several members of Qasem Soleimani’s family to live in the United States, and they are in custody pending deportation flights.

Soleimani was among the top officials of the Islamic regime until he was eliminated on the orders of President Donald Trump during his first term.

Now Rubio has issued a statement that his family members are being removed.

“Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the ‘Great Satan.’ This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter’s legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States. The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes,” he said.

Ex-NATO Ambassador warns US and Allies Must ‘Stop the Sniping’ and Unite to End Iran Conflict

Former U.S. Amb. to NATO Kurt Volker warned the United States and its allies must “stop the sniping” and come together to end the conflict with Iran during a Saturday interview on Fox News.

Volker appeared on “Fox News Live” to discuss the Trump administration’s comments about reevaluating its relationship with NATO.

“I think this is completely wrong,” Volker told Fox News anchor Aishah Hasnie of the friction with NATO.

“We did not inform allies. We did not consult with allies. We did not set up a clear goal, a common operation. We didn’t ask them. So, this went off the rails from the very beginning.”

Operation Epic Fury has strained some relationships between the United States and its allies. Spain and other allies have denied the use of jointly operated bases for these operations. The United Kingdom also granted limited use of its bases for strict defensive purposes. Trump Says Regime’s Military Brass ‘Terminated’ in Strikes, Releases Explosion Video

President Donald Trump said multiple Iranian military leaders were “terminated” in a strike on Tehran, sharing video of what may have been the attack on Truth Social.

“Many of Iran’s Military Leaders, who have led them poorly and unwisely, are terminated, along with much else, with this massive strike in Tehran!” Trump wrote.

The post included footage appearing to show explosions in the Iranian capital, though details on the specific targets and casualties were not independently confirmed by Fox News Digital.

The claim comes amid a broader escalation in the conflict, with U.S. and Israeli strikes expanding across Iran and pressure mounting on Tehran to reach a deal or reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

Congress Demands Dept of War Release 46 Secret UFO Videos: ‘You’re gonna see some weird f–king s–t’

Members of Congress are demanding 46 military videos from the Department of War which insiders say offer convincing proof that advanced, non-human craft are operating on Earth.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) requested the long list of explosively titled files on Wednesday, which include 45 previously unreleased military clips.

The presence of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena “in and around the sensitive airspaces of US military installations poses a threat to the security of the armed forces and their readiness,” according to the April 1 letter addressed to Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Those with knowledge of the long list of videos — which include titles like “Several UAP in vicinity of Columbus OH airport” and “UFOs in formation over Persian Gulf” — said the clips are shocking.

“You’re gonna see some weird f–king s–t,” a source who has viewed the videos told The Post.

The wildest clips include radar footage from thermal sensors, satellite images, and underwater photos of swarms of Unidentified Submerged Objects, the insider said. (Read more from “Congress Demands Dept of War Release 46 Secret UFO Videos: ‘You’re gonna see some weird f–king s–t’” HERE)

Artemis II Astronauts Report Burning Smell from Malfunctioning $23M Toilet

Astronauts on board Artemis II reported a mysterious burning smell coming from the $23 million advanced toilet system which previously malfunctioned after takeoff.

“Regarding the smell, I just wanted to make sure you all were tracking the EGS notes of the kind of burning heater smell that was coming from toilet several times,” astronaut Chrisna Koch, who fixed the toilet on Thursday, radioed to mission control on Saturday, Space.com reported.

“It was never identified as the source, what it exactly was, but it was identified as an unknown smell,” Koch said.

The four moon-bound passengers reported the smell was similar to the scent of an old electric heater that hasn’t been used in a while, the report stated. (Read more from “Artemis II Astronauts Report Burning Smell from Malfunctioning $23M Toilet” HERE)

Inside the Insane Rescue of Two Americans Dying From Ebola in Africa

. . .It was July 2014, and two Americans were dying of Ebola in Liberia, the epicenter of the deadliest outbreak of the virus in human history. Dr. Kent Brantly and medical volunteer Nancy Writebol had contracted the disease while treating patients at ELWA Hospital in Monrovia.

The US government wanted to bring them home, but “no one else on Earth (literally, they’d tried) would or even could get them home,” writes journalist and former paramedic Kevin Hazzard in his new book “No One’s Coming: The Rogue Heroes Our Government Turns to When There’s Nowhere Else to Turn” (Grand Central Publishing, out now).

No one was up for what seemed like an impossible, and impossibly dangerous, mission: Evacuating two Ebola patients from West Africa without infecting the crew with the terrible virus.

“It’s deadly and contagious and absolutely horrifying,” writes Hazzard. “You liquify from the inside and then watch as the life drips out of you.”

William Walters, a State Department official running an obscure organization called Operational Medicine, made a call to Dent Thompson, co-owner of Phoenix Air, a small aviation company in Cartersville, Georgia.

The company is known for saying yes when everyone else says no. In the run-up to Operation Desert Storm, they flew 83 Patriot missile warheads out of Dover Air Force Base to Saudi Arabia. (Read more from “Inside the Insane Rescue of Two Americans Dying From Ebola in Africa” HERE)

‘Time Is Running Out’: Trump Warns Iran To Open Strait Of Hormuz Within 48 Hours

President Donald Trump gave Iran a final warning on Saturday to open the Strait of Hormuz or else “all Hell will reign down on them.”

“Remember when I gave Iran ten days to MAKE A DEAL or OPEN UP THE HORMUZ STRAIT. Time is running out – 48 hours before all Hell will reign down on them,” Trump said in a post to Truth Social.

This warning comes just days after the national average for a gallon of gas peaked over $4 per gallon — the highest since 2022 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Crude oil has also jumped to over $100 per barrel compared to around $70 prior to the beginning of the war.

Movement through the Strait is down more than 90% compared to March, according to the Economic Times. Although it is not fully closed, ship movement through this critical chokepoint has become heavily monitored and restricted.
