National Guard Says Donations Not Needed — the Troops Were Just Napping

. . .The National Guard is saying thanks, but no thanks, to the generous donations that have been pouring in after photos emerged Wednesday of troops sleeping on the hard marble floors of the Capitol.

The troops in the photograph were just taking a breaktime nap, Guard leaders explained, and actually have ample accomodations in local hotel rooms.

“In response to photos on social media and in the press today showing National Guardsmen resting in between shifts at the Capitol, many well-meaning and thoughtful citizens are organizing collection of comfort items for National Guard men and women who are in the District of Columbia in support of the upcoming presidential inauguration,” a statement from the National Guard said.

“While we appreciate the many offers and people who care about our soldiers and airmen, we are not logistically able to accept donations of any kind.” (Read more from “National Guard Says Donations Not Needed — the Troops Were Just Napping” HERE)

Pentagon Won’t Throw Traditional Farewell Ceremony for Trump

The Pentagon, in a break with recent tradition, will not host an Armed Forces Farewell tribute to President Donald Trump. . .

On Wednesday, the White House announced that this weekend Vice President Mike Pence “will deliver remarks to sailors on the Trump Administration’s historic foreign policy achievements at Naval Air Station Lemoore,” and then to the 10th Mountain Division, in Fort Drum, New York. Two senior defense officials confirmed to Defense One on Thursday that no military farewell is being planned for the commander in chief. . .

How have previous presidents used their final appearances as commander in chief? The first Armed Forces Farewell hosted by the Joint Chiefs chairman and defense secretary occured in 1989. Ronald Reagan turned the ceremony at Camp Springs, Maryland, into a celebration of the younger men and women in uniform he faced — while also touting his administration’s successes. Basking in the post-Cold War peace, Reagan noted that America had at last shed its post-Vietnam feelings about the military. “The luster has been restored to the reputation of our fighting forces after a time during which it was shamefully fashionable to deride or even condemn service such as yours. Those days will never come again.” (Read more from “Pentagon Won’t Throw Traditional Farewell Ceremony for Trump” HERE)

Lisa Murkowski Praises Trump Impeachment: ‘He Incited Violence That Led To Injury and Deaths’

Alaska Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski said Thursday that President Donald Trump ‘incited violence’ with his speech to supporters before the Capitol riots – but stopped short of saying whether she would vote to convict him.

Trump’s Senate trial is expected to start after he has, and Murkowski is one of the first Republicans to send a signal about where she might come down.

‘On the day of the riots, President Trump’s words incited violence, which led to the injury and deaths of Americans — including a Capitol Police officer — the desecration of the Capitol, and briefly interfered with the government’s ability to ensure a peaceful transfer of power,’ Murkowski said in a statement Thursday.

‘Such unlawful actions cannot go without consequence and the House has responded swiftly, and I believe, appropriately, with impeachment,’ she said.

Murkowski voted against impeachment on two articles last year, but she has been one of the few members of her conference to back away from him since then. (Read more from “Lisa Murkowski Praises Trump Impeachment: ‘He Incited Violence That Led To Injury and Deaths'” HERE)

Report: School Instructs Third-Graders To Rank Themselves Based on Their Privilege

A California elementary school is pushing critical race theory on third-grade students, according to a new report. A teacher at an elementary school in Cupertino allegedly instructed third-graders to rank themselves based on their “power and privilege” during a math lesson.

A third-grade teacher at the R.I. Meyerholz Elementary School “told the eight- and nine-year-old students that they live in a ‘dominant culture’ of ‘white, middle class, cisgender, educated, able-bodied, Christian[s]’ who ‘created and maintained’ this culture in order ‘to hold power and stay in power,'” according to Christopher F. Rufo, contributing editor of City Journal. The students live in a city where 67% of the population is Asian-American and the median household income is $171,917.

Based on reported whistleblower documents and testimonials from parents “familiar with the session,” the teacher read from “This Book Is Anti-Racist: 20 Lessons on How to Wake Up, Take Action, and Do the Work,” which is rated appropriate for children ages 11+, according to Common Sense Media. . .

The R.I. Meyerholz Elementary School teacher allegedly pushed the “principle of intersectionality” on the young children and claimed that those who don’t hold power are oppressed.

The educator purportedly commanded the students to create an “identity map,” where the children listed their “race, class, gender, religion, family structure, and other characteristics.” The teacher then instructed the third-graders to “circle the identities that hold power and privilege” on their identity maps, according to the report. Then the students were allegedly told to rank their “traits according to the hierarchy.”

Capitol Protester Quit Her Job To Expose ‘Global Evil’ of Pedophilia in Gov’t

A woman who was arrested for her alleged involvement at the U.S. Capitol riots had worked as a school therapist at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District before she quit in order to pursue her mission to expose pedophilia rings in local government.

The FBI searched Christine Priola’s home in Willoughby, Ohio, on Friday based on a tip from a Twitter account who identified her through images posted by the FBI from the Capitol rioting, according to WKYC-TV. . .

WKYC documented a resignation letter from Priola submitted the day after the Capitol riot.

“I will not be taking the corona virus 19 vaccine in order to return to in person learning,” said Priola in the letter to school officials.

“I will be switching paths to expose the global evil of human trafficking and pedophilia, including in our government and children’s service agencies,” she added. (Read more from “Capitol Protester Quit Her Job To Expose ‘Global Evil’ of Pedophilia in Gov’t” HERE)

Why Joe Biden Is Preparing $1,400 Stimulus Checks Despite Promising $2,000

President-elect Joe Biden plans to announce a $1,400 personal stimulus check for individuals on Thursday despite voters expecting a $2,000 check as promised.

Reuters reports Biden will announce a massive $1.5 trillion spending program which will include $1,400 stimulus checks. . .

That might surprise Americans who expected a $2,000 check promised by Biden and Democrats on the campaign trail for the Senate runoff election in Georgia.

Defenders of the president-elect argue his $2,000 promise included the $600 checks, making the new checks $1,400. . .

President Donald Trump first proposed the idea of $2,000 stimulus checks on December 22 while expressing his frustration with Republicans for paring down the checks to $600. (Read more from “Why Joe Biden Is Preparing $1,400 Stimulus Checks Despite Promising $2,000” HERE)

Microsoft Helping Create COVID-19 Vaccination ‘Passport’

Microsoft is part of a coalition of technology and health organizations working on the development of a digital COVID-19 vaccination passport that could be used by businesses and countries to enforce mandatory innoculation.

Announced Thursday, the Vaccination Credential Initiative aims to enable people to “demonstrate their health status to safely return to travel, work, school and life while protecting their data privacy,” the Financial Times reported.

Oracle and the Mayo Clinic also are part of the coalition, which is working with technology created by The Commons Project in partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation.

People who have been vaccinated for the coronavirus currently receive a piece of paper to document their vaccination, Paul Meyer, the chief executive of The Commons Project, told the Financial Times.

The coalition could develop a digital certificate that would be stored on a smartphone in a digital wallet or a physical QR code. (Read more from “Microsoft Helping Create COVID-19 Vaccination ‘Passport'” HERE)

Articles of Impeachment To Be Filed Against Biden

With impeachment now routine in the Nancy Pelosi-run U.S. House, a freshman Republican member has announced she will file articles of impeachment against Joe Biden one day after his inauguration.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., announced on Twitter — with the hashtags #ImpeachBiden and #BidenCrimeFamily — she will file the articles on Jan. 21, charging abuse of power.

In an interview Wednesday night with Newsmax, Greene said, “I would like to announce on the behalf of the American people we have to make sure that our leaders are held accountable.”

She said Biden is “willing to abuse the power of the office of the presidency and be easily bought off by foreign governments, Chinese energy companies, Ukrainian energy companies.” (Read more from “Articles of Impeachment To Be Filed Against Biden” HERE)
