Attorney: Team Has ‘Smoking Guns’ to Prove Trump Won

Trump campaign attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell have “the smoking guns” to prove the president won the 2020 election, said prominent Atlanta-based lawyer Lin Wood after spending the day with Powell.

“I’ve seen sworn affidavits, I’ve seen sworn video statements,” he said Monday in a Newsmax TV interview with Howie Carr. “I think that Rudy and Sidney have done a magnificent job in a short period of time of piecing together a solid legal case on what was intended to be a complicated scheme of fraud as it relates to the voting machines.”

Wood, who explained he’s assisting the Trump campaign’s legal fight in an unofficial capacity, was referring to the equipment used by the Canada-based company Dominion Voting Systems. Powell has said she and her team are preparing to release evidence that will “overturn election results in multiple states,” claiming U.S. election software switched “millions of votes” from Trump to Biden.

Known for representing Richard Jewell and recently Kentucky teen Nicholas Sandmann, Wood said that “when you boil it down, it simply amounts to the fact that the United States of America was relying on voting machines that were subject to manipulation.”

He said “things are going to be rapidly developing over the course of the next few days, because the evidence of the computer voting fraud is mounting daily.” (Read more from “Attorney: Team Has ‘Smoking Guns’ to Prove Trump Won” HERE)

Two Men Reportedly Charged With Voter Fraud After Forging 8,000 Voter Registration Applications

Los Angeles County authorities announced Tuesday a 41-count criminal complaint against two men, including one running for mayor, for allegedly submitting thousands of fraudulent voter registration applications.

Carlos Antonio DeBourbon Montenegro and Marcus Raul Arvelo allegedly submitted over 8,000 registration applications on behalf of homeless people over a 4-month period, the New York Post reported. Montenegro also faces perjury charges for forging voter information on his own paperwork to get on the ballot.

The men reportedly registered the voters then allegedly used Montenegro’s home address and 3 post office boxes to collect their mail-in ballots and paperwork, according to the Post.

Montenegro failed to meet the required number of signatures to make the ballot, according to the Daily Breeze. A warrant was filed Nov. 12, according to a news release from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Second Georgia County Finds Previously Uncounted Votes

A second Georgia county has uncovered a trove of votes not previously included in election results, but the additional votes won’t change the overall outcome of the presidential race, the secretary of state’s office said Tuesday.

A memory card that hadn’t been uploaded in Fayette County, just south of Atlanta, was discovered during a hand tally of the votes in the presidential race that stems from part of a legally mandated audit to ensure the new election machines counted the votes accurately, said Gabriel Sterling, a top official in the secretary of state’s office.

The memory card’s 2,755 votes are not enough to flip the lead in the state from Democrat Joe Biden to Republican President Donald Trump. The breakdown of the uncounted ballots was 1,577 for Trump, 1,128 for Biden, 43 for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen and seven write-ins, Sterling said. Dem Senator, Who Pushed for Nationwide Mandate, Spotted in Public Without Mask

Democratic California Sen. Dianne Feinstein chatted with her aides maskless in the corridors of a government building before entering a Tuesday hearing, video showed.

The footage showed Feinstein standing outside a doorway in a building as she spoke with two men, both of whom were wearing masks. Feinstein then walks through the doorway maskless as another masked man holds the door open for her, video from The Recount shows.

The video sparked a backlash on social media as users pointed out that Feinstein has advocated for a nationwide mask mandate and attempted to prevent coronavirus funding going to states that would not adopt this mandate.

“Wearing masks in public should be mandatory,” she tweeted in July. “When the Senate takes up the next coronavirus economic relief bill later this month, I intend to offer an amendment to prohibit sending funds to states that haven’t adopted a statewide mask requirement.”

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Reverses Ruling in Election-Observers Case

Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court on Tuesday overturned an order requiring that election observers be allowed within six feet of ballot-counting operations.

In its decision, the court said state law only requires that observers be allowed “in the room” where ballots are counted and does not mandate a minimum distance, NBC News said.

The 5-2 majority opinion also found that the Philadelphia Board of Elections “did not act contrary to the law in fashioning its regulations governing the positioning of candidate representatives,” according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. . .

The ruling reverses a Nov. 5 order in which Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon sided with the Trump campaign and agreed to reduce the 25-foot distance from which “candidates, watchers or candidate representatives” could watch the votes being counted. Public School: Capitalism Caused COVID-19

A District of Columbia public school teacher encouraged students to blame the coronavirus pandemic on racism and capitalism instead of China, according to a lesson plan obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

Hardy Middle School teacher Caneisha Mills had her students host a “People’s Tribunal on the Coronavirus Pandemic,” whose “defendants” included racism, capitalism, and the United States government. “I wanted to … point out that the capitalist system was behind the pain, trauma, isolation, and destitution [my students] were facing,” Mills said. “Capitalism, racism, and the U.S. government left us to die.”

As part of the tribunal, students had to answer a series of leading questions about America’s coronavirus response. “How does capitalism in the United States cause crises like the coronavirus and the flu pandemic of 1918,” one worksheet asked. “If the government and capitalist system are guilty, what should be the ‘sentence’?”

The material also applauded China for its handling of the coronavirus without mentioning its authoritarian political system. China took “exactly the measures that a government should take in times of crisis,” a handout for the exercise claimed, and “donated tons of medical supplies … to the United States.” (Read more from “Public School: Capitalism Caused COVID-19” HERE)

Ilhan Omar Compares Trump Rallies to ‘Klan Rallies’

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.) likened President Donald Trump’s campaign rallies to Ku Klux Klan rallies in a Monday interview with the Washington Post.

Trump “chose to speak about me at every single rally, didn’t really matter where he was, sometimes multiple times in a day, as he held his Klan rallies across the country,” Omar said to Post opinion writer Jonathan Capehart.

Omar, a member of the far-left group of House Democrats known as “the Squad,” reflected on ousting President Trump and what she perceived as “a four-year assault” on refugees and immigrants like her. She also discussed infighting between moderate and leftist Democrats, sparked by the party’s lackluster House and Senate election results. Pro-Life Catholics Denounce Bishops for Congratulating Biden

Leaders of the American Life League (ALL), the oldest grassroots Catholic pro-life organization in the U.S., blasted the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) after they congratulated Democratic nominee Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) for reportedly winning the election.

Archbishop José H. Gomez of Los Angeles and president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops issued a statement in the wake of the election, saying in part:

[W]e recognize that Joseph R. Biden, Jr., has received enough votes to be elected the 46th President of the United States. We congratulate Mr. Biden and acknowledge that he joins the late President John F. Kennedy as the second United States president to profess the Catholic faith. We also congratulate Sen. Kamala D. Harris of California, who becomes the first woman ever elected as vice president.

We ask the Blessed Virgin Mary, patroness of this great nation, to intercede for us. May she help us to work together to fulfill the beautiful vision of America’s missionaries and founders — one nation under God, where the sanctity of every human life is defended and freedom of conscience and religion are guaranteed.

Judie Brown, the cofounder and president of ALL, responded in a statement earlier last week:

The USCCB has affirmed what many of us have suspected for many years, and that is that most Catholic bishops have no problem with a Catholic politician spitting at the face of Christ by supporting the vile murder of the preborn. Joe Biden is such a man; he claims to be Catholic, yet he gives 100 percent support for abortion every day of the week and in every manner of brutality against the innocent. The Catholic bishops have erred, and as a Catholic, I am ashamed of them.

Georgia Senate Candidate: ‘Nobody Can Serve God and the Military’

With all eyes on Georgia as it prepares for a runoff election that likely will determine which party controls the Senate, the radical background of Democratic candidate Rafael Warnock has come under close scrutiny.

Already, the campaign of Republican incumbent Kelly Loeffler has seized on Warnock’s condemnation of “whiteness” from the pulpit and his former church’s hosting of Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.

Now, video has surface of Warnock declaring in a 2011 sermon that Americans cannot serve God while also serving in the U.S. military, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

The Free Beacon noted Georgia is home to the fifth largest active duty military population in the country. (Read more from “Georgia Senate Candidate: ‘Nobody Can Serve God and the Military'” HERE)
