GOP Memo Outlines ‘Four Key Pieces of Evidence’ That Are ‘Fatal’ to the Democrats’ Impeachment Allegations

In a staff memo circulated to GOP committee members Monday night, House Republicans outlined “four key pieces of evidence” that they believe are “fatal” to the Democrats’ allegations of impeachment against President Donald Trump.

The memo, written by top Republicans from three committees involved in the impeachment investigation, also excoriated Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) for improperly conducting the inquiry from his “Capitol basement bunker.”

“The fact-finding is all unclassified, so the closed-door process is purely for information control,” the memo said. “This arrangement has allowed Chairman Schiff — who has already publicly fabricated evidence and misled Americans about his interactions with the anonymous whistleblower — to selectively leak cherry-picked information to help paint misleading public narratives while, at the same time, placing a gag order on Republican Members.” . . .

[These are three of the four key pieces:]

● The July 25 call summary — the best evidence of the conversation — shows no conditionality or evidence of pressure;

● President Zelensky and President Trump have both said there was no pressure on the call;

● The Ukrainian government was not aware of a hold on U.S. security assistance at the time of the July 25 call; and

WATCH: Do Hillary’s New Remarks Mean She’s Planning a 2020 Run?

Two-time failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton continued to add fuel to the fire on Tuesday over speculation she may enter the 2020 presidential race with a new series of remarks that she made on the radio where she declined to rule out a late entry to the race.

“I, as I say, never, never, never say never,” Clinton told BBC Radio 5 Live. “I will certainly tell you, I’m under enormous pressure from many, many, many people to think about it.” . . .

Speculation that Clinton will enter the race has been building over the last couple of weeks with a flurry of events that have happened that have led to an avalanche of news reports on the subject.

On October 24, Philippe Reines, a longtime top adviser to Hillary Clinton, left the door open on the possibility of Clinton entering the race during an interview with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson. . .

A new Harvard-Harris poll found that in a hypothetical match-up between Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden, whose campaign has been on the downtrend for a longtime, and Clinton that the two would essentially be tied in the primary race. DISTURBING REPORT: Homeless Man Randomly Poured ‘Bucket of Hot Diarrhea’ on Woman in LA

A California woman says she is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after a homeless man randomly doused her with a bucket of diarrhea near the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles earlier this year.

An NBC4 investigation broadcast on Monday night revealed that the vagrant who attacked her was charged with battery, taken to jail, sent to a mental health residential facility for two months, and is now “back on the streets.”

NBC4’s I-Team reports:

Heidi Van Tassel was parked in Hollywood after having a pleasant evening out with friends at an authentic Thai restaurant. Suddenly a man randomly pulled her out of the car, dragged her out to the middle of the street, and dumped a bucket of feces on her head, Van Tassel said and public records confirm.

“It was diarrhea. Hot liquid. I was soaked, and it was coming off my eyelashes and into my eyes,” Van Tassel said. “Paramedics who came to treat me said there was so much of it on me, that it looked like the man was saving it up for a month.”

WATCH: Rocket Explodes on Israeli Highway in Broad Daylight

The citizens of Israel are under siege from terrorists who are indiscriminately firing rockets into the country, hoping to murder civilians. The barrage comes in response to the Israeli military’s pinpoint-accurate strike against a senior Islamic Jihad militant, who was targeted and killed today. The Wall Street Journal reports some of the details:

Israel’s military killed a senior leader of the second-largest militant group in Gaza on Tuesday, prompting fighters in the Palestinian enclave to fire at least 160 rockets into Israel that set off sirens and forced people into bomb shelters across the country. Israel’s military said it killed Baha Abu Al-Ata, senior leader of the Iranian-backed Palestinian Islamic, in a targeted airstrike. It accused the militant commander of orchestrating numerous rocket attacks against Israel in recent months and of planning another imminent attack. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described Mr. Abu Al-Ata as “a ticking bomb” who threatened Israeli civilians, while speaking to reporters at Israel’s military headquarters in Tel Aviv…Israeli authorities said schools and nonessential work across southern Israel and the Tel Aviv region were suspended after rockets reached the area. Israeli medical authorities said they treated at least 39 people: 20 injured from running to bomb shelters, including an 8-year-old girl in critical condition, 17 suffering from shock, and one injured by shrapnel.

An extraordinary detail from AFP underscores the lengths to which Israel went to limit the collateral damage from its strike, as well as the quality of its intelligence into the liquidated terrorist’s specific whereabouts:

The initial Israeli raid in the early hours of Tuesday, thought to have been carried out by a drone, killed Islamic Jihad commander Baha Abu Al-Ata, 42. Islamic Jihad confirmed his death along with that of his wife….Nadav Argaman, the head of Israeli domestic security agency Shin Bet, which took part in the targeted strike, said the operation “allowed us to reach the level of the bed in which he slept, the small room in which he lived, in which he hid.”

Do Not Forget the Sheriff’s Deputy Also Killed by Mexican Cartels – on U.S. Soil

As Americans are finally realizing the danger of the Mexican cartels in light of the brutal murder of an American family 50 miles from our border, we should not forget that a California sheriff’s deputy was essentially killed by the cartels on our own soil. The murder of Brian Ishmael horribly shows that the cartels are not a Mexico problem, but a problem right here at home, caused by our failed border strategy, sanctuary cities, and the drug crisis. That few lawmakers have even heard of Brian Ishmael speaks volumes about the misplaced national security focus among the foreign policy elite.

El Dorado County is a beautiful, rural part of California in the heart of wine country. But thanks to a lack of border security, sanctuary state status, and recent pro-drug policies, this county is now a primary growing site for the Mexican cartels. Their contractors come in through our own border and are harbored by the pro-illegal alien policies of California.

“First I want to make something clear, and I ask that you, the media, please call this what this is … don’t soften it,” said El Dorado County Sheriff John D’Agostini at a press conference on Thursday. “This tragedy was due to an illegal alien, tending an illegal marijuana garden, who murdered my deputy. That’s what it is.”

The sheriff was referring to the October 23 murder of Deputy Brian Ishmael, who was allegedly ambushed by Juan Carlos Vasquez, who was guarding a marijuana growing site for traffickers back in Mexico. Four men were arrested in connection with the murder, and two of them are illegal aliens. One other suspect, Jorge Lamas, said he was being paid $150 a day by someone in Mexico to supervise the growing site.

Remember, we were told that legalizing marijuana would put the cartels out of business. Yet legalization, mixed with illegal immigration and sanctuary cities, is creating the worst outcome of all – not only are the cartels still in business, they are now growing their poison on our own soil and guarding it with armed men they easily get over the border and ensure are protected by California’s illegal policies.

Christopher Ross, Juan Carlos Vasquez, Ramiro Morales, and Jorge Lamas have all been indicted in connection with the marijuana growing site where Deputy Ishmael was murdered. Ross was the owner of the property, who originally called the police claiming someone was stealing from his “legal” growing site. What he didn’t say was that it was an illegal growing site being worked by Mexican nationals for the cartels. One of them, Juan Vazquez, allegedly opened fire on Ishmael when he arrived, fatally striking him in the chest.

“When Ross called into 911, he said he had a legal marijuana operation,” said U.S. attorney McGregor Scott at the press conference when announcing the indictments yesterday. “Well guess what, it wasn’t a legal marijuana operation. So, the fig leaf of legalization gives cover for those who operate in the black market to do their business.”

But how do cartels so successfully peddle their business here? It’s all through illegal immigration. “If you allow criminally minded illegal aliens to infiltrate our communities with more protections than our average citizens, they will take advantage of that and victimize our communities,” said Sheriff D’Agostini angrily.

The 22-year-old Ramiro Morales and 20-year-old Juan Carlos Vasquez are illegal aliens from Mexico. Vasquez was charged with murder, while Morales was charged with being an accessory after the fact to Ishmael’s murder. Morales reportedly entered the country illegally about six months ago, during the height of the Central American wave.

As the sheriff noted, thanks to the sanctuary policies, he couldn’t even get federal authorities into the jail to confirm their immigration status when he suspected they were illegal aliens. This is how so many murders get reported as domestic crimes when they are really tied to the Mexican cartels. If not for the fact that this occurred in a more conservative part of the state with a sheriff who opposes this policy, the immigration status might never have been publicized.

Morales came over the border just six months ago. The media would like you to see lovely “future Americans” for whom we should pay health care and education. Yet so many murders in this country are caused by illegal aliens but are never traced back to the border.

President Trump must demand that sanctuaries be punished in the budget bill and stake out the election on this issue. Sanctuaries are so toxic that even 71 percent of Tucson residents, who voted for Hillary Clinton by a 25-point margin, opposed efforts to thwart ICE deportations. Rather than avoid a fight with Democrats headed into the election, Trump should embrace it. After all, nobody wants to import and protect Mexico’s narco-culture in their communities. If Trump wants to win back suburban voters, this is the issue on which he should go for broke. Texas Judge Stalls a Hospital’s Decision to Take 9-Month-Old Baby off Life Support Over Mother’s Objections

The family of nine-month-old Tinslee Lewis is fighting to find a place that will help keep her alive, despite a hospital’s recent decision to take the child off of life support.

According to KTXA-TV, a judge granted a temporary restraining order on Sunday evening that will allow the infant to stay on life support until at least November 22 while her family tries to find another facility that will care for her.

Tinslee was born in February with a congenital heart defect that caused her heart to enlarge and also led to lung problems. She has had multiple surgeries and has been on a ventilator for months now.

The hospital told Tinslee’s mother that doctors planned to take her child off life support at the end of October and gave her 10 days to find other arrangements, per a Texas law — often called the “10 Day Rule” — that allows hospitals to remove life support from patients despite families’ wishes.

“A team of Cook Children’s [Hospital] doctors, nurses and staff have given their all to help Tinslee,” a hospital statement said at the time of the decision. “While we believe every child’s life is sacred, we also believe that no child should be sentenced to a life of pain. Removing this beautiful child from mechanical ventilation is a gut-wrenching decision for Cook Children’s physicians and staff, however we feel it is in her best interest to free her from artificial, medical intervention and suffering.”

The statement also claims that Cook’s has reached out to several other hospitals that agree with the assessment.

However, hours ahead of when the baby’s life support was scheduled for removal on Sunday, a county judge blocked the hospital from pulling the plug.

“We secured a temporary restraining order this afternoon, preventing Texas’ Ten Day Law from claiming Baby Tinslee’s life. We have a hearing on the 22nd,” Texas Right to Life attorney Emily Kebodeaux Cook said in a report at the Texan. The state-level pro-life organization — which is assisting mother Trinity Lewis in the matter — has also called on the Lone Star State’s governor and legislators to call a special session to eliminate the “10 Day Rule,” saying that it “forces everyday Texans like the Lewis family to race against the clock to save their loved ones.”

At a press conference following the judge’s decision, the child’s mother reiterated her efforts to find another hospital to take her child, calling her daughter “a fighter” who has already been through “so much” and “always pulled through.”

“We are a family who believes that where there’s just a little air, there’s hope,”family member Beverly Winston added during the press conference.

“Regardless of what your reason, the law is, she deserves a chance to fight for her life,” Winston added. “And she’s got a troop that will help her 100 percent and above.”

But while the restraining order is good news for the family, the search for a new medical facility continues. At the same press conference, Republican state legislator Tan Parker said he wanted to “put out an APB to any institution in this country that believes they’ve got the skill set to be able help baby Tinslee – to address the pulmonary and cardiac issues that she’s facing.”

Pastor’s Wife Rejoices That 12-Year-Old Transgender Son Received Hormone-Blockers

Jamie Bruesehoff, the wife of a Lutheran pastor, rejoiced on Facebook earlier this month that her transgender daughter — Rebekah, 12, who was born male but identifies as female — had just received a “life-affirming” hormone-blocking implant for the second time. . .

⁣”That is the face of a girl terrified of hospitals and needles, but more terrified of having to live life as someone she is not,” Bruesehoff said of Rebekah. “That is the face of a girl feeling on top of the world, knowing her body won’t betray her, and she’s one step closer to the woman she will grow up to be.⁣” . . .

Rebekah took to Facebook late last month and declared the following: “To say that I am being abused by being allowed to live an authentic life is not only nonsense (the statistics clearly show that kids who are supported in their gender identity thrive while kids who are not supported struggle deeply), it’s also a slap in the face to victims of ACTUAL abuse.”

UNREAL: US Supreme Court Rules That Gun Manufacturers Are Potentially Liable for Sandy Hook Massacre

The Supreme Court refused Tuesday to shield a major arms manufacturer from potential liability in the 2012 school shooting that left 26 students and educators dead in Newtown, Conn.

The justices’ action allows a lawsuit filed by parents of Sandy Hook Elementary School victims to move forward at the state level, on the allegation that Remington Arms Co. marketed the military-style rifle used in the mass shooting “for use in assaults against human beings.”

The case tests the reach of a 2005 law passed by Congress to protect firearms manufacturers from being held liable for crimes committed by gun purchasers. That law was hailed by the National Rifle Association, but it included exceptions, including one for violating rules related to marketing and advertising.

Gun control advocates have said a victory by the families in the long-running dispute could lead to more lawsuits and damaging disclosures involving the firearms industry. (Read more about gun manufacturers being potentially liable for murders HERE)

By Fox News. House Democratic Caucus Chairman Rep. Hakeem Jeffries blasted Republicans and labeled them as a “#CoverUpCaucus” after they submitted a list of witnesses they would like to call for public testimony as part of the ongoing impeachment inquiry of President Trump.

Jeffries, D-N.Y., also questioned the validity of the witnesses in a brief but fiery tweet Sunday morning directed at his counterparts across the aisle.

“House Republican #CoverUpCaucus wants sham witnesses to testify,” Jeffries said. “My two cents? GET LOST.”

NBC, ABC And CBS Appear To Have Run Cover For World’s Most Powerful Rape Rings

By Daily Caller. NBC, ABC and CBS News have all now appeared to run cover for some of the world’s most powerful rape rings, allegedly killing stories and firing employees who tried to expose the outlets.

As three of America’s biggest networks, these outlets have each become embroiled in controversy in 2019 following multiple separate reports that they have played a part in covering up some of the world’s most powerful rape and pedophile rings. . .

First, investigative reporter Ronan Farrow came out with a book on Oct. 15 titled “Catch and Kill: Lies, Spies and a Conspiracy to Protect Predators.” The book accused NBC News of covering up Farrow’s story about the sexual assault allegations surrounding now-disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. It is based on Farrow’s article published in The New Yorker in 2017. He was allowed to publish his story in The New Yorker while still working at NBC News, the outlet said in a previous statement. . .

Just a few months later, ABC News was accused of killing a story about the late alleged child sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein after Project Veritas released a video of anchor Amy Robach complaining about the network. Robach was caught on camera saying ABC killed her interview with Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre, according to the video. . .

CBS News is the latest to appear to have run cover for a huge rape ring when it allegedly fired a former ABC employee Wednesday who had access to Robach’s tape. The outlet declined to comment to Page Six, it reported Thursday.

Source: ABC News Failed to Contact Epstein Accuser About Alleged Uncorroborated ‘Key Facts’ in Story

By Washington Examiner. An ABC News executive claimed that the network decided not to air an interview with a woman who accused convicted child predator Jeffrey Epstein of raping her because there were major holes in her story.

The thwarted interview became public last week when Project Veritas released video of ABC News reporter Amy Robach complaining about her interview with Virginia Roberts Giuffre being spiked on a hot mic in August of this year. She can be heard venting frustration that her story was never given the green light following Epstein’s arrest and subsequent death.

Giuffre accused Epstein of sexual assault, trafficking, and several other felony offenses that took place in the early 2000s. He was awaiting trial in Manhattan when he was found dead in his jail cell at age 66. The New York medical examiner ruled Epstein’s death a suicide, though several people, including his brother and Robach herself, have speculated that he was murdered. Giuffre has alleged that she was Epstein’s sex slave, and claimed that he forced her to have sex with “the elite of the world,” she said in an interview with 60 Minutes. She also alleged she had been raped by Prince Andrew three times, which the royal has vehemently denied.

The network executive told the Washington Examiner on Saturday that Robach’s report on Epstein, which the reporter claimed “had it all,” was not broadcast because “Robach and the investigative team was unable to verify key facts” of Giuffre’s story. While the employee would not elaborate on the apparent holes in the story, a different person familiar with the interview between Robach and Giuffre said that the network never reached out to help them corroborate the parts of her story that they could not verify on their own.

The source also explained that neither Giuffre or her attorney Stan Pottinger, who called Robach’s hot mic moment “spot on,” have ever been contacted in order to corroborate her claims, despite ABC News’s original statement on the video saying that they “have never stopped investigating the story.” (Read more from “Source: ABC News Failed to Contact Epstein Accuser About Alleged Uncorroborated ‘Key Facts’ in Story” HERE)
