How Chinese Operatives Are Laundering Mexican Drug Money In Broad Daylight

Mexican drug cartels are partnering with Chinese money laundering networks to funnel hundreds of millions of dollars in drug proceeds to Chinese nationals in the United States, according to a new report from the Wall Street Journal.

The Sinaloa Cartel — formerly headed by Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzmán — is allegedly working with Chinese groups based in the U.S. to funnel hundreds of millions of dollars in cartel cash through American banks and ultimately into the hands of Chinese nationals living in the U.S., the Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday.

The scheme often begins in Mexico, where cartels make billions of dollars selling cheap drugs into the United States.

Chinese nationals in the U.S. travel to Mexico to pick up large amounts of cash directly from the cartels. They then deposit the cash into a network of accounts held at major American banks before selling it to wealthy Chinese clients who pay using Chinese yuan, according to the Journal. The money laundering groups then purchase low-cost goods from China, which are shipped to Mexico, and sold under the cover of legitimate trade. The proceeds — in pesos — are returned to the cartels.

Chinese laundering groups in the U.S. have grown in prominence in recent years, partly due to financial restrictions imposed by the Chinese government, added the Journal’s report. Beijing prohibits individuals from moving more than $50,000 out of the country in foreign currency, and many wealthy Chinese nationals also face sanctions, creating strong incentives to bypass legal channels. To purchase homes in America or pay for their child’s tuition at an American university, wealthy Chinese buyers have to find cash somewhere else. Pfizer May Have Plotted To Delay COVID Vaccine Until After 2020 Election, Congress Says

On Thursday, the GOP-led House Judiciary Committee announced that it received bombshell evidence that suggested Pfizer executives pushed to delay full testing for their company’s COVID vaccine until after the 2020 election.

British drugmaker GSK informed the panel that Philip Dormitzer, a former Pfizer executive who became a senior scientist at GSK, told colleagues at GSK that “in late 2020, the three most senior people in Pfizer R&D were involved in a decision to deliberately slow down clinical testing so that it would not be complete prior to the results of the presidential election that year.”

The Judiciary Committee, led by Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), said that it had sought information from GSK after The Wall Street Journal reported in March that U.S. prosecutors were looking into a tip from the company that came in “soon” after President Donald Trump won a second term in 2024.

The Journal noted that Trump, who lost to Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential contest, “for years has claimed that Pfizer sat on the positive results of clinical trials, which could have reflected well on his management of the pandemic and reassured voters as they headed to the polls. There has never been evidence to support the accusation, and the development of the Covid vaccines is widely viewed as a medical miracle, coming faster than any other vaccine in history.”

Coast Guard Wants 2021 COVID-19 Shot Mandate Declared Unlawful

On the heels of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth calling the 2021 COVID-19 shot mandate “unlawful as implemented,” Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is being strongly encouraged to follow suit.

While the Department of Defense is the agency responsible for overseeing and directing the nation’s military forces, the Coast Guard is the only military service within the Department of Homeland Security.

WorldNetDaily spoke to Rocky Rogers, a Coast Guard IT Chief with more than 20 years of faithful service. Rogers fought against the now-rescinded 2021 COVID-19 shot mandate until a pre-approved retirement came to fruition in August 2022.

Mere days after the mandate, said Rogers, the Coast Guard released its first-ever religious accommodation request policy: Commandant Instruction Manual (CIM)1000.15.

“In the past, the Coast Guard had always followed Navy medical manuals, so adopting their own policy was a red flag that something was about to happen,” he told WorldNetDaily. (Read more from “Coast Guard Wants 2021 COVID-19 Shot Mandate Declared Unlawful” HERE)

RFK Jr. Brings Receipts, Drops Fact Check on Purple-Haired Dem During Hearing

Health and Human Services Secretary (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. brought receipts to correct Democrat Connecticut Rep. Rosa DeLauro on the measles outbreaks around the world.

While questioning whether his agency is cutting funding for “life saving” research conducted by the National Institute of Health (NIH), DeLauro suggested that the U.S. has higher cases of measles than other countries. Kennedy told the Democrat congresswoman that she is “wrong,” pointing to the comparable number of outbreaks in Canada, Mexico and parts of Western Europe.

“The Europe you are referring to is the WHO European region, which has 53 countries in Europe and in Asia, including those with low vaccination rates like Romania that has never eliminated measles. If you compare us to Western European countries that we often compare ourselves to like Great Britain, they have seen no measles deaths this year,” DeLauro said.

“Let me address your issue first, because I want to correct you,” Kennedy said. “We have about 1,100 measles cases in this country. The growth rate last year was 15 additional, so we have plateaued. Mexico has roughly the same number, but one-third of our population and they got 300 extra cases last week. Canada has more measles, 1,500, they have one-eighth of our population. Western Europe has about 6,000 which is ten times the number that we have. You are wrong about what you said earlier.”

Ben & Jerry’s Co-Founder Arrested For Stunt During RFK Testimony

Several protesters were tackled and arrested by Capitol Police on Wednesday, after they screamed and interrupted testimony from Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. before the Senate Health Committee.

Among the protesters who were arrested was Ben & Jerry’s co-founder Ben Cohen. It’s unclear what he was protesting regarding Kennedy, but other protesters had signs that called RFK “anti-vaccine” or said, “RFK Lies, People with AIDS Die.”

As video footage below shows, Kennedy and others in the room were startled when the protesters screamed to interrupt the secretary’s opening statement. Some are heard yelling, “RFK kills people with hate!” Quickly, Capitol Police stepped in to remove the protesters, some by force.

Cohen was arrested for obstruction, according to authorities, Fox News reported on Wednesday. Six others were arrested, as well. (Read more from “Ben & Jerry’s Co-Founder Arrested For Stunt During RFK Testimony” HERE)

FDA Warns Seniors to Avoid This Vaccine After Deadly Complications

Older adults are being warned against receiving the chikungunya vaccine before traveling.

The Ixchiq vaccination, developed by Valneva to prevent the mosquito-borne chikungunya virus, was approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in November 2023 as the first of its kind.

The approval applies to anyone aged 18 and older who has a risk of being exposed to the virus.

But the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released a safety notice on May 9 recommending that adults over 60 years old pause use of the vaccine due to fatal complications.

“FDA and CDC will continue the evaluation of post-marketing safety reports for Ixchiq,” the release reads. (Read more from “FDA Warns Seniors to Avoid This Vaccine After Deadly Complications” HERE)

Report: Biden Admin Paid $271 Million in Unemployment Checks to Millionaires in Two Years

Good news for millionaires and billionaires: They are currently eligible for unemployment benefits, whether they need it or not. That has been true since 1964 when the Department of Labor determined unemployment is for all eligible workers no matter their income level.

In 2022, The Biden Administration paid unemployment compensation to 5,773 people earning $1 million or more, with nearly $58 million going to out-of-work millionaires. It is an average of nearly $10,000 per person.

In 2021, a COVID quarantine year with extra dough baked into unemployment, 14,972 people earning $1 million or more received unemployment compensation. The Biden Administration spent nearly $214 million keeping millionaires fed, paying an average of $14,200 each.

(As the Federalist previously reported, 2021 and 2022 were also banner years for unemployment fraud, in which fraudsters including prisoners and dead people placed multiple claims.)

Combine the years and individuals earning more than $1 million annually received more than $271 million in unemployment during the first two years of the Biden Administration.

These numbers are part of a report by the Congressional Research Service (CRS), prepared for Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, the Senate DOGE Caucus chair. CRS looked at tax returns and counted individuals who earned over $1 million and also received unemployment. White House: Trump, Qataris Agree to $1.2 Trillion Economic Commitment

The White House announced Wednesday that the United States and Qatar have reached an agreement that will generate at least $1.2 trillion in economic exchange.

Trump signed the deal in Doha during the second leg of his Middle East trip this week after departing Saudi Arabia earlier in the day.

“Today in Qatar, President Donald J. Trump signed an agreement with Qatar to generate an economic exchange worth at least $1.2 trillion,” the White House noted in a fact sheet.

In addition to the agreement, the document states the U.S. and Qatar companies have come to terms on economic deals equaling $243.5 billion.

The $243.5 billion in deals between the nations is headlined by Qatar Airways’ $96 billion agreement with Boeing and GE Aerospace to buy as many as “210 American-made Boeing 787 Dreamliner and 777X aircraft powered by GE Aerospace engines,” a White House fact sheet noted.

This marks a record-breaking order for Boeing. (Read more from “White House: Trump, Qataris Agree to $1.2 Trillion Economic Commitment” HERE)
